"A Vermont-based walking-tour operator established in 1979 that offers guided small-group trips (up to 18) and self-guided private-group options (up to 12) around the world. Walks are organized into five physical levels—from easy walking (2–6 miles, up to four hours per day) through moderate (4–10 miles, up to six hours) to challenging (6–14 miles, up to seven hours)—so travelers of different ages and fitness levels can find appropriately paced itineraries." - Patricia Doherty

Out of the blue, I am getting their catalog at my address with a name of whom I do not know, does not live at my address, & this will be the 4th time I have sent their catalog back & asked them to correct or update their information. Bette Degraw, please correct your information with them. Thank you.

I have done 6 tours with them and the tours are great. But the home office has fallen since it was taken over by Xanterra. Do not do any flight included tours as their flights are horrible. Also the customer service and the accounting is off. I was overcharged and cannot convince them to do a line by line accounting, they just subtract and keep the high charge.

Had an amazing experience of the Cotswold and Bath tour. Guides Jesse and Gillian were amazing. Walking was exhilarating. Inns and food were top notch.
