Courtyard World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing experience. ||The hotel receptionists and staff made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet at the 1st floor. The variety of food was very plentiful and good. ||A real highlight was the restaurant on the 12th floor. The staff there were exceptional in particular Harak and Subhash —were so attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They even turned on the football game for me when asked. The food was outstanding, with generous portions that definitely left me satisfied. I especially appreciated the variety and quality of the dishes, each prepared to perfection. We had such a good experience we had dinner here twice! ||Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent accommodations and fantastic dining experience!

This is a fantastic place to stay. My wife and I spent 9 nights here and staff where amazing. Both Sunita and Vinod looked after us on the 12th floor stunning Up & Below Bar. The room was sp comfy and food in the evening was some of the best curries ive eaten. Wide selection for all. We will be returning in the future

DANGER of OVERBOOKING!! Very bad experience. I had to leave my room because they overbooked the Hotel. Front desk created the problem and didn’t solved. During my last visit, one of the 2 the elevators was not working during 3 days and wasting long time waiting for it. Service to room is always delayed: the Welcome gift came after 2 hours, calling twice to front desk; extra water can come after more than 30 minutes. I will never come back. Service do not deserve to be under Marriott.

Best hotel to stay around the World Trade Centre. Just 2 mins walk from it. Very smooth Check-in and Check-out procedure. Booked a Premier room for my family and they just loved it. Had a very good breakfast with the perfect mix of variety. Many good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I had such a wonderful time at Bistro Marriott! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was so inviting. A big shoutout to Mr. Harak and Ms. Richie for the warm welcome and fantastic service—they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you for making our visit so special! I can’t wait to come back again soon.

One of the best stays I have had!!! 10/10 for sure. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room and room service was top notch. Housekeeping was so on point! They noticed that I was not tucking in my blanket so for the next day they didn't tuck it in!! So thoughtful! It's the little details that matter. Food was sooo good. As an vegetarian India, I struggled for good Indian food, but they fulfilled all my cravings. They even had eggless bakery options which I appreciate a lot! But these all not even the best part of this hotel. The best part is it's location. It's literally the next building from world trade tower, 15min walk from beach (which itself is great) and in the heart of city.

Really unprofessional approach from Basseem the manager on duty of the hotel this night. Poorly helping and giving wrong information. We just needed a form to be printed to get a special rate and he first started to tell us the business center was not available at this time to print it out. We asked him to kindly open it and then he said that they did not have business center. He did not want to let us login form his desk. He first told us to pay full price the first night and then check the next day for a solution. Then we asked him where was the nearest place where we could get a computer access and he wanted to send us at another Marriott 15 minutes drives away ! We searched online ourselves and found one shop literally just cross the road around the corner, with computer and printer access to print the form. Basseem did not even try to check online to help us find a solution. Then when we come back he did not even apologize and was stupidly repeating there is no problem Sir there is no problem.. No problem for him but big disappointment for me. The welcome gift was one beer for two people also ? Poor service for a manager.

good location, close to the corniche.. very kind and smiling waiters|but that's where the positive things end... ||4 people and they gave us a king size bed and a camping bed that in the morning you wake up with your back destroyed; after 4 days of complaints they finally changed our room, as per our original reservation.. standard rooms in both cases and not suitable for families. ||basic breakfast, there is only one semi-automatic machine to make coffee and cappuccino so when you order you wait up to 20 minutes.. to find a table for breakfast it takes up to 5-10 minutes of waiting.||Lobby , reception, pool . Restaurant in different floor but only with 2 elevators, so you can wait up to 5-10 minutes to get your destination floor ||booking a taxi is an embarrassing thing; for 4 days I called the reception booking a family/big taxi .. they always forgot to do it. on the fifth day I went personally to request it and after 20 minutes of waiting I went back to ask for information and they told me that it would take another 25-30 minutes .. just like that without warning ..||lastly the laundry service, I delivered some clothes to be washed on the first day and they told me that they would have returned them that same evening.. in the following days I went to ask for information and they told me that they were ready and they would have brought them to my room.. after 5 days I went to ask and they told me only at that moment that I would have to pay before receiving them; I replied that there was no problem but that they could tell me about the payment on the first day||in short, a very mediocre hotel, with a lot of work to be done on the staff||Something that you can expect from a 2 or max 3 stars hotel
