On the Grid : The Craft Brasserie & Grille

"West Queen West may be home to the city's trendiest bars, but Liberty Village's growing population is not to be ignored. The Craft makes a serious statement with its industrial-loft-meets-sports-bar vibe, smart-casual clientele, and extensive menu. An astonishing 120 beers are on tap here (and that's not counting the seasonal guest taps), all stored lovingly at 4°C in what amounts to a giant fridge. If that sounds intimidating, grab a tasting flight. Don't be afraid to ask the staff for guidance—their knowledge of the menu is borderline encyclopedic. Wine, cocktails, whisky and coffee (courtesy of Jimmy's) are also available, as is a full dining menu (this is a restaurant, after all), but beer is clearly the star of the show." - NUFF

16 Best Bars in Toronto | Condé Nast Traveler

"If ever there was a temple to Canadian beer, Craft is it. The small, Canada-only chain has five locations out west and one in Ottawa; this outpost is on Yonge and Adelaide in downtown Toronto. About 60 percent of the beers here are sourced from the region immediately surrounding Toronto—popular, hyperlocal southern Ontario pours like Oasthouse Hef's Big Wood Hefeweizen. Beyond that are other well-known options from around Canada, including the Aphrodite Stout from Dieu Du Ciel, a beloved Montreal microbrewery, as well as classics like Guinness and a bunch of drinkable IPAs." - Todd Plummer

Google
Craft Beer Market Toronto delivered on the food. It was incredible. The service was good, the ambiance was cool, and overall the experience was enjoyable. I did notice a comment mentioning that some people of colour felt they weren’t treated appropriately. I can’t confirm those allegations, as I didn’t experience anything like that myself. However, I believe the comment was shared for a reason, especially since that person also mentioned having a great experience, similar to mine. For that reason, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a full five-star rating. I hope the restaurant continues to grow and ensure everyone feels equally welcome.

Google
(Posted detailed review on Yelp) Craft Beer Market is a restaurant located at Yonge and Adelaide. It has one of the largest selection in beers both local and international. Reservations recommended due to how busy it can get on the weekends even at their extensive bar. Reservations available at OpenTable. 30 minutes of waiting for a table to no avail seats at the bar became available. Ordered drinks and food from the menu shortly after. Got their Fried Pickles and Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza to share. Overall, food was fresh and wait time was reasonable. Except, pizza was a bit salty I think this was due to the cheese on top. Fried pickles were A-OK, lightly battered and paired well with the house made beer ranch dipping sauce. I’d recommend checking out Craft during happy hour to get the best value for both food and drinks but expect it to be a bit of a crowd! Cheers!

For those looking for a good restaurant and brewery in the downtown area, CRAFT Beer is a good choice. The brewery is close to the King subway station, as well as streetcars and bus lines. With accessibility in mind, the space offers many amenities: tables with space for wheelchairs and walkers, entrances with wide, automatic opening and closing doors, a ramp to the upper areas of the dining room, restrooms with grab bars, and automatic opening and closing doors. However, there are no Braille menus, but the staff is always willing to assist. For those who enjoy a good beer, the establishment offers a wide selection of taps, as well as bottles and cans. They also have a wine and cocktail menu. The food menu is also quite varied, including options for children. For families with children, the space has high chairs and restrooms with changing tables. The service is very attentive, especially on quieter days. However, on busier days, a little more patience and kindness are required, as the place is large and service can take a little longer. The prices are not too far from the norm for the area and the current situation. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you enjoy watching sports and drinking a good beer.

Google
Nice decor and atmosphere. Service was good and food was too. Came here as a group of 4 and the square table we got was way too small (suitable for 2). The nachos-to-share took up majority of the table. Our 4 small plates and 4 beers took up the rest of the space. I got the fish tacos from the app menu and they were decently sized and quite tasty!

Google
The food and drinks tasted excellent. I ordered Cajun prawn Alfredo linguine, but I substituted the shrimp with chicken. The chicken was a little spicy (like it had too much pepper); however, the pasta itself tasted very good. The mocktails were delicious, and the music wasn’t too loud, so you could easily have a conversation.

Visited CRAFT Beer Market Toronto for the first time with co-workers for brunch and had a really good experience. The atmosphere was relaxed but still had a nice energy, and the vibe made it an easy place to hang out. The food was tasty, the beer options were great even for a daytime visit, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A solid spot for a weekend brunch — would definitely return.

PS: After posting my review, I went through some of the lower rated feedback from other guests. A recurring theme I noticed was that people of colour reported feeling singled out or treated differently. I can’t confirm anyone else’s experience, but seeing multiple comments like that made me reflect on my own interaction at the entrance. While I’m not claiming certainty, the combination of what we experienced and what I’ve read raises concerns that some guests may not be receiving the same level of hospitality. If that’s true, it’s deeply disappointing, especially in 2025 in a country that prides itself on diversity and fairness. To the management - if there are gaps in staff training or awareness, please address them. Hospitality should make everyone feel welcome, not second guessed. To guests of colour - I’d suggest reading through recent reviews before visiting, just to be aware of what others have shared The review of my experience - The food was fantastic and the drinks were genuinely great, so props to the kitchen and bar. The only part that threw the evening off a bit was the seating experience. When we arrived, there were a couple of better tables free, but we were told they were “booked.” I wasn’t aware that customers can reserve specific table numbers, since that option doesn’t show up anywhere while booking. If that feature actually exists, then fair enough. But if not, it felt like we were unnecessarily denied a more comfortable spot. Instead, we were placed between two larger groups, which made the table feel cluttered and a bit cramped, especially when there were clearly better tables available. Once we settled in, everything else flowed smoothly and we genuinely enjoyed the food and drinks. I’m removing one star only because of the confusion and discomfort around the seating. If it turns out that specific table reservations are indeed a real thing, I’m happy to adjust my rating.

Google
Great beer selection, though that's to be expected. What surprised me were the vegan options -- only four on the menu but that two I had were phenomenal. The sushi was so interesting and incredibly delicious (some kind of fried rice base?). The bowl was perfect too. I normally hate bowls (I do not appreciate quinoa) but this place's deconstructed bowl used rice and had a perfect sauce to tie the whole thing together. I will definitely be going back specifically for these two dishes

Yelp
Food / Ambience / Beer - ++ Service is Slow They have well stocked Ales and Lagers: I tried a lot of them the number of times I have gone. Dont have a fav there. They have so may of them you can just and have your choice: am a Vegetarian so the choices are good : Queso dip / Mediterranean Hummus / and the Impossible Burger. Awesome!! Plant based options are also well done and good in portions!! The Zen Bowl was good.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and got the bar seats for two quickly. Service wise, it could've been better. We waited about 15 mins till we got our orders in. Noticed there weren't much staffs and one staff were pouring 4 beers at once. We ordered the queen bee pizza, 2 tuna tacos and two mules. The passionfruit mule was good. The raspberry was not as bad. The pizza was worth the happy hour, and it was good. We wish we didn't get the tuna tacos because it was smaller than what we expected. I didn't realize there was rice in the taco and just a little bit of tuna on top. Ambiance was loud and busy.

Yelp
They should stop charging HST on the tip amount. They automatically calculate tip (which is based on the whole amount) and they again charge HST on that. It is illegal to charge HST for the tip amount. This is a felony and should be stopped.

Yelp
Very big portions here! Great bang for your buck! Also check out the happy hour here! Big space within the financial district - great for work and after work get togethers!

Yelp
Lovely little neighborhood pub vibes with a full Selection of beers. Definitely a great spot for groups. Plenty of seating and the variety of taps has something for everyone

Yelp
This was one of the first locations I visited in Toronto after we got off our flight. I did my research prior to coming here and it looked like a pretty cool spot for some beer and good bar food. I ordered a burger, a barrel of nachos and a beer and was very satisfied straight to the point bar food type menu. Our bartenders were awesome very attentive and helpful. This is a must for a night out on the town or watching a sporting event. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
What a cool spot this is. My husband & I recently visited Toronto & saw CRAFT while out & about. Great atmosphere, great beer & very creative drink menu. We shared 3 appetizers (including scrumptious fried pickles) and that was ample as our meal. All were excellent. Our waitress was a delight & provided great service. We look forward to our next trip up to Toronto.

Yelp
I have been here multiple times for events and gatherings. They have a very spacious pub that spreads through 2 main floors and a patio. There's also a nice bar in the middle of the restaurant. They have great variety of beers on tap and a decent food menu. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. For larger groups, gratuities will automatically be added to your bill.
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
The beer menu is endless! I checked this place out with family, we were seated without a wait on a Saturday evening. There is a lot of seating and is also a good space for larger groups. They had great vegetarian options, I tried their impossible burger which had good charbroiled flavor. Their poutine was decent. I enjoyed their beers and they had a good passionfruit martini

Yelp
Toronto has a great craft brew scene and I was looking for a place where I could sample a few - Craft Beer Market was a fine choice. I don't know how many beers they have on tap but you may want to study up before you get there. I landed on a the Rorschach Dipa ( Brewed with oats and wheat and hopped with Riwaka and Motueka. Notes of tropical passionfruit, lime and melon, with grapefruit and some pine. Smooth body with subtle bitterness and juicy hop aromas.)... yeah that was a cut and paste from their website. Regardless, it's an accurate description and quite delicious. There's a food menu that that looked like good bar food but it did not imbibe. This is a sports bar vibe so don't expect to have intimate, quiet conversation - you're there to drink and there are at least 100 taps to choose from so get busy. p.s. life pro tip. If you want to take home a few beers skip the retail option and walk across the street to LCBO liquor and find some of the same brands at half the price.

Yelp
Good food experience even when not going for beer. While the beers are the calling card, I've gone twice for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed a meal with diet Coke. Today I had two entrees. The ribs had a unique and very good taste. While they weren't the meatiest ribs ever, I enjoyed them. I had a pound of the salt and pepper wings and also found them good. Will definitely be going back.

Yelp
Came back for happy hour again and drinks were great as usual (friend and I both got various rotating taps) and we split fries and a queen bee pizza. Really enjoyed the pizza (hot honey for the win). Last visit during happy hour, I was seated first because friend was running late and I got the drink menu, food menu, happy hour menu but was missing the rotating taps menu. I chalked it up to misplacement by the hostess and the server who seated me. However during this current visit, I was again seated first because I was early and I again did not receive the rotating taps menu but got every other menu instead. Another customer, a guy, who entered the restaurant right behind me and got seated at the same time as me and had a table next to me, got all the menus including the rotating taps. Not sure if I was being racially profiled as a nondrinker? And this time I was observing the hostess and they had plenty of menus at the front so it was not due to lack of menus that I was not given one. So overall not sure what is happening with that. Just slightly annoyed as this is turning into a common occurrence.

Yelp
The beer garden is such a good vibe for happy hour/lunch! They have music playing and games outside. The food was delicious-- we got parmesan fries, kale caesar salad, laguna chicken bowl, crispy garden sushi, and a pineapple margarita. Everything was 10/10.

Yelp
Great happy hour and spot in the financial district. Great pizza and beers on tap. Service is always great and they do a great job at creating a fun atmosphere in the restaurant, especially with their patio.

Yelp
I had heard great things about the food and drinks at Craft Beer. Opted for take out as the restaurant was booked for a private event. Ordered pizza and wings combo - Queen Bee pizza as well as beer salt and pepper wings. Although the wings were OK the pizza was a huge disappointment !! It was basically a fresh loaf of round bread baked in the oven with hardly any toppings , sauce or cheese on it . It did not look anything close to the picture on their website menu and is quite misleading. Hardly any flavour and quite doughy. Pictures are attached for comparison.

Yelp
Went here with a group of 10 and had a good time! They were able to accommodate us easily. The inside of this restaurant is very spacious and doesn't feel overly crowded. The food here isn't bad. It's your typical bar food, so don't expect anything extraordinary, but it goes well with the drinks and will fill you up for a decent price. We shared a couple things among 5 people: the bee sting pizza (loved the hot honey), poutine (I love cheese), the korean glazed ribs (wish they were more tender but flavor was good), kale caesar salad (buttered bread was delicious), and the korean fried chicken (great flavor!) Would recommend 1 dish per person since the portions are pretty small. I also got the coco mint mocktail, which had lime, coconut water, and mint. It was quite sweet even though it doesn't sound like it! It had some sort of soda in it which made it fizzy too. Service here is great as well; very friendly workers and food comes out pretty quickly for a large group. Lots of different options on the menu to suit different flavor and diet preferences (vegan, vegetarian, etc). Very extensive drink menu too, with good non alcoholic options. Great pick for a casual dinner spot for a large group.

T M.

Yelp
great food, good atmosphere. but they kick you out of a non reserved high top after 2 hours,- ordered full meal and many drinks. not great if you are trying to catch up with an old friend.

Yelp
This place was one of the few places open downtown for some reason. But it's a great option, with a large bar area and lots of seating. Great for groups. The food is really great too. It's very decadent and heavy. I mean even the salad was covered with cheese and nuts. It had great flavor though. The fried chicken was delicious and their hot sauce was very unique. Slightly vinegar taste with hotness, so yummy. The max and cheese was made perfectly so cheesy and delicious. I highly recommend if you are in the area and want some comfort food. If you are on a diet don't come here lol

Albert T.

Yelp
Great beer joint with lots of choices and good food. Its a bit too loud for conversation, but a very good place to meet friends. Service is the star here with all of the greeters and wait staff on point.
google avatar

Yelp
The ambience is great. The food was good. Typical bar menu. It is actually a cool spot to hangout with friends and have some good time. Our server was very quick and nice. Got all out order right and promptly. Drinks were amazing.

Yelp
The Korean Sticky Ribs are a Hit! The kale Caesar salad is amazing! The staff are always nice and if you do delivery you can get a To Go drink

Yelp
You can't be wrong at The Craft, good beer, good music, always sorts on the TV.... I am becoming a regular every time I am in town
google avatar

Nancy T.

Yelp
This is my second time back as I do like how the atmosphere is. Just if you want to talk with your friends, it will be a little hard. Unless you want to chill and listen to some music, then I would recommend coming here. The service is great, always making sure we are doing okay and if we need anything else. The food is great and I love the chips & guac.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
The drinks are amazing at this place. And the resto itself is ginormous. Holyyyy. Tons of drink selection. Very spacious inside albeit maybe a lil too dim in terms of lighting haha. Atmosphere is lit ALL THE TIME though. The service is pretty good. I usually come here to kick it w/ colleagues after work if I do decide to come into office that day, and it's always a rowdy time. One time we stayed a lil longer than usual and our waitress made sure to get another waiter to take care of us as her shift ended while we were still eating. I will say, the food is just ok. That's my honest opinion. I had the wings one night when they were on special and these don't come anywhere close to an actual wing spot uptown or in scarborough. There's not enough meat on them and they don't have a nice crunch. The flavour was not bad though. The only two food items I would order again are a burger (they make pretty decent burgers) and the mac n cheese (by far, the best food item on the menu imo). The mac n cheese has like 3-5 different cheeses. Definitely tastes homemade and it's a lil spicy! So you get a nice kick. Otherwise, if I'm not actually hungry, I'd stick to drinks here and then grabbing a snack elsewhere later or before. 5 star rating for the drinks, 4 star rating for service, 3 star rating for food. Aggregate of 3.5 / 5 stars which I'll bump up to 4 (since we can't award half stars on yelp). Good after work memories here haha.

Yelp
Since arriving in Toronto, Craft Beer Market has always maintained their standards since I first visited them back in Ottawa! They have a wide variety of beers (domestic, local and international) available in pints and flights so you would be available to try them all! Regarding the food, they have your classic pub favorites to enjoy with your beer. The Barrel Nachos are large in portion which is a great appetizer to share with many friends! The Parmesan Fries are prepared nicely with a generous amount of shaved parmesan cheese to pair well with the side aioli. The burgers and wings are a great choice as well if you are looking for a more heartier option!
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Nice hangout spot to catch some drinks, unwind with friends and just chill. They have a huge beer selection. The ambiance is great, with both indoor and and a huge outdoor lounge area. Service was good and the appetizers were a great size for sharing.
google avatar

Alekhya M.

Yelp
We were seated 5 minutes late - not a big deal because this place is so busy.. Definitely recommend making a reservation, otherwise you'll likely have to wait much longer. We were a group of 9 and we were taken very good care of by Marcel. We took advantage of the $5 Tuesday beer specials which is fantastic. I loved their parmesan fries, fried pickles and hummus. The guac unfortunately had no seasoning neither the chips. But overall, a great place to have events with big groups. The fact that we were seated outside was fantastic. Loved the patio ambiance. I know I'll be wise and book in advance when I come back. Do check out their daily specials which is pretty sweet. $5 mimosas on Sat Sun until 3pm is great!! And everyday they have some special.
google avatar

Dayna M.

Yelp
My husband picked this restaurant because they had a beer he wanted to try. Unfortunately, it was out when we went. We sat inside at round tables near the bar it was warm at first because the windows were all open, but it eventually cooled down after a rain shower. Food was great: fries were amazing. Queso was good after you mixed it all together. Wings were great as well. Service was friendly and accommodating for our party of 6.
google avatar

Danielle B.

Yelp
I had a good time here. I arrived at 2:30pm to meet up with my friend for happy hour and drinks start at just $5! $6 for tall boys and cheap snacks too! Now are they going to be the best cocktails you've ever had? No, but they had a HUGE selection of beer, wine, spirits and food so there's something here for everyone. The manager is the SWEETEST guy ever, he came up to us to make sure we were being well taken care of. In fact, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a relatively casual setup, with lots of seating and a cozy atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for some drinks when I'm in the area again. (Side note: I had about 4-5 drinks and spent only $25!)
google avatar

Olivia M.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and we found tons of bar seating! They had a wide selection of beers and even had a Oktoberfest special - both food & beer. Service was prompt and the beer/cider was great! We also ordered poutine which was divine.

Randall M.

Yelp
A generous 3 stars saved only by an ok burger. Visited on a Sunday night a couple weeks ago while in Toronto for business. Wasn't overly busy so you would think service would be top notch h but as is often the case you're more likely to get great service when a restaurant is busy and everyone's on. Started with a complete lack of acknowledgment when I arrived at the host station. He seemed to be able to only manage one party at a time and didn't even give a "I'll be right with you" while he seated the party in front. Took a seat at the bar so I'd be able to watch the game. Initially service was good and I asked to have the tv switched to the Canucks instead of the college football game on. He left and after about 10min it was the same program so I asked him and he said there was an issue. Hmm wouldn't that have been something you should have said without having to be asked. He then said there was an issue. Food was brought out and I had asked for a condiment and it was never brought out. Part way through the manager came by to explain there was an issue and offered to move me to a table to watch the hockey game they were able to show. Given I was half way through my food I declined. Had the typical "how's everything" after a few bites but other than that service was below mediocre in large part due to initial experience getting seated. Burger was good. Only complaint besides the missing condiment, vinegar if you're curious, was the fact that it was quite greasy. Would I repeat. Probably not, too many options downtown Toronto to try.

Yelp
Food is great quality pub food. Think a step higher than Jack Astors. Location at Yonge and Adelaide makes it unbeatable but it does attract lots of out of towners. The massive spot has two floors and a super huge bar on the main floor. Draughts were about $9-10 each and lots of TVs playing sports. A great place to meet friends but a bit loud for a date. Would go again occasionally due to price. Mains are about $15-32 each. Overall a must try!

Yelp
Hog town Hazy Ale and Addy IPA Both are house IPA and tasted great. Paired with Chicken wings and Parmasan fries Fun ambiance ( a lot of young people) Great service! Strongly recommend

Yelp
I've come here a handful of times, both before and during Covid. Inside, the industrial style decor is nice and simple, and I love the high ceilings. The patio in the back courtyard is also spacious, private and heated! They do an AMAZING job at taking precautions for Covid. They make contact tracing super easy by allowing you to scan a QR code and input your details. There's hand sanitizer everywhere, and they explain the arrows on the ground for one way travel as they take you to your seat. The staff wear marks and don't get to close. The patio in the back has been expanded due to Covid, so there is always a ton of seating, though only a section of the patio is heated. If you have 5 or 6 people, you won't get a heated table. I've had their Kale Margarita pizza. Delicious crust, filling and flavourful. I like the little twist on the Margarita with the kale and fresh tomatoes. I also had the Chicken Taquito Skillet for brunch. Oh man was this ever delicious. I had a buttermilk biscuit as well b/c I love biscuits, and it was so good. The pineapple Moscow Mule was a bit on the sweet side for me, but still tasty times. They have great staff here as well. Every time I've been here the servers have been wonderful. They really know the food and drink menu well, and always have me laughing.
google avatar

Lexia R.

Yelp
Craft beer market has surprisingly very good food - I've tried their nachos, sliders, pizza and chicken sandwhich. Specifically their chicken sandwich is my favorite item to purchase, I'd say it is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had at a pub in a while. Their alcoholic drinks are good, not great but that's to be expected when it's a place to get beer. The ambiance depends on the time of day. The service is typically sub-par. I would recommend coming here to eat or to grab a beer with a friend in the evening to watch a sports game.

Yelp
A few days ago I met a friend at Craft as we've done before and again we met and sat at their very large indoor bar which features 145 beers on tap. We each ordered two beers, taking advantage of Tues. being the day when they offer local beers for $5/pint, plus tax and tip (the venue has food and/or drink specials every day of the week). Both of my choices were very enjoyable, and the Bartender offered us samples of beers in order to help us decide on which beers to choose. My friend and I met there around 3:45 pm and we stayed until around 5:30; it wasn't very crowded at first and more customers very gradually came while we were there, though it wasn't packed by the time we left. We had a quite enjoyable time and I hope to visit again before long.

Yelp
Nice place and staff but food was mid. Drink selection is good but food was ok. Sandwiches come on a very soft bun that makes everything all soft and clay like. My fried chicken sandwich just fell apart under this soft bun. Up on uncovering the fried chicken sandwich I saw it was made up of chicken nugget like pieces, not a great experience with food. Staff was great though, wish they got more feedback and worked on food here.

Gwen K.

Yelp
Stopped after a hockey game for a quick bite and a drink. Enjoyed our time as well as the food and beers. The servers were attentive and friendly. DJ played great variety!

Yelp
Solid 3/5 + vast selection of craft beers! + happy hour specials on food and drinks (I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was delicious!) + great ambiance + server was especially nice, attentive, and friendly - my beer came warm... considering you're a beer place... your beer should be served cold.

Yelp
MY NEW FAV SPOT! The quantity of beers on tap def caught my eye! I finally was able to swing by two weekends ago and try a few things on the menu. I went during happy hour which was perfect to try items at a reduced cost. The server was very attentive and accommodating and I enjoyed my experience overall. I WENT BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK... it was that good!! Check out my instagram for a full review @filledupwithfood :)

Yelp
I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and sat at the bar. Immediately felt welcomed and was introduced to the many, many, many draft beers. I decided on a local lager and the Kung Pao chicken lettuce wraps. So good!! Sevice, good and atmosphere was on point! If I didn't live in San Diego, I would put this place on the regular!

Stopped in for a late evening bite to eat with a friend. We got the fried pickles and the Honolulu Hot pizza. Both were tasty! Definitely busy on a Wednesday night, lots of people were out enjoying a midweek drink. The beer selection is impressive. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
The patio was so cute and the restaurant was really lively when I went. Seems like a company booked half the restaurant for a social event. Lots of seating and food was good! (Full disclosure this is before the pandemic. Food was good!

Yelp
Love this place!! My hotel was about a block away so I visited multiple times during my 8 days in Toronto. It's accessible via the Path which is fantastic because this is a great spot for all types of people. There are over 100 draft beers and they'll give you a sample of anything to help you make an informed decision. They have a lot of great sours and local IPAs. I'm from Maine, so it's really hard to beat a hazy NE style IPA. I enjoyed a couple good ones. They also have a cask stout/porter brewed in house by a local brewery every Tuesday. You don't have to like beer however! They serve wine and other non alcoholic options. The menu is diverse and delicious. I tried the Mexi-flatbread, fish tacos, and fried pickles. All very good! The menu includes options such as mac and cheese, stout braised beef, pasta, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, you name it. The setup is very similar to their other location I've visited in Vancouver. I'll definitely be back!!

Yelp
This place is great! I actually found this place because I was looking for a chill place to grab drinks with a group of friends and since a lot of us like beer, this seemed like a great choice. The restaurant is pretty large, especially for downtown. It has a chill atmosphere and great service. The beer menu is impressive! and if you get a little overwhelmed by the selection, the servers are great at recommending something to try. Personally I like European Beers ( Heineken & Stella ) so our server suggested I try Beau's Lug -Tread Lagered Ale and it was delicious! The only down side, is that their menu isn't too expansive. I wish they had a few more shareable apps like soft pretzels, The food itself is just okkkk, for the 5 of us we decided to split the Nacho Barrel & Mac & Cheese. both were pretty good, but nothing amazing especially for the high prices. They also don't have too many main meal options for vegetarians, which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a great place to for casual drinks with friends.

Yelp
Came with my coworkers for team lunch as a group of 5. The staff took us to a sectional seating where there was a water leaking from the ceiling. We asked to seat elsewhere, and without any apology and they arranged us to seat at another group tables. Afterward I saw they arrange another group of 4 to sit at the same spot where we were. So they thought 4 people won't occupy the whole section so it didn't matter if there was water dripping down? Overall the service was slow. It took us forever to get food or bill. The portion is tiny. My House Made Bolognese was okay, but my coworkers' tacos were tiny. We wouldn't go back based on the overall experience.

Yelp
There are some good day specials and an interesting menu. Lots of great choices. Last evening i did the wing special there and it came out pretty cold. Thought since it was the special it would be a hot item which was moving pretty quicky. Service by the staff was excellent. Very nice.

Yelp
Looooved this place! Sit outside if you can. Fun atmosphere, games, DJ. So many great beers to choose from. And the food is incredible!! The Laguna Beach Bowl was so delicious. Our server was wonderful--efficient and knowledgeable.
