I booked this hotel for our stay in Boston for a weekend. I requested an early check-in but was not sure if it was granted or not. After a 13-hours drive to Boston, we stopped at this hotel to see if by any chance we would be able to check in early. I was extremely happy that my early check-in request was granted, and we were able to check in as we were exhausted from that very long drive. The clerk at the desk was very professional and pleasant. She was not overly friendly, but she did seem authentic in making sure that we were taken care of appropriately. The hotel is in an ideal location. Looking at it from the outside, it doesn’t look like much of anything meaning that it just looked like a standard hotel. On the inside, however, it had a little bit more breadth and depth to it. Brinkley‘s restaurant is located on the bottom floor which was very convenient for us as we were hungry. The portions are good and the food is decent so that was a plus. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Our room was nicely spaced, smelled clean, and looked clean. One disappointment and inconvenience is that there is no microwave in the room. Additionally, this hotel does not offer room service although there is a restaurant on the bottom floor. The only way to get food in your room is if you go downstairs, place a to-go order, and bring the food back up to your room. As tired and exhausted as we were after a 13-hours drive, it really would have been beneficial to be able to order room service instead of mustering up some energy to go downstairs and place a to-go order. Our room had a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. Both were comfortable and allowed us to have an enjoyable sleep. Whenever I return to Boston, I would stay at this hotel again . It is at a convenient location and close to the airport should you need it. I am giving this hotel a four star rating because there is no microwave in the room and no possibility to order room service. Otherwise, everything went well.

Several miles from the airport, tricky with GPS. Room standard, but big shower.|Breakfast menu limited, especially for low carb diet. Check in and out were easy. Parking easy. Nothing in easy walking distance. This place was clean and modern.

Let me look at the positives first. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the little shop by the front desk is nice to have. It is also nice to have the option of leaving your car there while you travel (for a price) and my car was safe for the week. The shuttle ran promptly and efficiently and the drivers were friendly and helpful when we departed and when we arrived. There were notable drawbacks, however. First, the parking cost is not much less than the Logan Airport garage. The extra cost for leaving your car on site has risen so much there was only a $45 difference between leaving our car off site at the hotel or reserving Airport Central Parking for the week in advance. In the end we obviously chose the hotel but it is no longer the significant cost benefit it once was. Also, when we checked into our room, there was an old meal left inside the fridge! It was some sort of chicken parm-like meal that had clearly been there a while because it had a VERY strong odor. We had to move it to the hallway because it was late and we needed sleep but the smell lingered and it was still in the hallway the next morning.. There is no way of knowing how long the meal sat in the fridge before we found it upon check-in. It is also a fairly noisy hotel, thin walls, etc. so be prepared for that. All in all it was fine, aside from the rancid meal left in the fridge, but just average overall.

To put into context we were only staying for one night before travelling onwards . On arrival the hotel looks less than inviting . Checkin wasn’t great , nothing explained about the hotel , restaurant times or any of the facilities . Guest before us was given complementary water . We had to buy 2x 2litre bottles for $7 each . Our room was outdated , the AC was so noisy and woke me every time it switched on . There were four coffee sachets in the room but no milk / sugar . The bathroom was very dated and the shower difficult to operate due to the dial being stiff . We went to the pool which was a very underwhelming experience , to the point we didn’t get in as the water was so cold .|On the plus side the restaurant was good . Both food and service were great . |We wouldn’t return to this hotel or recommend .

4 start ONLY just because no pool is under construction, & when I book hotels, pool is a huge plus because of my children! & I love them to enjoy a nice swim while we out of stated. BUT Angela at the front Desk, my respect to your professional and amazing costumer service. We got a confusion on our reservation a bit frustrating after a long trip and she made every so much better! Love this hotel, very clean quiet and peaceful! Rooms super clean especially the bathroom, I love a clean bathroom…. the only thing the pool was not other for my kids to enjoy but other than that, great hotel!

Way overpriced for what it is. It’s the oldest courtyard I’ve ever stayed in. Seems like it hasn’t been updated since the early 2000s. We got in at 2am after flight delays and the front desk man was very rude. The first room they put us in has a super loud fan in the bathroom that wouldn’t shut off, so we had to ask to change rooms again because we have an infant. The only perk is it’s close to the airport. Would not stay again.

Location is great if you’re catching a flight but for staying in the Boston area it’s not really local to downtown. If you got to drive to down town your GPS will get you lost. Luckily I knew not to go 90 west and to go 93 after you come out from under the Predential. Your GPS messed up because of losing service being underground. Courtyard was a great place to stay tho as any of there hotels are. We were on floor 11 and my daughter loved watching the planes take off

My go-to for a quick overnight stay. Everyone there is amazing. 24/7 Shuttle to Logan International makes it super easy. Great views of the skyline if you get lucky. Quick and easy check in with clean rooms ready to go.
