Couples Tower Isle

We recently stayed at Couples Turtle Isles and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional experience—this resort truly deserves every one of its five stars! First and foremost, the housekeeping services were extraordinary. The meticulous attention to detail and consistent excellence set a new standard for hospitality. In fact, the housekeeping team’s dedication and high standards could serve as a global benchmark for how hotel housekeeping should be conducted. A huge shout-out also goes to the executive chef, who went above and beyond to accommodate our special dietary requests, particularly our craving for breadfruit,. His thoughtfulness and culinary expertise made our stay even more delightful and memorable. Additionally, the bellhop team deserves special mention. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and eagerness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere right from the moment we arrived. We also want to extend a special thanks to our wonderful driver who took us back to the airport at 7 AM on June 9. Though we unfortunately don’t remember his name, his amazing sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and safe driving made the typically tedious airport transfer exceptionally enjoyable and memorable. The resort itself provided incredible entertainment and a unique, relaxing vibe that’s both chill and effortlessly cool. Couples Turtle Isles offers an experience you simply won’t find elsewhere—one that’s enjoyable, stress-free, and genuinely special. We can’t wait to return!

Love location, is space for improvement on service and hospitality. Let start with the good things. Eight rivers restaurant is the best, food is amazing. There is definitely there is the hand of executive chef Valentin M. Staff need training, are few amazing and some they don't have a clue. Water Staff, helpful ,friendly, amazing team. Lovely place ,all together. But . If you forget to leave tips, your room will probably be done poorly. At the bar , grate yang funny team. I dislike the way SOME team leaders treat the staff or treat the customers, Asian restaurants need attention. Food is not what is named. In general, food is not what is named, good but rong named. This was our second visit here and it was even better than the first!! |This resort has many, many positives and for us, only 2 negatives. ||The negatives:|The beach is not great|The water pressure was not good at all. ||The positives:|Room is clean, comfortable and cold!! AC works great, plenty of closet space. Free mini bar. Room service all day!! Our room attendant did a great job. |The food is fantastic!! We did not have bad meal anywhere. Everything is so fresh and delicious. |Coffee shop 7AM-10PM! |Bar service is top notch. Most bartenders have a special drink or shot they invented themselves. Make sure you ask!|GO TO THE ISLAND!!! |Pools are great. |The staff is awesome. So friendly, good morning, how are you, what can I get you etc. |Go to the piano bar and get an espresso martini. Fabulous!!!!|Resort is small, easy to get everywhere, nothing is more than like a 3 minute walk. |Treat yourself to a massage. It was soooo relaxing. |Everything is included, food, drink, water sports, catamaran cruise, scuba and no tipping!|Plus a lounge at the airport and a free shuttle in a nice cool van to the resort. Make sure you tip your driver, he doesn’t work for Couples. ||I seriously could go on and on about Tower Isle!||Some people that really stood out:|Sanjay “Da Man” at the island pool bar. Make sure you have him make you a Jamaican Fire Girl. Yum!!!|Kirk the bellman who will start your vacation off on the right foot!!|Terry-Ann and Antroy at the Patio, always hustling!!|Audrey and Samantha at the spa |Devon at Verandah|Rashard and Ajay at Bayside, I have an extremely sensitive palate and they made sure my meal was perfect!!

Just back from a week at Couples Tower Isle resort. Wonderful stay in paradise. Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Special thanks to Jada, activities coordinator, who gave us the grand tour of the property the day we arrived. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 30 years and I could tell right away that Jada is incredibly gifted at reading people. Her charm, charisma and dedication to making guests feel welcomed and valued really stood out. She is a shining star and has an amazing career ahead of her. Fantastic week at a wonderful property with world class staff and food that was outstanding. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a memorable, romantic & laid back getaway

In short, our experience wildly exceeded our expectations. We never go anywhere twice, but we will break that rule and return here because the staff have become our friends and some like family.||The grounds of the resort are beautiful. Pictures really don’t do it justice. It doesn’t have all the marble window dressing of some of the newer resorts. However, the quality of the experience greatly exceeds the comparable places we have been in Mexico, Hawaii, and other places.||As others have often said, don’t write off the island and try it early. We are in our 30s and thought we wouldn’t like it and would give it a shot and leave. We ended up spending every single day there. The staff and the other vacationers were the most amazing people we’ve met in our life. We will have lifelong friendships from the island. The ocean crashing onto the rocks will melt your stress, and the pool is a refreshing choice to meet people and have a great time. ||Everyone is amazing, but we had a few standouts. Tahjay B is the best bartender at the resort and kept us supplied with amazing beverages. I highly recommend his frozen mojitos and dirty bananas. Martin spent time with us and we got to share stories and learn about the Jamaican culture. He is wise beyond his years. Ronaldinho brought the entertainment and is the social center of everywhere he goes. We can’t wait to visit our new friends again.||One thing that was different than expected was the ages of the other vacationers. We heard it skewed older and it didn’t at all, at least in June. There were 20s all the way to retirees, but mostly 30-50. What’s special is it doesn’t matter. Everyone all hung out together and had the best time.||The food lived up to its reputation as the best all inclusive food we’ve had. The soups are especially incredible, but they do some really amazing work with sweet potatoes too.||I would say the only person this resort is not for is someone looking for opulence, but that’s not the magic here. We spent almost no time in our room. We stayed in the ocean jr suite and it was magnificent, but next time we will probably downgrade because we spent no time there.||The entertainment was also better than expected. Brittany was amazing to hang out with during the day and then brought the house down with her singing. The Silver Birds were also among our favorite. Genuine standing ovations happened for those shows.||We are terribly sad to leave but already have our next vacation planned for this December!! ||The Beadel’s have made a second home here at Couples Tower Island!

We stayed in a Deluxe Ocean View room, which I believe is located in one of the original buildings. Many of the original features—such as the floor and wall tiles, stair banisters, and finishings—have been preserved, giving the space a unique, boutique-style charm. It truly felt like a classic Jamaican experience. Both the property and the room were exceptionally clean. The staff, despite a no-tipping policy, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made an effort to remember our names and checked in on us daily. It’s thoughtful gestures like these that made our stay especially memorable. There were plenty of all-inclusive activities to enjoy. We went snorkeling, took a glass-bottom boat ride, and participated in a tie-dye shirt activity—all of which were a lot of fun. The food was excellent. The buffet changed daily and offered a variety of flavorful options. A highlight was “Jamaica Day” on Wednesdays, featuring a full Jamaican-inspired buffet and local vendors by the poolside selling souvenirs. Overall, it was a fantastic and charming place. We can’t wait to come back.

If you are in search for a adult only resort - you found one of the best in Ochi. The staff make it great. Yes its a little dated, but there is history here. They really go out of their way to help - lots of staff, a fabulous piano bar. Good drinks, water activities, good selection of food, high end restaurants as well. Already miss the crew. My husband and I have returned from a fabulous romantic elopement at the Tower Couples Isle and have been impressed with the level of service, diligence and overall attentiveness.||I was initially dubious when reading the reviews prior to our arrival, and to be frank yes - the hotels interior is slightly dated and this will need work to improve the aesthetic, however the hotel is clean and this makes up for the dated decor. I understand from reading other reviews this sets the hotel aside from the huge hotels that are contemporary, but lack the rustic Carribean feel.||Special shouts outs to Paulette our wedding officiant, who went over and beyond to ensure I was rest assured with all the finer details leading up to our day. Thank you!||Tessa - thank you for styling my hair, you saw 1 image and passed the assignment with flying colours! Thank you for being so patient with me and helping me to achieve the look I had anticipated for my special day! ||My husband and I also had a couples massage this was excellent. Highly recommend a trip to the spa!||Whitley - This special lady is an absolute asset to the hotel and goes over and beyond to ensure everyone is looked after! Her expresso martinis are an absolute delight and were one of my favourites after dinner. Whitley is funny, professional, has a beautiful warmth and charm about her! Thank you for making are stay even more special girl! Big up yourself!||DJ Bourbon is a super talented DJ - to play music, create and keep the vibe going is no easy task when there are different groups of people with different interests in music to satisfy! Well done very impressive!||There are too many staff members to mention. Everyone takes pride in their roles and this is truly wonderful to see.||All food is of good quality and you will not go hungry. The patties are the highlight in the pool bar grill a must try and do get them promptly as they finish at certain times of the day.||No towel cards needed which makes like easier. Just provide room number and exchange when needed.||The ATM tends to run out of money, therefore plan ahead of your trip if you wish to use cash. ||Lots of water sports and entertainment in the patio restaurant.||Piano bar was another favourite of ours. We enjoyed the sing along night! ||Thank you Tower Couples Ilse we will be back!
