Cotton Cake Japanese Cheesecake

Would be cool to offer a flight of different cheesecakes from here, so you can try different ones. Nice interior, very gilded, the plasticwares are gold gilded. The to go cups are gold as well. Ordered a cookie butter latte, a build my own small cotton cheesecake with half Nutella and half caramel and some Biscoff topping. $22.25 The small cheesecake looks so fluffy. The decorated cake is $9.50 The cookie butter was $8 It's light and airy. Don't eat the wax paper at the bottom of the cake. The Biscoff gives it a nice bite of crunch. Mixing the Nutella and the Biscoff sauce (didn't end up getting the ordered caramel sauce once it was packed. I actually prefer the toppings more than the cake itself. The cheesecake tastes eggy. Service is good. Glad we tried the fluffy cheesecake. Not sure would be back for the cake. My husband said the butter coffee is average. The green tea is the Rishi, which isn't string at all.

The ube cloud cheesecake was creamy, not eggy at all. The carrot cake was creamy and sweet with very nice vanilla flavor and cream cheese frosting. The biscoff and pistachio lattes were very flavorful and not too sweet, but there was sugar and sweetener if you prefer it sweeter. THE AVOCOADO CHEESECAKE was the star of the show. Bright and flavorful with a very nice chocolate shell. 10/10

Great first experience here. Very bright, clean, beautiful dining space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They walked me through all the desserts. We got a biscoff cheesecake and a michigan pothole shake. Large portions, good price for what you get. Both were absolutely delicious. Cant wait to go back and try the other cheesecakes, the ube cheesecake especially looked delicious. Bravo cotton cake team!

Good service. A little too quiet inside. We got the original cheese cake and it was kind of bland. There are a few ways they can doctor it up be we wanted to try it's true flavor. Almost no sweetness to it and maybe missing a little salt to bring out the cheese flavor. Glad I gave it a try though.

Clean, spacious, cool place with good fluffy japanese cheesecakes. Tried the ube and normal cheesecake. They have a really nice soft texture. Not too sweet. Its just right. Also tried the cheese tart. A bit of a citrus/yuzu touch is great. Its so good and my new fave!

Baked goods were delicious and decorated beautifully. The service was top notch, friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely will return.

Stopped by here a couple of times now, ordered a cortado, cappuccino and freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. All delicious. The decor is nice, clean and comfortable. The service has also been amazing. Highly recommend!

Great experience! The desserts are delicious and I was super happy with my gluten-free cheesecake with pistachio topping. The caramel latte was really good too. Very good service. Would highly recommend.
