Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai-Pudong

Hotel maintain well and good. Rooms is clean and spacious. The only things they dont have is bidet. Toiletries all provided. Breakfast restaurant is big, food variety consider ok, but repeating same food. They do offer supper set at restaurant until 11pm or room order food until 11pm. Hotel do have free shuttle to Disney (which is 8 mins away) and to Pudong airport is 45 mins away. But you need to book in advance for the free shuttle and check the available time. As I need to reach airport at 1pm, the hotel have a shuttle at 9am but is full and next shuttle is 12.30pm which is too late for me. I order transport which is Yuan 200 from hotel to Pudong airport. Nearby hotel don't have much sightseeing, but u can take DIDI ride to Bicester Village (Shanghai village) for shopping or for eatery, quite near by car. They do have a small convenient store inside the hotel behind the lobby or near to the restaurant selling some light snack packet and bread. Staff are friendly. Overall a good place to stay if you want to go disneyland.

I was served by a slightly older lady when I first checked in and she was pleasant and friendly. Good English and warm. The location is close to the century ave metro and 5 mins walk from mall so it was easy to get around. A lot of nice food places nearby especially halal food. The room was abit warm (26 deg) and I couldn't change it. I woke up sweating. Didn't realise that you could open the window for cold wind. When I told the receptionist (a younger lady), she just brushed me off and said she couldn't do anything about it. Not even offer a solution to help. On the third day, the same pleasant receptionist served me and tried to propose some solution like change room and eventually offered a fan which I greatly appreciate. Overall, a good stay.

I was not feeling well on my last 2 days. The front deck Team was super, ensuring my well-being, called several times to ensure i am good and well. We have stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Very convenient location (you can get to Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower within 10 minutes of drive). Also, the breakfast was really good, they had variety of selections.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The metro is really close by as well as the mall if I need anything. The breakfast is really nice. I always enjoy their buffet.

The air-conditioning doesnt cool tbe room down due to the cooling weather. This made it hard to sleep at night because blankets are thick. The good news was they sent us a fan when we raised this issue. The fridge doesn't keep anything cool. Food we bought had to be thrown away because it doesn't function as a fridge.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the MRT and nearby restaurants. Breakfast had a decent variety, though the coffee could be stronger. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

the location was great and there is massive shopping center across the street. only thing is the hotel itself was a bit dated, but perfect for business travels.
