The rooms are neat, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the staff — not only at the reception but across all departments — consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely courteous. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options that cater to different cuisines and tastes. The location is another big plus, highly convenient and well‑connected, which made getting around very easy. Overall a very good experience that I would happily recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and I would like to extend my appreciation to the amazing team who made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Daniella for assisting us throughout our stay she was incredibly helpful and attentive. I also want to mention the night-shift HK staff member (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) who delivered our request to the room with a warm smile and great professionalism. His service really stood out. Thank you as well to Gayagi and Manoj for the beautiful setup. It was done with such care and made our stay even more special. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we are truly grateful. We look forward to staying here again!

1 star? Not about their service. Placing this to remind hotels where I stay....refer below about employees wellbeing.||My stay is always great in this hotel. Lovely staff, great hospitality as always.||It's about how management treat their staff. I mean, your front desk staff are so lovely, but come on, not even providing chairs for them? They are humans and they can sit sometimes? Sitting does not mean laziness.||There will be no perfect hotel but at least treat your staff equally as the guests would love also seeing your employees happy as well.||I've been in many hotels not just UAE. But in UAE, I have never seen any front desk having chairs for their staff in any hotels.||FYI, I checked-in in this hotel many times and never seen anyone sat at least for a minute or so if there are no guests at the front desk.||Hopefully, this culture will change as UAE should treat their staff equally.

We had an amazing experience during our wedding stay with my husband. Daniella made everything even more wonderful with her warm assistance and thoughtful support. A big thank you as well to Gayani and Manoj for the beautiful setup it truly made our day extra special.||We would also like to appreciate Dasantha (I hope the name is correct). Whenever we requested something to be delivered to our room, he was very polite and always greeted us with a wonderful smile.||Highly recommended! Positive: great location, close to cornice, trade center and connected to mall. Vallet parking is always in there. Vauchers for breakfast were given, which covered 80% of breakfast costs. Kids are excluded however. Not positive: No complementary breakfast offered, also no proper information about it from the beginning. No pantry / lounge in the hotel of such a location and size. Facilities are somewhat not at the best shape, gym was quite small in size. One table football observed, but no ball to play and no personal to ask, also in limited space. No kids activities at all. I am Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and before to come a month in advance I asked if I could stay with a family of 2 kids in addition to 2 adults with extra bed put in the room, and I was assured I can. Upon arrival I texted again to remind. When we came to room (which I upgraded using Bonvoy upgrade points to 1 bedroom), I didn't see any bed. Instead sofa only, which was very hard and tough to sleep. When I asked for a blanket and cover, they simply brought it a piece of blanket, which irritates the skin. Not thoughtful at all about conditions. Anyways. On day 2 they brought us a duvet type of blanket. On hard sofa. Welcome beverage and snack was provided almost an hour after we entered the room, so we left it could be waiting more, and found it later once we got back to room. By now I have a great experience and exposure to mariott hotels, this was by far the worst experience so far. I found the front desk barely smiling or saying hi on entrance (but saw opposite to local Arabs they would react). The room was fine, but somehow small still for a family, it was not showing the application that it is a junior room. Sometimes front desk offers different options assessing the situation in situ, in this case I had only this option given from the beginning after the upgrade. I will not recommend it to upcoming friends or colleagues.

We checked in on the 19th of October & Arbaaz did us an amazing job. He recognised I was Gold elite retrieved both our booking as 1 was done through a 3rd party. Offered us an early check in & gave us some light snacks on arrival. We are here for 4 nights & the it’s been an amazing experience so far. Breakfast was great and the hotel is well connected to shopping & restaurants. Thank you Marriott & team for creating great experiences.

Room is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my everyday breakfast with my family in your hotel! All staffs are very welcoming and friendly, the hostess in restaurant her name is rezia, shes cheerful and made sure we get everything we needed. Thankyou to all, hopefully nextime we will comeback again

The stay was nice and the staff at the lobby were friendly/accommodating. Room was decent and had a cozy atmosphere. Location of the hotel was nice that it was connected to the mall, and it made travelling around the are easier. Breakfast there had decent choices of food to choose from, wherein it varies from day to day. The staff in the restaurant was superb and all were accommodating, helpful during the stay, especially Ms. Rezie which was the one who always welcome the guest with a smile and made sure the guest are satisfied too.
