I have lived here 7 months. I have to say it was a smooth process to move in. The management is always super nice and very pleasant to work with. They have listen to concerns with neighbors and fixed it quickly. Maintenance is awesome they always come in a timely manner and fix everything.

So happy with my apartment. It’s a large two story townhouse plus basement with washer/dryer in the basement. Quiet community. Maintenance guy is fantastic!

The new owners, AIG Property Mgmt are very nice and respectful. They are definitely working on improving the property. The biggest problem are the tenants that have no regard to keeping their surroundings clean by leaving their trash everywhere. I have seen maintenance try to dispose of all the trash around but fighting a losing battle. Tenants need to have more respect to where they live. Maintenance is very on top of resolving issues in a very timely manner.
