The receptionist, Williano was very helpful throughout our 4 day holiday, exceeding our expectations and giving us insights on where the highlights of Rodrigue are to visit.. The hotel service and staff were very helpful. The food was full of healthy, vegetarian and and variety of options daily. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and have a homely vibe. Definetely recommend.

I visited the hotel along with my husband and 8 months baby boy on the occasion of my 3rd wedding anniversary for 5 days. The hotel staff made our stay memorable in every aspects. We are extremely grateful for the special arrangements that was made for us. Additionally, we were highly impressed by the services provided whether it is from cleaning services to food arrangement. Note that I had my 8 months baby along who just started to eat solid and I was delighted to see that there was always something for him from the buffet. We had a fantastic time at Cotton Bay Hotel with our 2 and half year-old child. The hotel is very family-friendly — quiet, clean, and just steps from a beautiful, calm beach that was perfect for kids. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure we had what we needed, and they were especially kind to our child.||Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space for us all to relax. The pool was a big hit, and there were a few simple activities throughout the week to keep little ones entertained. The food was tasty and kid-friendly, with flexible options for picky eaters.||It was a peaceful, safe, and easy stay — exactly what we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Our vacation at Cotton Bay Hotel was simply unforgettable! From the moment my wife and I , we stepped into the airy lobby, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, helped us settle in quickly, and even offered a refreshing juice — such a thoughtful start.||Our room was perfect for us: spacious, spotless, and so fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the terrasse looked over the sea — a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sea view with the sound of waves and cool breeze. We also appreciated the practical touches inside the room.||Breakfast became one of our favorite rituals. There was always a wide variety of food, pastries, and hot dishes, plus the chef happily made eggs cracking jokes to keep the good humor . Dinners were equally enjoyable; the menu had something for everyone, from beautifully cooked seafood to simple, tasty options for us. The fish, chicken and the meat were prepared with lovely spices ,the pizzas and the dessert were delightful. Every night we had a different theme for the buffet.||After dinner we enjoyed the entertainment. The traditional folk dance is always so good to appreciate. I can say other singers have lovely voices and they offer a wide variety in their selection of songs.||The hotel grounds felt like a small paradise. The pool area was sparkling clean and safe , with plenty of loungers to relax. The crystal clear beach always welcomes you for a walk and enjoy the scenery. The sunrise is amazing.||What really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, restaurant staff remembered our preferences.. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our holiday was stress-free and fun.||This was our fifth visit to Cotton Bay hotel and Spa. We love Rodrigues Island, the people and heir culture. We cannot explain our inner feeling but we can assure you the best is only here. Last but not the least, we were in paradise when we had our couple massage at Spa Ovanee.||Cotton Bay Hotel is the perfect choice for families seeking a mix of relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality. We returned home refreshed, happy, and full of wonderful memories — and we are already talking about when we can come back!||We( Dhiren and Devina) want to thank the whole staff of Cotton Bay Hotel and the Management. We stayed at Cotton Bay in April with our family and had such a lovely experience. The location is just beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. From the start, we felt genuinely welcomed. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were travelling with an elderly family member who has very specific dietary needs, and we were honestly touched by the care shown. The chef personally took charge, offering special menus tailored for her, and everything was delicious. This place has such a special vibe. It’s not just the setting, but the heart behind the service. We left with great memories and are already hoping to return. Thank you to the Cotton Bay team for making our stay so meaningful. 🥰

It's the fourth time I'm staying at this hotel. Recent renovation has really uplifted the rooms, pool, kids club, gym and all. However I've been bitterly disappointed with the staff this time. The lack of consideration shown is appalling. They seem to have really rigid rules which they are never willing to change. As an example if you order something on the menu they will never accommodate any requests to modify the dish slightly. I think they review the way they treat clients and train their staff properly. Else they will surely be eaten up by the competition around!

Excellent service with kids club, lot of activities for little one, staff at kids club are lovely, overall price affordable. From room you go to beach directly(Most rooms), bar has variety of drinks and snacks, calamari is just too good, buffet varies everyday. Its located near bus stand (near public beach- 2 min walk), every 30 mins get bus to port mathurin on Saturdays. A lovely place to revisit.

I would like to thanks all the staffs of cotton bay Hotel for their warm welcome. Outstanding hospitality. My second time to the hotel after some years. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to go again.
