Quite a nice place directly in CBD Melbourne, wonderful atmosphere, billard, nice people celebrating e.g. their hens party 🥳 unfortunately they advertise happy hour wines but there might only be sparkling. I strongly recommend a visit, and I am sure you will have a nice evening if you do not rely an happy hour drinks.

I don't frequent many or any bars, but I do feel that I wouldn't mind seeing this place at full capacity while the night's still young. Regardless, I am quite fond of the atmosphere with the darker lighting and the music in the background. The staff are as friendly as ever, and the food was great too. Would come again with friends.

I reserved a table online for CQ Bar on Queen Street, and the booking process was hassle-free, which I appreciated. However, the experience upon arrival was disappointing. When we got to the table, it already had used glasses on it, which was quite unpleasant and didn’t give a great first impression. There was no one to greet us at the entrance, nor was there anyone to guide us to our table—we were left to figure it out on our own. We went during happy hour but found the options to be quite limited, which was a letdown. Throughout our visit, no staff came to check on us at the table, making the service feel very disconnected. We ordered karaage chicken and chips as nibbles, which were decent. The bar does have ample seating options, both indoors and outdoors, which is a plus. Overall, while the booking process and seating arrangements were smooth, the service and overall experience left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t bother returning here.

Went for the Auckland vs Victory match, booked a table for 4 and we were extremely well looked after. 5 screens all showing the game, delicious $15 cocktails and good food options. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a hen's party Saturday night in a function room area near the bar. The staff were amazing organised food platters, drinks were on point cocktails were delicious. Lots of other bucks and hen's parties started there atmosphere was fun.

Food was terrible and small portions considering how much I paid. Place was quiet and wouldn't move a group of 14 to a larger table. We reserved as well. Wouldn't go back. Service was fine.

Pros: just below the hotel I am staying at. cheaper beer than others. not too noisy. has pool tables. lots of seats available. Location is just on Queen Street, near establishments and public transpo. Cons: I was staying at the hotel and the receptionist told me I have 20% discount at the bar if I eat and drink. But they never gave me discount. It’s only when I complained that they gave me and they told me they can’t refund the first one anymore. my pizza has hair inside the dough. It definitely wasn’t mine because it is white.

So today we had a booking for the sports bar area for a Farewell function. We have been coming to this venue for many years never had an issue. We were asked to move to 1 table so we did. Then a customer asked us to move out of the area completely. I said sorry we did what the manager told us to do. Then Connor came over and asked us to move out of the area after we relocated to the table. I went & asked for the manager being Nathan what is going on why are we being shoved to a completely separate area we come here all the time and this is the way you treat us. You have just lost a corporate companies functions. Thank you for treating us in this manner.
