Excellent service, 10/10 friendly. Large rooms with enough space for our luggage. Breakfast has plenty choice for everyone. Price-quality rating overall is really good. Christmas decorations through the hotel. Nice warm pool with supervision. Location is perfect; next to the mall and the beach is on a short walk. Room was clean and quiet. Will return!

First of all, I am shocked that this hotel has belonged to the Marriott community. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The staff and cleaners are not clean. The mattress smells very bad. The towel storage smells, and the staff is very aggressive. They are unpolite and rude to their guests. No window has looked unhealthy. There is no oxygen. And to be honest. This is the worst experience I have ever stayed in at all the Marriott hotels. I am shocked at how Marriott can give this hotel a license to be under their name. This cannot be even a one-star hotel, and the staff should not work under the Marriott name because the parking staff and the valid parking are unpolite. They do not bring your car. They give you the key and tell you to go take your car, and they are very annoyed at the same time. The staff in the concert are unpolite. The lobby downstairs. They don’t let you sit if you’re not ordering, which is completely unacceptable and rude. I hope that people can really write their reviews about this hotel because, with full respect to Marriott, it cannot be under their name. And this management team should not even exist in that hotel.

Hosted an event at WTC Marriott @ Al Saadiyat Meeting Room. Farhan was exceptionally amazing, made sure everything was set-up right. Thanks to Renalyne for supporting us effortlessly in booking and arranging the whole event. The lunch buffet at Bistro was a delight, the lady at the hotel reception was super sweet, unfortunately I forgot to ask her. However, we Appreciate and loved the hospitality of the Marriott staff. Hope to host many such events in the future.

The rooms are neat, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the staff — not only at the reception but across all departments — consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely courteous. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options that cater to different cuisines and tastes. The location is another big plus, highly convenient and well‑connected, which made getting around very easy. Overall a very good experience that I would happily recommend

My first trip to Abu Dhabi was made delightful and memorable by the stay at this hotel, which is located at a very convenient site. Right from a smooth check in and an easy check out (with an extended check out time on request, which saved us a lot of hassle) to the room that ticked all the boxes to very courteous staff (a shout out to Nishant at the reception and Baphi at dining), Courtyard by Marriott in Abu Dhabi has been exemplary. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and I would like to extend my appreciation to the amazing team who made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Daniella for assisting us throughout our stay she was incredibly helpful and attentive. I also want to mention the night-shift HK staff member (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) who delivered our request to the room with a warm smile and great professionalism. His service really stood out. Thank you as well to Gayagi and Manoj for the beautiful setup. It was done with such care and made our stay even more special. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we are truly grateful. We look forward to staying here again!

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything from check-in to room service and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast spread was good including the live counter. Baphi was particularly helpful and made sure our food experience and service was top notch. Will definitely recommend this place to someone looking to visit Abu Dhabi.
