Crafters Pizza and Drafthouse

Fantastic spot to watch football games and eat some wings. Their bone in dry rub wings are delicious. They have daily drink specials too. I sat at the bar and the service was spectacular. They ask your name when you sit down and make you feel like you’re at home.

We visited this place on the 4th of July. There was some space available, but the place was quite busy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Shelby took excellent care of us. We ordered NY-style pizza, and it was absolutely perfect and exactly what we had been craving. I will definitely be returning to try more of their pizza offerings.

Happened to go on a Sunday and found out they have a “Sunday Funday “ menu with beer specials, margs, bloody Mary’s and more. We got the bloody Mary’s . The presentation matched the quality of the food. And taste !!! The “buffalo garlic Parmesan “ wings were exquisite. Full of flavor !! We did a custom pizza with thin crust- perfection and fresh. Great and attentive service . Great music playing. We sat on the patio. Beautiful weather. The bloody Mary’s also came with a mini miller beer ! 10/10 experience all around !!

Pizzas are very flavorful and visually appealing. We ordered the breadsticks and beer cheese..excellent!! Cookie and icecream skillet was consumed very quickly because it was so wonderful. Plenty of people were here for a just cause. This is one of those places that makes you smile from the inside.

If you are looking for a great spot in the burbs, Rafters Pizza and Drafthouse is a great spot. They have pizzas, handheld, salads, and a great appetizer list. They have a few pizza crust options, a little something for everyone which is great. We got the Margherita no Tequila pizza with the tavern style crust and it was fantastic. Cooked just right and loads of flavor.

This is a genuinely cool place! We visited on NFL Sunday, and while it was crowded, the great staff handled the volume perfectly. They deserve praise for their excellent service. The food was good, and the atmosphere was fun. We'll definitely be back!

came in here a bit later... maybe 9-ish, and it was pretty calm/quiet. i ordered a small personal-sized white pie, and it was fire. i'm so hungry right now & really wish i could teleport to order it. wine was also fire... we love kim crawford!!! bartender was so sweet & knew exactly what my mom & her husband wanted before they even sat down. lol. def coming back my next trip to carmel :-)

Well, nothing like finally going to a place that lives up to your expectations and it's a WIN! The service was quick and responsive even on a busy night. The food was timely and delicious . Definitely, try the dry rub on the wings and explore the different sauces. The pizza was light and not weighed down. This place gets a thumbs up! To tie in a pleasant sports bar atmosphere!

If you can't tell already, we eat a lot of chicken wings and love a good pizza--Crafters hits both perfectly. The smoked wings are fantastic, especially with their monthly rotating sauce (a fun excuse to keep coming back). The pizza is superb, and the cold garlic dip on the side is phenomenal--exactly what every crust needs. The bar is another reason we love this place, with a solid bourbon selection and even a few West Coast IPAs, which makes my born-and-raised Vancouver guy very happy. Great food, great drinks, and easily one of our favorite casual spots."

This review is for delivery! Fantastic option to feed a group. I love how the menu has lots of options and everything we ordered was delicious. We got a veggie pizza with the hand tossed crust and a meat pizza with the tavern style crust, bbq boneless wings, a Greek salad and a buttered pasta for the kids. The pizza was AWESOME. I wasn't sure what to expect with tavern crust but it was thin and crispy. The hand tossed was soft and doughy. The salad was fresh and the dressing was the perfect Greek vinaigrette. The bbq sauce on the boneless wings was on the thicker side and super sticky and sweet. Classic bbq flavor and super good. The chicken itself was super crunchy! A great plate for sharing. I was super grateful this restaurant was open a little on the later side to deliver. Highly recommend!

Our pizza was HUGE! I don't know what I was expecting, but it was way bigger than I imagined--and I'm not mad at it. It was my first time trying Crafters, and we decided to order in while watching the Pacers game. We got the NYC pizza, which is basically a margherita pizza, plus an order of mild wings. The wings were way better than I expected! The pizza was pretty good too--thin crust, although I believe they also offer regular hand-tossed. I'd definitely order from here again... and next time, I might add pepperoni to the NYC!

After waiting about an hour for a table it was well worth the wait! It was extremely busy a great place to go with friends, family and sports teams meals. Our server was phenomenal he was so happy and made our dining experience that much better. He was super attentive and anything we needed it was out within seconds no matter how busy he was and his recommendation on food were also great! We started with appetizers we got the chips with the 3 dips (cheese, onion dip & garlic) extremely delicious in which we had to ask for extra chips it was too good! For mains we got pizza, calzone and pasta dish to share. Portion sizes are large so sharing is recommended in my opinion with leftovers to still take home! It was a great environment to watch sports - we were watching the world series game and there were plenty of screens to watch whichever game you wanted! Very excited to come back and try more menu items everyone was so delicious!

Food is very good. Services is awesome Calzone was excellent mix and match wings were good. Service was excellent personable and my glass was never empty!!

Crafter's Pizza lives up to all the great hype. We went over to check out the Colts game day specials. When you walk through the door, the aroma of baking pizza dough is intoxicating. The bar/dining room is upscale with lots of tables. We sat in the bar. TV monitors were playing various football games. The bar is locally owned. They offer several Sunday drink specials and I selected the $5 Bloody Mary which comes with a beer chaser. (They really know how to treat a girl). My husband had a craft IPA that was on tap that he liked. John was our server and he was attentive, friendly and helped explain various dishes. He checked on us regularly. The bar was hopping but they seemed to have enough staffing to keep people happy. My husband had a small Grandma's Money pizza. The pizza was top with a delicious blend of sausage, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella balls, prosciutto, pomodoro sauce and more. The crust has a great flavor and texture. I had the BT Wedge salad which is an upscale version of the classic salad. The dressing is fresh made with lots of blue cheese. Two wedges of young romaine are covered with dressing, bacon, roasted tomatoes and pickled onions. The salad is filling and delicious. We loved our visit so much that we joined the Club. Club members get emails describing specials. Parking is a bit cramped in the strip mall.

Went into Crafters on a busy college football Saturday and it was definitely a good time! Big TVs everywhere with every game on & of course the AMAZING smell of pizza was in the air. What else could a guy ask for? I don't remember the two pizzas we got specifically, but I do remember they were two of their specialty ones! We also got an order of fried ravioli which was also very good! Fun sport to hang out on a gameday! Will definitely be back!

Moving from 3 starts to 5 'cause it feels right after two additional great experiences! I now know to avoid the salads but their pizza remains top-notch. Most recently had the Margarita and my husband is in love with the Garden Stand. Feel compelled to add that we consistently get great service even during the busiest times. The only downfall from my last experience was a plate that had dried up food but our server quickly rectified the issue. We will be back on a consistent basis.

The place was packed and buzzing on a Sunday and I expected there would be a wait but we got seated right away. Our server Mallory came pretty quick to grab our drink orders. Since the place was so packed I thought that food might take long, so we ordered breadsticks with queso. The queso came in less than 10 mins. The breadsticks were slim and light and the queso was a perfect pairing with it. We ordered two 14" - Grandmas Money and Doctor Jones to share between three of us and were again surprised by how quick the pizzas came in. Also the pizzas were loaded generously! It made my heart sing to see such generous toppings and the crust was not crisp yet light. My youngest had the kids order of pizza and finished it. I also ordered a happy hour margarita - decent. Came here for Pizza and was absolutely better than expected. Good sports bar vibe and quick service to top it off.

Generally speaking, I don't gravitate toward "bar food" these days, but when I do feel in the mood for it, I want to go somewhere that adds something special to what would otherwise be a somewhat worn-out food genre. I think Crafters achieves that goal of going over and above the call of duty. I had their Zesty Baked Ziti this time, but I usually gravitate toward their pizza, which is always great. Their cauliflower thin-crust options are particularly good; I wasn't able to tell the difference between that and a traditional flour dough crust. Service was truly exceptional during last night's visit. The place was packed, but our server never disappeared, and I never got the impression that she was hopelessly trying to service 20+ tables simultaneously. That's a major pet peeve of mine in the post-Covid world, when restaurant managers sometimes choose to staff thinner than a layer of varnish. And, there were no less than two senior-level managers who dropped by, to ask us how everything was. I like that. The only slightly negative aspect of our visit was the parking situation. The strip mall where Crafters is located is perpetually packed with cars. I'm pretty sure the time zone on my phone changed during my long walk from the car to the restaurant. That's not the restaurant's fault, but it's something you should definitely plan ahead for.

So I ordered the Onion and Dip friends and they didn't get the sauces right. Gave me a salad dressing. Not too hard to get the right dips and spread the seasoning on more than one chip.

We had not been in awhile but the service and food are still great. I love their Sunday specials and had a beer mimosa for $5 and my husband had a delicious spicy Bloody Mary along with a small bottle of beer for $5. He was quite happy. I ordered my normal personal Jumbo Shroom pizza filled with mushrooms and it was very good. John was our server and did a great job. We sat in the bar area so we were able to catch part of the Colts game. Drinks, pizza and football- what more could you want?

If you haven't been here yet, I don't know what you're waiting for! The food here is phenomenal. I ordered an 8" pizza which I thought was perfect size for 1 person. I absolutely loved the crust. My husband ordered a Stromboli and they both came out steaming hot! Service was great as well, quick to greet us, get our drinks and take our order.

We ordered carry-out for dinner tonight and the food was great! There was no wait for pick-up and the pizza still tasted fresh when we got home with it. We're gluten-free, so we got the cauliflower crust and it was so yummy, highly recommend Dr. Jones with pizza butter. The place is a favorite in our family.

Had the 3 cheese bread which is a delicious pizza crust type bread topped with a cheesy mozzarella blend, herbs, and drizzled with garlic oil. Also included is a very good flavorful marinara sauce that goes perfectly with the bread. Also had a cheese pizza which was very good, but honestly I was kind of filled up by the appetizer. Service was fast & friendly. Many TVs showing at least 5 different channels such as ESPN, ESPN 2, and CBS Sports Network. Open until midnight on Fridays, but the kitchen closes at 11:00pm.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Carmel area! They always have the best rotating menu items that are fun to try and different than other restaurants. We got the White pie and toasted raviolis that were also really good! Great environment and wait staff

This is a crowded spot on a Saturday night. Parking is at a premium with many spots marked for carryout or 30 minutes. We were seated at a high top in the bar near the register. This could have been busy and hectic, but the waitstaff traffic was efficient and not disruptive to our conversation or meal. There are huge TVs everywhere. A great place to gather and to watch the game or games. Especially the bar. The noise level is not bad either. You can hear your party just fine. The cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. I accidentally became a convert to this mode of pizza and got hooked. I would have to say this one is one of the best. They have a number of traditional crust styles, and all of them are well done so you can pick your favorite. The toppings and options are fresh and well portioned. The salads are good too. Beer choices are good and you can find some unique options. We will be returning. And probably will opt to eat in rather than carry out.

Another visit to Crafters. As mentioned before, we love the tavern style pizza. We like cracker like crusts and this one is a winner. Some of the best in town, in our opinion. We got the pizza with pepperoni and sausage. It was fabulous. We must be a glutton for punishment because we got another salad. Maybe it's just that we want to think we are eating healthy with the pizza. We ordered the Crafters Signature Salad with candied walnuts, goat cheese and dried cherries. Once again, the lettuce was awful, very poor quality and not fresh. We picked out the "bad pieces" and it amounted to at least 45% of the salad. For us the "bad pieces" are the lettuce ribs and lettuce with rust. Don't get me wrong... it tasted great. But it was very unappetizing to look at with all the rust and not much left after picking out the bad lettuce. Taste gets high marks.... quality and appealing presentation get very low marks. Go to Crafters. Order a pizza. Personal opinion, stay clear of the salads unless you don't mind ribs of the lettuce and unappealing rust. We told the server that we could only "tolerate" the salad. His response was "I don't blame you", as he looked at the bad lettuce left on the plate. Got the impression he hears this comment from customers a lot??

We went on a Saturday night when it was busy so we had a wait, but once we sat down the server was awesome and the pizzas came out really fast. We got 3 gluten free crust pizzas and this was one of the best gluten free crusts we ever had! Great flavor and not dry at all. Would definitely go back and recommend.

We called last minute for a table of 20 (around dinner time) and they were able to figure it out! (Even though they were busy) our server was friendly and got almost everything right! We all loved that we ordered (food and drinks). We were able to watch the soccer game we wanted to watch and get good food. No complaints. I love that it's locally owned and operated and will be going back in the future!

Crafters is actually a really decent place to go. As always, we sat at the bar and the bartenders we great! They were friendly and attentive and were on top of out drinks once we were finished. It was a Saturday night so the place was crowded. Which is OK, that means it's a popular place. We ordered a plate of wings, a 14 inch pizza called "shake hands with meats (meat lovers pizza)" and a small house salad. The reason for a 4 star rating is that the pizza was just "ok". Trust me I've had worse but I wasn't blown away. However, it is still good pizza. The wings though, those are some good wings!! Big, juicy and tender!! The salad wasn't bad either. In closing, this is a nice place for a date, family dinner or hanging out with friends. I definitely recommend Crafters if you're in Carmel and have a hankering for wings!!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! We aim to try a new pizza each time we go and it never leads to disappointment. This evening we enjoyed the Spinach Dip & 14" Luchador Brothers Pizza. The pizza came with sides of Chipotle Ranch Sauce, Garlic Cream Sauce, and Peppadew Jam in which we were told is supposed to be drizzled on top but our server let us know that typically leads to a mess and they preferred to dip. We definitely dipped and enjoyed exploring every bite. The pizza is a street taco styled pizza with the perfect mixture of flavor and spice. Each sauce ranged in spice level, the Garlic Cream Sauce being the mildest to the Peppadew Jam the spiciest. The place was packed with family's and couples enjoying their night out for Valentine's Day but for 2 people, the wait wasn't too bad. Highly recommend this place if you love specialty pizza and we can't wait to try our next bite!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAFTERS!!! Matt D was our server, he had solid recommendations, and made the experience fantastic. He suggested the Doctor Jones, and it was a HUGE hit! It had a great little kick to the pepperoni and the pizza was cooked perfectly. The appetizers we ordered were delicious, breadsticks, the chips and dip and wings were spot on too!!! The beer was cold and the drinks were flowing. Surprised at how quickly the food came out. We will definitely return!

We love Crafters! We do takeout from there on a regular basis and it's always great! Our order has always been ready even a few minutes early which is a plus! We love the Create Your Own New York. . .the sauce is excellent and they have a wide variety of ingredients so we can match many tastes! The wings are incredible as well. . .super meaty and the dry rub is perfect! Oh and the Wedge salad. . .YUM. . .the marinated tomatoes just really make it! Highly recommend!

I can see why the place was packed when we visited! Thankfully the host was able to seat us rather quickly even with a group of six before catching a movie. For starters the breadsticks swimming in a bowl of cheesy goodness WOW. Plenty enough for the group to share as well. We were on a bit of a time crunch so had to make quick ordering decisions but I followed the instruction of our server and she did not leave me astray. I ordered a 12 inch doctor jones pizza. This pizza is packed with pepperoni and is so delicious. It wasn't too spicy with the hot honey but just the right combination of ingredients. And the side of pizza butter to dip in reminded me of a creamier better version of papa John's garlic butter. The pizza was so filling and made the perfect leftovers after New Year's Eve! Next time I will be trying a skillet cookie!

We live out of town my family order wings to go. I've had these wings many times today they tasted burnt. Like they were charbroil too long. Very disappointed.

We picked up a to-go order. The pizza was good, tons of flavors that went beyond the scope of normal pepperoni pizzas! The pepperonis were crispy around the edges-- my favorite, but the dough was still doughy- a little undercooked.. something I'm sure would have been easily resolved had we have eaten in store. My wings were juicy and full of flavor. Service was just fine, and the ambiance was what you would expect near closing time on a holiday weekend. Definitely on the list to revisit for late-night eats

Such a great sports bar! They have a great beer list, and tons of local options available. Sunday has $5 margaritas on special. They actually have a ton of great specials going on throughout the week. I love the pizza selections, and they have so many unique toppings and flavor combinations. We tried the Doctor Jones pizza with the hand tossed crust and it was excellent! Service was quick and it was a great place to watch the games. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting Crafters Pizza on 146th Street in Carmel, Indiana, and I have to say, this place is a gem! The pizza was absolutely amazing--perfectly cooked with incredible flavors that had me savoring every bite. The atmosphere was just as impressive, offering a cozy yet lively vibe that was also super family-friendly. I also tried The Gadget by Urban Artifact, a fantastic sour beer that perfectly complemented the meal. Whether you're a pizza lover, a beer enthusiast, or just looking for a great dining experience for all ages, I highly recommend checking this place out! Really hard to judge service as it was a packed house but the service provided was timely and kind!

We're on a serious search for our new favorite pizza place and tried Crafters. It was just okay as the sauce was too sweet for our liking. The search continues. The e at in the bar since the line was long. Service at the bar was very good though!

6 Chips? I've been here several times because we love it, but our experience this evening was less than sub-par. We ordered 10 wings that came with chips, dip and celery and carrots. 6 chips came with our meal. I spoke to the waiter and asked if they were low on chips but he replied, this is normal. We only give out a small handful. Then we counted them. 6! We mentioned it to our waiter again when we got the bill. My friend said, "Do you really think 6 chips is the norm?" Again, he blew us off. Other than that, love the food, vibe and just a fun place to grab a bite to eat and a beer but fix the chip situation or the customer service when we questioned it twice.

Our "Mac Daddy" Pizza was absolutely delicious and they offer a great selection of drafts served ice cold...perfect! Our server was personable, knowledgeable of the menu, and attentive at the right level. We tried Crafter's on a whim and know for sure we will be returning on a regular basis

I thought for sure I had already done a review for Crafters, but just noticed I somehow never have, which is crazy because this is a staple in our world. In my opinion, the best combination of service, taste, atmosphere for any pizza spot in Indianapolis area. We actually first tried this at a yelp event years ago, and have been regular returnees ever since. I just get a byo pizza and my wife loves the Dr. jones. The food is always consistent and great tasting. The service is always fast and welcome. You can see the owner always bouncing around helping where ever he can. They allow kids and have slings and high chairs. They have great specials throughout the week. Overall, 10/10 in my book and we will always come back.

Good choice if you're in Carmel. They have a lot of variety on the menu. The appetizers were definitely shareable. Service was good. Place was packed, so it seems to be a popular spot.

I have been to the is place so many times but never really wrote a review ! Great place for pizza and beers ! It's usually packed but on a Saturday night it's more busy than usual but you don't have to wait too long to get a table ! I wanted a light beer so tried the Shower Beer which was exactly how I expected . I wanted a personal Garden Stand pizza and my partner wanted a personal Doctor Jones pizza so they were able to customize the medium pizza in half to suit our needs ! Basically for a $1 extra we got an extra slice of pizza ! Garden Stand pizza was loaded with veggies as the name suggests! Tasty marinara sauce with lots of veggies ! It's a family friendly place and with great food , drinks and good service . If you're looking for a pizza place near 146th street definitely recommend trying out this place .

The food is delicious! There are a lot of pizza choices and so far, they have exceeded my expectations! I got the pizza cookie and it was huge - literally the length of my hand! We had the twix flavored one - great twist on the pizookie! Service was excellent each time I went, I believe I had Nathan and Casey serving the last couple of times (I could be remembering wrong!) and they were very good respectively! The ambiance was good - busy, but got a table right away regardless of group size. So glad I tried this place, will definitely come back again and again!

They say they use the toast rewards points but twice now they have not honored. First - after asking to use the points- I was told they forgot. Second time - without any notification or explanation - they would not honor due to using a cheaper coupon. We were not told anything upfront or would have not used the coupon. Also - the waitress helper just threw down one person's dinner salad 30min prior to any other food delivered. With small kids that was difficult for us. I called the manager to confirm this - and she said sorry but it is what they do. Don't think they cared or listened to the point of not explaining up front and taking care of their customers. So be it- it is their business - so just be advised especially if it is busy.

This is a new(ish) pizza place in the location where there was another pizza place. The new place seems to be doing a lot better even though it looks almost exactly the same on the inside. I think the difference is the variety of pizzas. There is a huge selection of pre-selected pies (and of course you can design your own). They also have a really good happy hour (appetizers).

Bad vibes beginning at host and in the bar. Very guest negative. Bar tender and GM not empathetic to guest experience.

Crafters is absolutely amazing! The sweet Thai chili wings and pizzas are easily among the best I've ever tasted. Combine the great food with great service, and this is an easy 5-star review. Cannot wait to come back and try different pizzas and wing flavors.

Service: The waiter serving us was very kind. Ambience: The atmosphere is pleasant, it's mostly clean, and it has an industrial vibe. The restaurant also has a sports vibe as well (plenty of TVs). Food: The food was really good. I really enjoyed my small pizza and bread. Bathrooms: The bathrooms were certainly interesting. The urinals in the men's bathroom had quite an interesting design. The bathroom was clean, for the most part, but I didn't go into the stalls so I can't rate that part. Conclusion: Overall, it's an amazing restaurant. I definitely recommend it for families who would like a pizza.

Location. Location. Location. Sad to say it's hard to visit here anymore. Though we do Love this place! The Owners are so friendly & humbled. The food... YUM! The staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Parking is terrible and the place gets packed quickly! With a lot of people comes a lot of noise... We will always visit when we can!

Good food, good service. The breadsticks and beer cheese were excellent! Jimmy Jones pizza was a good choice along with Grabdmas Money.

Consistently an excellent experience. Although their prices may seem on the higher side for a pizza place compared to some of the chains, they offer some advertised daily specials for food items, a reduced price appetizer menu posted online and throughout the restaurant for during their 'social hours', and even additional specials via email as well as paper coupons. On top of that, their food offerings are simply awesome. We have enjoyed everything we have eaten here. Our personal favorites continue to be the Baked Goat Cheese with its amazing flavors (careful, it will burn your mouth if you're not careful upon delivery to the table) and a split pizza of the Jumbo Shroom and the Mediterranean Retreat. They also have a variety of drink options as well as specials in case all of the food options weren't enough. Tough to beat a non-chain that is a supporter of the local community, serves a fantastic menu, and offers an assortment of specials if you're looking for value on the dollar.

The bread sticks with cheese sauce was incredible. Waiter suggested to get the thin crust and cook well done for our pizza. He was spot on and it was perfect.

Ordered an old world pepperoni with black olives for 5:15 pick up. Got there at 5pm and it was already ready so by the time I drove home the 3 miles it was cool. Also burnt to the point of inedible. We did eat it for dinner but threw out the left overs. It was only $22.50 so you get what you pay for. Won't be back.
