Google
Great location for getting anywhere in Paris due to the tram/bus station right next to it. The room was great except for the shower. It could be a better experience. We had a family room though so it was probably better in the normal rooms. Our view was magnificent from the 15th floor with the large window. I'd definitely stay here again!

Google
We had an excellent stay for a couple of nights at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated very close to the Gare de Lyon metro station and only a 10-minute walk from Gare d'Austerlitz, making it a perfect base for getting around Paris. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the practical touch of having water refill stations on each level to easily fill our water bottles. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day for us and our kids. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city!

Google
We 100% recommend the Courtyard Marriott at Gar De Lyon. It’s a smart location for any traveller who has travelled in or out of the city by train and Gare De Lyon. It’s walkable from the station by a block and very easy to access the Metro on foot. We had the best customer service from all who helped us from the upbeat and kind Mariana to very early morning checkout by Idir the Night Manager. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a superb job with keeping it that way. The shower was amazing and so was the very very nice bedding. The views if you get them are expansive across Paris no matter what direction you are facing - north across to Montmartre or south across the Seine and of course the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy this hotel and say ‘bonjour’ to Mariana! She is wonderful!

This was my first stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon, and it was overall a good stay. The hotel seems either fairly new or has been recently refurbished, so everything is in good working order from what I could see. We stayed in a room with the Eiffel Tower and a King bed - it was spacious for Parisian rooms. Although the Eiffel Tower is not close, you get a sprawling view of the city with it in the distance, rather than it being right infront of you. It was still close enough to see the lights at night, including when it sparkles at the start of every hour. The bed is comfortable and the usual amenities are provided, however it was very strange that there was only one set of everything when this is a King bed room booked for two people to stay. There was also some rubbish left on the floor when we first checked into the room. It's not dirty, but the housekeeping can be improved. Also strangely, this is the first Courtyard by Marriott I have stayed at where Marriott Bonvoy benefits for complimentary breakfast do not apply - you get a credit of €20 each day to spend if you are a Titanium member but need to pay for the balance. It's an odd one, they said they don't have a lounge but at other Courtyard by Marriott properties I have stayed at in other countries, the breakfast is provided irrespective of whether there is a member's lounge. The food at breakfast is great and highly recommended, and the pastries are tasty. Location wise, it is very close to Gare de Lyon, which is both a metro and RED line, and only two stops away from Gare du Nord if you are arriving by train. There are also plenty of food options around and very close to various bus stations servicing the area and further. The service was great here, very helpful, friendly and professional. Many thanks for the help with printing and scanning a document! One great thing about the hotel to note is that after dark, you can only access the hotel with your key card, which is great for safety.

Great location, right next to Gare de Lyon and all transit. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants and cafes. Modern reception with very knowledgeable staff. Room was spacious and very quiet. Modern bathrooms and furnishings. Clean! Excellent breakfast. Max at reception was so very helpful when our train got cancelled and we had to stay another night.

Excellent location across Gare de Lyon train station and another train station 10 minutes walk away. Most attractions are within 10 - 30 minutes of Metro/Train or UBER ride. |12th floor corner room was clean and quite but small compare to US hotels. The hotel restaurant provides good buffet breakfast at a charge with plenty of options. There are many reasonably good restaurants/sandwich shops within walking distance. |The staff was extremely helpful with well understood English language skills. |The hotel was a good value for us knowing Marriott offering.

Google
We changed our original flight because of a potential strike by Air Traffic controllers. The Marriott Courtyard was able to accommodate us. |The hotel is located in the 12 Arrondisment- more of a residential area. Many public transportation options within walking distance to the hotel. We were on a high floor (13) which gave us a perfect view of the Eiffel tower. The tower sparkles ever hour on the hour and it was fun to observe. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable |We had breakfast ($24 buffet) and dinner at the hotel. The food was decent. The staff was friendly .A shout out to Will, a trainee from Canada. We would probably stay here again.

What a treat this hotel was! Fantastic area, filled with lovely brasseries and bistros. |Conveniently located next to the Gare de Lyon. |We spent 3 lovely days here and would return in a heart beat!||The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had - those smoothies are such a treat! Omelettes made to order were delicious. |Other meals we had in-site were fabulous!||Loved the signage in the dining room inviting guests to help themselves to coffee even to bring back to their room and/or to-go.||The accessible room (hubby uses a walker-rollator) was amazing and so spacious. ||Staff couldn’t have been more kind, especially the daytime security guard who assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. ||The hotel is very modern and attractive and made for a lovely pied-à-terre for our last few days in Paris. ||Highly recommend! |À la prochaine!

Yelp
- Locale Destination - It's on rue de Bercy and Bd Diderot in Paris. It's right by the big station and Seine river (very south side of Paris circle). Very convenient location for all the major tourism in Paris. Ambiance: modern, sleek Service: English ok! Ask them for making reservations of dinner restaurants in advance! Great service. Price: more expensive than French hotels but a lot bigger in size than them in Paris. - Gluttony Expedition - Room: a lot bigger than French hotels in Paris. FYI: hotels in Paris are a lot smaller than ones in US. Normal for Americans, a lot bigger for French. Very nice. - Conqueror's Deduction - It's unusual to rave about "Courtyard" hotel, though it's never bad. Lots of reasons: Everyone speaks English, so it's super convenient for English speakers - making a reservation or asking for something in details etc. The bigger room size, great views from 16th floor, and great location by the station. Great option for hotel in Paris!

Yelp
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great recommendations. Our family enjoyed our stay here. Next to Accor stadium and across street from Gare de Lyon. Fantastic bakeries nearby and close to the Seine so you can walk to many things in the other side of the river if you need to. We had a family room that had a sofa that turned into a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were roomy. The tub was elevated which is something I had never seen before. Great to bathe kids but tricky for adults if you are elderly. Restaurant on site which we didn't get to try. But it looked really nice and had a big bar. On Sundays they have a big brunch that looked appetizing based on the flyer in the elevator. We stayed on the 10th floor and the view was wonderful.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Buffet is fantastic! Views from room are jaw dropping. Metro is steps from hotel and fantastic restaurants near by. We really enjoyed staying here and grateful it was available however I feel an obligation to tell my fellow spoiled elite reward members to be prepared for no extras like room upgrades or breakfast being included.

Yelp
Great hotel + great location when visiting Paris + wanting to see the sights! Right off the GARE DE LYON train station which gives you access to every major sight and very easy to use! Rooms are great and clean. That's a plus. Area is filled with restaurants for late night eats and typical breakfast cafes for the A.M. The hotel staff is very nice, HOWEVER, there needs to be a better way to do check ins. We have arrive after a long overnight flight from the US (Los Angeles) we checked in way before check in time. We were told our room wasn't available but to try back around 12. No big deal. However we come back at 12 only to see tons and tons of people waiting to check in! The hotel needs a pre check in list or some sort of list of people waiting to check in.. so we can see when people got here versus their check in time. Of course status's and different room type matter but the front desk was not on the same page. We sat and watched. Some people were able to swipe their credit cards and get the check in process started while others were simply told to come Back.. they need a better way to alert you when the room is available! Luggage room: needs better security we were able to put our bags in but when we returned it was full and we were simply just allowed to walk in and grab our bags which is alarming bc we really could have grabbed anyones bag.. Once we got in around 330pn we were excited and rest of the stay was easy.. just check in needed to be better

Yelp
Perfect location right across from Gare de Lyon. Easy to jump onto the #9 or 14 metro. We arrived around 11 in the morning and there were not any rooms available yet so we had to freshen up in the public bathroom and then leave our luggage with the valet as we went out for the day. If you are a Bonvoy Elite Member, you get access to the lounge- we went every day for our morning cappuccino, croissants/pain au chocolat and they would have a few small bites like small squares of quiche and dried fruit and nuts. A nice place to do work if you are traveling on business. The KB (kitchen & bar) restaurant on the main level is nice for any meal. We had a drink there but found it to be somewhat expensive for meals compared to the many cafes, bakeries, and brasseries in the area. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. We had a family room (king bed + a sofa bed). Beds are comfortable and housekeeping does a great job. It's a good place for business travelers and tourists alike.

Yelp
I was unsure whether to give this hotel 4 or 3 stars...if 3.5 was an option I would have chosen that. Luckily I was able to stay using points. The positives: The front staff is polite and they do speak English so that was a plus. You are entitled to a complimentary drink on the day of arrival and the staff made me a nice "mocktail" with juices. It is also very secure with security in the front and an elevator system which requires scanning your room key to go up. I also arrived early and they let me check in early into a different type of room than I had originally booked (but at the same price point). Now for the negative: whilst public transportation is nearby, it is extremely difficult to get an Uber or taxi from this location. I am not sure as to what the cause is of that but it was extremely frustrating and wasted a lot of time on both days I was there. While the room may look clean, it's not. There was a lot of hair (that wasn't mine) all over the carpet, crumbs, etc. One of my mugs (for coffee/tea) was noticeably dirty (from a prior stay)--when I asked for it to be replaced, they simply half heartedly rinsed it in the bathroom sink and put it back. Yuck. I didn't feel like using any of the cups/mugs after that. Housekeeping was also overly assertive knocking on my door at 10 am on a weekend. Not sure if I would go back to this hotel but considering it was nearly free, I shouldn't complain too much about it.

Yelp
Great hotel. - great location next to the train lines and Gare de Lyon - clean rooms - safe area - staff are courteous although check in took a long time - free welcome drink - good Wi-Fi Did not try the gym or any food.

Yelp
Upon my second arrival to Paris with my niece, we entered this hotel. The hotel entrance was beautiful and smelled good. It was very secure with a guard at the entrance and a different way to enter the elevator (I can't even explain as it's something I never seen before). Upon entering the room, the room was clean and spacious which is definitely more US style than European style rooms. It definitely allowed for my niece and I to sleep good at night. And since the TV didn't have many options for a child to watch, it was great we could cast our phones to the TV and she was able to watch her favorite shows whenever we were turning down at night. The hotel is quite the distance from the typical tourist attractions in Paris. But it is easy to catch the train there (RATP) or and Uber. But the train is cheaper and doesn't get stuck in much traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Busy, clean and welcoming hotel steps away from Gare d Lyon station. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't ready until 3pm on the dot. That was good for us, which meant we were forced to stay up after the red eye flight from the states.

Yelp
Excellent staff! Room had an incredible view of the city. Located in a convenient spot minutes from the Siene. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Yelp
Modern, clean, well located hotel. We were here to introduce our children to Paris and loved the area. Lots of nice little cafes and energy in the area and steps from the metro to go to any of the tourist spots with ease. The train to Disneyland also left from the same station. Breakfast was also one of the best buffets that I have had including compared to Ritz Carltons we have stayed at. Management here truly does a fantastic job making guests feel welcome.

Yelp
Very clean and modern hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Bar and restaurant inside is very good and well ran. Nice rooms that are uncrowded. Wonderful beds.

Yelp
I had a great 3 night stay here! All of the Marriott properties in Paris have a ridiculous points redemption rate of 50k+ per night and the Courtyard is the only one with a reasonable redemption rate of 35k/ night. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and my check-in process was a breeze. The front desk attendant spoke perfect English and we were checked in within 10 minutes. This property is located near the metro station which makes it perfect for traveling around Paris, you're only a 10 minute walk away from the metro station which will get you to Versailles. We were on the 14th floor and had a gorgeous view of Paris, our room got a ton of light. If you have elite status breakfast is not included as a complimentary which wasn't a big deal since there are a bunch of patisseries nearby (and even a Starbucks right next door). If I come back to Paris I'll likely stay here again just due to the reasonable points redemption rate!

Yelp

Yelp
I really liked this hotel. It was a breath of fresh air being close to the city and close to one of the largest transit stations in the city (Gare de Lyon). It is a 2 minute walk from Gare de Lyon. I wish I could explain to you how to exit Gare de Lyon to get to the hotel, but pretty much any door you exit out of upstairs, you can get to the hotel. I will say, I was a little disappointed that our room was not immediately ready since I received a text to check in the day prior. However, it took only about 5 minutes for them to get us a room. I'm not sure if they switched us or not. The hotel is very clean and the staff was top notch. Very friendly. The bar/restaurant downstairs was very nice and had a romantic touch. However, the drinks were very overpriced. We were given an upgraded room, 1212, which had a view of the city. That view was gorgeous! Unfortunately our room was not facing Eiffel Tower but we were able to see other sights such as the transit station and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Beautiful at night and just as beautiful in the daytime. The room was spacious and the pictures are accurate. The bathroom was very modern. So modern there was no shower curtain on the shower nor a shower door so be mindful of that. There was a large tv in the room but unfortunately, the connect my device feature wasn't working and that really dampened our mood. That is why I took off one star. They also have free coffee in the lobby until 3pm, which I did not become aware of until later in my stay so that was unfortunate. We actually witnessed a protest/riot between the transit strike workers and the police and we felt very safe in the hotel even with it being quite dangerous outside. After we checked out, my partner realized he left his souvenirs. We contacted the hotel and they immediately let us know that they had found them and would ship them to us. Great service. Don't hesitate to stay here. Plenty of food options in the area too. Again, you're close to transit and can get anywhere relatively quickly.

Yelp
It's clean. Little dark and dated. The wings and beer are fine. Service is friendly. The locals are a hoot to watch.

Yelp
As a general rule, this particular Courtyard is lovely. It's spacious, clean, has a full restaurant and bar, a good wait staff and a reception that works hard to meet the needs of its guests. While challenged by its location (If you come to explore Central Rome be advised that taxi strikes can make things difficult and even the occasional Uber strike can challenge you to get back to your room) it is close to the airport. The AC here is also a bit tricky (It only cools so much and with Climate change, keeping your room cool is a must). My greatest frustration was not receiving the standard gold member upgrades or gifts. While a minor thing, it was noteworthy. Beyond all that, this is a nice hotel worthy of your patronage.

Yelp
Great view of the city from this hotel, I only stayed for a few days and enjoyed the room. You get a decent size room and good amenities. The room was clean and modern looking. This hotel is a bit far from other attractions in Paris but the metro is a 2 mins walking distance and can get you anywhere, it's so efficient to use the metro when you visit. The hotel is somewhat expensive compared to other hotel prices but decent choice if you are limiting yourself to Marriot's.

Yelp
Had a pleasant stay at this Marriott Courtyard. The rooms were spacious and the view was nice. The location is prime as well with public transportation and many eateries nearby.

Yelp
We loved our stay here in courtyard! We stayed at the courtyard from 12/6-12/13. Had a wonderful experience. Staffs speak English & super helpful! We arrived at noon and our room were not ready at 3pm however they offered to take our luggage so we can explore paris! Our room was big and had a spectacular view. Highly recommend this place to my family & friends. I can't wait to be back in Paris!

Yelp
Hotel is located within a 3 minute walk from the gare and the main metro line for all the major sites and the seine. Location is a main reason to stay. The rooms are average in size and amenities for Paris. It was cleaned well daily and was more than needed. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Erwan in the restaurant bar was a cool guy and helped us learn a daily French term. A really good guy and was always in a great mood. Overall only good things to say and would return if in Paris. If you only speak English, you will be fine. They all spoke multiple languages.
google avatar

Yelp
I paid for the "best" room, it was mediocre. Housekeeping didn't remove the plates and cups we had, all they did was change the bedding. The restaurant downstairs is a hot mess. Very disorganized. Mixing up order, waiting 20 mins for check after asking for it twice, clearing table before we were done eating... the only good thing about this location is that it's near the metro.

Yelp
I truly appreciate the management here. We booked travel few months before travel as a non refundable booking but due to family health issues we tried to cancel a month before travel. Initially they declined but after explaining the scenario they gave me a full refund ! As a gold member, I definitely appreciate the trust knowing I will be back :) great job Marriott taking car of loyal customers

Yelp
Beautiful view, great staff, decent breakfast and solid happy hour drinks. Enjoy The stay

Yelp
This Marriott courtyard is definitely a busy hotel! They not only have a lot of tourists as customers, but also hold conferences for companies regularly. There were always lots of people in the lobby during our stay. I would say this is a busy and jumping hotel, rather than a relaxing vacation hotel. This courtyard is reasonably priced comparing to other Marriott properties in Paris, so I am not surprised why they are so busy. The location of this hotel is unbeatable as well. It is across the street from Gare de Lyon, and the metro stop attached has many lines. It is super convenient. During our visit to France, we found that it is not standard practice for French hotels to give free breakfasts to their guests with even high status with the brand. This is at least true with Best Western group and Marriott Group. For example, this courtyard charges 19 euro per person for breakfast. However, they do gave a 16 euro credit per room each day to spend in the hotel. We chose to have drinks every night instead. This hotel is certainly not perfect, but we did feel taken care of when we were there. I think it had to do with our status with the brand, and the upgrades and perks we received. Otherwise, I did see and hear other unsatisfied customers in the lobby. I would say house keeping department is probably lacking a bit, we asked for two more pillows and had to call a second time to get them. The bathroom often had a bad smell from the piping and etc,. But I would say considering the price this is not a bad choice when visiting Paris.

J J.

Yelp
VERY POOR CHECK IN SERVICE. Nice location, nice hotel, but the staff do not handle check-ins well at all. LIke other have commented on Yelp and TripAdvisor, we came from a long flight, was told to wait till noon, am a Bonvoy elite member (they don't care), and... at 1 pm, still .no room available while there is a long line of others checking in. The managers will try to talk pleasantries, but ultimately don't really do anything that makes the customer satisfied. I would NOT recommend this hotel just because the first impression of a hotel (or any service) is important to the customer's experience. And, if a hotel can't get that right, I don't think it's worth spending your money there - especially given the $$ price for this hotel. Stay away from this hotel - go to the Hilton across the street!

Yelp
Very nice hotel, conveniently located, very clean with hard working employees. The restaurant is surprisingly good and the air conditioning works very well. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. One complaint is the bathrooms. The sink is small and shallow and looks like it is from an airplane bathroom. Water splashes everywhere. And being a new hotel, of course, they also installed the half shower and minimally functional shower head. Don't want you to use too much of their expensive hot water.
google avatar

Yelp
Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon is in a great location, close to many city attractions. We stayed at this hotel because it is a brand new hotel and for its central location. Walking from train station only takes about 10-15 minutes. Uber in Paris is convenient and price is fair. Staff is very friendly. I met Galih and Emilie when we arrived. They were very helpful, and we got our room upgraded. When I reported to the front desk that hot water was not hot in our room, they switched us to different room with free breakfast buffet daily. The breakfast buffet has both American and Europium style. They are fresh and tasty. I like their variety of cold meats. Pastries are their specialty. Fresh and delicious! We enjoyed our stay their and definitely will come back again.

Yelp
We stay at this hotel for a total of 7 nights. It is conveniently located across from the train station. We can get to most of the main attractions without too many transfers. The staff were super friendly and willing to help out. They were patient and kind. We asked for extra body wash at the reception, they gave us 4 bottles extra. The first 2 nights we stay in a room with a weird smell. We were trying to bare the smell, but it was too strong for us to sleep when we can't open the windows to get fresh air. I think it's coming from the vent or the pipes. We complained to the reception, they immediately upgraded us to a higher floor room and complimentary breakfast for the remaining 5 nights. The quality of the breakfast was very good. I would eat there even if I had to pay. I'm planning to be back in Paris next year, and I plan to stay here again.

Yelp
Wow! What a great choice we made to stay here. The staff, concierge, security, restaurant, location! Just wow! The rooms were a bit small but the location and staff made our 10 day stay so wonderful! We arrived during the strike and we were made to feel so safe and welcomed. The housekeeping were always on top of it, the free cafe' machine was awesome, the view we had on Rue de Bercy and Bd Diderot was amazing. Thank you to all! Also a big Thank you to Yohan for accommodating our needs and hand delivering a birthday card and sweets to our daughter who turned 13 in Paris! Our trip was tres magnifique!

Yelp
I was really disappointed in this courtyard. This is a new hotel and I thought it would have modern conveniences, but I was wrong. Maid service: My main gripe is that the overall service was lack luster. Our room was poorly serviced with the blanket piled on a chair instead of folded, beds barely made, iron left out, and toiletries were barely replenished. Day after day, same bad service. I left my pressed trousers out and when I returned there were a bunch of items piled on top of them. I had to repress themOne day, I asked for a sewing kit. I called 3 times and either 1) they didn't have any or 2) they didn't care to give it to me. Either way I was never informed. I waited for one hour and then left. I told the front desk to leave it in the room, but it wasn't there when I got back. Poor service for a Marriott. Smoking: (Though most Parisians are big-time smokers, I am not, in fact smoke makes me ill.) My non-smoking hotel room should not be filled with smoke every night. It seemed as if the smoke was coming in from the hotel's own hvac. WTF, I thought this hotel was non-smoking. Power: the power went out on several occasions, while getting ready, at breakfast and in the lavoratory. When I called about it, the front desk stated it will come back on in 5 minutes. Each time it did come back on, but it was quite inconvenient, and without air conditioning the room quickly became stuffy. I'm glad I was not in the elevator. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling for work or have children or in anyway need reliability from your hotel.

Yelp
Already starting off on the wrong foot as we are going on an hour waiting for our room. We have just gotten off a 10-hour flight, tired and desperately wanting a shower. It is pouring rain outside, so here we sit, in this tiny lobby, hoping for our room to be ready. 2 hours later. Still waiting.
google avatar

Yelp
I loved the place but not the service I received. I experienced a few downfalls and I have emailed the manager/hotel twice now with no response. We had issues with our cleaning and check in...lots of wait time. I wish someone would at least respond to our messages.

Yelp
This hotel is outrageously expensive for what you get. They nickel and dime on literally everything: you ask extra bath towels, you get small ones; no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter, tiny toiletries, horrible dry cleaning service despite shelling top dollars (?!). Previous yelpers are right on the bathroom situation: so stupid because there is no separation, who designed these rooms? Another illustration of the nickeling and diming to squeeze more rooms and guests, and charge more money. Location is the only positive, but it is just not worth it. I could not wait to leave, this is how bad I felt during my stay; never ever again. Go to Pullman Bercy hotel, for the same price, you get better value, nicer rooms and service!

Yelp
Revised to honor a last minute cancellation because my father is dying and we have to rush home. No kindness at this hotel.

Yelp
Location is great, near the metro station as well as the train station. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a nice staff. Check in/out was a breeze. The queen room was a nice size, it was clean, and the advance room rate was a steal! The bathroom is separated by a tempered glass wall, so if the light is turned on in the middle of the night, it'll wake you up. The water pressure in the shower is good and the water is hot no matter what time of day or night you use it. There's no microwave in the room, but there's a fridge and free tea. There was just one minor problem...there was a sewer smell in my room, but it was too late in the night for me to change. The front desk was fast to respond and send a maintenance guy to check it out. He came and sprayed. The next morning I smelled that same smell in the hallway, so I just figured that smell is just gonna be there. Overall, I would definitely stay again if ever in Paris!

Yelp
Would not stay here again, due to the cons really outweighed the pros, all things considered, would find a different hotel could sleep well at and would only recommend this hotel to someone traveling/staying alone/ on their own/ no roommate(s) CONS: -no top sheet on the bed, just a heavy comforter, so not a great option for temperature control (nor hygiene imo) -bathroom in the rooms, because: 1. is frosted glass with gaps in it thus allows for little to NO PRIVACY for sound or visual while showing or using the toilet, etc 2. is frosted glass with gaps, thus wakes others up when someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night 3. shower is a long stall with no curtain and water regularly got all over the wood floor of the sink and toilet area, thus a slipping hazard at the very least. PROS: -bed was comfortable -quiet experience/ quiet hotel Bottom line, unless you are traveling by yourself or you LOVE using the toilet and showering in front of other people, this is not the hotel for you.

Yelp
The Hotel is in good location with easy access to Metro and Trains, few minutes metro ride to hart of Paris tourist area. Has its own parking which is a major plus if you arrive by car. Hotel reception staff are friendly and helpful rooms are modern and good size. So why I am not giving 5 star, it has to do with AC in our room which quite working in middle of the night, next morning at 9 AM I informed front desk as we were going out for few hours, when we returned at 2PM it was still not fixed and the room was hot, informed front desk again and we went out, returning at 3.30 PM and still not fixed , informed front desk again and from that point on visited Front desk every 15 minute to check as room was very hot and each time being told maintenance is on there way , finally they did come at 4.30 and told me they have just been notified 20 minutes earlier. It took them 10 minutes to fix snd all was fine thereafter till I checked the bed snd found the sheets which were very visibly solid due to an accident was not changed, another call to front desk snd this one was corrected after we returned from dinner. Hence a perfect stay was ruined do to inaction Fixing a problem that required 10 minutes of work but it took 24 to get it accomplished. I must not I am a loyal Marriott customer and this is my first negative experience in many year with the Brand.

Yelp
Stayed here in late May. I agree with other Yelp reviewers, the location is very good. This is a new hotel so one would expect it to have few to no issues. The rooms are good, bigger than most European hotels. Check-in was a breeze, the staff at the front desk very helpful. However, there was a smell of raw sewage in our room, and in the hallway. I've read other reviews, and this seems to be an ongoing issue. This is a newer hotel, so I'm sure there are a few things to work out.
