No WiFi in the room|2. TV is unusable|3. Phone is dead|4. There is a letter addressed to someone else in my room. This person checked in and then rejected the room perhaps due to the above issues. Reception then allocated this room to me as a ‘special upgrade’. |5. When I informed reception about the lack of WiFi, they lied and said none of the rooms had WiFi. This was debunked immediately as my colleagues all had WiFi access in their rooms. |6. I went back to reception and they lied a second time, that the hotel was full. However, I see rooms available to book for tonight - 16th September - on my app. ||Very poor amenities, and even worse receptionists. Completely unacceptable from Marriott. ||Stay away, especially if you’re a business traveller or need internet connectivity in your room!

Excellent hotel for Flight Crew. I enjoyed my stay here, 10 minute taxi from Bromma Airport. Spacious rooms, great gym, lots of variety at Breakfast and 1200locL checkout. Staff all very helpful. Approx 25 minute walk to Gamla Stan. Highly recommend.

Visited with my family. Booked two rooms. Typical Courtyard Marriott property. Recognized my Titanium Elite status by offering USD10 per person per night credit to be used on F&B, spa services. ||Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Disappointed that you have to pay extra for eggs made to order or even a cappuccino/latte. ||Housekeeping left a lot to be desired though, both in terms of its timeliness (or lack thereof) and cleanliness. They prioritize rooms that are being checked out and many times our rooms were not serviced until 4pm (and no, we did not have the DND sign on the door). ||At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. So if you temper your expectations, you probably won’t be disappointed.

Our favorite of the hotels we stayed in Scandinavia. This was a little far away from old town, however it made up for it with rooms, staff and restaurant. Food was good esp the huge buffet breakfast. Staff was amazing and helpful esp Madeline.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at due first and foremost to the exceptional level of service that they provide. Skarlett at the front desk was the first person to welcome us, and she went above and beyond to allow us early check in. First impressions are everything and she really did a great job enhancing our experience. Our safe didn’t work when we first got in and within 3 minutes they had an engineer to our room to fix it. The breakfast buffet was awesome, plenty of options and all of the staff again were warm and friendly. It’s not in the center of Stockholm but there is a train station right down the street that takes you everywhere close by. This is the only place I’ll stay if I ever go back, kudos to all the Marriott staff members here who made our stay unforgettable!

We had an amazing 6-day stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Stockholm! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. A special thanks to Amelia at the guest counter—she went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station and right next to a beautiful park, which was perfect for morning walks. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options and everything fresh and well-prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the service felt genuinely welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
