Cozy Resto

I came with my friends. First time I came, but I really disappointed. 1. The waiter: don't know about the food available, and don't even smile. Look so stress with their job. 2. Food presentation. I order fish steak. But after everybody has their own order, the waiter ignor me. I ask where is my order, I have some kind rude answer. It's finished. I order chicken strak instead. This is the part of make me so emotional. The kitchen staff put an over sauce over the chicken. Really really a lot. This is look like how the emotional of the cook when they serve the order. I paid the food. Not free. I spend 1.3 mill for the food and drink. Seems the staff doesn't have any good manners for hospitality service.

Very nice place, food also overall is good,nice service,there you can enjoy the band music and if you have a kids there also have a small place for play ground.. thank you🥰🙏🏻

Hidden gem!! So yummy and so cheap! It’s so hard to find good coffee here but this place got it right!! Super good cappuccino!

The seafood fried rice and sapo tofu are good. The service is ok, you can pay with QRIS or a debit card. Grilled squid is so so and the portion is small.

Cozy Resto has a nice setting and looks comfortable, but as a Grab driver I don’t feel it’s a suitable place to wait for orders. The waiting time here is too long, which makes it inconvenient. Hopefully the location will be more efficient for drivers in the future

Food is okay, not bad. The place is spacious. There is live music but it was bad. It's located in an area where you need to pay a retribution to enter.

It's a nice restaurant, but the service is terrible. You have to wait over an hour for your food, not to mention for shared drinks. They have far too few staff in the kitchen and can't even handle the serving and preparation of the food. It's a shame to have to wait so long for everything after a pleasant evening with my guests. You'd be better off eating somewhere else. I find it truly awful that after an hour and a half, we shared a pizza among eight people because we had to eat something. The pizza was actually for one of my guests. Now we have to wait forever for the rest. I can only say, "Find a better restaurant in Singaraja with better service!"
