Update: Krystn with management reached out and apologized. I was very impressed with her helpfulness in fixing the situation. She quickly stepped in and fixed as many of the complications as possible. I appreciated her responsiveness. Previous: I am absolutely disappointed in my experience thus far with the residence. The elevators stink (in both literal and figurative way). The elevators continually alert you that “Elevators are unavailable due to too many requests.” I was told that I couldn’t move in any sooner than a specific day due to business hours, but then I still “can’t” move in because the moving carts were all being used and the freight elevator was already reserved months in advance. The garage wreaks of marijuana. The hallways are gross colors and have not been updated. The concierge desk is disorganized, unhelpful, and chaotic. Everyone seems to be running around like their heads are cut off. Overall, a bummer experience for Equity Residential. I will discourage everyone I know from living here and send them to other residences.

I cannot reccomend this building less. Seriously run away do not walk. First, this “luxury” building is infested with cockroaches and there is no way around it. After management told me that pest control would come 2 weeks after i found my first roach, I had to hire my own exterminator and he told me that this is a building problem and nothing to do with my cleanliness. Once you live here, you can read the community forum for yourself and see endless photos of cockaroach sightings. Absolutely vile. Hallways, units, on the roof, they are everywhere. Secondly, good luck getting your packages from this place! I had several packages misplaced by the front desk because their package system is absolutely incompetent. I literally stopped ordering things to this address because the likelihood of me receiving it within a week of it being delivered was 0. Absolutely ridiculous. Though I will say all of the front desk staff were always very nice and kind. It’s just a ridiculous system. I also experienced several maintenance issues including leaks from the ceiling that created a hole. I had exposed wall pipes in my bathroom that likely invited in cockroaches and other pests. When building pest control came they moved my fridge and knocked off a glass magnet, didn’t clean it up and left the glass on my kitchen floor for me to step on. For the outrageous prices of this “luxury” building, absolutely DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Google
The elevator wait times are terrible. They say it's because a part is on backorder, but this problem has been going on for months. There are 5 elevator shafts but only 3 of them are operational, and sometimes only 2 are available because 1 is broken or being used as a freight elevator. When going to work, I frequently have to wait 5 minutes for an elevator to come, and then have watch it stop at nearly every single floor as I ride it down. Sometimes these elevators don't even come at all and I get a "please try again later" message from the console. I am also constantly getting emails about how things in the building are broken (e.g., the A.C. in the gym) or they have other repairs to make (e.g., shutting off the water). These issues are not the end of the world, but given the price to live here, they should not be happening. The building itself is reasonably nice and in a great location, but with everything going on, it's not worth the price.

I lived here from January 2022 to December 2023. Overall my experience here was very positive. The maintenance was quick, saw pretty much zero bugs, and never had any noise issues from my neighbors. The walls are pretty thick here. The gym was clean, and the concierge/leasing office were all friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The primary negative was that the appliances at my unit were all old and falling apart. My dryer was not heating up my clothes very well, and maintenance coming to fix it multiple times did not do anything. That washer/dryer straight up needed to be replaced in my opinion! If you don't pay for reserved parking, I would be prepared to fight for your preferred parking spots in the garage. If you come in very late, you will most likely need to park in an area that is far away from the elevator! The one bedroom the closet space was definitely too small to hold all my clothes, and I can confidently say I do not have that many clothes. I would definitely move back here if I move back to Arlington again.

Google
Just wanted to come here and say even when the building has issues they communicate well. Most importantly the 24hr concierge people are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had it in an apartment and they’re always happy to see you and willing to help however. Love them. They sell the place for sure

I have been pleased with this Residence. I enjoy my stay here. I been here since April 2025. The location is perfect and the staff is friendly.

Google
I'm writing this review after ~6 months of living here, and everything about this place has been great! The location allows easy access to the surrounding areas: Clarendon is just a fifteen minute walk away, likewise with Rosslyn, and anything beyond that is connected to WMATA is also within reach thanks to the convenient metro stop just inside the plaza. The actual shops/restaurants in the plaza after living here a bit leave a little more to be desired (I've seen the milk and cookies storefront coming soon for ages now), but there are a couple of restaurants within that are a staple whenever we have friends and family visiting us (shoutout to Courthaus Social). The only thing that I really feel like I always need to drive for is a grocery store, as the closest one is Whole Foods, and it's not my favorite place to shop. In terms of the amenities, things seem pretty standard, but that's not a bad thing. They have a rooftop pool, as well as a decent gym (more cardio than weight machines in my opinion), and they do a decent amount of events for the residents. I think there have been at least one a month if I'm remember correctly and it's a good way to get some free food and chat with some of the office staff. This is also a good segue to my man Tyrelle! He's honestly been a pleasure to work with, but also just chat with in general. When my girlfriend (at the time (now fiancé)) and I were looking for a place in Arlington that would take 3 cats, we initially reached out and Tyrelle gave us so much helpful information, even though we ended up realizing that we wouldn't actually be renting any time soon. And when we were ready to rent 4-5 months later, Courthouse Plaza was still our top choice, and Tyrelle was happy and readily available to help us move forward. I still cross paths with him at various times, and he's always cordial and polite, making time to give a friendly wave and ask how we're doing, even when he's busy helping other residents. I also really like the concierge staff here - they haven't mixed up/lost any packages of mine, and I've ordered a LOT of stuff. They even make time to chitchat and crack a few jokes at times, which is a welcome addition. Last but not least, the few times we've had to call maintenance, they've been on it. They're usually pretty quick and if they need to come back the next day, they're very clear that they will return to finish up the work in the morning. Overall, if you're looking for a place to live, with a convenient location, and really nice staff, I would definitely recommend this place. The past 6 months have been a very enjoyable experience and exactly what I thought it'd be like to live closer to the city.

Community and staff are amazing. Worked with Christian who made my move in process easy. The leasing team and front desk make the place an amazing living experience.

Yelp
Update: They have power washed the building, looks better. Windows are still filthy, Elevator B still smells disgusting. They did shampoo the plaza entry rug so it no longer reeks of pee. The fountain stayed full of water and loaded with mosquitos until about 2 weeks ago. It is now drained, with disassembled lighting and remains non-operational. I guess that is it??? New issue is pipes whistling in my exterior wall at a loud high F pitch in the mornings and evenings and on weekends all day. This was going on since July and they have sent people to look, then they forget about it, then I placed another work order, emailed a couple of times and then updated this post....as of 9/15, the pipes are repaired! Yay! Other than that, everything is the same as my prior posting.

Yelp
I feel like not many people leave a review AFTER the move out process so felt it would be good to come on here and say the move out process was extremely smooth and the leasing agents were more than helpful in their communication. Sometimes this process can get antagonistic depending on the landlord, but the equity residential agents were extremely clear, transparent, and helpful when it came to the steps required for a successful move out. Recommend this building again not just for the experience but also for the agents who work here. Even the move out process was smooth!

Yelp
I've since moved out (update to my review a few months ago) and I wish I could give negative stars. Further reemphasizes my original comment, to live anywhere else - ANYWHERE ELSE - than here. We moved to the Meridian & Lyon Place. Firstly, the building requires you shampoo the carpets upon moving out. Because of this, we opted for the "easy-move-out" option where we paid the building ~$250 to have their cleaners come in. Despite this, when we received our "move out inspection" doc, multiple things were noted as "dirty," despite us having paid to clean it. Also on the inspection doc, we had multiple areas noted as damaged on the walls. When we moved in, we specifically asked (in writing!) if we could hang things on the walls. We were told yes, as long as we covered up anything larger than a nail size. We covered up all holes (incl the small nail sized ones!) and then paid $100 (via the building for them to paint) and we were STILL noted as damaged. The final straw was our balcony was noted as dirty. It's an exterior area - we are not required to clean it based on any documentation. There was no garbage of ancillary items, and it was noted as dirty. Which feels obvious it should be?! Just continuously terrible experience. I empathize there need to be rules and community standards, but this management company absolutely abuses their position with extra charges.

Yelp
When we moved in the microwave was making a weird noise and getting the lease set up with a service animal was a little difficult but other than that everything has been great!

Yelp
I lived in Courthouse Plaza for 1 year and it was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, the staff is so friendly, and the amenities were great. I only moved out because I needed more space with my growing family. Otherwise, I would have stayed longer! The walkability of living in Courthouse Plaza was my favorite aspect. I walked my dog daily and met all the other dogs in the building. Tyrelle, Sarita, and the rest of the staff deserve the world! Thanks again, I'll always remember my time here!

Miranda S.

Yelp
I have been complaining about noise for over a month--it's coming from the garbage room right across from my apartment and no one will lift a finger to do anything about it. I'm living in earplugs and it wakes me up at all hours of the night. also the front door was broken and unlocked for months and there are monthly midnight false fire alarms.

Yelp
Courthouse Plaza Apartments are fantastic apartments to call home. The office staff are friendly, communicative, helpful with everything (not just apartment issues or questions), and all around great people. Whenever you have any issue in the apartment, the staff is quick to fix. If you have any questions about DC or the area, the office staff is more than willing to provide advice. The location is perfect to walk around to so many different shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Great place to live.

Amanda H.

Yelp
This building is in a great location and the property management company does a good job keeping the amenities and features updated, the property clean, and periodically brings in vendors for events. My leasing agent Tyrelle has been the biggest help throughout my rental process and has been so quick and kind in answering my questions as a resident. The maintenance staff also does a great job - timely repairs with a friendly demeanor. I feel safe and comfortable at Courthouse Plaza and would recommend to anyone interested in living in the Courthouse and Clarendon areas.

Yelp
Huge thank you to Tom and the management team for letting our Girl Scout troop sell cookies in the lobby. The residents loved that the cookies were right there for them. Everyone wins!

Alexis B.

Yelp
I just toured this building and enjoyed it. The leasing team is friendly and informative but the building interior was outdated.
google avatar

Theresa B.

Yelp
** I don't live here, I only toured it ** Our visit here today got off to kind of a bad start when they sat us down and told us the apartment we had specifically come to look at was no longer available. Ok... an email or something would have been nice instead of just letting us come in anyway and waste our time, but whatever. They said it had been reserved by the people who currently live there and that they "may still change their minds about renewing their lease," so we ended up just touring a similar one since we were already there. I will say the leasing agent, aside from the aforementioned error, was quite fun. She and I gabbed pretty much the whole time, and we found out we'd been on the same booze cruise for NYE! Crazy. But hitting it off with her still didn't negate the fact that this building was both one of the most expensive we'd seen today and the dingiest. How does that work? The view from their rooftop is incredible, overlooking the Washington Monument, Air Force Memorial and some of the Potomac. But ultimately, we wouldn't be living on the rooftop, so it wasn't enough to save this place. Not that any of this truly mattered, though, because I was there for an apartment that wasn't even available anyway? And finally, yes, their location is pretty great. If that's enough to sell you on an apartment, then check this place out.
google avatar

Brooke P.

Yelp
Nothing but wonderful things to say since living here for almost a year. Everyone in the office is so friendly, the location is amazing (Starbucks right as you walk off the plaza level as well as many other restaurants and businesses) and very commuter-friendly with easy access to the metro or highways. One of my favorite things is how quiet my apartment is. I never have an issue with noisy neighbors. Trash chute and recycling are conveniently located on each floor. Elevators are updated and quick. Never have an issue with parking in the garage. I've lived in 3 different Equity apartments in Arlington, they've each been wonderful but this might be my favorite. Both affordable and great quality.

Yelp
Great place to live. Really enjoyed how responsive the management and staff were and especially the few times I needed any maintenance work done. It felt like the super friendly team was at my door minutes after I put in my request. Loved the front desk staff too and they were super helpful and accommodating.
google avatar

Yelp
Chelsea from the leasing office is phenomenal. She was attentive, responsive, and very helpful when my boyfriend and I were looking at places to live in the area.

Yelp
Awful customer service ! We came twice to have a tour of the building, never saw it ! First you will stand in front of the building for 5 minutes because there is no one EVER at the front desk to let you in and second there is 2 or 3 people in the building a no one is doing their job ! They told us to sign the paper and someone will give us a tour. Sure ! We did, after 10 minutes, the same guy came and said no one is available today come in some other time. We did, today. Again waiting in front of the building, again signed in, again someone will be with you, again no one is available. We took our paper because I do not want them to contact us. I know a bad leasing office/front desk when I see one.

Arlene B.

Yelp
Disgusting!! Worst is that they blocked me from all their numbers! I am a resident here, this is seriously unsafe to block numbers of folks who actually live here and need services!! Water shut off and we were desperately trying to reach them but apt mgmt blocks your number if you ever ever even once called for an issue - they will block your number and it is seriously dangerous to live in this place where the water shuts off all the time, rodents take over at night and your disgusting neighbors will always leave their trash in front of your door!!
google avatar

Rebecca D.

Yelp
**Prospective tenant** Please take my review with a grain of salt. I have not lived at the building, but felt strongly enough about the awful and misleading experience I have had with this property. I spoke to the phone with Brad I believe it was, about 4 or 5 days before I was supposed to come view the apartment, from out of state. We really hit it off and he seemed genuinely interested in helping me found a unit at this property. It was on the very much high end of our budget, but I have lived in and love the area. Brad, as he explained, wasn't in that day I'd be coming, so I was going to be having someone else show us the unit. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. The appointment was for 2:45pm. I thought it was 3pm, and due to weather and miscommunication with my husband, we got there a few minutes after, I believe 3:05pm. There was nobody there to show us. The leasing agent had left for lunch. No phone call or note or apology or follow up or anything. I'm in tears at this point because I really wanted to see and potentially rent this property, but the front desk people who were there seemed half assed, though they did confirm she was at lunch and I'd have to reschedule. I found out soon after anyways that the apartment had been raised by a few hundred dollars, making it completely out of our price range. I'm sad by the experience but at least I know I didn't have to end up further wasting my time!

Riko F.

Yelp
I lived here January 2020 - mid August 2021, and it was truly a great place to be during the pandemic. Staff and neighbors alike were respectful of social distancing and wearing masks, and I never felt unsafe here. My apartment was spacious, quiet, with great natural light and views (18th floor corner unit). Everything you need is within walking distance. Management changed last summer, and there's been a marked difference in the quality of living: the elevators have been modernized to be quicker and more reliable (before it was common to wait for an elevator for 15+ minutes). The current staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The package delivery system isn't great, though the receptionists truly do their best to figure out any issues. Lastly, in June my move out plans had to be delayed by another month, but the leasing office was very understanding and helpful in adjusting my lease to a month-to-month at the last minute. You're in good hands here.
google avatar

Tee C.

Yelp
Great place to live with everything near by. I love the staff that I can count on them. Especially the front desk staff very helpful as well as the management team!!
google avatar

Kayla M.

Yelp
Lived here for 2 years... was an awesome location with great amenities, but NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Especially given the split utilities when one month my electric was $300 for one person! They also nickel and dime you for everything - such as guest parking during move out. And don't even bother trying to contact management for anything - I've been moved out for a month (thank goodness!) and they've yet to reply to multiple communications! They just never get back to you - have even tried calling. They were totally unhelpful throughout the whole move out process and they just really don't care about their tenants. The front desk staff is really nice and accommodating but there is only so much they can do. Since Erika left, I've had a horrible experience. It's too late for me, but save yourself - live elsewhere!
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Everything is great at Courthouse Plaza, from the nice, quiet building which feels very safe, to the updated kitchens and bathrooms, to the excellent concierge, professional leasing staff and very helpful maintenance staff. Also love the view from the rooftop terrace, pool and gym!

Charlie L.

Yelp
Update: I have contacted resident relations on multiple occasions. Do I receive a response? No. Usually I am sent to voicemail (with no return call except on a rare occasion I believe I got one call back a week later while I was at work and so me calling back led nowhere) or an out of office message or response. Pretending to care in yelp reviews does not reflect the true nature of this building establishment. If you need an issue taken care of, regardless of size (it can be a leak or faulty wiring to erroneous charges to anything else), just hope for the best because it is a nightmare to get in contact with anyone. I cannot wait to leave this building. It is the worst apartment unit I have lived in yet. Do not let the lies fool you. Try calling the leasing office and front desk a few times to see how responsive they are and how often your call is answered. Or try any other method - email or corporate. Good luck

Cameron B.

Yelp
I have lived in this apartment building for two years and there are two words that describe this place perfectly. Constant Issues. Garage is consistently broken into and management shows no effort to take responsibility when the only way to gain access is through the lobby where the concierge service lets anyone in. Elevators are always slow and delayed, it is not uncommon to wait 3-5 minutes for an elevator. Packages are collected at the front desk and they are very unorganized, they have lost my package on 2 separate occasions. When these concerns have been raised to management their only response was that they do not think these are issues and I could pay 2 months rent to terminate my lease. If you are deciding between courthouse plaza apartments and another location, sign somewhere else.
google avatar

Max T.

Yelp
First, add $250/mo to whatever your rent is. They aren't really clear about that up front. It's based on a building-wide split for utilities - don't get me started on how frustrating that is when the sliding plaza doors are broken and wide open for days in a row. It's also been interesting living here during what seems to be a constant (and god-awful slow) remodel of the building. The poor concierge has had packages strewn about and that must have been a nightmare for them through the holidays but management seems largely oblivious of details like this. For a place close to DC that's metro accessible and on some convenient bus routes, this is a good location. Even being new to the area, I think your rental dollar could be stretched a lot further in the same area if you have time to look beyond the corporate buildings like this.
google avatar

Jules W.

Yelp
My fiancé has been here for 4 years, and I've been here for a year and a half. The change in management last year changed everything. We're looking forward to the end of our lease. The new property manager sends negative emails to the entire community concerning issues that improve their bottom line, not improve resident satisfaction. The new maintenance team is slow/unresponsive, and younger kids are moving in and partying on the rooftop, making seating difficult to find. It's been an incredibly disappointing year. The leasing staff is still very nice - best part of this place.

Grace M.

Yelp
I moved during summer 2020, and I have loved my experience at Courthouse Plaza so far. The location is unbeatable (proximity to the metro, restaurants, greenspace, highways, etc.), and my apartment has provided all the amenities and space I've needed. The hassle-free and low-maintenance environment has been particularly enjoyable and given me additional peace-of-mind during a pandemic. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind, and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues (though I'll admit I've had *very* few issues to begin with, and no problems with any appliances). Would highly recommend living here!

Si M.

Yelp
I did a tour of Courthouse Plaza Apts and while I didn't end up leasing a unit, I have to say that Tyrelle at the leasing office was absolutely wonderful- very helpful, warm, and knowledgeable! He also took into consideration exactly what I was looking for and made sure I saw units that were similar. The facilities were nice, and the renovated units look great too!

Milton G.

Yelp
The reviews don't lie. I have sent multiple requests and tried to call for a couple of times but still no videos or virtual tour. The rep didn't know how to work video and goggle app so we never connected. Neither emails or the links she sent me didn't work . This is indicative of how I would be treated as a tenant. No thank you, I'll keep looking. I'd rather have an hour commute than receive 25 percent service. No stars from me

Roslee T.

Yelp
We looked at several apartments around the area and before setting foot at Courthouse I (personally) already have my heart set on a different place but when we met Erica, who was genuiely warm and helpful and found out that it was just 3 cartwheels away to the metro, me and my husband were sold. The other plus for us were - the view, the tiled flooring, open space concept, cozy and hip lobby, floor space, roof top and the gym. Lastly, the application process was very seamless and easy. I look forward to out move-in date
google avatar

Gabrielle S.

Yelp
The management team is terrible (besides Errika). Lived in the building for two years and have never experienced so much greed and selfishness in a property team. Don't waste thousands of dollars on a money hungry community who doesn't care about its residents.
google avatar

Felicia H.

Yelp
Since my previous review I've noticed quite a change in management and service. The manager is more accommodating and the effort is certainly noticed. Thank you for the improvement. Courthouse Plaza is one of the best locations in the area. I truly enjoy living walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Apple Store, Sephora, Williams Sonoma and Firehouse. The staff is fantastic and I truly enjoy living here.
google avatar

Alyssa M.

Yelp
This location alone was a perk and the customer service is great, the maintenance team responds back on a timely manner. The rent and utilities can be expensive, but it is the price you pay for the 24hr concierge, DC view and pool on the rooftop!
google avatar

Erica S.

Yelp
Overall I had a good experience in the complex. The staff was friendly and every time I needed help, the issues were solved. The rooftop view is amazing, a good place to do a barbecue.

Maria P.

Yelp
Tori and Nicole were so accomodating throughout the lease signing process! I am currently out-of-state and did a virtual tour with Tori. She quickly responded with an appointment to FaceTime and she was patient when there was an issue with the lease approval portal. Nicole took over from there since Tori was out of the office that day, and helped us for the rest of the process. Looking forward to my new home!

Jessica K.

Yelp
If you're thinking about moving here, please don't do it to yourself. Yes, the location is great but that's where the positives end. I was counting down the days until I moved out from basically the day I moved in. The loading dock is in the trash room so be prepared for your things to smell like garbage when you move in. The elevators are awful and for some reason no one cares enough to fix them; they stop on random floors, sometimes only 1 or 2 of the 5 elevators are even functioning (and for a 21 story building this has caused major headaches and delays). My microwave was catching on fire and it took over 3 months to be fixed. The "24 hour concierge" was gone 80% of the time I went down. It's also ridiculously overpriced for the value. And this is just the major stuff, not mentioning all the little things along the way that made me really hate living here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

A S.

Yelp
Pro: Convenient location. Rooftop and workout space are great if you can find a spot to sit or machine to workout on. Con: Where to start. If you like the dorm feel and atmosphere then this is a good place for you. Us, not so much. We had the pleasure of neighbors playing loud music and smoking on their balcony regularly into the AM hours. So kind of miserable when you can't open windows due to smoke, and when they're closed you get to hear bass through the wall until 3am. We reached out to management multiple times who said they took care of it each time, but it continued. I think the only policy management is interested in is those related to prompt payment. At one point we were told to call the local police to deal with the noise, nevermind that the building is supposed to be "locked" after hours and has a door person. Then there has been reported vandalism of vehicles in the garage and we received official notices from management about those incidents, so they are aware of it. I also had the privilege of seeing a local police evidence investigator/photographer leaving the building one evening as well. So don't let the door person and talk of after hours locking fool you. All this for a price that would get you a mortgage in most reasonable areas in America. So, you decide, but we advise seriously doing your homework and shopping around. By the way we are on the 16th floor and thankfully leaving early due to a job transfer.
google avatar

Jing S.

Yelp
Great apartment. Very convenient! It is quite close to the metro, many dining choices. Also, they have the 24-hours package services. And the large packages will go directly to my door! Also, it's pet friendly though I don't have a dog now, but I really want to. Anyway, it's a nice apartment.

Christopher J.

Yelp
Have lived here for 9 years. The apartments are great and the service has always been very good. Ericka is the one that signed us up when we first moved in and she has been amazing ever since. Anytime we have a problem she is always on top of it and always goes the extra mile. She is one of the main reasons why we have stayed in this building for so long.

Yelp
Friendly staff. Excellent location! Bus and metro just few feets away. Lots of options for grocery, dining, and shopping! Angela always offers help which makes me feel at home.

It has been a wonderful place to live. Service has been great and accommodating. The location is the best. Metro right outside, the restaurants that are in walking distance and the community is very friendly.

Yelp
I did not end up renting here, so this review is from the perspective of a potential tenant rather than someone who lived there. That being said, my experience with Courthouse Plaza was excellent. Tyrelle and Nicole in the leasing office were extremely friendly and punctual with communication with regards to touring and potentially leasing. I considered many options throughout Arlington, and Courthouse was absolutely the most on-the-ball with regards to making sure I had all the information I might need to make a decision. As I mentioned I did not end up choosing it as my home, but the facilities appeared clean and having the plaza right there with restaurant options, the entrance to the Metro, a move theater and more made me think very hard about my decision to go with a different building. Should I ever look to move somewhere else Arlington again I would absolutely consider Courthouse Plaza again based on my experiences with them thus far.

Yelp
Horrible place to live! It's pricey, and filthy! There are no upgrades! The kitchen and bathroom are seriously outdated, yet the rent is raised by $50 dollars EVERY YEAR!!! The yard around the complex has no grass and the garbage is a PROBLEM!!! It always spills over and is always smelly!!! Washers and dryers are constantly breaking down! With what they're collecting BUY NEW ONES!!!! The only reason this place has any tenants at all is because of the location other than that it's a HORRIBLE place to call home! They change the rules constantly, just a MESS....LITERALLY!! And they wonder why they have so many vacant apartments! Disgusting place!!! You don't want to live there!!! Trust me!!!!!!!

Yelp
Tried to charge me multiple move out fees twice in hopes that I wouldn't notice. I paid them to have the apartment professionally cleaned, and they charged me the same fee again in addition to many other "damages" that did not exist. Typical Equity apartment. Would not recommend living here.

Yelp
Had to relocate due to a new opportunity and I can say that I am homesick for my apartment at Courthouse Plaza! I will definitely re-rent here if I am ever back in the area. The location is the best with everything in walking distance and Metro just yards away. The rooftop view is amazing with a fabulous pool and grilling area. The maintenance staff is responsive with due diligence, front desk especially day shift is responsive and very helpful and the manager Tom is great! I recommend you to rent here.

Yelp
Lived here almost 5 years. My place is amazing with the greatest view. Concierge is super awesome and they remember every resident like we are family. I recommend giving this place a try.

Yelp
I would not recommend living here at all. Every year your lease renewal comes up the raise it over 13% and have no wiggle room. They would rather you move then stay here and the stay is very condescending about the entire process. The staff overall can be very rude and I don't know how long you can keep people in the building if your staff is prone to yelling at tenants. There is also a referral program that is a lie. I had to hound the management office for 3 months in order to get a response from anyone after many calls and emails. It is more a hassle than moving. The tip of the ice berg is the exterior construction. They can say anything they want about improving the building in the end, but until then, no one should want to move it because the compensation off of your rent is a joke! The amount is tine and not worth the expense and noise you have to deal with. Don't live here Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/VA-Arlington-Archstone-Courthouse-Plaza-1525051.html#ixzz28QGvMvu9
