Cousins Bracebridge

Found Cousins on Google. I wanted a good home made pizza. Stopped by around 3pm on the way to the cottage. Ordered 2 large with all the fixings. Met Jason the owner and another lady working the till. Great people. Good conversation while I waited. Will definitely be going back. Really good pizza!. Thanks folls

It was our first time here and so when we walked in we were confused if we were in the right spot. With a bit of exploration we found the door leading into the restaurant. Once we took a look at the menu we got the veal sandwich with sweet peppers, onions and mushrooms, but please add the banana peppers- it adds such a nice tangy twist. And as if that wasn’t enough, we ordered their pepperoni pizza, with extra bacon and banana peppers, such a decadent, tasty pizza, we had leftovers for the next day and it tasted so good cold, we loved it! We will definitely come back :)

We came in here for lunch! Our food, the sauce, the bread, the veggies all seemed to be prepared fresh. The food prepared was delicious, a good amount of spice and great local drinks. It’s located right in, connected with a local market. I would recommend the sandwiches as a must. The bread was so soft, nice sautéed veggies (that’s extra) and great sauce. It wasn’t too busy and food came in 10 minutes which was quick! It’s good place to stop by if you’re visiting and are looking for some food.

Decided on the meat ball and eggplant sandwich with mushrooms and onions! Absolutely over the top. Meatballs were home made and the eggplant was thin sliced but plentiful, same with the toppings. Staff are a fun and friendly, which makes the experience. Don't be afraid to give them a challenge order. They love a challenges. Truly a Bracebridge hidden gem.

My first time dropping by there about a week ago. The overall experience was very positive. Primarily it was the two individuals there – firstly, the woman who took my order and, later, the gentleman who prepared my order and handed it to me when I picked it up, that made the difference. Just very personable and friendly and decent people. Makes you want to come back there. Oh yes, and the pizza was great, although I think I will not go for the jalapeño peppers next time as they are the truly authentic hot, jalapeño peppers! But the pizza was still quite good, good enough that I’m going to order there again! And keep ordering until I find my favourite mixture of ingredients and that will be my go-to order. It should be delicious working my way through the options. I have no hesitation about recommending this place!

I love the location of this restaurant, staff were friendly and food was solid. It didn’t quite hit my hopes and expectations but it was still an enjoyable meal.

Ordered the dill chicken sandwich with mushrooms and peppers to go. Was delicious! Chicken was breaded and crispy, yummy creamy sauce with chopped dill pickles. Would definitely order it again. My only suggestion would be to sauté the peppers.. they were raw and cut in large pieces. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and honest about the wait time. I appreciated the heads up and just did some shopping at the butcher/bakery next door.

I ordered the veal sandwich - it was a good sandwich but the taste/texture was more like beef than veal tbh. Still, it was tasty. Just a bit over salted. The bun disintegrated with the sandwich but that isn't unusually with a saucy sandwich. It was a nice fresh bun, the sauce was delicious and the meat was nicely breaded. Also it's a cute little spot and the service was super friendly. I'd come here again.
