We liked it so much, we extended our 2 nights to 4! ||We loved the Courthouse Inn; it was charming, quiet, spotless, comfortable and the breakfasts and afternoon treats were a delight. The staff is amazing--since we extended our stay, we did have to change rooms and they took care of everything for us, moving our luggage from one room to another and ensuring we could get in the new room as soon as possible. The ladies were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the way they worked together as a team through breakfast, room cleaning, check-in and keeping the coffee/tea bar fully stocked was amazing. This inn is incredibly well-run. ||The breakfast is a 3 course delight in the pretty sunlit lounge with coffee, Nespresso, tea, water, juice all available. You must try the Bircher Meusli - it is so creamy and delicious, we are still talking about it. And the blueberry pancakes are delicous! Each morning, you get a fresh-baked goodie that can be served as your third course or wrapped up to go for your day's adventures. Each afternoon after 3, another elegant home-baked treat is served; our favorites were the dark chocolate ganache and raspberry tarts. ||We enjoyed the rooms we had; the bedding was wonderful and fresh, the rooms so clean and well-laid out, and having a/c during an early heat wave in Revelstoke was fabulous. The bathrooms--again, spotless--have wonderful shower heads with great water pressure, and good fluffy white towels. ||The house decor runs to ski-themed, in a tasteful way, blending nostalgia and the gentility of the old house with all the modern conveniences. It's out of the downtown area by a few blocks on a quiet, leafy street across the street from the beautiful old courthouse building, which lights up at night for a lovely view. I do highly recommend the downstairs deluxe King rooms, which are the largest rooms, but really any of the rooms will be comfortable and well-appointed. ||I cannot recommend this Inn highly enough and we can't wait to return.
