Cracow Hostel

This was the first hostel I've ever been to, but it was a fine experience. I was in a 6 bedroom...outlets next to the bed was nice. Beds are meh. Clean bathrooms and showers. The free breakfast isnt huge (cereal, cheese, tomato), but you can cook your own if you want. Would have stayed here for my whole trip in Kraków if I could!

Location is a 10, right on the middle of the main square. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staff is nice! No stopcontacts at every bed, but I could charge my phone at another contact in the room. 2nd stay in this hostel and I would go back for a 3rd stay!

Cheap, clean, right in the main square, the staff is not spontaneously helpful but if you ask there are no problems. I really liked the huge buffet breakfast: for 10€/night it was one of the best hostels I have ever visited.

Perfect place for groups, good bed, nice common places and spacious bathrooms. location is 10/10. the staff was nice, helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much. 😁😁

Avoid. Rude. I wouldn't even give one star. Staff with really bad attitude. I asked for a table for 2 for my daughter and I at a restaurant outside, affiliated with this establishment. I was totally ignored by one waiter. Then the second waiter told me that the restaurant is "only for the hotel guests". The restaurant was almost empty. I think the owner should know how his staff insists on losing custom. Pictured, the rude waiter whilst he is sending us away.

The only quality of this hostel is the perfect position in the main Cracow's square. Apart from this the hostel's basthrooms are often dirty , so they need to be washed more and better. The breakfast is squalid.

Staff were very accommodating (room for two at last minute notice), giving tips and discounts for local activities. Location could not be better - above the main square!! Price was also reasonable considering the fantastic service, location and cleanliness. Thanks very much!!!

Best location in town. Good facilities. But it can get very warm in the summer as there'is are no air conditioning and the windows are very small. Still recommended.

The stay at the hostel was great. Very good price, we paid 40 zln each and the bathrooms, rooms, and common spaces were nice and clean. The only thing is that most guests are a younger crowd and especially on the weekend it can get loud when people are picking themselves up from drinking but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
