We decided to try this restaurant because of the many good reviews, expecting the food to be of high quality. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that. We started with the appetizers, which looked good at first glance but were mediocre in taste. Even simple dishes like potatoes werent even cooked properly. The coffee served was shockingly bad, as if it came from a hospital vending machine. Ordering a cappuccino resulted in being served with extra coffee milk in a cup, they have no idea of what they are doing. The main courses were even more disappointing. The Pad Thai didn’t taste like Pad Thai at all, and the pasta lacked any authenticity or flavor. It’s completely unclear what this restaurant’s specialty is, but it’s certainly not Thai or Italian food. How this place has received such good reviews remains a mystery to us. The service didn’t make up for the poor food. Nobody asked why we left half of our food uneaten, and we weren’t even offered dessert. The service was downright subpar. We even considered asking the manager why we had to pay at all, but we decided to let it go and simply left. In short, the food isn’t worth the money, the service is bad, and the reviews are misleading. Our advice: skip this restaurant and choose a place where the quality matches the promises. Should have just bought some fries down the street.

By far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. (And I've had a few.) We asked about the possibilities to get a vegetarian tapas plate, and while we were in the belief that we were still waiting for the answer, we were served a tapas plate with meat. After we pointed out that we do not eat meat, the meat items we taken away and replaced by a bowl of rubbery cheese. We were finally charged for each mediocre (at best!) tapas item separately, which was more than the entire tapas plate with meat, because there was "no vegetarian tapas plate on the menu". The service was so bafflingly rude that we paid the bill just to get out as quickly a possible. As a reply to my written complaint to the restaurant afterwords, I received a generic non-apology. I won't be going anywhere near this nightmare of a place ever again. An addition after the reply from the restaurant: 1) I've sent you my detailed feedback by email and via your website form (to which you have replied), so there is confirmed evidence that you received a customer complaint about your tapas. (Even though the tapas itself was not the main cause of my complaint, as you can read above.) 2) Based on your reactions, both in-person at your establishment and when communicating digitally, you indeed seem to have some severe problems of comprehension.

Scrupulously clean, well-appointed, and stylish space right in the heart of town. Do note that there is no lift, making it unsuitable for some guests. The hospitality was a notch above: welcome mocktails, good information for settling in, and gracious care.

Of the three dish we chose, the fish was really good, the pad Thai mediocre and the pasta just decent. For the (high) prices they have, I expected more. What was really unsatisfactory though was the service. None of the personnel made any effort to speak English, they barely looked at you and were pretty dismissal the whole evening. At the end a kid at the table puked and after we cleaned what we could with on the table and floor the waitress demanded we would clean the floor further without even giving us a mop to do that

Super nice restaurant with really friendly staff and great food. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and the Pommes frites. And they have Rochefort on tap ❤️

Only few choices were available on the menu. The ones we picked were below the standard of usual Belgium cuisine, while prices were above average. There was no option for wireless payment, so had to go get the car and a card for paying the bill. The staff walked away while we tried to ask what the options for payment were.

Excellent experience! The food was innovative and quite delicious. The service was really nice and attentive. We couldn't have had a better time. Thank you
