We arrived on the hottest day in June to spend one night before leaving via Logan Airport to find there was no electricity. The manager of that hotel is to be congratulated. He went out of his was to make people comfortable even though they could not check in. He served cold water and ice cream while you waited. He had the hotel shuttle bus deliver people to local restaurants and delivered towels so some could enjoy the pool while waiting. Through all of this he had a smile on his face and was so kind. His staff took their lead from him and remained calm and polite as well.

Upon landing at BOS from a 15+ hour flight from Hong Kong I came here to sleep until the morning when my next flight was scheduled to take me to my home airport.|We Uber’d here rather quickly, as it’s so close to the airport. The staff working the desk were great! Very helpful and friendly. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but they were closing up when we arrived, so I used Ubereats to get a late night dinner.||The room was in definite need of renovation… In fact, the majority of the hotel needs to be brought up to date. The tub was nasty in my room. I’m glad I wasn’t staying here very long. Bed was ok. Price to stay here was way too high.||Overall, not sure I’d stay here again.

I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at before. Apparently this is a policy they changed in April, though if you look up the hotel online, it will say free parking. Boston really punishes you if you own a car 🤷‍♀️ The room was clean and spacious; had a fridge. Front desk was nice. Tap only had hot water for some reason.

Google
Shuttle is extremely convenient to get to the airport because it runs at all hours. We had a superb experience with housekeeping - we left behind an electronic in the room and Miguel shipped it back to us. He was quick to respond and a pleasure to speak with.

WE booked an airport hotel as we were arriving late. The hotel runs a shuttle from the airport. Having collected our luggage by 11.00 pm we went to find shuttle. Called the hotel number on our reservation. This put us through to a bot on a loop with no option to call for pickup.|After waiting and trying several times eventually the phone was answered by a person. She said that she could not help and suggested we took a cab. This was after more than an hour. We took the cab and at check-in told the reception of our problem. |By now it was nearly 1.00 in the morning. The receptionist told us it was nothing to do with him. Eventually got to bed at about 2.00.|The next morning I spoke to the manager who could not have been less sympathetic if she had tried.|If she had said sorry I would have accepted that sometimes not everything works properly I would have accepted that at the time. At least reimbursement of the cab fare.|Have emailed the company with no response. Just fits in with the whole experience.|A disgraceful service that means we will never use this company again.

Great place to stay for an early flight out of Logan. Check-in was smooth. I received a nice room that was spacious and overlooked Downtown Boston. The room was good in every manor applicable. Nice bed, Space to move, Nice bathroom and decent shower. Free shuttle in the AM for my flight. Only drawback is that it was not at the airport, 10-15 minute shuttle drive in.

Google
Very poor experience. Obviously not a nice hotel, but the rooms were adequate enough and clean. What wasn’t adequate was the staff’s attitude and the overall lack of basic services such as providing needed items up to the room. Would not recommend unless you’re in an absolute pinch.

Rick Natividad

Google
Very poor customer service demonstrated by the front desk receptionist named Robert. No acknowledgement of my lifetime titanium status and did not offer water provided to status members. Even arrogantly stated we don’t give water even to ambassador level. Stay away from this hotel. Only plus is it’s close to the airport. Besides that. ZERO STARS for very poor customer experience.

Yelp
Location of your room will determine your sleep. Ask for an 'even' numbered room as the 'odd' one I had like all others faces a truck depot where all night long trucks are backing, disconnecting trailers and the noise is ridiculous. Rooms are dated. Service people were great, very friendly!

Yelp
We did the park and fly hotel staff and everything went well. Place was clean Employees were nice and friendly Thanks

Yelp
Price was right and 24 hr shuttle to and from Logan airport are both big wins. Decor is older, rooms are larger than others in the area but furnishings are worn and showing their age. No premium or extras.
google avatar

Larry G.

Yelp
rooms are ok but the shuttle time is unreliable and they charged upwards of $450 a night in the middle of the week. Also, I had message the manager that they charged me for a $4 drink that I never order or pick up at the concession. Instead, I got an additional $4 charge after apparently this John dude was gonna fix instead does not respond or fix anything. Surprisingly, I did not get any follow up email for a review of the joint.. crazy!!

Yelp
I booked this hotel for our stay in Boston for a weekend. I requested an early check-in but was not sure if it was granted or not. After a 13-hours drive to Boston, we stopped at this hotel to see if by any chance we would be able to check in early. I was extremely happy that my early check-in request was granted, and we were able to check in as we were exhausted from that very long drive. The clerk at the desk was very professional and pleasant. She was not overly friendly, but she did seem authentic in making sure that we were taken care of appropriately. The hotel is in an ideal location. Looking at it from the outside, it doesn't look like much of anything meaning that it just looked like a standard hotel. On the inside, however, it had a little bit more breadth and depth to it. Brinkley's restaurant is located on the bottom floor which was very convenient for us as we were hungry. The portions are good and the food is decent so that was a plus. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Our room was nicely spaced, smelled clean, and looked clean. One disappointment and inconvenience is that there is no microwave in the room. Additionally, this hotel does not offer room service although there is a restaurant on the bottom floor. The only way to get food in your room is if you go downstairs, place a to-go order, and bring the food back up to your room. As tired and exhausted as we were after a 13-hours drive, it really would have been beneficial to be able to order room service instead of mustering up some energy to go downstairs and place a to-go order. Our room had a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. Both were comfortable and allowed us to have an enjoyable sleep. Whenever I return to Boston, I would stay at this hotel again . It is at a convenient location and close to the airport should you need it. I am giving this hotel a four star rating because there is no microwave in the room and no possibility to order room service. Otherwise, everything went well.

Yelp
3.5 stars - Drove down from NH for very early flight next day; love the proximity to Logan (1 mile) plus only $25/day to keep car here versus central parking and park and fly. Food in restaurant was surprisingly good- chowder, salad and burger all quite good. Rooms are pretty standard but bigger than mid town Manhattan hotel rooms for less money.
google avatar

Liz W.

Yelp
Very convenient for the early Logan departures. Hotel is clean, I agree with other reviewers that it could use and update but you can't beat the quick shuttle at all hours to the airport. Brinkley's restaurant in the hotel was great. Good foot and portions. Our server, Rosemary was excellent. Give it a try!

Yelp
Super nice staff at check in. Shuttle driver was prompt. Door B115 at KBOS for pick up. Older hotel with window unit style central air. Bar lounge is open late. Im a fan.

Yelp
I only had a quick one night stay here but honestly I thought it was a decent hotel! Obviously SO close to the airport. I arrived at 11pm and it was basically less than 5 minutes till I arrived at the hotel and I was checked in within 10 minutes of being there. The room was exactly as I expected when I booked. Everything was clean and there was plenty of storage for clothes + a mini fridge. The bathroom counter was huge which was nice. The bed and pillows were typical of a Marriott and super comfy! I would not consider this hotel within walking distance to anything so if you're looking to be a tourist in Boston then maybe try to stay closer to the city center.

Tiffany R.

Yelp
CLEAN! We stayed here for a night before catching an early flight in a snow storm. Goals were a clean room and comfortable beds. This hotel was exactly what we needed for this. No bedbugs, easy check in, room was quiet. Recommend.

H D.

Yelp
This hotel is close to Boston Logan Airport but far inferior to Hilton Garden Inn right behind it. Staff doesn't seem too interested in guests and their needs. We needed water so we could make coffee in our room but none was available for the two nights we stayed there. Upon arrival we got an 8oz water bottle each but that was it. When we asked if they would get more water they said they didn't know. We did get a room on the high floor with a view of the city but the room was dusty and dirty. The TV would time out and the remote was not working properly. On our departure date we had requested late check out, but at 8 am housekeeping knocked on our door and opened it while we were still in bed. It seems that the staff just doesn't care a whole lot about their guests. We left early and will be staying elsewhere next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Best value honestly for the room, accommodations (and if you need fairly last minute) not just leaning from the airport, but if you have business to do in the city it's a perfect way to cut costs and have nearby accommodations. Full restaurant and bar (brinkleys) inside! Everyone's friendly, and you can leave your car for cheap in the lot as needed.
google avatar

Tara A.

Yelp
Checkin-in staff and housekeeping were very helpful and polite. That's where the good news ends. The rooms were tiny, bathroom old and in need of renovation, and the sink was separate from room with toilet and shower, which interfered with privacy. Won't be back

Yelp
Would not stay here again nor would I recommend. They have a serious problem with their shuttle service. I recently booked one night on the Marriott site because my flight was a late evening arrival. I called at 1107 . Then I watched 2 shuttles zoom by without even slowing. I called a second time at 1125pm. Finally I was picked up at 1140, and we then stopped 3-4 times for more passengers, so I didn't get to my room until after midnight. Upon leaving the next day I was waiting for an Uber, but I heard nearby guests complaining they had been waiting quite awhile for a shuttle back to the airport. The room was ok, though the air conditioner was loud. Also, only hot water flowed from the bathroom faucet! So much for refilling a water bottle. I also was not offered a bottle of water upon checking in and had to request one when I was checking out. Very disappointed!

Lance L.

Yelp
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Life log Marriot (Bonvoy) member and this hotel Managment needs to be removed. Cam in at midnight and met a lobby of guests waiting for rooms to be cleaned....at midnight!! Manager did t clean rooms earlier in the day because they didn't expect guests to book.waited an hour and when I was given a room, they only had bed sheets, no bla let or bedspread. Never again, $215 for absolute terrible experience/

Yelp
I stayed one night here as my hold over until my new apartment was ready. Check-in was a breeze. My room was quite spacious, with a desk area, ample bathroom space, and a huge curved sofa. I didn't spend loads of time in my room, but it was comfortable, and the heat also worked really well (not something you can always say about hotel rooms)! No complaints from me!
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
This is a perfect location for exploring Boston and Salem. It's minutes from train and free shuttle to airport and train stations- only 12 min drive to harbor, and staff is super friendly and hotel is clean with a convenience store, breakfast served on site and rooms are clean and spacious.
google avatar

Yelp
Finding a big city hotel with no parking charge merits holding a parade down Main Street. But you won't pay a penny for parking here. Not every hotel has an airport shuttle, but this one does. They run twice an hour. Not every Marriott Courtyard has a bar and a restaurant, but this one has both. The Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport has a lot of very good things in its favor. You'll pay well North of $200 a night, but remember, this is Boston. Our room was cozy, I've seen a lot bigger but I've seen a few smaller. The free wifi worked great. The air conditioning worked great. The shower worked great. No complaints at all. One odd thing I have to mention. Our toilet may have set a North American record for highest decibel level achieved from a plumbing fixture. It sounded as though one of the Logan Airport runways had been re-routed through our room and a jet was taking off from our bathroom. Seriously!

Lu-Shien T.

Yelp
Old school rooms with window AC units... but, the higher end rooms on the top floors have nicer furniture and built in tech consoles that let you connect your device to the TV. Go for an upgrade! The staff are professional and efficient--check in is really fast especially if you have status with Marriott Bonvoy and specify when youa re coming

Yelp
We didn't expect much from an airport hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and decent amenities. Patricia was our room attendant and everything was perfect and she checked on us several times. Our heat stopped working and engineering immediately responded and brought us a space heater. The engineer Ric was very friendly and did everything he could to remedy the situation. Brinkley's restaurant inside has a small menu I'm sure due to COVID. The area in the dining room looks very nice. We got ours to go and the service was fantastic and the food was pretty darn good.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard by Marriott location. My family and I were looking for a reasonably priced location for two nights. We were pleased to find this hotel which was close to the airport. Positives: -Location -Free shuttle service from the airport -Free shuttle service to area restaurants (pick up too if you call) -Decent restaurant on site for meals (including a buffet option) -Rooms were a good size -The outdoor courtyard space had places to sit with lots of trees and flowers. -Ample parking Negatives: -One out of service elevator made getting upstairs and downstairs take longer than necessarily. Repairs were done during peak hours and held up transporting guests. -The sink for the "bathroom" is located outside of the bathroom. It makes it hard not to disturb others in the room. Overall a good experience and I would try this hotel option again in other cities.

Yelp
Was planning to only stay one night but due to the 9000 flight cancelations ended up staying two. GREAT service by Kim at the front desk and everyone else too but I remembered her name. The hotel isn't frilly but it's super chill, they have a restaurant that basically has burgers and bar food but it's fine if you are stuck there. They were super accommodating when my flight was canceled!
google avatar

Yelp
Perhaps you should have your employees get on the same page as to whether or not marketplace items are applicable to meal vouchers before you angrily confront your guests. We were told by some employees that it applied and another who confronted us like we were thieves over 2 ounces of ice cream. P.S. I don't return unwanted items to the shelf , that's your job. literally.
google avatar

Julie O.

Yelp
Good luck if you do park and fly and arrive after 8pm. There was no parking left! People were circling around for a half hour. Hotel itself was fine.
google avatar

Yelp
Reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. Interesting, as most Courtyards these days are the redesigned kind of boring theme, order from the minimal menu at the counter, then go have a seat and wait. So unusual to have an actual restaurant. It is dated, for sure, but a nice casual place to watch Monday Night Football and have something to eat while passing through Boston. Burgers, flatbread pizza, ribs, chowder, and my choice, the baked scrod, very very good! So, not a destination spot for a date night, but pretty good for hotel fare! Acrid was excellent!!
google avatar

Robin S.

Yelp
If I could give this hotel negative five stars I would. It's about on the level of Motel 6. At nearly $400 a night find somewhere else to stay. Old, dirty rooms and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Really bad bathroom setup. I've been a Marriott fan but not any more!!
google avatar

J M.

Yelp
The Sunday night crew gave us the best service after several days of riding motorcycles in the northeastern states.. We were beat and hungry and they accommodated us with anything we needed.. We were a large group who came in and ordered at different times and it did not phase the staff at all.. They were polite, fast and seemed to care about our stories! We even had a nice conversation with all the staff at closing! The rooms were clean and I will always use this hotel when I'm in Boston!

Mollie M.

Yelp
Thank you, Annette. You helped my family in a medical emergency. Much appreciated!

Yelp
What a dump, priced at $275. Ah but the rack rate is $999 and up. Room 608 has a busted a/c. The wall thermostat says use the unit thermostat by window. The thermostat by window says use thermostat on wall. Turned on and automatically turned off. Not good in 90F heat. Moved to another room. Wall thermostat wonky. Got lectured how to push buttons. Ah, but told why its not working. Reason for a/c probs, we were told, the redoing of building, carpets messed up wires...blah blah blah. No info on TV. No room service from place downstairs. There is a pool and hot tub, but without any hotel info in room you'd have to have mental powers. And the do offer to sell you sheets etc. Truly if you can avoid this dump, do. Motel 6 looking good. Another CEO letter to go. Shame on Marriott.

Beau G.

Yelp
Great for airport stays! Rhonda makes a great White Russian! Super easy shuttle service.
google avatar

Guido V.

Yelp
This would be a full service Marriott expect for the fact that there are already 2 within a stones throw. Unlink all other Courtyard therefore, this location has a full service restaurant and bar! It's doesn't feel like a CYBM at all. Helpful check-in staff and shuttle that seems to run every 5 min to various spots including the airport due to the vast number of airline crews that stay onsite. Quick uber into the city from here!
google avatar

Michael F.

Yelp
Nice hotel and very clean. Your best option if you are staying close to the airport. This hotel used to be the Holiday Inn, but is now the Courtyard Boston Logan. The lobby is now larger and more updated, but it's nice and warm, with convenient airline ticket printing stations and a fabulous complimentary java and tea counter. The restaurant is pretty ordinary, so I usually just skip the breakfast and get something hot at the airport. I love that they have complimentary WI-FI here and I think all hotels should have free internet. You can hear a little bit of outside noise though, but overall a nice place to stay.

Yelp
I went as a stay and fly package. The room was okay, and the pool was mediocre. They run a shuttle at supposed 15-minute intervals. When we left, it was an actual shuttle. When we got back, a crappy van fit a few people. We waited 15 minutes at the international terminal for the shuttle after calling in to make sure people knew we were there. It was full; the person apologized and told us he would be back in 15 to 20 minutes tops. We called to confirm that we would be picked up, and were given updates on his progress. He was back in twenty minutes, and was full and vaguely apologetic once again. Our tired 5-year-old burst into tears. We got a 10-dollar taxi. What kind of vapid decision-making process lead to anything other than telling us we would not be picked up because the clown van was full the first time we called, let alone the second failed pick-up. This was unforgivable, and it completely dwarfs any other aspect of the service for the stay and fly. If they had just said the van was full, which they, as a total entity, were completely aware of, with the phone number that they had on file, or one (of the earlier) of the multiple times they had me on the phone (5 times prior to the 2nd failed pick up) it would have been no big deal. Having us wait outside for 50 minutes after a long international flight when we could just grab a damn taxi was a cruelty forced on us by their stupidity. It also cost more, in terms of our time, than the entire service was worth.

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not really that close to the airport and is located near a busy highway and vacant lot. Need long shuttle ride to the metro. Don't even think about walking outside the hotel property - yes, it's that bad. Hotel is very cold with a vague swampy smell and has an overpriced bar and restaurant. The front desk is well staffed and they do try hard. Several customers actually complained about the temperature. My overall assessment is that the hotel is a just spillover location for aircrew who probably have no choice. I can't imagine any tourist to Boston that would stay there a second time. This hotel offers all the comforts of a Marriott room, but really erodes the Marriott brand. Noisy A/C keeps the noise of the freeway down.

Yelp
Just wanted to take some time and give my review of my stay here in Boston. I have a unique view that some may not have being I have stayed here from April 29 to June 19th. I would like to call out a few names that have made my stay here in Boston a good one. First I would like to say a special thank you to Annette at the front desk. What a great leader in customer service she is. She always has a smile on her face and ready to help with any of your needs that you might have while staying at this hotel. When it comes to the restaurant. I would like to say a very special thank you to Luiz plaudit Christine Edward's These two are the dynamic duo of the am breakfast shift. These two always made me feel at home and within time they pretty much knew what I wanted before I even had to open my mouth. I appreciate them so very much. I do take away a few points from the kitchen being it is not open the full day. There is no room service here. The kitchen closes after lunch and you have to wait till dinner. I had crazy shift schedules at work and there are times I came to the hotel and the kitchen was closed during the day. The PM crew does not have the warm feeling that the a.m. crew does. I tended to get my meal and take it to the room after a while. I want to thank- Brenda campos for doing such a great job of making my breakfast every morning. Three of my days here in Boston I had to work a 21 hour shift. There were a few times when I went down to breakfast that my body was not telling me I wanted breakfast. Brenda made me a cheeseburger off of the dinner menu. I know she didn't have to do that. I appreciate that so very much. I am a chef and I have cooked in the hotel industry and I know what a pain it can be when you are not set up for a particular item and a guest still wants it. Angel melendez should not go unmentioned. He does a great job on the weekends and I'm sure the hotel could benefit more if he had more time to be at this location Marsha Does a great job hosting and even though I was told at the front desk that I could not get a hamburger, Marsha just smiled at me and said sit down and I will take care of it for you. She greets every guest with a smile and is great at her job. Rosa Took great care of me on the 11th floor. I appreciate her hard work as well. I think she started to feel sorry for me in knowing I have been here so long. My towels in the room started getting a little more artistic at the end and it made it a nice touch to come back to the room to see. I also took a few points off being the walls at this hotel or extremely thin. On the days that you have noisy neighbors you can hear everything. Some of them we're having private conversations and I think I could hear every word. I tried to sleep with the TV on nice and low to distract from the noise in the hallway in the rooms beside me. Thank you very much to the Boston team. I appreciate you!!!

Yelp
Nice hotel by the airport, friendly and helpful staff, felt comfortable there. The breakfast, however, was lacking. It was basically a continental breakfast that many hotels give for free, but they charged quite a bit for it.
google avatar

Ashish J.

Yelp
They are reasonably close to the airport and is a fairly average look and feel courtyard Marriott. The rooms are spacious and the airport shuttle operates fine, though you meed to call ahead to be picked up. I could not find a decent vegetarian restaurant within walking distance so decided to dine at their on premise bar/restaurant. Very few veggie options. There were a couple of veggie flatbreads and a veggie burger. Burger comes with fries - but the fries are not vegetarian - they use the same fryer for fish and fries. Food quality was just ok. On the plus side, the waiter was kind enuff to get me nachos and salsa, even though what was on the menu was nachos with beef chili. One the down side their margarita flat bread was loaded with cheese, insipid tomatoes and a bit undercooked bread. The pizza was lumpy and not crisp at all. You may want to request that they char the crust so that you can hold the crust flat while eating!

Yelp
This review is really more about the restaurant inside this hotel. Our plane was late and we checked in at 10:30 pm. We were told by the front desk that the restaurant was serving until 11:00 and we hadn't had dinner so we dropped our bags in the room and went straight downstairs to the restaurant. We stood at the check-in desk for 10+ minutes with nobody coming over or even meeting our eyes. Finally I walked over to a waitress and asked to be seated. She told me that the restaurant was closing in 25 minutes and they were no longer serving! I told her that the front desk folks had told us the restaurant was open until 11:00 so she reluctantly seated us. All we ordered was some clam chowder (barely warm) and a drink. We were out of there before 11:00. Obviously we passed on the free breakfast. Really soured us on the whole Marriott experience. With so many options in that area, why subject ourselves to this kind of treatment?

Erin H.

Yelp
We had to book a park sleep and fly at the last minute and thus ended up here with no time to read reviews. Wish I had!! First, they oversell the parking. Cars parked up on curbs and wherever they could fit. Not ideal for long term parking and the safety of your vehicle. Checked into our room with a very poor and tight layout. Door did not lock. Thermostat did not work. Tv old and outdated. AC extremely loud. Room in severe need of update! Select another hotel if you have a choice.

Tom C.

Yelp
Obviously not run by Marriott. We are Elite class members. No water bottles in the room or at check in. No complimentary breakfast which is usually provided. Just get up and go!

J. B.

Yelp
I rarely do Yelp reviews. Truly. But I've stayed at the Marriott Boston Logan enough to know that their great service is not just luck. Every time I've stayed there (kiddos go to college nearby) it's been friendly, extraordinarily clean, and so great about having public transportation to nearby events and things to do. Supervisor Bessie just helped me out with a complicated reservation, and she could not have been friendlier or more expedient or more understanding. I will definitely continue to stay here, even if I don't need to stay near the airport.
google avatar

Monica L.

Yelp
American Airlines gave us a voucher because we gave up our seats. The hotel will not honor the reservation. I am a Marriott rewards member too. Guess we will sleep in the lobby until our flight tomorrow.
google avatar

Betsy B.

Yelp
This was a comfortable place to stay near the airport. I appreciated the free shuttle to and form the airport and free wifi in the room. The person at the desk was very nice and helped me get my luggage in my room. I really appreciated that since I was on crutches. She was friendly and helpful about the room features and even got me some ice. The room itself was very nice. There were 2 double beds, desk and chair, separate sink with mirror and bathroom with sliding door. There were plenty electrical outlets which I always appreciate. Beds were comfortable. The price was less than some other hotels at the airport though not cheap. It was a nice place to stay near the airport and would stay there again.

Yelp
Just okay. I left a piece of my medical apparatus in the bed by mistake and would have hoped they would reach out but no such

Yelp
I booked my stay here using points during a recent visit to Boston, as we were going to arrive late in the evening, and catch a flight the following morning. Location: The hotel was a 5-7 minute ride by car, and they also have a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes, due to the large number of airline crew members who stay there. We used the shuttle to get to the airport for our flight and we were very pleased with the timing and the shuttle service. The location is great if you're headed to the airport, but it took mea good 30 minutes to get into the city via an Uber, so I wouldn't book this hotel if I have a lot of activities planned in the city. Staff: The reception staff was friendly and efficient, and checked us in quickly. Amenities: We had to buy bottled water, as there was no free water available, that we were informed about. This is a pet peeve of mine, as not offering a water fountain is a wasteful practice! The lobby had free coffee available though, which I did not partake in. There was also no free breakfast for Marriott status members, so we didn't end up going to the restaurant. Room: The room we were in had 2 very comfortable queen beds, and was a little cramped. The sink was OUTSIDE the bathroom, which was both a little jarring and inconvenient. The A/C was not working properly, and we were freezing during the night. Overall, not much to complain about, apart from the lack of free water. The free shuttle service almost makes up for that.

Yelp
The food selection in the restaurant doesn't have many vegetarian options, but the hotel is easy to get to and from the airport via shuttle. Also, the shuttle can take you back to get he subway for tourist my things. While the shuttle doesn't have a fixed schedule, all that needs to be done is to call the phone number and the shuttle comes to pick you up. Pretty convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Yelp
Bonus for the free parking and the shuttle to the airport, this hotel is close enough that I decided to keep my rental car an extra day and let the hotel shuttle take me to the airport and pick me up for North End sightseeing and eating. The room on an upper floor was clean and quiet and comfortable. Standard for Courtyard properties with the usual accoutrements in terms of towels and coffee service and such. The bed was comfortable and I heard no noise from neighbors or hallway though some airport noise came through. I didn't use the television and I barely used the Internet. The lobby restaurant was undergoing some significant remodeling when I was here.

Yelp
So normally I would not post or comment on this but I feel I must considering the lack of concern from this establishment! I checked into the hotel on January 2 at 10:30 just getting off a 5.5 hour flight from SFO. Upon arrival I asked if the restaurant was open they said yes until 11:30. Great, I ran upstairs to drop off my bags and use the restroom! Imagine my surprise when I go to do this and I see someone else has already used my restroom (see pictures). I go down stairs, show them this picture and let them know this is totally unacceptable. I let them know I am concerned weather my room was cleaned at all! I also ask to have this done before I go back up after my dinner. Never I am sorry or wow or can we switch rooms. I head to the restaurant about 10:45 now and I am told it's last call! I have to argue with the individual just to get something to eat and drink! I go back up stairs by this time upset and frustrated! I can not sleep because I am still worried if the toilet was like that what is the rest of the room like not visible to the naked eye. Next morning I proceed to check out thinking that they will apologize, comp my meal, give me a discount of some kind, NOTHING! So 10 days later I call an file a complaint. Wow see both pictures and one is the response from the complaint! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
