Countryside Village Apartments

I have been visiting with my girlfriend here at this complex and have seen nothing but disgust and it's sad that this place charges this much and most people can't live comfortably, she has been living here for 6 years and the hole you see in the bathroom ceiling this makes the 3th or 4th time this has happened to her. They will not fix things. she has expressed to me that she doesn't want to move, but feels like her hands are tied and she has no choice! Matter of fact her electric bill was around $1000 dollars in July because they refused to fix her AC the right way. Granted she was given a rent credit for that month, yet that electric bill remains unpaid in full because she had to choose between rent or electricity. If you are thinking of moving here, Save yourself the trouble

I had a fantastic experience moving into my apartment, the cleaning team did an amazing job – everything was spotless and sparkling clean. The staff was also super helpful and welcoming, making the transition smooth and stress-free. I'm loving my new place and the community so far!

Absolute worst place to live in. Their maintenance is garbage, along with their property staff including management. This is the SECOND year in a row where we’ve had no AC in the summer. They simply don’t care at all. Last year, we didn’t get a unit for AC placed until August, same thing this year. AC issues started back in late May and they come to check it out once and say that it’s been fixed but then the next day, it stops working. The big issue this year is that the big AC fan outside has gone down, and it’s made this loud noise and for some reason, that doesn’t concern them? They’re doing all these stupid little promotions to move in because they are flooded with bad reviews. They’ve changed all around staff, like crazy. They’re incompetent and don’t care about their residents. We have a big fly issue at the moment due to having no AC and we are really at our breaking point. These are the worst apartments EVER!! Stay away from countryside village.

When I moved in here, Jimmy was in charge of the maintenance and I never had a single issue. He was quick, considerate, knowledgeable, and when I would call for maintenance, they would be here sometimes within 5 mins of me calling. To say its gone downhill since he left is the understatement of the century. I haven't had my A/C fixed in over a month. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than you have getting a maintenance request taken care of.

From the moment I moved in, it's been a nightmare. The refrigerator wasn’t working when I arrived, and my designated parking spot was filled with mud. I submitted a maintenance request—they kind of cleaned the spot, but it's still in terrible condition. my dishwasher has now started leaking water. The maintenance issues are never fully resolved, and overall the management seems uninterested in providing a livable experience. This has easily been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Avoid this place

Here to give an 100% honest review. I’ve been here since January of 2023. I like that for me this complex is peaceful and Decently priced, and I like the Carports that come with renting But I wouldn’t recommend you to rent here, The A/C has become a constant issue for me and when they send maintenance to fix it it’s only something temporary, just for it to break again. And I’m left leaving my wife and 1 year old Daughter sleeping in a 80+ Degree apartment. And to them it’s not an urgent issue. That’s literally written in the lease and also in the lease it states that they won’t take money off of your rent at all even if you have air conditioning issues, so it shows how much they actually Care about their residents and hoe much faith is in their maintenance abilities. So you and your family can go to sleep sweating for days and then you have to pay full months rent in the end.

I call this place home. The staff especially Jess goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and to help me. After losing my mother a week before moving in things were tight for me and trying to play catch up is hard but she went above any expectations I had with helping me get back on track financially with rent. THANK YOU JESS AND THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF. 😘

I’d give zero stars if I could. Upon moving in my unit has not had functioning A/C during SUMMER. Rampant incompetence, easily the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here two weeks with the apartment being 80+ degrees daily. Already looking into breaking my lease here because it has been a miserable experience. Run away, this place sucks.
