I typically refrain from leaving reviews for hotels of this caliber, but I felt it was necessary to express my experience during my recent stay.
Firstly, I want to note that breakfast is not included with the stay, which was unexpected for a hotel in this price range. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired; any requests made were met with resistance from the front desk staff, making for an uncomfortable experience.
I also noticed several cleanliness issues, including used dental floss and similar items in the hallways, as well as bloody napkins. This raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the facility. Additionally, the bar and restaurant had a limited selection, with staff citing it as an off-peak season and not having ordered a broader menu.
Parking fees were another surprise, charging $15 per night per vehicle, which adds significantly to the overall cost of the stay. The towels provided were worn and rough, lacking the quality one would expect from a hotel at this rate.
There were also visible signs of neglect throughout the property, such as dirty and peeling walls, both inside the rooms and in common areas. Water pressure in the bathroom was also disappointing.
For a hotel priced at $150-$200 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring alternative accommodations.
