LOVE this place. This flagship store was beautifully organized & displayed amazingly. The employee was extremely helpful in finding me what I needed. But I could have stayed in this store for hours 😍 plus this is a GREAT brand that has high quality items & gives back.

I stopped here recently and I must say it is a nice addition to Newbury Street! The staff were super nice and the manager, I think her name is Catelin, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I could tell they were definitely excited to share about the features of the different bags. I like this brand and am happy to add some of this gear to my collection!

I came into Cotopaxi to purchase a winter jacket and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted at the door & given assistance finding my ideal purchase. All associates are warm, welcoming, and ready to help me out. When I asked about their down parkas, Donte was patient and knowledgeable on the merchandise. Very clean and calm environment!

Staff basically failed customer service 101. Spent more than 10 minutes checking out various items in the quiet store and not one of the 3 sales associates engaged with me yesterday afternoon.

Awesome quality, a little expensive but no different than patagonia and helly and etc… Luckily this location had a 30% off everything!! Friendly employees too!!

This cotopaxi store is well stocked and have nice people who work here. Great location on Newbury street and their bags are wonderful. I have two of their backpacks and got a toiletry bag. Would come back here next time I am in the area.
