Courtney Alice Lisboa, DO

This was my first visit with Dr. Lisboa, and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Her answers really helped me feel confident about my next steps. I’m very happy to have found a PCP I feel this good about.

Ive always been someone who hated going to the doctors. But after making a resolution to make health a priority a few years ago I made an appointment with Dr. L and the rest is history! I’d never go anywhere else. She is not only brilliant, but she actually has great bedside manner! She’s approachable and relatable which honestly is often over looked when we think about medical care but for me it’s the difference of actually following up with those well visits or not bc I’m uncomfortable and anxious! The practice itself is also wonderful. I’ve never had a bad interaction, the app is easy to use, and they’re always available via phone or portal message. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Lisboa and her team are excellent care givers; friendly, professional, courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend them. Im apprehensive to write this, because sometimes when a doctor gets too many good reviews, it seems like they become impossible to see. But I like her practice so very much, I'm willing to take that chance.

Dr.Lisboa was great. She made an effort to hear out my concerns and give me a solid plan to follow during our visit. She was very pleasant to speak to as well.

One of the most condensing doctors I’ve ever met. Went on and on about how I need to handle meals postpartum when that wasn’t even a concern of mine. She assumed because my baby is a month old and I’m overweight due to a health condition that I must be eating out a lot. When I told her I wasn’t and that I was eating mostly frozen stuff but am now transitioning to more well rounded meals, she continued to go on and on about meal prepping when that’s something I’m already doing (even after I tried to explain that). All I needed was a referral to a specialist! Which I explained on the phone to the scheduling team (who was also fairly rude). When she asked about family history and I explained that I have minimal contact with my biological father, she said I needed to figure it out even if it’s through someone else that’s close to him. Quite frankly, that’s not always feasible and was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Also felt very shamed of how I’m choosing to raise my baby as a SAHM with a husband working 60+ hours a week. If you’re having any mental health struggles postpartum, stay FAR away from her.

Dr. Lisboa is an amazing human being! She is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate.

Dr. Lisboa was very attentive and was very knowledgeable with my situation ask all the right questions, gave some great advice on over the counter medication to help with my knee pain. I would recommend her to anyone

Love interacting with Courtney and her team. They never make you feel rushed and take extra time to answer all your questions. They even look out for you in billing so that you don’t accidentally overpay for things you don’t need. Highly recommend them!
