I booked my stay here using points during a recent visit to Boston, as we were going to arrive late in the evening, and catch a flight the following morning.
Location: The hotel was a 5-7 minute ride by car, and they also have a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes, due to the large number of airline crew members who stay there. We used the shuttle to get to the airport for our flight and we were very pleased with the timing and the shuttle service.The location is great if you're headed to the airport, but it took mea good 30 minutes to get into the city via an Uber, so I wouldn't book this hotel if I have a lot of activities planned in the city.
Staff: The reception staff was friendly and efficient, and checked us in quickly.
Amenities: We had to buy bottled water, as there was no free water available, that we were informed about. This is a pet peeve of mine, as not offering a water fountain is a wasteful practice! The lobby had free coffee available though, which I did not partake in. There was also no free breakfast for Marriott status members, so we didn't end up going to the restaurant.
Room: The room we were in had 2 very comfortable queen beds, and was a little cramped. The sink was OUTSIDE the bathroom, which was both a little jarring and inconvenient. The A/C was not working properly, and we were freezing during the night.
Overall, not much to complain about, apart from the lack of free water. The free shuttle service almost makes up for that.
