The breakfast is very good and varied.
However, the customer service was terrible and the treatment, hostile. They offer no help if problems arise with a Booking.com reservation.
I arrived at the hotel on a Sunday and, even though I had paid ten days prior, they had no record of my reservation. While they supposedly looked into it with Booking.com, I had to make a $200 USD deposit to be able to check in, and I gave them all the reservation details. The next day (Monday), the receptionist asked me for another $200 deposit, which I refused. The hotel had not contacted Booking.com, so I had to call customer service myself for about two hours; they confirmed my reservation and payment were in order and that they would open a case.
I informed the manager about this and sent her all the proof, expecting her to investigate. To my surprise, on Wednesday the manager, in a hostile tone, practically accused me of fraud without having checked with Booking.com. After a heated conversation, they finally contacted Booking.com and the matter was resolved. If they had done this verification from the beginning, I would not be writing this review.
