Courtleigh Hotel and Suites

We spent two nights in this hotel |Very nice. Clean and quiet. |The included breakfast was very nice; best I have had so far in my travels.|Service in the Anthon was quite good , but, sometimes slow,even when not very busy. |My travel companion was very impressed withthe ensuite iron - best he has encountered in any hotel so far. ||It was good value for the money.

Excellent! I stayed for 4 nights.|The rooms were clean & comfortable. The furnishings were contemporary yet still contained Jamaica mahogany. The AC was the best, consistent and cool as I wanted.|The font desk was manned, 24 hour security, elevator security and keyless entry.|I felt safe and sound. The grounds were well maintained and the pool made for nice swimming.||The food was delicious. I had a choice of|Jamaican , European and or American cuisine for the daily breakfast.|Coffee is much better than a named brand.|I would go there just for the coffee.|The staff was attentive & courteous.||I highly recommend the Courtleigh and would stay there again.

This maybe my 5th or 6th stay at this Hotel, and I can say for sure I am always please with the hospitality, customer service and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond. They are always on point and that simply tells me that this is a part of the training and the culture of the Hotel. I am on my way back to Jamaica and I will be there. This hotel is strategically located in New Kingston and makes my stay great, and allows me to achieve my objectives whether I am on a business or vacation trip. 5 stars.

Loved the property, it is in the city but yet feels so quaint, clean, beautiful and safe. The staff were exceptional- professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. The suite felt like home away from home, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Based on this experience The Courtleigh Hotel will always be our first choice for accommodation in Kingston.

Lascells is awesome! Went above and beyond for us!!! Gave great recommendations for things to do on our trip, asked every time he saw us if we needed anything. Always had a friendly smile and never expected anything in return just a genuine guy.

Excellent customer service, Lascelles was great! As well as the front desk receptionist. Clean rooms, very comfortable. Definitely a good place.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was always available to assist with questions or recommendations.
