José Thomas has been an excellent waiter, he has been very fun to talk to, by far a good service! Sight is awesome as well, you can see partial sea and the lake here in Cancún.

Initially we did not want to spend $35 per guy for limited drinks. When ordering drinks sort of a la cart we received some mocktails while ordering cocktails. The price for these drinks was really high and service really slow. The ambiance can be really nice and maybe when more popular have a great vibe. For now fighting over drinks kind of sucked the fun out of it so no recommendation at all.

Best bar ever in Cancun with a good view and fair prices!!! Nice people and staff like Francisco (Pancho) and Carlos, they were super nice with me! If you are with your friends and want to enjoy a sunset with good drinks and latin music, this is the place!

Cheapish margaritas with a great ocen view. Our server spoke good English and let me practice my Spanish. Recommend it. Fun decorating too

Amazing view, about 3 stories tall. Normal price for the area, but the view at sunset is awesome!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Not busy and we asked our waiter multiple times for a menu and we didn’t receive one. He tried to only verbally tell us what was on the menu. After we ordered generic margaritas and noticed all the tables around us who came in after us had big menus, we kept asking for menues to No avail. When we complained to management they tried to make up the poor service with free shots. Our service was still poor. Our waiter continued to ignore our table until we had to ask for our checks. I understand that as a waiter/waitress you get busy and you forget. However, The reason I’m giving this establishment 1star is because when I went pay our bill I did not want to give our waiter the 20% that was added to our bill. When I tried to tell him “no I would like to give you something else” he REJECTED the tip offered to him and said anything less than 20% was not worth it. And since they gave us shots I should tip HIM 20%. Mind you, he was not the server that got the manager for us, nor was he the one to bring our drinks. He was one of the 3 different servers we asked to bring a menu to our table and did not. Very poor service and they tried to make it better by giving us free shots but that isn’t what we wanted. We simply wanted responsive and respectful service, something this establishment cannot provide

Avoid this place!! If you are tourists you have to be careful, because they will definitely try to deceive you. For example you can expect that the prices on the bill will be higher x4/x5 times than those in the menu or provided by the waiters and they charge you for something you didn't order. The service was terrible, the waiter became very aggressive and arrogant - when I asked for an explanation of the difference on the bill. I don't really recommend this place at all! There are many other better bars, this one is a waste of time and nerves.

This place is great. My friends and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks. Pepe is the best always making sure we had everything we wanted! Excellent service, awesome music, really nice view to nightlife surroundings. I highly recommend Cottoritos Cancun!! Can't wait to visit again! 💙🌊🍺
