Cousins Motor Inn - 3.5 Star Rated

We stayed in Rooms 16 & 17 for 2 nights which were very comfortable and excellent. It was the little extras Bottled water, and the Tim Tams were great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Walking distance to the shops. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thankyou. Josh

Greg went above and beyond of good service provided. He let us check in late, has kept not just the rooms clean but he was out there keeping the court yard clean and tidy. What an excellent host! We will be staying here again. Thank you Greg for being so kind

Manager extremely helpful, rooms clean and tidy and nicely cooled down for us (as it was a very hot day when we arrived). Beds and pillows comfortable, shower relaxing and towels fluffy - a pleasant place to relax and rest after an emotional day.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and in demand motor inn. Friendly welcoming staff who were responsive and efficient by phone and email. Speedy check in and checkout. Bed was very comfy. The little extra touches such as helpful advice on where to get a good meal within walking distance from motel, real milk and complimentary TimTam biscuits and water bottles in room, and a generous menu selection for breakfast delivered to your room the next morning. I definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying at the Cousins Motor Inn Inverell NSW.

man at the desk was very friendly and accommodating even though we arrived late. got the family room, with a fridge with complimentary snacks. cool air-conditioning in each room, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Very good location. We walked to the main part of town from the motel. The room was spotless and everything we needed was there for us. Very friendly and helpfull staff and even Max the guard dog seemed happy to greet us Overall the ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT with our Two Night Stay was the car parking arrangments. There were no designated parking spots so people just used any available area on site and that made things difficult with so many large vehicles being used(ours was one) we had issues not only parking our vehicle but trying to get in and out when parked was impossible for both of us. Our suggestion is to repaint the parking bays and number them with each individual room. We had an early departure and had to carry our luggage between other parked vehicles with very little space to do so because we could not park in front of our unit. This may have caused some disruption to the other guests but we had no other option, and for that we are sorry. As stated everything else regarding our stay at Cousins Motot Inn was first class but when next we stay in Inverell we will check their parking arrangments before making a reservation.

This was a last minute booking as our original plans changed. The owner Greg couldn’t have been more helpful & said he would try to have the rooms ready for a 1pm check in. We had a big room like an apartment with separate lounge & bedroom & a kitchen & we also booked another queen room for other family who met us there. Our room was nice but a bit dated & needed lots of TLC. It had everything we needed but unfortunately the oven didn’t work. We had been doing some sightseeing & came back to our room with our family & wanted to have a game of Yahtzee & cook sausage & onion sandwiches & after getting everything ready found there was no power to the oven. Greg came in & tried to find the problem but couldn’t. It was just a bit upsetting as our family member is terminally ill & we had just wanted a nice quiet relaxing evening spending some quality time with our family. Anyway we had toasted sandwiches & it was ok & I’m over it now but was upset at the time. I thought perhaps Greg could have offered a partial refund as our room was a bit more expensive than the others because of the kitchen that we couldn’t use but then he did let us come in early. Overall though we enjoyed our stay & the motel is very handy to everything. We will probably stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times now (in the One Bedroom Apartment) & I can't fault anything. Very spacious apartment, comfortable bed with separate living & kitchen area. Most importantly, very clean.|The owners are very friendly & have great communication & are quick to respond, if you need anything.|Thank you, Greg & Tee, you have made my stay very relaxing, I will be back again soon|Sandy
