Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai-Pudong

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the MRT and nearby restaurants. Breakfast had a decent variety, though the coffee could be stronger. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep was outstanding. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, The staff throughout the hotel were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall: Stay was nothing short of exceptional, hospitality was beyond five-star.

The hotel is near the train and within walking distance. The hotel room is small and cozy but clean, making our stay feel comfortable. Always repeated back to this hotel when there is a business trip.

Well it’s terrible experience, no air conditioning working , change another room but still there is not perfect air conditioning working , at night 11:45 star said you can book new hotel and they will refund money back , how we find new hotel at midnight time ?? After we sleep with fan given by big brand name hotel .

Overall it was quite a pleasant stay. As a marriott platinum member, I was upgraded to an executive room located on the executive floor. I stayed for 3 nights thus was given a total of 3 drinks vouchers. There is a lounge on the 16th floor which is open from 4pm onwards and is accessible by platinum members and above. Between 5.30pm to 7.30pm, the lounge serves a decent spread of food. The location is excellent as Century Avenue station can be reached easily by cutting through the shopping mall. The water pressure from the shower is awesome and strong.||The carpet near the aircon seems to be moist during our stay.

Terrible staff service. I found them very rude! But maybe it's just Shanghai. Room ok size but they wouldn't come clean unless asked every day. Breakfast ok.average! Near a mall a metro station.

Walking distance from Metro exit 8 or 12. Concierge is friendly. Room is clean and no smoke smell. The TV program and image quality needs improvement.

The hotel was completely unheated. Rooms, bathrooms, restaurants, everything was freezing cold. After complaining, I got an electric heater for my room, loud, without a thermostat...|Booked executive, the corresponding lounge only opened in the evening, food very average, always mushy spaghetti, vegetables, rice, that's it.|No daily newspapers. Rooms and furnishings old and gloomy.
