My family and I stayed here for a week and opted for no housecleaning, so we kept the "do not disturb" tag on our door. we left our trash can in front of our door to be emptied when we were out, and this seemed to not be an issue. However, when we came back to our room one day, we found the emptied trash can IN our room alongside towels we had requested (but had already received prior to leaving the room for the day). This made me and my family feel incredibly uncomfortable and felt that this was a complete invasion of PRIVACY. We notified the front desk and were assured it wouldn't happen again. Two days later, it happened AGAIN, and this time we hadn't even requested towels. This is unacceptable, and will not be staying here ever again. We told the director of operations while we were waiting in line for check out and she apologized and said she will make sure to tell staff. But in my opinion, if it happened twice, more should have been done to remedy this and make your guest feel better??? Additionally, the bathtub is extremely high, which was a safety hazard for my mom who is petite. The tub also doesn’t have a curtain and instead has this piece of glass that covers half the tub and can swing in and out, so water gets everywhere on the floor. The location isn’t really ideal either. Not sure why this hotel is rated 4 stars, and I felt like this was a waste of my dad’s hard-earned points (he’s an Ambassador-level member that frequents Marriott hotels).

Overall a very decent 4 star hotel by Marriott Courtyard that is relatively new by Paris standard. Located next to the train station, it is quite convenient to take bus or train to elsewhere in Paris. The rooms are decent size and clean but nothing to shout about. Breakfast is also pretty decent with the usual delicious stuff expected. The bed is comfortable although the toilet is a little small. Nearby there are quite a few nice cafe and restaurants to visit. I think the best part is the view of the city!

In stark contrast to the hotel in London this place was everything that the other place wasn't. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean, in a great location! I would recommend this place to anyone. If I ever get back to Paris I will look to stay here again. My only negative is that the room that I requested was two twin beds they could have been a little bigger but other than that it was a great stay.

We can say this - if you love a beautiful, sprawling, view of a city that captures you by soul when you walk into the room, this hotel offers views of either the Eiffel Tower, or Sacre Coeur (both from afar) that are amazing. Paris is such a beautiful city, and from this height while you're not seeing up-close architecture, rather you can see the layout and twinkling lights of the city. This view itself was an artful highlight of our trip and something we will always remember.||We are late sleepers and the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We were in a room with a connecting door (which sometimes can be problematic with sound) - we could tell the next room was occupied but we had no issues with sound from the adjoining room. The hallways were quiet. There was filtered water available on each floor for bottle refills. The room was well appointed with an iron and board, espresso machine, a safe, cold refrigerator (not just an icebox), and the basic toiletries (no extra mini amenities, but had what you'd need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash). And if you ask for something at the desk, they deliver it to your room. There's a thermostat in the rooms which lets you easily regulate the temperature.||That said, there were some things about the hotel to note - the bathrooms are made of glass - a glass compartment in the room. It wasn't as bad as others we've encountered where it looks a little like a puppet show - it was translucent but opaque enough for privacy. But there was a wide enough gap along the door through which someone making their coffee could have eye contact with someone on the toilet. Enough said. (Note: this could be easily fixed with one more applied silicone weather stripping with a flange, as is affixed on the other side of the door).||Also, a rather unfortunate experience in the hotel's restaurant (we know, you're in Paris, you're not eating at the hotel) but we needed to, in a rush, and perhaps they were understaffed that day but it took an hour to get food, and it didn't come as ordered (as pertains to a food allergy). We're not picky, but this was a bad experience. To their credit, they did not charge for the item.||The hotel staff was otherwise very friendly and we felt especially welcomed by Clement when we arrived, and were greeted with a big smile whenever we saw him - which made us feel good throughout the stay!||The hotel is a large one, across the street from the Gare de Lyon station, very convenient. Good hotel security.

We stayed in this hotel in due to a friend's choice for his hotel loyalty points. ||Pros: Good location. Few hotels that can house a family of 4 in Paris in one room. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent. Parking. Clean and bright.||Cons: Parking lot was scary tight! Don't park here with a big car. We came with a Peugeot 5008 and it was the scariest experience going into the parking lot. I had to get out and direct the car in. We fit, but it was incredibly stressful and same with going out. The bathroom sort of sits in the middle of the room with frosted glass windows. Therefore it is not very private for using the toilet, and you can't just pop into the shower before everyone else wakes up. As once you turn on bathroom light, the whole room is illuminated. ||Other Notes: The hotel charges extra for rooms with views of Montmartre or Eiffel tower. We had neither, but the glass building next door did give us some views anyway via reflection.

We stayed at this location for three (3) nights when traveling in Europe on vacation. When we checked in our room was not very cool. I reported it to Marie at the front desk. She brought a nice Dyson fan to our room which helped for the first night. She said if needed we could move our room. The next morning the front desk sent maintenance and seems the filters needed changing so then it was most pleasant for the remainder of the stay. Additionally Marie at the front desk was most helpful during our stay and provided the utmost customer service to us which was very much appreciated. We visited the restaurant on several occasions in the evening for dinner and/or drinks and met Sid. He was so friendly and was a wealth of information. He went out of his way to take care of us and even recommended a nice restaurant which we visited the next day for lunch. His customer service was absolutely wonderful.

The stay was far better than I expected. Upon arrival, check-in staff was very friendly and quick. She offered us to have a baguette class the next morning, probably due to my Gold Bonvoy status, yet it was a very nice gesture. Room was bright and spotlessly clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff.||Highlight was the 2nd morning where breakfast is something you shouldn’t miss out. The exclusive baguette class was something I won’t forget for my stay in Paris and my family enjoyed so much. The Manager on Duty Maxime and F&B manager helped us to make the bread during the class. We had the baguette like 3 hours after and tasted so yummy and we even bring them back to our hometown. ||Checkout was a breeze and the staff also kept our luggage despite of the tight space at reception. Overall a wonderful 3D2N stay in Paris! Not to mention the Gare De Lyon location which you cannot complain!

Laura provided a warm welcome with a minimal wait for our room as we had arrived earlier than check in time. She gave us a welcome drink voucher in their fabulous indoor sunny bar/ restaurant area. The staff were friendly, warm and highly responsive. Even though one staff accidentally spilled my drink on my bag, he was so polite and apologetic and quick with a replacement so that I can only say that we had a great check in. The room was large, comfortable ai conditioned, sunny and had a nice view.
