"Stop again briefly in Point Reyes to check out the Coyuchi store - I always stock up on bath towels, robes, and bedding here."

The Coyuchi store in Point Reyes perfectly blends modern day appeal with old world magic. My husband and I enjoy stopping in any time we drive through town, and always feel warmly welcome. The store itself is cozy and inviting, the products are of course of the highest quality, and the team of women who work there are absolute gems. Over the years we have transitioned our bedding, mattress, and bath to Coyuchi and it feels like such a great investment every time. So many of the world’s high integrity non-toxic brands are solely online these days so it’s a treat to get to visit the store every time we’re ready to upgrade. Recently we had a bit of a snafu with a big order and Bryna stepped in and handled everything so that we experienced the least amount of inconvenience possible. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate the values, ethics and people that make the store what it is. Highly recommended making a trip out there if you’re able!

The quality is incomparable, will not use any other bath towels, EVER. The bedding is also so so supple, can’t go wrong with organic cotton sheets. The biggest noteworthy, Jenna is a gem, she’s always so very pleasant and helpful with phone orders. Jenna also takes time to look for sales items as well as listens to my preferences in order to make honest suggestions. Extremely grateful to have found Coyuchi brand, never turning back! The quality will last for years to come! Thanks Jenna, you’re so sweet, so in love with my blanket, sheets, towels, and wool duvet insert (ordered soon after talking with you). Your suggestions have been spot on with the color palette I shared with you via phone. Coyuchi is by far the best brand choice for quality bed and bath!

This is the mother load of high quality, timeless cotton linens. Do not miss the sale section- we are on a budget but have found so many gorgeous things here on steep discounts that have lasted for years. My flannel pjs are 8 years old and still in great shape. I would move into the store if they would let me!

I purchased a $30 Coyuchi white cotton bath mat at Point Reyes Station that was a discontinued item. After looking it over carefully I'd found no visible problems. Unfortunately I didn't use it until a year later. After the 3rd washing the cotton strands let loose and created a 2 inch horizontal hole. An inherently defective product. Despite my having the receipt, management used their policy of 1 year return & final sale to decline reimbursement. The point was that the company must have known it was defective and it NEVER should have been offered for sale. I call that unethical. What if my more expensive sheet sets would have been defective? I'll not take that risk again.

Google
Gorgeous shop and wonderful bedding - I ADORE the duvet cover and sheets I got, the quality is amazing. And I LOVE that the bedding comes in fabric, no plastic! It makes me so happy.

Google
I make a point to stop every time I travel through. The products are gorgeous and displayed so creatively, but the prices are really really high. That's why you have to go to the store instead of online. They have a back area FULL of seconds and returns that are deeply discounted. There are always great deals to be had no matter your budget.

Google
Nice products, and very responsive and helpful staff. They seem to strive for excellence,, with great products, wonderful service, and good return policy. Being a local company is a bonus.

Google
This is a very beautiful store. It is the only outlet for Coyuchi in the world. Just walk in and it's like being in another world. The sales people are very knowledgeable and the stuff is gorgeous. Pricey? What do you think?

Yelp
This boutique linen store has its origins here in Point Reyes and keeps its original store here open while having a larger online presence. Welcoming antique building with original wood plank floors are the perfect organic display setting for all of their bed linens and towels, robes and accessories. Yes they have a mattress line too. And display the artwork of Lela Shields. You will want to give your bed a makeover with the beautiful duvets and shams! Do not give their star rating homage, this is a fantastic home store with friendly staff and many pieces on sale.

Yelp
The shop in Point Reyes is not a comfortable place to shop, my family uses all coyuchi bedding and the last two times we were shopping in person we felt that the staff was snobby and condescending in their attitude towards us. Perhaps we don't look wealthy enough. One of the shop ladies was scanning me so intensely at one point she commenting that the fly on my pants was down, it wasn't down...an embarrassing interaction. There is a difference between customer service and feeling like you're under surveillance. -During this trip my family spent close to $300...my husband said he'll never go into that store again. The shop feels overly manicured compared to how it felt 5-10 years ago. Not a relaxed space to check out the products in person. Not a friendly place.

Yelp
Worst ever?!?!? Bought a down comforter before Christmas and it's still not here. UPS tried to deliver, saw that my address was a PO Box and asked for a physical address, which I provided. Tracking says that delivery address was received and then delivery was cancelled and item was returned to Kentucky. Kentucky?!?!? Tried to call customer support, but a recording says that everyone is busy and then provides an updated shipping date. Third time calling and new shipment date is always one more week away. Been ordering online for decades and this is, without a doubt, the worst experience ever. Will contact American Express to cancel payment... Yikes...!!! Just don't do it...wish I could leave negative stars...

Yelp
I would not recommend you buy anything from this company. I bought a king sheet set from one of their retail partners, the sheets were way too big despite being listed as king-sized. When I contacted Coyuchi, they refused to do anything to help. it would've been really easy for them to issue me a store credit. For a super expensive set of sheets, I would expect that at the least terrible customer service.

Linda L.

Yelp
I ordered dish towels and two weeks later they still have not arrived. I was unable to reach anyone in customer service and was instructed to leave a voice mail. Instead of a call, Coyuchi responded with an email saying the order was likely lost and they would send a replacement. I ordered these towels 2 weeks early to use in a photo shoot of my kitchen remodel. Unfortunately they will not be here on time. The company should have offered to refund and also send a replacement. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Yelp
Their 365 day guarantee (store credit if after 30 days) is the best and better than most bedding companies. If you want organic bedding and bath, this is the place to get it. If it doesn't work out you can return it. I don't buy fitted flannel sheets anymore because of a fit issue after wash. The elastic seems tighter and smaller after first wash. Nothing wrong with duvet cover. The flannel material is very thick and keeps you warm. My organic mattress cover is working well. Their are some accessories like bowl covers and laundry wool balls that seem overpriced. Online returns do take awhile but they kept their promise of the refund. I've tried other bedding companies like Parachute but their sheets were way too thin and cheap. I'll stick to Coyuchi.

Amy P.

Yelp
BEWARE...they are regularly defrauding customers by misrepresenting their 'percentage off' sales and not calculating the correct percentage off at checkout. Multiple attempts were made to ask them about this and there was not response. FINALLY I received a response and they offered to honor the listed sale price should I choose to proceed with my purchase. I did go ahead with my purchase, but when I requested the refund THAT THEY HAD OFFERED ME, they ghosted me. I have used Coyuchi for years but will never use them again. This type of internet fraud is unacceptable. Ghosting by customer service calls in to question the integrity of this company on all levels. Shame on you Coyuchi. Naomi Watts should rethink her association with this brand

Yelp
This is a great company in which to find a wide assortment of organic textiles. The brick and mortar store is in California but they have a great website for ordering online. There is also a link that will show you state by state which stores, perhaps local to you, sell at least some of their products. Recently, I was on the lookout for a high quality organic cotton mattress cover. You can find mattress covers galore but it is not easy to find an organic cotton one and certainly not one that feels substantial and is well-made. The one I purchased from Coyuchi was by no means inexpensive but I believe that you get what you pay for. I received a beautifully crafted mattress cover that fits well, washes well and looks like it will last for quite a while. The textile business is one of the highest polluters in the world and I try to be careful with what I buy. Buying cheap textiles adds to the problem. I find myself buying fewer clothes these days than I ever have and I avoid "fast fashion". I avoid buying things from countries with exploitative practices. We are in the process of upgrading all the bedding in our house to high quality linen or organic cotton sheets. I have gotten rid of all the down duvets and replaced them with high quality wool blankets. Some of the wool blankets we've had in the family for years and we continue to use them. I have purchased wool bed pillows and we are about to invest in a wool mattress. The same is true for the textiles we use in the bathrooms. Towels are all now made of organic cotton or linen. Coyuchi is one of the places you can look for high quality wool, linen and organic cotton goods. I am very pleased with the mattress cover I purchased here and will be buying others for guest bedrooms as I continue the revamp process. I see some other reviews complaining about customer service at Coyuchi. Fortunately we had no issues with our service although the reviews stating otherwise do concern me. For now, we have had good luck and quickly received an excellent product that came beautifully packaged.

Yelp
Terrible service, ordered robes, card was charged on day I ordered, never received the robes, left 2 voicemails, emailed 3x, and attempted to chat--don't order from this company. I had to get a refund from my credit card.

Yelp
This is THE PLACE for organic high-quality bedding and more. The full-priced section gives me sticker shock but the outlet section has tons of reasonably-priced items and good deals for the level of quality of the goods. Great place to get towels, duvet covers, down comforters, robes, bath mats, sheets, and more. Stop in and look around -- the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Yelp
HORRIBLE. I bought a set of towels and wash cloths (totaling $233). They immediately started to pill and left fuzz everywhere. After getting out of a shower, the last thing you want is fuzz stuck to your whole body. No matter how many times I washed them, the fuzz never went away and they started to rip with in a month. I reached out to customer service to return the items and the conversations with the agent were clearly form filled. They were not actually reading my emails and were answering basic questions that I didn't even ask. When I returned the order for a full refund, the agent confirmed receipt of my return and acknowledged that I'd get all my money back within 10 business days. It's now been a month and have yet to receive my money. I've sent 3 emails to customer service, none of which have gone answered. I've tried to call several times but always get an automated message saying that their agents are too busy and can't take calls. DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you're looking for amazing customer service, organic and sustainable bath products, and way more affordable, I had a great experience with Under the Canopy. But STAY FAR AWAY from Coyuchi.

Z M.

Yelp
I go out of my way to buy from women owned businesses. We need to stick together gals. My friends have been raving about Coyuchi and their great products. I finally replaced all my towels with their product. At first, I loved how soft and simple they were. It was a comfort to wrap myself with their towels after a bath - lovely. But very soon it became apparent this pleasure is short loved. I washed them twice and they quite literally began to disintegrate and the seams came apart. The craftsmanship is shoddy at best. These are not long term use things - rather poorly made things that look good at first and then reveal themselves. I am utterly disappointed. To present a product as so elevated and then put it place zero quality control. Sad.

T. S.

Yelp
I bought the organic blanket. not worth the price. and way overpriced. I washed it and put it in the dryer and it ruined my dryer because there was so much lint in the dryer screen and in the dryer itself. the blanket is nice but not worth it.

Greta B.

Yelp
The customer service is honestly laughable. And yea, like everyone said, it's obvious the Coyuchi site publishes a majority of positive reviews. Not a new tactic. I chatted with a live rep bc their site didn't apply the 20% discount offered for Cyber Monday. The rep offered to give me the refund for it but gave me the wrong refund amount in a lower amount than what should have been given. Although it was only a 2 cent difference, it has me questioning the customer service reps as competent humans who know how to do simple math. When asked about the 2 cent difference, the rep responded that they round up. Huh?? So you round up for the price that should have been charged to me in the first place if the site was working correctly? How does that make any sense? I know it's not a huge deal about the 2 cent difference, but it was really annoying to have to even contact customer service in the first place and waste my time like that when the site should've worked. No one answered any calls, so I chatted online. And then the cherry on top was the wrong refund amount and nothing done to correct it. I'm just saying, if this were any other legit company, there would've been an apology and correction. This is just weird customer service practice. I'm baffled about the customer service I received from a company of this stature. I mean, what if the rep did the math completely incorrectly. Or maybe it's their computer system, idk. Anyway, if you're buying anything today, make sure that you get the 20% discount they advertise and if they didn't and you get the refund, make sure it is the accurate amount.

Su C.

Yelp
Coyuchi bedding and towels have been very satisfactory, but I am disappointed in the company's failure (unwillingness?) to post a mixed but (IMO) fair review of a clothing item. I have tried twice to post a review noting both good and bad points of a product, first as a two-star and then as a three-star review. Neither appeared on the website, and customer service said that it might have gotten technically stuck or "disqualified" for irrelevance or violation of posting rules. I'd like to believe them but don't find the argument entirely credible. Thus, I'm adding this review on Yelp to suggest that Coyuchi products' high online ratings may not be fully representative.

Yelp
so far not a good experience, I feel like I have been duped. They could not give me a discount code for my first order, even though they have sent me so many codes over the past 4 years, now I am finally ready to try, and NADA. They could not answer questions about the baby blanket, scary! and they still haven't responded to am email that I sent last week

Aimee D.

Yelp
While their products are incredible, definitely worth the high cost their customer service support and response from the online store is ATROCIOUS! They do NOT answer the phone, they do NOT respond to emails in a timely fashion and I just received a confirmation for my return but told I would NOT get a refund any time soon due to system updates on their end. They should pay out interest. As I said before the products are exquisite, but their service is NOT on par with the quality of their products, I will only ever order their products again though a retailer that carries them.

Valkartino N.

Yelp
1) Coyuchi suppressed my negative review from appearing on their website. (I wrote a fair, honest review about their defective product.) I see a recent Yelp review that complains of Coyuchi trying to block that person's negative product review too. 2) Coyuchi has shipped me dirty returned apparel items. 3) Their customer service is notoriously very slow to respond, in general. The only reason I'm not giving Coyuchi the lowest rating possible (at this time) is because their bedding items have seemed high quality so far. And if you need certified organic cotton items, your options are terribly limited. It's unfortunate that some of Coyuchi's business practices seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Be careful when shopping there.

William L.

Yelp
Can't rate the product yet, but for an online merchant, delivery speed is subpar.

Hedy E.

Yelp
To be fair I think that the products this business manufactures and sells are very good, which offsets their lackluster and prickly customer service. I think that there are other brands such as Boll and Branch that offer similar products, free shipping and a much better level of service. It feels like Coyuchi doesn't care if you buy their stuff at least that is the attitude that is conveyed.

Sarah M.

Yelp
0 stars if I could!! Their customer service is horrible. My return was delivered to their warehouse on December 5th, and it's now February 3rd and I have not heard anything from them regarding the status of my refund. I have emailed 2x and no reply after a week. This is terrible!! No matter how good a product may be, this is unacceptable for any business. I also tried calling to get in touch with someone to confirm that my refund is still being processed, but they disconnected their lines and direct you to email them - but guess what - they don't reply to emails either! I would spend your money elsewhere - plenty of other stores have nice products and much better service than this.

Alexandria V.

Yelp
I pulled out a brand new organic zippered pillow protector that I purchased last month. When I went to put it on my pillow, the fabric ripped as easily as paper. I reached out to customer service twice and there was no response. Their quality is not good at all. And yes, they suppress negative reviews on their website.

Yelp
The jury is still out but i just received my sheets. i imagine these to feel so much softer, they are sandpaper rough to touch. i am going to try them tonight but if they feel like that i imagine i will be getting friction burn during the night...and burned for $$$ over 250.00 for one set of full size sheet. I hope the reviews here about the extremely bad return and customer service are not true either.
google avatar

J K.

Yelp
The best. What else could you possibly need as far as organic and sustainably sourced linens

Lisabeth W.

Yelp
Poor quality High priced Really bad they put money into advertising giving a image they Don't live up to The sheets are horrible Wear out within a few months

Yelp
We love Coyuchi's sheets, which we ordered in January 2016 with no issues, and I am sure their other products are also very nice. However, their organizational skills are lacking to say the least. I placed a second order on Sept 5th for two duvets and I am now being told to expect the delivery in mid November. They delayed shipping for over a month and our packages were due to arrive while we were away from home in early October. I asked if they could please delay shipping an extra week so our packages would not be stolen. Instead of delaying the order they completely forgot about it (although I was charged) and then did not respond to my emails for about a week. Things were resolved when I called them directly but it has been a disappointing experience. Coyuchi offered us a discount on our order (very nice of them) but would not expedite shipping. I found that to be kind of ridiculous considering how late we are receiving duvets that we expected to arrive in September. I will update my review if we receive our order.. I am skeptical at this point. I will not be buying from Coyuchi again. update- December, still waiting We received our package 12/14/16 after speaking with customer service for a third time. Emails are ignored by this company so call! Several voicemails were also ignored for over a 2 week span. Apparently Coyuchi sent us the 2 comforters free of charge after all of these months. Honestly I am baffled by the entire experience and if I buy a Coyuchi product again it will be in a store rather than from their website.

Yelp
These few negative reviewers on here are pretty funny I have to say.. Coyuchi has been a long time favorite of mine. They make beautiful bedding that I feel good about every time I get into my bed. I'm grateful they have a store in point Reyes because I can't really afford their stuff at full price. It makes for a fun day trip to drive all the way out there and find a pice that works for my house. Thanks for making such beautiful bedding and towels. I did buy something recently that didn't work when I put it with the rest of my stuff, fingers crossed they will let me return it and get store credit. The tag says final sale (oops) didn't realize that when I bought it. Anyways I just got on Yelp this morning to see when they open, because of the exchange I'd like and saw they had some negative reviews. They deserve only 5 stars in my opinion plus the lady's that work there are always so helpful and nice.
google avatar

Pooker M.

Yelp
Cute upstairs store and the ladies that work their are really helpful. The have quite a few close out and returned items that offer some great deals.

Yelp
Visited the store yesterday and found amazing deals on several items. Having recently converted to a believer in this brand and not only what it stands for but the comfort of the product (especially the honeycomb and cascade blankets). Got some Mediterranean towels amazing they dry easy and are so convenient to travel with. They have amazing bath mats I got a chenille bath runner that for bathroom and it feels like in walking on the clouds. Also got cute baby beach set for my goddaughter on great sale price. Quality on all these items is so wonderful. I'm a firm believer.

Jesse T.

Yelp
Echoing what other people said. Inconsistent or inferior product quality with fake reviews on the website. Tried to leave a less than 5 star review and it was immediately deleted
google avatar

Angelica C.

Yelp
Outlet towards the second half of the store... Came here to pick up new throw blankets, duvet covers, organic cotton baby clothing and baby bedding. What a deal. My friends did the same as well and we all left pleased.
google avatar

Sean B.

Yelp
I ordered ten blankets for them 3 weeks ago. They charged my card for $1800 and never shipped the blankets. I have called emailed and filled out their help form multiple times but no response. I am not sure if they are running a scam or are just disorganized and negligent of their customers but I would not waste your time and money on this company.

Yelp
Sandy at Coyuchi Pt. Reyes could not have been more helpful both with my initial order and with a follow-up issue. What a pleasure to come across someone so friendly and willing to help. Thank you, Sandy!

Yelp
What a fabulous find! This place is the headquarters/warehouse of some of my favorite bath and bedding goodies and they have Coyuchi organic sheets at closer to normal sheet prices. If you've never felt these sheets, check out The Natural Mattress Store in San Rafael or some place who carries organic cotton sheets to get the tangible experience, but take my advice, these sheets feel wonderfully, naturally! Flannel in grey? Oh yes, they've got them. And so many others, the decision is mind-boggling. I suggest having your color in mind before entering the store if you're like I am. Too many choices is a bad thing for me. Not only are there sheets, but towels, robes, sleepwear and some of the cutest items for babies and children I've ever laid eyes on. Sweet little critters embroidered on the cotton make for great gifts for the kidlets or yourself. I really wanted to walk away with the embroidered critter curtains, but they just wouldn't fit my window. Plus, they wouldn't match any of my decor, but they were so irresistible, I'm thinking of changing my interior to match the curtains! Their prices still may be high for some, but there are deals, too! I picked up gifts for babies or babies' parents rather at $8. No joke. Check out my photo of the sweetest little embroidered lion romper. AND they package up your purchase in an organic drawstring bag which is so cool in itself for art supplies, children's toys, or adult toys for that matter. Take a day trip. Enjoy one of my favorite towns and come home with something from Coyuchi. They're at the top of some steep stairs, so don't try to take your wheels if you've got 'em, but make the climb somehow.

Alisha D.

Yelp
Organic bedding for my little kids is important. There seems to be a lot of 'green-washing' and it can be hard to tell what is legitimate in terms of quality. Coyuchi met this standard, which is why I purchased an organic duvet cover from them. However, the buttons that fasten the duvet kept popping off without any undue stress - which, given the price was disconcerting. I contacted customer service and while they did respond, it was not terribly helpful and didn't offer any sort of discount on that or any future product, which would have been nice considering I had to sew the buttons back on myself with a toddler and newborn by my side. Not the type of service I was expecting. Also - their promo codes exclude just about every item in their catalogue. So overall, I wouldn't shop there again.
google avatar

Joe D.

Yelp
I also want to write a review about the online-website of Coyuchi. There is no way to cancel/change shipping address of an order that was just made. This is really strange for online orders -- especially in light of the prices they charge.
google avatar

Joe P.

Yelp
High end organic sheets, towels, sleepwear, and infant clothes direct from the manufacturer. The back of the store is an outlet, with seconds and imperfects. Stock and pricing varies, but some real steals can be found. For example, on our last visit we scored: king size flannel sheets for $10, velour terry bathrobes for $35, bed in a bag sets for $60. Great deals considering that is for stylish, humanely sourced, organic cotton. We have owned some Coyuchi sheets for about a year, that we got from an earlier visit here. Some earlier reviewers said theirs felt rough...really? They could not have been talking about the same items! We find ours to be extremely soft and comfortable. They are every bit as luxurious as the 1000 t.c. and "hotel collection" linens you see everywhere.

Sanjay C.

Yelp
I had a great experience with Coyuchi! After eyeing one of their bath mats for months, I finally decided to splurge but they were out of stock on the online store. The helpful online customer service rep pointed me to the Point Reyes store, who had just 1 in stock when I called. They were nice enough to put it on hold for me for several days until I could purchase it over the phone. When I called to purchase, I expected to pay shipping and they let me know that a father's day promotion was going on and shipping was free! They could have easily charged me for shipping since I had no idea about the promotion so I very much appreciated that. It was shipped in a timely fashion across the country and I am obsessed with it. It feels and looks great and is a product that is going to last me a very long time. Thanks for the great, friendly customer service, Coyuchi at Point Reyes! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more Coyuchi products for my home.

Yelp
I purchased two mattress pads (one queen and one full size). I didn't noticed a hole on the fill size pad until couple months later. I contacted them for a replacement but they denied to honor their warranty. The queen mattress pad is fine but the full size mattresses pad's fabric is very thin and frail that is not up to their standards they promise. Please think twice before spending money on inferior product.

S S.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. I emailed about a missing order and received this today: Pardon our delayed response. We acknowledge your request was received over 3 days ago, however we are experiencing higher that normal volumes. Thank you for your patience and rest assured we will respond as soon as possible. This order is from 2 MONTHS ago. I received half of it, the pillowcases are nowhere to be found. Overpriced for the quality wish I could return what I've already bought. Never again.

Taylor E.

Yelp
Blown away by how uninformed the customer service is. Blown away. I spoke to someone who told me "I don't know they're normal sheets..." when I asked them about the fabric. That's just one example from the call. If the sheets were just for me and my husband, I would probably over look it, but because I wanted to purchase their fitted crib sheet, the lack of confidence with this brand was really scary. I would not advise any parent to purchase this fitted crib sheet, either in their flannel or their sateen. They really have no accountability as for the breathability and they seem to have no idea that a baby's crib sheet should even be breathable at all.

Yelp
I'm a fan... I ended up with some Coyuchi sheets about 10 years ago after winning a shopping spree at an organic housewares online store at the Green Festival in SF. I got two sets of awesome Coyuchi sheets -- which were substantially less expensive back then than they are on my recent visit to their shop in March. The products are amazing and high quality but way out of my price range. Even the seconds/imperfect stuff is incredibly expensive (unless I was looking in the wrong place!). If you can afford it - get it!

Diane D.

Yelp
I will never order from this company again because of shipping fulfillment and customer service. First baby blanket ordered in "sea spray" was not the same color as pictured on website. Reordered same baby blanket in "undyed", received "ivory" instead. Coyuchi handled the exchange to ship the "undyed" as ordered, but received "ivory" AGAIN! Customer service did not respond to my emails regarding this shipping fulfillment issue.

Yelp
Coyuchi's PRS outlet is a mix of their regular price and seconds/outlet inventory. The front of the store is their regular priced collections, and in the back are all the sales and seconds. The seconds and outlet side is worth a browse - especially their sheet sets, blankets and kids clothes. The simple, classic patterns and lines are great to invest in for bedding, since they've been ethically and organically produced. The organic kids clothing is beautifully made, many of the pieces are cotton and linen. The last time I was here I purchased a wool merino and cotton throw blanket for around $62, and a King duvet cover for $130. They also have additional discounts sometimes. All in all, Coyuchi is a great shopping destination when in Point Reyes.

Yelp
Absolutely appalling customer service. They remove negative reviews even after the reviewer has verified their purchase. I purchased pillows, sheets and a blanket. The pillows were rock hard. I gave it a few weeks before reviewing.. using a link THEY provided. Sleeping on a rock would have been more comfortable. I did like the case the pillows come in. It is cloth and has a handle making for easy storage. However, the pillows were overpriced and hard. The blanket snagged within hours of putting it on my bed, and I read others who said the same. For the price of their stuff it just was not worth it. I do find their sheets extremely comfortable and well made. My first review they took down. I contacted them and a week later I still have not heard from them. I tried making two more reviews and they removed them. I've tried Facebook and phone as well as their email support and have heard nothing. Way overpriced and horrible support. For the price, I had a right to express my opinion on the pillow and blanket, but their removal of my reviews and ignoring my inquiries is worse.

Yelp
Ordered the Air Weight Organic Towels. They are nice enough but the threads near the edge on the guest towel were coming loose upon arrival -- very shoddy workmanship. I wrote a review on their site -- which features almost exclusively 5-star reviews -- and mentioned the poor workmanship. My review was never posted. I see other comments here on Yelp mentioning that Coyuchi blocked their negative reviews. Really cheesy. Even if I loved their products, I would NEVER purchase from this place again.

Yelp
There are great reasons to go organic with your sheets. After all, you're literally living in them for about a third of your life. Makes sense to use organic, no? Well, as much as I'd love to sing the praises of Coyuchi, the sheets were ultimately sandpaper-rough after multiple washings. I don't know why organic cotton should mean you have to sacrifice comfort, so it might be worth checking out some other organic sheet purveyors or at least asking to feel some sheets that have been through the laundry so you can get a realistic sense of what you'll be sleeping on. Or maybe I just have a sensitive bum...

Yelp
If .5 star were available i would choose that. I miss the older nicer women who used to work at this store! I have been a loyal local customer for a long time, I am in the textile business so understand the product (but maybe not x 10 the mark-up for made in India - what are those workers paid? but that's a side discussion). Back to my experience today: Karen at the Point Reyes store seemed troubled to get up from the computer to help me. She just asked "are you ready"? I said i thought so but had a few questions about the $209 price on the Ventura Stripe Duvet that was "2nd Home" collection. I asked what the regular price was and she was bothered to look it up. She said she didn't know and seemed annoyed . I bought close to $400 of other things and she barely thanked me. I later looked up the duvet product and see it was probably sold at Anthropology. There was just one other customer in the store at the time, so it's not like she could not take the time to help. What was she doing on that computer anyway that is so important? The bottom line is, this is a luxury product and customer service matters.

Yelp
Did you know cotton is one of the most heavily sprayed with pesticide and insecticide crops on the planet? It is. Cotton is susceptible to some serious pests so they typically spray it quite a bit. Sure, once you wash your linens it's not like you're lying on a bed of chemicals, but isn't it nice to know if you purchase and support organic cotton and textile manufactures, you are keeping some acreage free of harmful chemicals and keeping it economically viable? Not to mention all of the products at this store are awesome, it's this very soothing second floor natural fabric and textile vibe, and generally very affordable relative to what you are getting. In my view, it's awesome to be a consumer contributing to overall reinforcement of world trade and commerce that YES, I want stuff that's being grown organically or at least ethically and has not been treated with massive amounts of chemicals. I got a lovely sateen quilted, organic cotton quilt here today in preparation for winters chill- all this because their summer/spring stuff appears to be on sale. Seriously well priced. Our apparent lack of need for heavy quilts because I sweat like a pig at night is definitely a boon! If it hasn't been said enough, this is an outlet! The back section is all good sale stuff. An outlet. Of organic cotton bedding and linens and baby stuff and pajamas and shams and robes. Ugh, I just love it.
