Craft Coffee Parlor

Nice coffee shop, with friendly customer service and good drinks. I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte and my hubbz got an iced vanilla latte and a veggie burrito. The espresso has flavorful notes with a crisp but layered texture. It was really good. The veggie burrito was good as well as I took a bite of my hubbz to try. If you passing through town, stop and support. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d come back.

Amazing!! I had to stop in McPherson to run a quick errand and I happened to come across this shop and I was so glad I did!! As a vegetarian in a place like Kansas, it isn’t always easy finding quality non meat lunch’s in small towns. But let me tell you, their veggie burrito with salsa was amazing!! Best I’ve ever had! And the atmosphere of the shop was incredible, loved the music and everything about it. The women who helped me was also very sweet. Cherry on top was the affordability! 10/10 recommend! 🥰❤️

Coffee is delicious!!! We are on a road trip and took a detour into McPherson for real, quality coffee and boy was the stop worth it! I'm super excited to try the whole bean coffee that's roasted locally. So glad to have some gourmet coffee on the road. The truckstops and fast food joints just don't cut it.

I have to admit to being a bit biased since I was there hanging some of my photos on their walls, but nonetheless it is a great little coffee shop. It is a nice place to meet someone for a drink given the personal service and several seating options both inside and out. My wife loves their Coffee! Their cookies and desserts are nice as well.

Loved the cozy atmosphere of this coffee shop! I got a vanilla latte with almond milk (my go to drink) while there and it wasn't my favorite. They had a bunch of other coffee options on the menu though so would definitely like to go back and try those in the future!

A great find along my route to CO. wasn't expecting to find this specialty shop in middle of no where Kansas but glad I did. Cool hip/rustic vibes. Great coffee. Friendly baristas.

Best chocolate chip cookie I've ever eaten The spiced apple cider was incredible... would it be weird to say it had an amazing mouthfeel? Well, it did. It was almost "thick" but definitely not in an unappetizing way -- hearty, I guess I should call it. It was topped with cinnamon which only made it better. The dark brew drip coffee wasn't my favorite blend, but it was good. I tried the John Brown. It had nutty undertones. I'd love to try something else, especially an espresso. I visited just minutes after they'd opened for the day and they were having trouble with the card reader, but the employees were apologetic so I didn't mind the delay. I especially didn't mind it after tasting the product. I'm only in McPherson on Sundays, so it looks like this will be a regular Sunday stop for me. It's probably a good thing that I'm only in town once a week... I don't need the temptation of that many cookies.

Food is good. Coffee is top quality. Service always pleasant. Atmosphere is fun and friendly.

This place is a gem! Quality coffee, modern design atmosphere, and kind staff. I loved my single origin coffee and the granola was very tasty. Here's the only downside, no adult rear can actually fit in their seats, so order to go or pack a pillow.

Fast, Friendly service. Relaxed indoor & outdoor seating. Açaí bowls are worth the price.

Coffee is good. Açaí bowl is great. I really like the way they made the layers with the granola on bottom--it made mixing things up easier!! Cute place and worth a visit.

Every town has a refuge for hipsters looking for high-priced artisanal coffee. MacPherson's entry is better than most. I very much enjoyed the fruit granola thingy for breakfast and my cafe latte was just fine. Another company shares premises with the coffee shop; it's a little creepy when the coffee shop is open and they are not... lots of dark space in the back.

I am from Pennsylvania and was staying in McPherson for 2 weeks for work. I came the craft coffee at least 6 times. I got the acai bowl and parlor Cubano. EVERYtime I ate there I had to pause after the first bite/sip because of the sheer joy it gave me. Always fresh, whole food based bowls eith top quality ingredients. The coffee brand is a premium quality, no gimmicks. Also, the rich, deep flavor of the parlor Cubano packed a titillating punch that overwhelmed my tastes buds in the most pleasant way. I would absolutely recommend but if you're a plain jane kind of person you may be a little taken aback. If you tend to be more adventurous and appreciate strong, robust flavors... this is the spot!

Best little coffee shop around with some of the friendliest baristas along with an inviting atmosphere.

Decent coffee. I think it's worth going to if you live there / aren't in a hurry. If you're just passing through and need to be quick, maybe consider choosing somewhere else! It took about twenty minutes for a latte which is fine if we were sitting down to chat, but not so much when we have an eight hour drive. That's our own mistake, though! Anyways, the atmosphere is beautiful!!!!

Excellent coffee I mean just beyond excellent! So smooth and a very cool atmosphere... If you're into knitting definitely the place to come according to a group of elderly ladies in here at the time. There are some very comfortable leather couches and chairs to relax on or some hard chairs by tables if that's what you're all about.

This is a awesome coffee house! Not only are the drinks delicious, but the people waiting on you are super nice! Best coffee around,( roasted by Nick, a barista who works here,) & a trendy atmosphere! Love this place!!

Great local coffee. Worth the drive off he freeway if you're on I 135. We make it a point to frequent local independent coffee places & this is a good one in central KS. Not many flavors for lattes but a good coffee doesn't need to hide under sweet flavors. After numerous visits, still a good coffee with few flavor choices, but if you're in a hurry, this is not the place to go. We've had to wait more than 20 minutes each of our last 3 visits.

Crafty coffee and even craftier baristas. Great addition to Main Street. PT's beans are delicious. Have nick make you a macchiato.

Best coffee in the area. It's not as good as craft places you would find in Tulsa or KC, but if you're wanting "real" coffee and happen to be in McPherson, then this is a good place. Not sure where they get their coffee or who roasts it - I didn't ask. The cafe is comfortable and people were friendly.

Great service. Great product. Expect a wait. Time is not on your side if you expect to get in/out. Know it ahead of time and you'll have a better experience.

When I first moved to McPherson the coffee scene left a lot to be desired. Then Craft came along and it's the only place I go. They really know how to take the time and make a perfect cup of coffee. I highly recommend stopping in and trying a pour over. You'll be hooked. And they serve really good breakfast now. Definitely stop in.

This is a very quaint coffeehouse with a copy and print operation in the back. Coffee selection is very good and always friendly staff. Limited seating but very comfortable. Spent a couple of hours working with a great WIFI. Must stop for a relaxing morning or evening. Excellent place to get work done too.

Love their frappés! Best in town-by far. I'd even go so far as to say better than Starbucks even. Such a welcome addition to the famous "Downtown McPherson".

This coffee shop is hands down the best coffee I have ever had. The staff makes the experience all the more better! Craft is community oriented, kind, and above all they make fantastic drinks, scones, and cookies. They always do their best to please their customers and also they support local artists! They are constantly holding open mics and hanging up artist's work on their walls. Craft is a great place for a time to relax,study, go on a date, or even to get your coffee to go. It's my favorite place in the Midwest to go to!

My band and I were playing at the college ave stopped here for some coffee. Being Bostonian and District coffee snobs, the espresso drinks more than satisfied our palettes. We also split a chocolate chip cookie and its doughy gloriousness literally made my eyes tear up in the best way possible. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great selection of drinks, both hot and cold. Their Paris hot tea is wonderful. Also I enjoy their drip coffee PT's John Brown. They have a variety of different scones and cookies. It's the best little coffee shop around.

I happened to be lucky enough to try one of their new breakfast items this morning. It was an egg and veggie wrap and was very delicious! I'm eager to try their other offerings. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff & fast service. Nice selection of small sandwiches (unfortunately nothing was vegetarian-minded), an Ok selection of baked goods. Great place to have private conversations amongst the retail displays. An older clientele and young moms with their kids upon my visit. Enjoyable.

My Favorite place in town to get a delicious cup of gourmet coffee, It has a nice cozy atmosphere, and FREE WI-FI!!

Small but very comfortable space. Great service and coffee. Nice addition to Main Street McPherson.
