CPH | Pevero Hotel

Having the best time this place undersells its experience/beauty in my opinion. Based on the photos we saw when we booked we were excited but we we pleasantly impressed as it over delivered. The location (the beach and water are perfect), the rooms are cleaned everyday and the service have been great even at the end of the season when things are heading to the end. The view of the water from a few of the rooms may not be the best but there’s a hiking trail that takes you up to a beautiful view of the water and room still had awesome views.lastly, if you want great service then this is the place. Special shout out to the concierge, staff, and the espa staff-Sara and her team were great and we had the best massages. Thank you!

Terrible booking experience and my refund was not honored or returned even though the room was later booked and rented, thus they were paid twice. Shows the way a second rate hotel would operate. The CEO ignored my emails and showed complete incompetence.

This hotel has great accommodations BUT the beds are not soft in anyway. We did get a free upgrade which was nice BUT as we were checking out there was $100 charge. No one ever told us about for using the public beach. Do not use the beach. It is a big zero because it is public and because there’s a chair in a towel they charge you $100. They did not tell us, and we did not sign anything. Also, you will have some random guy coming up to you trying to sell you fake jewelry. For a hotel of this standard, I would not use that beach The food here is basically a 6 at most. Our food at the Grand Furore in Amalfi was outstanding. Everyone that works here is very accommodating very kind. Except for the management did not want to credit us back $100 because we got a free upgraded room which to me is ridiculous. It Has nothing to do with that they don’t charge people on the public beach to be there? Also, I had a massage and it was a five out of 10 she did not speak English. There was nothing to put under my legs for comfort. Sardinia was beautiful!!!!

I reserve three nights through Amex and one additional night a week before we were schedule to travel to a wedding that was hosting guests in the hotel from different places. The wedding reception was at the hotel. I was schedule to arrive on a Wednesday Sunday morning my wife tested positive for Covid I cancel the reservation through Amex with no problem but the hotel enforced the non refundable room I reserved for the additional night. I sent an email to the hotel director who never answer. The hotel had rooms and the unfortunate last minute cancellation due to illness (I sent copies of the medical tests as supporting evidence) did not cause any loses to the hotel. The answer was “this is the policy”. Very poor customer service and for sure not a professional way of handling a client request. Service is everything and a one minute kind email response could have been very welcomed.

We had a great stay at the CPH last week. A lot of great things about the property but the staff was the best thing about our vacation by far. The food is great, the pool is perfect for relaxing and the beach is a shot (3 minute) golf cart ride away which they provide for you (both ways) If you are looking for 5 star luxury experience in Porto Cervo / Costa Smeralda area - do not hesitate to book the CPH Pevero hotel. (Also if you are a breakfast person, you will love the buffet they have from 7:30 - 10:30 AM.

This was our first visit to Sardinia. |CPH Pevero was a perfect choice. Beautiful rustic setting, view of Porto Cervo. The hotel is lovely, our accommodations perfect with a terrace and the hotel service fantastic, especially the Concierge desk and restaurant staff.

We had a wonderful and peaceful 7-night stay at CPH Pevero. The staff is friendly, discreet, and professional. Rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with multiple bars, restaurants, pools, courtyards, and quiet corners to relax. The pool area is a highlight, offering sunny and shaded spots around both large and smaller pools. It’s a true delight to spend time here. Breakfast was exceptional — one of the best buffets I have experienced. The selection of viennoiseries, breads, and baguettes rivals the finest French bakeries. The concierge team was helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and experiences. Their suggestions for authentic, local-flavor dining were spot on. However, if you make several requests at once, it’s worth confirming each booking to ensure nothing is missed. The hotel is close to two main beaches, though we preferred the pool and other nearby spots. We also rented the CPH Tender and had a fantastic day on the water. The skipper was friendly and professional, though more budget-friendly boat options may be available elsewhere. We dined on property for lunch, dinner, snacks, pizza, and the tasting menu — all of which we enjoyed. Prices are consistent with other properties of this level, though two to three times higher than regular restaurants in the area. Our room was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the large terrace, which we chose in place of a view. The room itself is basic rather than luxurious. Amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner felt low quality, though we appreciated the Nespresso machine. The pullout couch was uncomfortable for seating, and the lack of a table, armchair, or even a chair was noticeable. Housekeeping was excellent, both in the morning service and evening turndown. For Hilton Diamond members, benefits here appear minimal. No upgrades are offered, and you receive exactly the room you booked.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and really enjoyed our time. The property is quite spacious, with plenty of peaceful, intimate corners—especially around the pool areas—where you can relax privately with your partner or family, away from the crowds. It was our first time in Sardinia, and on cloudy days we often asked the hotel staff for suggestions on towns to visit. They always came through with fresh ideas and helpful recommendations, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight: a great variety of options to choose from. I’d recommend asking the staff for the full menu or a quick explanation, as there are also made-to-order items and fresh juices that aren’t immediately obvious. The only area I feel could use a bit of improvement is the room cleaning. While the rooms were clean overall, a little more attention to detail would take it to the next level. Other than that, the staff were polite, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. P.S. I’ve read a lot of comments saying the property looks/feels old, want to point out that we didn’t feel it, the room was nice and fresh. Thank you to the whole team!
