Located in the heart of New Kingston, Courtleigh Hotel & Suites is truly a standout property—centrally positioned near business hubs, shopping, dining, and entertainment, while still offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a long and respected history in Kingston, this hotel has built a reputation for comfort, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality, and it continues to uphold that legacy.||I truly consider Courtleigh my home away from home. I recently stayed here with my daughter, sister, and cousin, and every one of us had an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make us feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed.||Being recognized by name and treated like a member of the Courtleigh family is something truly special. That personal touch speaks volumes about the culture of this hotel. I would especially like to recognize individuals who demonstrate consistent leadership and excellence in their roles: Ms. Reynolds, Mr. Franklin, and the amazing Ms. Powell, whose management reflects professionalism, compassion, and high standards.||There is a long list of staff members I wish I could recognize by name, though unfortunately I cannot recall everyone. At the front desk, Tatyana is a true superstar—shy yet confident, highly professional, and deserving of recognition for exceptional customer service. Javan is just as awesome, along with the rest of the front desk team who consistently deliver outstanding service.||The restaurant staff is equally impressive. Joseph, Charmaine, and Kristeen are attentive, warm, and professional at all times. No matter how busy the restaurant becomes, they always acknowledge our presence and ensure we are well taken care of. I admire how they interact with returning guests—many of whom they greet by name—creating a welcoming, family-like environment.||I also want to recognize the chefs, who are often overlooked. As a frequent diner, I had the pleasure of meeting them and personally expressing my appreciation for the consistently delicious meals they prepare. Their hard work truly enhances the overall experience.||Although my sister and I do not drink alcohol, the bar area became one of our favorite places to relax. Patrick, one of the hardest-working bartenders I have encountered, has truly become part of our extended Courtleigh family. His professionalism, respect, and dedication to guests should never be overlooked.||Kudos to the management team for fostering such strong partnerships with their staff. The teamwork, pride, and mutual respect are clearly reflected in the exceptional service delivered throughout the hotel. Courtleigh represents high standards, and it is clear that the team works hard to uphold them.||That said, I would like to offer constructive feedback with respect and appreciation for the establishment. While it is important that every guest feels comfortable and valued, I believe there should be a clear and enforced dress code for the restaurant. Maintaining appropriate attire supports hygiene, professionalism, and the overall dining experience. Ladies should avoid overly revealing clothing such as open tops exposing shoulders and underarms, uncovered midsections, or excessively short shorts, and men should also be appropriately dressed. Observing improperly dressed individuals serving themselves food raises hygiene concerns and detracts from the restaurant’s otherwise high standards.||Courtleigh is one of the largest hotels in Kingston, serving a high volume of guests, and the buffet breakfast is a major highlight and a key reason many guests choose this hotel. However, it is concerning to see some individuals serve themselves excessive portions before other guests have an opportunity to enjoy the buffet. This is an area management may wish to review to ensure fairness and availability for all guests.||I would also like to emphasize the importance of recognizing long-standing and loyal patrons of the restaurant. Over time, I have observed many returning guests who contribute significantly to the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere and continued success. These individuals should be acknowledged for their loyalty. I respectfully recommend that management consider reserving one or two VIP tables for frequent and long-standing patrons, especially during peak and busy seasons. It can be discouraging for loyal guests to wait extended periods for seating, and this thoughtful gesture would further reinforce Courtleigh’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.||Overall, Courtleigh Hotel & Suites remains my top choice in Kingston. The rooms are clean and spacious, the air conditioning is wonderfully cold and adjustable, and the environment is comfortable, safe, and welcoming for both short and long stays.||Anyone visiting Kingston should know that Courtleigh Hotel & Suites is an exceptional place to stay—not just a hotel, but a place where guests truly feel at home.|Ms. Fields/Atlanta Georgia. ||⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location! Walking distance from restaurants and fast food places in New Kingston. I honeymooned here and my wife and I loved it. It was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was delicious, and the suites are top tier. |Stay at this hotel whenever visiting Kingston!|10/10

Decent size rooms but overall a good experience! Several parking spots and the view was amazing from the balcony! Drinking water available from 11am-8pm only, after that you’ll have to buy it! I got married at the Courtleigh hotel and had my photography session and reception there as well. I opted for pictures at the bar, the lobby/sitting area, and outside the building with banquet suites instead of emancipation park close by because of the classy aesthetic. The photos turned out amazing, the guests enjoyed the food and the staff was friendly and it is more affordable than most hotels of its calibre. ||Definitely in the top 10 hotels for weddings. The Garden Terrace is great for intimate weddings and the hotel manager is top tier! I highly recommend it.

Warm and cortious service,clean environment, delicious foods and friendly staffs. I stayed with my mother there for her 98 birthday in February and again for Christmas and she enjoyed every moment. We will be returning for her 99 birthday in February of 2026.

I've stayed here 3 times so far and I'm about to reserve my 4th stay. Staff is very courteous and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Rooms and surroundings are very clean. Prices are reasonable. See you soon.
