Cramim Resort & Spa

We stayed at the Cramim Hotel in the Jerusalem Hills for a weekend to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is high-end, quiet, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The food was excellent, and the pools were beautiful. We were lucky to have perfect weather in July. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Had a wonderful day. Started with an amazing breakfast. Always good at Isrotel hotels. The spa was great. The indoor pool could do with some repair. Tiles falling off. Massage was very good. The lunch at the pool was ok. The vegan / vegetarian option was not available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The pool was warm and crystal clear, and the kids loved the play area. The staff were helpful with arranging taxis and tours. Highly recommended for families.

Always excellent always an amazing stay. This hotel achieves full Marks every time. It’s just different From the peacefulness of the reception when you arrive to the tranquility of eh outdoor pool area, from the amazing restaurant to the relaxing rooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a lot of massages in my life (I go weekly), and the ones I had at Cramim Spa were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I had three different massages—one with Tulu, one with Eitan, and one with Duty—and each one was amazing in its own way. They really know what they’re doing, and you can feel the care and professionalism in every session. The whole spa is just beautiful. The views are stunning, the vibe is peaceful, and the food was delicious. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself while in Israel. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Located between grapes cultives in the hills on the way to jerusalem. Excellent facilities. In door pool and sauna, fitness room and spa. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff very kind and helpful. Very clean . The outdoor pools also great surrounded by a lot of sitting corners

Great relaxation resort.|A spa hotel, focused on high class, quiet and relaxing experience.||No kids below 10, less aimed for families, and more towards relaxation.|(We were there on week days, so only quiet adults attended).||Very service oriented and kind staff.||Very rich buffet meals, both Kosher and tasty. Vast variety of high quality food.||Great for romantic, quiet relaxation, as well as distinguished business conferences.||I highly recommend.

I really wanted to leave 5 stars because of the beautiful pool, the above average food and the overall great vibe However, I can't get past the SUPER annoying ticking noise our AC made every 65 seconds (yes, after being woken up by it - I had nothing better to do but time it 😭) I've asked them to fix it in the morning but only upon returning to the room in the evening I had to get a couple of guys to the room who did absolutely nothing It took another escalation to the manager until 2 hours later we were moved to a similar room. Just to have the SAME ticking noise!!! Oh, and this was in an upgraded Vista room. So there you go - I should have paid for a basic room and get a better experience
