The hotel's location is amazing! We were happy to stay here. Swimming pool, gym, cozy rooms. It's like hiding from the scorching heat in an oasis of happiness. The service is one of the best I've experienced in my travels, and I travel a lot! Crystal clean, adequate number of towels, everything thought out to the smallest detail. ||The staff are incredibly kind and love their work! Here you feel like you're not imposing on anyone, they are genuinely happy to see you and smile without being fake. The breakfast here is incredible! We didn't have time to try everything. There is such variety. I would especially like to mention the breakfast staff. Thank you to the cook who makes excellent omelets, the head chef, the girl at the reception who lights up everything around her with her smile, and the staff who clear the tables and keep the restaurant tidy. A special hello and thank you to Deepack for his politeness and care for us. |My mom was wildly enthusiastic about her stay here, and my job was to make her happy. Thank you to the hotel team!

We would like to thank all the staff for our great staying at the hotel.|Especially we like restaurant service, chef Mash does a great job, always controls all the proceses, very open to the guests, the food is very tasty. All the waitresses are very fast and skilled, chief leader Deepac is incredible person, very kind and professional. The hosteses are very kind also.|The room service is the best we met for years in all other U.A.E. hotels.|We had some problems with access to the internet, the front desk staff was always ready to help.|In general we like this hotel and will be recommended it to our friends.

We had a really great experience here. The staff go above and beyond every time they do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food and drinks are very good and the service is five star Vinod at the up and Bilo was very informative and gave a slot of information about promotions and the timings. The stay was nice and the staff at the lobby were friendly/accommodating. Room was decent and had a cozy atmosphere. Location of the hotel was nice that it was connected to the mall, and it made travelling around the are easier. Breakfast there had decent choices of food to choose from, wherein it varies from day to day. The staff in the restaurant was superb and all were accommodating, helpful during the stay, especially Ms. Rezie which was the one who always welcome the guest with a smile and made sure the guest are satisfied too.

It was a pretty basic room, with a hotel view, with nothing much to see expect some AC grills. We stayed 3 nights, the overall stay was okay, nothing special. Breakfast was also 7.5/10. The good part was that it attached to the mall area so we could go shopping anytime. The room service was good as well.

First of all, I am shocked that this hotel has belonged to the Marriott community. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The staff and cleaners are not clean. The mattress smells very bad. The towel storage smells, and the staff is very aggressive. They are unpolite and rude to their guests. No window has looked unhealthy. There is no oxygen. And to be honest. This is the worst experience I have ever stayed in at all the Marriott hotels. I am shocked at how Marriott can give this hotel a license to be under their name. This cannot be even a one-star hotel, and the staff should not work under the Marriott name because the parking staff and the valid parking are unpolite. They do not bring your car. They give you the key and tell you to go take your car, and they are very annoyed at the same time. The staff in the concert are unpolite. The lobby downstairs. They don’t let you sit if you’re not ordering, which is completely unacceptable and rude. I hope that people can really write their reviews about this hotel because, with full respect to Marriott, it cannot be under their name. And this management team should not even exist in that hotel.

We stayed for a weekend in Abu Dhabi and overall had a mixed experience. Arrival & Parking: Upon arrival, I had to specifically ask for assistance with the luggage, as the valet staff member was only waiting for the car key without offering any help. Later, when I requested the car, it took around 20 minutes to be brought, which felt quite long given that the area was not very busy. When we came back to the hotel, the parking staff asked inappropriate questions such as “Are you going to a bar?” — something that is neither professional nor logical to ask a guest who is clearly driving. The following morning, after I had taken the car and returned within 15 minutes, the same staff again asked strange and unnecessary questions like “Where are you going? To a salon or visiting?” at 9 am. This kind of behavior feels intrusive and unprofessional. A more courteous and suitable approach would be to simply ask, “Are you staying with us?” or “Would you like any assistance?” Check-in & Reception: The check-in experience was very good. The receptionist was polite, answered all our questions, and informed us about the hotel facilities. Room & Facilities: The room itself is quite basic but clean and comfortable — no complaints there. Location of the hotel is convenient and central, which is a plus. In-room dining was also very good: food was tasty, prepared quickly, and service was smooth. However, there are no toiletries or cosmetics provided in the room. In the morning, reception told me these are “upon request,” which would have been good to know in advance (better to ask in the evening, otherwise you may have to wait). Noise: If your room is on the 11th floor, as ours was, be prepared for very loud music from the bar/club on the 12th floor. It lasts all evening, and there is no chance to sleep early. Staff Attitude: While the reception team during check-in was excellent, the valet/parking staff and morning reception shift were quite rude and unprofessional. Instead of a friendly “good morning” and a relaxing vibe, their behavior made the stay feel uncomfortable. Overall: The location is great, and the in-room dining was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean and fine for a short stay. Reception during check-in was excellent. However, the unprofessional behavior of some staff (especially valet and morning shift), unnecessary questions, noise from the bar, and lack of basic amenities in the room left a negative impression. With better training for staff and clearer communication about facilities, this could be a much better experience.
