Cozytel Chiang Mai

Exactly as advertised. Clean rooms in a great location. The pool is nice too when you want to cool down. On our first day, we were heading out for a walk and the staff at the front desk ran after us with an umbrella. It was clear skies, but we took the umbrella anyways. 10 minutes later, it was downpour! He was looking out for us, we appreciated this. Overall great attention to the guests. Safe and quiet neighborhood with a laundry mat next door.

The staff is wonderful. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The pool and lounge area were clean. Near many cafes, restaurants, and the Three Kings Monument, which is where many tours start. Had our laundry done using the hotel laundry service and they did a good job. Dropped off the laundry in the morning and picked up in the evening. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent - inside the old town near Fah Lanna spa, yet on a quiet street so was very peaceful at night. |Room we had was excellently clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. beds very comfortable with good quality cotton bedding. Front desk staff very helpful. You can book trips directly through the reception and can also hire bikes. ||Given the location and the quality felt this really was great value for money and would stay again .

Highly recommend staying at Cozytel! We’ve been there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The whole staff is extremely kind and helpful. The pool is quite cold, but perfect for a little refreshment! Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool, so we could easily relax at the pool / on the sunbeds or on our patio. There never were many people around the pool, so there wasn’t much noise in our room. The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable (unless you prefer a hard mattress). The location of the hotel maybe is as central as possible in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. There are plenty of spots to get breakfast, (street)food, massages or some small shops within walking distance. Despite the central location of the hotel, it’s located in a very quiet street, even when there were night markets or the big festivities of Loy Krathong.

Really comfortable and cozy rooms with Poolside view and weather was really good. Definitely recommend for a short 2-3 day trip. Friendly staff and quite neighbourhood. Sunday night bazaar was at walkable distance. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice staff and we had a nice room with a balcony. The pool isn't very warm but we still enjoyed it. Good food and coffee down the street at the Inner Cafe and the massage parlor across the street was nice.

I stayed in this hotel back in October. Very nice hotel, we were greeted with a big smile, we did arrive early and was able to leave our bags at the hotel and to be fair to them they did manage to get us to our rooms before our check in time which was great. Nice pool in the middle of the hotel, which was never busy. Everything was within a 10/15 minute walk which we found very helpful.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and excellent beds. Good laundry service too.
