Super fun place for Thursday night trivia. Great craft beer selection. The grilled cheese is super tasty and the charcuterie plate looks great (haven’t tried it yet). Huge selection of VHS movies for your enjoyment!!

Google
We went on trivia night. You compete in groups using your phone to access the trivia questions which are also displayed on the wall. It was fairly fun. The food was good but not exceptional and kind of expensive. The menu is limited but i don't know of they change it. They have a bar with various unusual drinks and some classics (beer and wine). The staff was friendly. Overall it was fun.

Google
Small but cozy and unique craft/brew pup downtown El Paso. Bartender was very attentive, welcoming, and was extremely helpful in suggesting places about El Paso. Good vibe and people in the middle of downtown El Paso. 10/10 would come back and recommend others.

Google
Welcoming beer place with light food fare. Nice collections of beers and very friendly and helpful staff. In addition, if you are looking for a random selection of VHS to play, they have a tv ready to go and a large selection of them.

Cassius Vance

Google
Fantastic vibes!! They handpick their selection of beers and always have something you’ve never tried before! The service is fantastic, they obviously have a lot of experience and will find whatever beer might tickle your fancy. They have board games and jenga and some other fun games if you’re looking to have some mental stimulation to go along with your beer or cider!! They also have a selection of finger foods, salads, and sandwiches! All with the best mixtures of sweet and savory. They play a multitude of classic VHS tapes in the background on their big screen tv that takes you back to the good ole days😁💯 This place feels like home, it’s got a warm atmosphere and carefully curated playlists to perfectly accentuate the immaculate aura of the venue.

Google
One of the places I have to visit when I am in town. The owners Omar and Wendy work really hard to keep the best diversity of beverages stocked, quality of food made, and some of the best chill vibes. Deep listening with vinyl nights, live music, special events like drink and paint, geeks who drink trivia, sake, non alcoholic beer that is seasonal, the cheeser, and…. This Christmas CasitaBar from Marfa is doing a collaboration on food and their Christmas installation. Love to use this place for after or before shows like symphony, opera, etc. Currently sipping on a rare cacao and smoked fig #barleywine for some great sensory experiences.

Google
Craft and Social is amazing! Omar, the owner, is very personable. I had a lot of fun talking with him while I was eating and enjoying some beers. The food is delicious and it is obvious that everything is freshly made, in house. The hummus was excellent and the foghorn sandwich was amazing. So many different layers of flavor and the cucumber chips are the perfect side. And to top it off, the craft beer selection is great, especially for a smaller joint. Next time I'm in El Paso, I will definitely be back. I can't recommend this place strongly enough! If you're in town, go here!

Google
Great vibe. Great selection of craft beers. I had the very fancy grill cheese and it was amazing. Brittany was so friendly and gave me some great recommendations as far as the beer went.

Yelp
OMAR, WENDY..... Everyone loves you and wish you all the best in the next decades of love, music, and family!

Yelp
Visiting from out of town, we stopped to check this place out. The night we went there was a party who had reserved about 5 tables however we hadn't seen anyone at those tables for 2 hours. The reserved tables were just filled with trash and leftover party favors. We were told we couldn't sit in those areas despite no one being there for 2 hours or anyone not cleaning them up. It's a very small place, so we just stood on the side. Also, this night, there was only 1 restroom stall that was available and working, which made going to the restroom a nightmare since it was for the entire place. Beer on tap was okay. Vibes were cool, but maybe we went on a bad night for everything else.

Yelp
Great selection of beers! And the friendliest bartenders ever! I thoroughly recommend you stop here if you want a draft beer in Downtown El Paso!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is one of a kind. Went for a comedy show and had an absolute blast! I'm not a beer drinker but found something good to drink. The service is the best! I absolutely love this cute lil place, it's got a great vibe!

Yelp
Snazzy Retro Themed Pizzeria & Italian bistro! If you're in the downtown area and either craving pizza or a light Italian meal...then this is your place!! Great craft beer selections on tap. Covid compliant. AMAZING food!! Small menu but the food was simple and Delicious!!

Kris T.

Yelp
Enjoyed this quaint, cute little place. They had live music, nice atmosphere, and the bartender took great care of us. We plan on stopping by again, soon.

Yelp
Came last week while on business trip. Delicious food and amazing service. I got the drunken cow it was amazing. If you stop in get the charcuterie board for sure. Will be back!

Mike E.

Yelp
Owners are friendly and down to earth. Great hand selected craft beer selection. Never tried the food but looks delicious

Yelp
One of my favorite places to go chill and have a beer with friends. The craft beer here is always changing so it's nice to go every now and then to see what new one they have to offer. They have some board games there if you're into that, the place is super comfy though it's kind of small. If you're in downtown and want to have a nice calm drinking night AND you like craft beer, this is the place.
google avatar

Johnny R.

Yelp
This is my go-to spot for beer in downtown El Paso. They always have a great selection to choose from and normally a good range from double IPAs to Shandies. It's hard to beat how chill and relaxed the place is too. Everyone that works there is really nice and welcoming. I've never eaten here but have heard good things from friends.
google avatar

Amanda J.

Yelp
This place is fantastic! The beer selection is extensive and Omar, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about his unique collection. The food is delicious --I particularly liked the cucumber chips-- and the VHS collection is a cool blast from the past. If you are looking for a spot with local art, an eclectic vibe, and a delicious menu this place is a must!
google avatar

Shane B.

Yelp
New to El Paso and found this venue online. Coming from the PNW we were glad to find a local spot with a decent selection of taps and such friendly service! We will definitely make this a regular spot!
google avatar

Dang N.

Yelp
If I'm downtown and eating somewhere, I try to stop by here and end the night with a beer. Place a solid taproom and not fancy. It's got character even a couple tables outside. During the summer it's great to sit outside and share a beer and people watch.
google avatar

Joe M.

Yelp
Stopped in to check out the food and local brews. Began chatting with the bartender, Johnny, about the beers they had on tap and learned that he was a fellow brewer. He was very helpful with recommendations on brewing and on everything they had on tap. I had the foghorn sandwich which was excellent! The service was outstanding. The food was outstanding. The conversation was awesome. Definitely worth the visit. Will be back.

Yelp
This place is such a vibe. Great drinks, food, and the service is top notch. It's a chill place to go either by yourself with a good book, or with a handful of friends to catch up. Highly recommend =)

Yelp
This was a new spot for us and we are so happy we found it! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest guy ever! Let me tell you, this guy ran the whole place. Bar, kitchen, host, etc. Super impressed with his knowledge and the hummus he made was AMAZING! Thank you for giving us a place to look forward to!!

Yelp
Craft & Social is the missing element El Paso had been craving. A place to actually mingle and hold real conversations that consists of more than just, "Do you come here often?" and "I like your shoes." This modest watering-hole is one of the few places in EP you can enjoy a craft beer and the only place you can grab a craft beer while meeting new people and watching classic cartoons (think original Tom & Jerry). My favorite beer I've had here (so far) is the Früli Strawberry Beer. That ish is ridiculously good! All metaphors and comparisons that I normally would insert to show how amazing the aforementioned drink is are unnecessary. Just order it, it's the best! C&S does get packed on the weekends, but there's bench seating, bar seating, and a couple of vintage chairs. And if you need a breather you can always hang out in front. Great alternative to the downtown strobe light establishments. I recommend C&S for any time of the day...day time drinks with friends, nightly outings, really...whenever.

Yelp
We were suppose to meet a friend downtown and somehow we got our wires crossed. We were waiting for him at Craft and Social and he was over at Rockstar Burger. Luckily their like a stone's throw away from one another. Craft and Social turned out to be a fun little beer bar downtown that I am surprised wasn't more busy. Actually I'm surprised that the downtown in general wasn't more busy. El Paso is a bit of a college town with UTEP nearby but I guess people try to stay closer to campus. It's a pity because the downtown area actually has some cool places to check out. I'm not a huge beer drinker but if you are this is apparently the place to be. Tons of beer on tap and others on the menu. You can sit at one of the handful of tables or at the bar. We got a charcuterie board as well that had a wonderful prosciutto. The cheese and fruit were awesome as well. The menu isn't terribly long but in addition to apps they had some sandwiches as well. We did not have dinner yet so we snacked until we thought our friend would show up. When we realized our mistake, we took our charcuterie to go. I know right? Don't worry, we downed the rest of it! This is a fun place to chill. Low key, relaxing music and tons of regulars it looks like who come in and out. Really enjoying the El Paso food/drink scene.

Yelp
Yes. Yes. Yes. This place is everything I love. The scene: walk into cute ecclectic combos of comfy chairs and love seats, a long high top table with lots of barstools, with a traditonal bar in the back. To the left old episodes of the Twilight Zone are playing with captions on so you can actually watch it. Walking back to the bar the bartender is smiling and friendly. I asked him if he had any porter or stouts (totally not the appropriate season for it in late summer) and he didn't but he recommended a sour beer which was actually quite phenomenal. This man knows his beers and don't be shy to tell him what you like, he will treat you right. The menu is equally delightful and I cannot recommend it any higher.

Yelp
Stopped in here tonight! First time in El Paso and absolutely exhausted from driving from Los Angeles. The staff could not have been more friendly and the food was incredible! My father got the "Drunken Cow" and I got the "E-talian" both sandwiches were fresh and tasted great! We also got the cucumber chips which I'm definitely gonna go home and try to make! So unique and delicious. Highly recommend! If we ever pass back through here, we'll definitely stop by again!

Yelp
Stumbled into Craft and Social and I couldn't been more pleasantly surprised. Excellent selection of micro-brews in a cozy place, just right for winding down or hanging out. Obviously a local favorite and now a favorite of mine, as well. Definitely recommend dropping into this pub anytime you get into El Paso ..... I know I'll be back! Cheers..
google avatar

Scott T.

Yelp
Why this place isn't wall to wall with people on an early Saturday evening is mystifying to me. Apparently it is quite often, so why not tonight was a mystery to this visitor to town. First rate rack of fine microbrew beers to choose from and one of the most knowledgable bartenders (he said he was the GM) I've run into in a long time. Food was first-rate, the beers exceptional, the service was top-notch, great vibe, friendly people at the bar. Gosh, can I take you back home with me when I fly out today? Craft and Social, if I'm ever back in El Paso I'll make a bee-line here. If they allowed 6 stars I'd give them.
google avatar

Stuart C.

Yelp
My second visit to this popular downtown beer pub did not disappoint. I am not a beer drinker and this is Monday morning lunch so I am only reviewing the food, which is first rate, beer pub fare. The Italian inspired sandwich I chose is served panini style with basil, a sweet touch. Flavor explodes from the accompanied sauce but I rarely used it. My side salad was an entree by itself with quality green's and craft cheese and a wonderful and spice three cheese dressing. The decor is simple with long tables designed to encourage interaction with fellow customer vertically aligned with different heights. My critique is personal: I need chairs with backs of which there are few. Four large reading chairs are available near the windows if you arrive early enough to snag one. There is also outdoor seating. I hear the beer is refreshing which makes the place that much more of a destination.

Yelp
This is where the adventures began! As Day 1 of a new job, my buddy and I were grabbing our firt beer at Craft and Social. $6 is a decent price for a craft brew, and our server Josh was very patient letting us trying some before we settled upon one. We couldn't resist ordering the Cheeser to split as well even though we had already eaten already. At least, I think we ate. I don't know, I just remember wanting to order another Cheeser. Basically a 4* experience except that Josh was rad and he introduced us to another regular who ended up taking us on a pub crawl/tour around El Paso that stands out as the highlight off our tour. I almost want to come back to El Paso just to go to Craft and Social! Just remembered... I think we met the owner while we were there. Not that that has any relevance, but I just remembered, and remembering things is cool.

Yelp
We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. First, it's nice to see a place in El Paso open after 3:00 pm on a Sunday. Located in the 3rd and Franklin area downtown, there is a nice atmosphere to the place, cool artwork on the walls and an unusual layout. We sat at the bar, our bartender was very good. She helped us with our beer selection while explaining how the different beers rotate. We started with an order of guac with some very good chips (lots of them!). I was going to get the Market Salad with an addition of chicken, but declined to do that when I found out it was deli chicken and not grilled chicken. I ordered the Drunken Cow roast beef and my wife got the Cheeser sandwich. I got a Market Salad side for a $2 upcharge and my wife opted for the cucumber chips instead of the fries. I have to add that it is very nice when a restaurant has viable options to french fries coming with a sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised how good my sandwich was. It came with a milk stout dipping au jus on a fantastic bread. My side Market Salad was exceptional, just the right size. It had pecans, avocado, and blueberries. I wasn't wild about the dressing that came on the side, but it did not detract from the salad. My wife's sandwich was on a very good focacia (sp?) bread with lots of cheese and a great addition of sliced green apple. We would order either one of those sandwiches again! The pricing of the sandwiches and guacamole was good. The beer was a little high and probably prevented us from having more than one, but the food, service, and atmosphere made us not worry about paying a little more. We even got a beer to go. We are looking forward to our next visit to Craft and Social.
google avatar

Jared B.

Yelp
Great beer selection, more unique variety than any other craft beer in EP. Delicious fresh food, so fresh that they slice their own deli meats!
google avatar

Bridget M.

Yelp
Their beers were great they had a good selection of taps and special finds in reserve in bottles and cans. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting in choosing our selection. We actually were able to purchase some very rare no longer in production beer they had in reserve that made for a real treat.
google avatar

Hannah A.

Yelp
A very cool atmosphere with fun beers and decent food. Love coming down for trivia on Thursday nights! The beers they have are good and the bartenders are knowledgable, I just wish they had *more* of it. When you compare to places like Hoppy Monk and Block in the area, it just seems like a small list. I occasionally eat there, and the food is good for what they have! Super limited menu of some sandwiches and salads. I think this place has awesome potential if it opened up it's food a bit. Maybe some more appetizers and sharing options as it is more of a chill and play games/trivia sort of vibe?

W D.

Yelp
Okay, so this place had an identity crisis. Beer pub or wine bar? Well upon my more recent visit the Craft Beer pub seems to have won. Predictable selection of beers and friendly service. You can still get a nice glass of wine, but beer is king. Didn't try the food but it looked pretty meh. Charcuterie looked like your standard big grocery fair, wait you probably don't find that in El Paso. Nondescript cheese cubes and cold cuts. Still the vibe is pretty hip for El Paso with not much pretense. If you Added craft cocktails and more eclectic beers from Texas and this place will be just a few steps behind some of the better bars in Texas. Looking forward to another visit soon. Update 4-10-2019: Glad to see they are still hanging in there. The beers still lean towards more mainstream Colorado and West coast beer. A few big Texas breweries thrown in like Real Ale, Shiner and Saint Arnold's. Mostly a pedestrian selections good beers. Still worth a visit.

Lawrence T.

Yelp
Let me start this off by saying that the night I visited, my car was towed on a non-busy weeknight. The COMPLETE LACK of parking really inhibits the business that this place could definitely generate a following, but the owners should lobby nearby banks, etc to open their parking lots after hours. I know that this may sound like a person who is mad about the towing incident, but I think parking may be an issue that the owners are not aware is affecting their customers. PLEASE DO THE NEXT LEVEL THING AND FIX PROBLEMS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE DOORS OF YOUR BUSINESS. All of that being said, the food is good. It is mostly sandwiches, but they are very well done. I am not much of a beer drinker, but the mocha beer great. Give it a try as the atmosphere is cool and cozy.
google avatar

Maile W.

Yelp
Omar (Owner) and Denise (server) are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the craft beers they serve. Relaxed atmosphere. Great food!! Foghorn and Italian sandwiches are so good! Vanilla ice cream with nitro milk stout= AMAZING!! Please stop by to support this wonderful local business!!

Ana H.

Yelp
This place is the worst, bartender is also your waiter. Rude as could be, we ordered some guac and chips that never came. We were asking about the craft beer and he was very short and snappy with his answers would not recommend this place over priced
google avatar

Aimee E.

Yelp
Great craft beer selection; rotates weekly! We enjoyed the super friendly staff, yummy hummus and cucumbers and inviting ambiance.

Yelp
First impressions... Walked in and found the place a bit sparse. Cool. It's late Saturday afternoon, and i was looking for a place I could grab a quick bite and a brew to go with it. The interior is furnished with odds and ends... Mostly thrift store value, and garage sale finds. (Also cool... It adds to the charm.) Music is not too bad... Possibly indie flavored rock would be the best way to describe it. From what I can see, the bar looks to have more than your run of the mill beers. Once i get a menu (saw the barkeep bring a menu to a couple) I should be able to discern their offerings a bit more. ... Back from the jump. Got a little tired of waiting for the guy, so I walked to the bar and ordered both my brew and a sandwich. As for the selection of beers, he told me it changes, but I saw mostly the upper tiered beers that are available at the more decent watering holes out here. Mostly the Colorado beers, Brooklyn brew variety, some ciders, the Odell selections, as well as the Oskar blues types. Not bad. Coming from Cali, I was hoping for maybe a bridge between the ones I was able to get out there and these... Guess I've got to adjust my palette to the local offerings (first world drunk problems, I guess) Anyhow. The above is my initial impression. Going to put my phone down and soak in some of this atmosphere, and wait for my grub. I'll report more after the jump. Rating a 3 for the meantime, but that's just a placeholder for now. Umm, will this guy ever shut up? Lol Something else I forgot to post, I see a bunch of card/board games. If you have a group of friends with nothing to do... And want to partake in some great drinks, and some decent grub, this is the place to come to.

Yelp
I love this spot been here twice now and no complaints at all. Really cool chill people here with really good beer an awesome selection of beers and wines. Love trying new stuff and Of course local. I love how the staff will recommend beers and will give good insight on what to try. They k ow their stuff for sure. Also this was the first time trying food and it was really good. I had roast beef sandwich with a stout ajou dip. And my lady had an egg plant sandwich that was perfect. Great spot
google avatar

Ash M.

Yelp
Hipster-ish Food was so tasty, but the selection is limited Great beer/wine selection Overall chill atmosphere. I will come back again on a Saturday afternoon with friend --- just to hang out I will say--- this place should be on your list if you are visiting El Paso
google avatar

Ellen W.

Yelp
For whatever reason I had never been to this place... Craft beer is my main squeeze, how had I never been here until now? Anyways, I wasn't disappointed by their selection... they had IPAs, hefes, and drumroll BOTH a gose and a sour on their tap. I love sours and it can be close to impossible to ever find them on tap! I did not try the food here but the menu looked like it had some good stuff on it... that's my plan for next time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the service was mediocre. The place wasn't very crowded but getting prompt service was a little difficult. All in all super happy about this place and will come back soon to try their food!!!

Yelp
Really nice people. Great atmosphere. I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I travel a lot for work. Had a long week and just wanted a casual place to unwind. Ordered food next door and they delivered it to Craft and Social. C & S does have pizza and they said they were working on adding items to the menu. They had The Postal Service on the radio when we walked in and I felt at home. I'll come back again next time I'm in town.
google avatar

Frances C.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I love the vintage and hiped vibe. The block plate was really good. I really enjoyed was how knowledgeable the bartender was.
google avatar

Johnny W.

Yelp
I ordered their most expensive sandwich, E-Italian ($12) and a pineapple cider. The cider was very refreshing. Not too sweet and nor sour. The pepperoni was amazing and the ingredients fresh. Staff was friendly AF. Good place to hang out and play a board game or checkers match. Decor was charming as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Decided to listen to the yelpers of El Paso and totally glad I did. Very cool atmosphere for this place and a great beer selection. I must say that the sandwich I ordered was pretty awesome. Great little hole in the wall that I would recommend stopping into.
google avatar

Shonda M.

Yelp
I really liked this place! It's small and quaint, but has a good and comfortable vibe to it. It's located downtown in a historic building and was easily walkable from my hotel. The menu had a variety of salads and sandwiches. My coworker ordered a sandwich that came with homemade pickle slices on the side, and I ordered a yummy salad served with manchego cheese. For a couple of dollars more you can add a protein and I chose the prosciutto. The food came out fast and was delicious! You do have to order from the bar, but they bartender brings your food to you once it's ready. Prices were reasonable and the place was not crowded. I was pleased and would come back here again.

Yelp
Awesome selection, open late, and the owner Omar is really friendly and provides excellent recommendations. They do karaoke some nights and its a fun crowd, very laid back and unpretentious. Will def go back next time I'm in downtown El Paso.
google avatar

Aaron C.

Yelp
Man...I guess I've only been her for the mid day social. Had a good Sandwich, never really had a chance to go during the evening, although there was that one time I asked someone where I could meet another young professional this place was recommended. Solid cucumber chips...I mean, they're just cucumbers. Solid service and fun atmosphere though.
google avatar

James F.

Yelp
Excellent food and great beer. Pretty much exactly what a weary traveler needs after a long day of driving through Texas. Excellent service as well.
google avatar

Jen S.

Yelp
Craft & Social was like a little slice of civilized heaven in El Paso. The cool atmosphere, the super friendly staff and other guests, the delicious food, and the beer. Oh the beer. I know my way around a craft beer list (ie - how to avoid the super hops and find what I like), but everything on this menu was new to me! They were happy to give me a taste of any of the beers. The food - as described by the bartender - is all light and pairs well with the beers. Overall this place was just really chill and friendly. The kind of place I'd love be become a local at.
google avatar

Priscilla C.

Yelp
Nothing but sandwiches and everything on the menu was healthy. We did enjoy our beer, we had the fruli and the pickle juice beer which was good! They bar is cool, they have a VHS area where you have a variety of tapes you can play on an old TV. They also have a section with board games, our bartender was very attentive.
google avatar

Juan M.

Yelp
Decent prices, decent portions, great taste, decent service. I had the market salad with vinaigrette dressing on my first visit. This is my second visit and I'm having the foghorn sandwich that was recommended by my colleagues.

Yelp
I decided to try this place our based on the yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. This is a place that I would expect to see in Chicago. They have a nice selection of beers on tap, friendly staff, and a nice menu. I also like the layout of the place; bar area, communal table, and nice soft chairs on the corners.
