Country Comfort Perth

Check in process was diabolical from shuttle|Bus experience to actual desk check in. Arrived early hours of morning and was left for well over an hour for collection when told which bay to go to wait. Driver said he’d been and we weren’t there but didn’t think to call us considering we had a paid booking. Desk check in saw us being escorted to what we thought was our room, but left in the dark in a carpark after being told our room was in a particular place. Up and down in the lift where on the top floor when the lift door opened there was a very strong smell of marijuana. Downstairs again and wandering around a carpark trying to locate our room. Found it by accident up a steep flight of stairs where we struggled to get luggage up. As people in their sixties we thought at least someone may assist but no. I sent a message though about what I thought was a very poor check in experience and to his credit the manager did apologise and sent a bottle of wine. Was told we’d be given a taxi at hotels expense to where we were going on checkout but when we departed we were then given option of taxi or shuttle bus. Not wanting to be a nuisance to anyone we said shuttle bus then waited a further 40 minutes for that where the driver had no idea of where we were going and dropped us on the wrong side of the station. Bit of a walk to get to the other side where we were getting a coach. Just no consideration for people at all.|The room was clean and comfortable, no issues there but I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a very poor experience. |Reception staff had little personality and were abrasive on checkout. Not something all people care about but it is off putting and added to what was already a poor experience. |With so many other places to choose from, this wouldn’t be something I’d recommend.

Country comfort is great value for money, clean and comfortable… the rooms are fantastic. Service by all the staff is faultless and the food in the restaurant is excellent, I have stopped several times over the last couple of months and only had 1 meal I didn’t like… everything else has been fantastic.

Comfortable clean and friendly staff. Walking distance from the airport, strangely very peaceful.||Food and beverages good. A lovely pool area to chill at.

Executive room was well equipped, only had problem with light sensor issue few times which was helped by front members. Amazing housekeeping team who cleaned our room throughout the stay. Location was very convenient to travel around. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are clean and nice, close to the airport. The reception on the other hand was terrible, for a hotel not being able to accept international visa cards is not good. And when checking out they tried to charge me for drinks i already paid for in the bar. We asked them the evening before to order a taxi for us the next morning. No taxi was there to pick us up. Needs to improve on their customer service.

Hottest week of the year. Air conditioning worked great. Some undercover parking. Good restaurant. Shuttle to airport while your car is parked. Rooms good layout and clean. Great stay.

Great hotel with lovely Clean rooms and and friendly staff , located close to the Airport, The Hotel offers transfers to the Airport at any time which is great bonus.

Rooms are great, and rates are reasonable. You will need transport into the city, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive into Perth CBD. The biggest issue is the free parking. Unfortunately the spaces fill up very quickly, so expect to be parking on the road out front. When we stayed there were lots of Utes with trailers in separate bays, so one car taking up 2 spaces.
