Pleasant location, pleasant stay if only for one night. Was able to make use of their driving range - a very nice new facility but not able to use other facilities available to guests due to lack of time and bad weather. Also went to the casino - small but adequate . Rooms clean and tidy with the essentials. Beds very soft may be too soft some but slept well despite. Overall enjoyed the experience , would stay again if in Launceston in the future .

This review is for the new The Range golf section. Terrible service. Paid for a whole day golf pass for 1 adult & 1 kid and ordered lunch for both. 1.5 hrs wait and no food so I had to cancel because I needed to go into the casino to pick up another child. They refused to reground the rest of the golf because I had played 1 round! Only refunded the food that never came, also no apology for the missing lunches it and explanation. Won't be back to The range. Edit: 10/9/25 Get a Phone call from someone guy demanding why I wrote this review. 1. I never gave you my number so, someone from the actual casino? Has gone into my client file and given it to the Range? Poor customer service and a betrayal of personal information

From reception to room service the staff were very polite, helpful and well presented. The bed was super comfortable, the room was very quiet and the room spotless. My room service breakfast of eggs benedict with a barista made coffee was outstanding !. I think this will be my goto for accomodation when visiting Launceston from now on.

Terrible, would not recommend. The beds are way too soft. We have stayed in other 4 star hotels and never experienced such bad mattresses. If I sat in the middle of one side of the bed, both ends of the bed went up. We were told that all the mattresses were the same. We could not sleep there and left. We are in the process of trying to get our money back.

Nice place to stay but it is a little bit out of town. Only issue i had, and it is a decent one was the water pressure in the shower was a joke. It was basically unusable. The Villas were much nicer and the restaurant there is outstanding

Great place for corporate events or for dropping in with family, couples,friends, or overseas guests 😀 Plenty of rooms on site, has a swimming pool exercise room are available to quests as well, has a bistro on site to dine as well as casino gaming machines with bar for drinks to purchase. Rooms are a little dated, you have the choice of a single room or double with or without a balcony, they have a golf course & are updated the greens, beds here are terrible to sleep on, that would be my only down fall other than updating the rooms. Room service is available with 10am check out multi level building with lifts that access each floor, there is a concierge at the front desk & will be helpful to any guests 😀 plenty of parking on site too.

Lovely place to stay and the rooms were large and very comfortable. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in “The Terrace”. The steak was perfectly cooked and lots of flavour and the sides of Brussel Sprouts was to die for 😋

Wholesome place for any group looking for a spot to just hang and have a meal. Whether you’re spending it with your mates or family on cruisy Sunday afternoon, this place doesn’t disappoint. The entire property has a laid back feel that lives up to its name. Definitely a place to be on anyone’s list when in Launceston
