Nestled in New Kingston, this stylish hotel offers easy access to Emancipation Park, along with sleek rooms, a casual restaurant, and a rooftop pool bar.
I was pleasantly surprised with the great experience I had at this hotel. Courtyard doesn’t have the best reputation in the states so I was hesitant on booking here but this was one of the only hotels available on new year’s eve. I can confidently say, I am glad I chose this hotel. It was very busy which was expected but we were checked in right away and assisted to the room. I didn’t love the location of my room especially with the carpet down the halls and on the second floor but I was glad to have a room. While checking in it seems the hotel overbooked the place. But It ended up working out because I was right by the gym and pool and laundry room which was super convenient. They have everything you need here. A fully stocked bar, food and snacks in the lobby, and they provide breakfast and brunch as well for an additional cost. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was walking distance from many stores in town. It was a huge plus to be located right near the Emancipation Park as well. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend others stay as well.

I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel. There is a quiet and efficient vibe amongst the staff. The gym and pool were well appointed. The lobby offered ample seating with outdoor green areas for breaks and chats. The beds were comfortable, and clean.

This hotel rating should be put at 1 or the most 2 star. The room nothing felt clean or fresh about the room. We booked for five nights and had to leave after the first night because the sheets to the smell of the room were way below standard. Before checking into this hotel , please ask to see the rooms before checking in because they have you sign a non refundable slip so you will be stuck paying for below average room. Go to AC hotel if you want a nice, clean, friendly, and safe hotel.

I travel often for work and stay at hotels worldwide, so I’ve experienced a wide range of service levels. My stay at Courtyard Kingston, Jamaica was decent—service was on par with what I’d expect, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. That said, my room was cleaned nearly every day, which I appreciated. It was always tidy and fresh, making for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. While it didn’t offer anything particularly memorable, it met the basic expectations for a reliable hotel experience.

The accomodations were good. Exactly what you would expect from a courtyard by marriot, but nothing more. The room was clean and confortable. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Specially Rochelle. That said. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and sometimes even serving cold food. The pool bar was closed all of our stay and the pool itself was booked and off limits to guests due to a "private event" for two days, communicated by a paper under our door on the same Day of the event. Good for business travellers, not for vacations. Kingston has NOTHING to see or do, but thats not the hotel fault. We would give it a 3.5 but the staff was VERY friendly so we raise it to 4

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Kingston. While the location is excellent and the amenities are impressive, what truly made our stay remarkable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were consistently helpful, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making our visit truly memorable.
I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Kingston. The exceptional staff and welcoming atmosphere will undoubtedly enhance your stay.
Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

Stayed for the night. Was a very good hotel. Room was excellent. Staff is friendly. Although I was an early check out and was informed previous day that some toast etc could be arranged in the morning before I leave as breakfast would not be open by then. But this was missed out and the morning shift had no idea about it. Apart from that the previous day dinner was excellent.

We have stayed here before, we only stayed one night, our room was large and comfortable and overlooked emancipation park, a lovely place to jog and collect your thoughts.
An easy check in.
I think this hotel caters for business people and probably the service at breakfast reflected this. Did not enjoy breakfast, service was slow, not a big selection of breakfast, burnt bacon and not a lot more, unless u like omelette. I can't remember seeing any fruit or yoghurt for breakfast.
