I booked a Courtyard King room as a Titanium member. On check in I was told by the front desk that I received an upgrade to a higher floor however it was the exact same room type. It seems to me that all of the non-suite and non-collaboration rooms at this hotel are the same room on different series of floors so I did not consider this an upgrade. ||The room itself was simple, clean, modern, and what I needed out of a room and nothing that I did not. It met my expectations for the Courtyard brand. Definitely an upgrade over a local business hotel.||The hotel itself is located right next to Sakisuji-Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line as well as the Chuo Line. I actually leverage the Sakaisuji Line quite often so this hotel is convenient for my purposes. ||This Courtyard is a bit strange in that I was told breakfast is not an option for elite members and instead a daily credit is offered. This is closer in line to the US domestic model as well as the international Moxy model. Incidentally there is a Moxy a few blocks north of the hotel however the Courtyard is much closer to the subway station so this is more convenient. Elite members get a discount off the breakfast buffet however the daily credit is still insufficient to cover it. If you’re an elite member and breakfast is important then you will need to cover the difference however if you prefer the flexibility of a daily credit then the option is here for you.||The facilities were sufficient for my purposes and I liked the convenient location next to the subway. There is also a Saizeriya and 7-11 on the same block. For a good rate I think this is a good hotel.

I really enjoyed the balance of modern design and comfort including the large public bath there. The room was stylish and well thought out, with a spacious bed that was both firm and comfortable. The wood flooring and minimal decor created a warm and calming atmosphere. I especially liked the window-side seating area, which gave the room an inviting touch for reading and relaxing. The bathroom was another highlight, clean, modern, and functional. The separate shower and bathtub setup felt luxurious, and the provided Nirvae Botanicals amenities were refreshing. The washroom and sink area were bright and well-equipped with plenty of towels😍

Courtyard Osaka Honmachi ticks all the right boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—right by Honmachi Station, which connects easily to multiple major train lines. Plus, Osaka Castle Park is nearby, offering a scenic, spacious area for running or just soaking in the beauty. I was lucky to catch the cherry blossoms in full bloom—absolutely stunning. The hotel is spotless, with excellent cleanliness maintained throughout. Service is top-tier—the staff is friendly and efficient, and they offer a convenient airporter service to ship your luggage straight to the airport or your next hotel.Facilities-wise, this one impressed me. The on-site gym was a lifesaver, and the coin laundry setup is practical and affordable. I skipped the hotel breakfast since there are so many great local food spots nearby, including a 7-11 just steps away. All in all, a fantastic stay with everything you need and more.

Beautiful property with gorgeous and large rooms, well laid out to feel very open and spacious. The window in the shower is a good idea to let more natural light into the bathroom. The on-site sento bath is gender separated and very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and easy to reach but subway is too many blocks away. Very friendly staff accommodated our luggage transfers. Nearby a 7-11 is 24h. Love the sink layout as it has plenty of space for your toiletries and does not feel cramped like some in Tokyo. I would come back and stay here instantly! Cozy mattress and pillows. Better than Hyatt!

I chose this hotel because of its easy access to the Expo and it was easy. There wasn’t a whole lot going on in the area but we were just two stops away from Dontonburi. The room was fine. It is small for 3 people but that is typical in Japan. The only flaw that I found was that there was no access to Netflix in the hotel. We previously stayed in an Airbnb, an IHG hotel and two Hilton properties on our trip in Japan and all had Netflix except this hotel.

The night front desk old lady is very unfriendly and bad when checking in. it was weekend where my lazy gen z assistant doesn't want to pick up work calls.|feeling insulted i moved my stay to different hotel where i got upgraded to 1 bedroom room.|The old lady also lied about saying my room got upgraded. she just moved me to the high floor. i thought she assigned me to corner or suite room. such a horrible titanium recognition. the most annoying thing where you pay premium rate and didn't not get any upgrades lol.|talk about being bonvoyed.|the Hotel room is new and it’s great, the layout is kind weird where the closet is very far from the door and the round table is clogging the room space.|the breakfast is good despite the few selections, but the quality and taste is great. the breakfast team did excellent job.|The hotel location is around 750 mtr from Midosuji line honmachi station. i thought it was near, but it’s actually not and very hard to get around the city. it is near from another subway line that i never used.

Typical of newer hotels everywhere, this room was cramped. No drawers or shelves on which to put clothes, etc. One drawer in bathroom. Good toiletries. No outlets in bathroom area. Poor lighting in bathroom. No English channels on TV. Door did not latch to room unless we "fixed" the deadbolt. Reported this to housekeeping staff. Needed reservations for lunch in the restaurant! Same restaurant was empty for dinner. Snack restaurant with bar on main level was nice. Coldest beer! A few restaurants within walking distance of hotel. All employees were very nice and accommodating.

Ok, of course the rooms are a bit smaller than this person from the USA is used to, but you know what? It’s quiet and light and I can control the HVAC. Bed was comfortable and just what a weary traveler needs after a busy day exploring. Had a rollaway for my son, they refunded the cost when he left without even being asked to do so. The quality of the breakfast buffet food is incredible. The pastries are better than Europe. The only quibble is the eggs. I like mine dry and was unable to communicate that, so I simply enjoyed the other items instead. The bao, the pork katsu, the chocolate croissant. The location is central to multiple subway lines and some excellent shopping. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don’t appreciate is the clear class wall in the shower. The shade provided should be completely opaque. It’s not. The artificial light provided does not need augmentation from the sunlight.
