I just wanted to say a huge thank you. The room I stayed in was wonderful clean and comfortable. The whole place was spotless from the driveway to the pool area and gardens. I spoke to a young man on Friday I believe his name was Wade and he was so very helpful and polite. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Michelle

Nice comfy stay. Check in was efficient and friendly. Beds comfy. Close to pubs, cafes etc. Quiet place. Will certainly come back again.

Unfriendly dump. Served by a very argumentative old woman who obviously hated everything. The car park is very tight, low height clearance for 4wds very noisy busy place . This place would easily be the most horrible motel that we've ever been to.

This is a typical country motel with ongoing updating and with lots of positives and a couple of personal negatives.|Positives:|*Wonderful helpful staff, especially Wayne on receptions who went beyond what was expected when we reported a couple of small issues. Also very accommodating housekeeping.|Clean, cheerful and comfortable with great bed and adequate storage. |Newly renovated bathroom with loads of almost instant hot water and great towels.|Good size TV |Personal Negatives|* A tiled floor which was freezing on bare feet in June so bring night slippers if this could be an issue for you.|Traffic noise from the main highway. This did ease off late at night but started up again pretty early. May not apply to all rooms.|All in all good stay.

Good place to stay. Clean, very comfortable bed, lucky I set the alarm or I would have missed my appointment. Great TV, close to the Town centre, friendly staff and it's not expensive. The pool looks great for a swim in warmer weather. I will stay here again.

The staff we're courteous and more than willing to help. I spoke to Louise, and she went above and beyond to lock me in for a last-minute booking. The room was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and had a smart TV so we could log in and stream our movie apps. We also tried out the pool. The staff provided us with complimentary pool towels. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Well done guys

Booked a friend stay here in his last trip to dubbo. Really clean, close to town and lovely people.

This is a budget motel but it is marketed as more modern and upmarket and is priced for something better. The photos do not tell the real story. I booked a 'corporate queen, newly refurbished' and turned up to find a pokey room in a 50s- style drive- in motel with a lace curtain at the window to the carpark. The room was scrupulously clean and the bathroom looked newish. But it was noisy both from other rooms and from the highway outside. As a solo traveller, it did not feel comfortable and I left to stay somewhere else, forfeiting the money they had deducted 24 hours prior.
