Beautiful spot for breakfast or lunch right on the water looking over beautiful sandstone escarpments and native bush. You can arrive by car, boat or seaplane and the style is casual with high quality food. You can bring your dog if you sit in the outside terrace area. Parking is limited to the street which was quite steep and you have to order upstairs, so not one for those with mobility issues. They are licenced. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous spot for a leisurely lunch on a beautiful sunny autumn Sunday. It is quite secluded (though not actually that far away) and not the easiest access but absolutely worth it. The food was tasty, great coffee, generous portions and friendly service. Will definitely be back.

The boat trip was great; lovely spot, peaceful, friendly operator. The Kiosk and the staff there, though, weren't the most friendly I've encountered, but maybe it was an off day. 1. I can kind of understand paying $12 for a banana bread as it's baked there, but $8.55 for a packet of crisps really is extortionate. 2. The cooked meals were decent, but nothing amazing. For $45, the cost of the mussels or the curry, they were nice enough, but in all honesty I'd expect better for that price. 3. The staff really weren't very nice or friendly - with hints of passive aggression - and they kicked us out very promptly after we finished our meal. Again, maybe an off day so can give the benefit of the doubt. 4. They charged us overtime for the boat, even though we started 30 minutes late because we were waiting for the operator (whilst eating a $12 banana bread at their own shop). Again, fine, but didn't seem super open about it; just adding it to the bill at the end. Lovely area; would recommend the boat, for sure - but wouldn't go out of your way to eat and drink there.

Fantastic place in a wonderfully beautiful location. Parking can be awkward. The cafe is lovely with great staff the food looks great we will try it out next time for sure. We hired a boat and took a picnic onto the water ways. It was totally awesome and very relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something nice and chilled on a beautiful sunny day. I will return for the food and bring my family when they visit.

Perfect location for a break and enjoy a relaxing brunch with a view. No Wifi or mobile reception, no distractions (warnings to those addicted to mobile phones). Booking is essential (A decking table is the best). The food was great, just perfect. Be patient during busy holiday seasons, waiting time could be 30 mins +. Friendly staff, clean tables. For parking, during the busy season, you will have to park further up the hill, could be difficult to get to your car if you are not fit or elderly (a fit person drive, park and pick up). I will be back to try other dishes..

Do it! Absolutely wonderful experience. Girls picnic with a difference. We hired a boat for 4 hours. Trent is a patient coach and provided us with ample support as 1st time sailors. Only wished we had booked a longer hire. Would Absolutely take a boat out again.
