Always excellent always an amazing stay. This hotel achieves full Marks every time. It’s just different From the peacefulness of the reception when you arrive to the tranquility of eh outdoor pool area, from the amazing restaurant to the relaxing rooms. Cramim have managed to make you able to be fully relaxed very quickly. Highly recommend a visit to Yoav at the wine boutique. |Well done

I loved our experience at the Cramim Resort. I was especially pleased with the high level of service and friendliness of the staff, through all teams. They all seemed proud to work there. I've never experienced such level of service in Israel. I was greeted everywhere, and everything I asked for was sent immediately to my room. This level of service is rare in Israel (unfortunately). It was also very quiet and peaceful, as children are not allowed and there were only adults (again, very rare in Israel). The design was very beautiful and dialogued with the surrounding vineyards, and there are vineyards within the hotel grounds. There is twice daily a free wine tasting workshop with an excellent maitre sommelier, which we particiated in and was very interesting. We had an early morning brisk walking tour with a sports guide at the vineyards on the hills around the hotel. The food is carefully curated with respect for the local, Arab cuisine, and with a wink to the hotel's theme - wine and vineyards. The inside pool as well the outside pool are very beautiful and tasteful, with beautiful grounds. I participated in an open yoga class with a great teacher - there are free classes throughout the day. The only thing that bothered was the room design. Although we had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills on our balcony which we enjoyed immensely, the bathroom, including the toilet, has an glass see-through wall connecting to the room, so that you have very little privacy. There was a plastic curtain you could draw, but that gave only minimal privacy and was not very hygiene in my taste.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a lot of massages in my life (I go weekly), and the ones I had at Cramim Spa were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I had three different massages—one with Tulu, one with Eitan, and one with Duty—and each one was amazing in its own way. They really know what they’re doing, and you can feel the care and professionalism in every session. The whole spa is just beautiful. The views are stunning, the vibe is peaceful, and the food was delicious. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself while in Israel. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is kept in pretty good shape. The lobby is inviting and smells nice. The rooms are small and the shower was inside of a tub. There was a curtain instead of a door for the shower. It felt a bit cheap. The pool area was crowded and messy. There were a lot of people using the hammam and the room didn’t stay hot because people kept coming in and leaving. The pool itself was nice. However it was missing tiles. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough but the sauna was nice and hot. I wish they would upkeep this hotel a little more it could be great. The location is great.

Excellent hotel. Located between grapes cultives in the hills on the way to jerusalem. Excellent facilities. In door pool and sauna, fitness room and spa. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff very kind and helpful. Very clean . The outdoor pools also great surrounded by a lot of sitting corners

The staff were amazing. Everyone was so attentive. They were all lovely and kind; special shout out to Yoav of course. You will see him doing nearly everything, he has so much information on wine and runs great workshops with lots of info! The head of food and beverage, henny was very welcoming too. Overall they aim for higher standards and meet them but there are a few things missing. Like general maintenance in the building and rooms. (Although immaculate and clean.) The guest phone didn't work, the customer service staff couldn't hear us and we barely heard them, they didn't seem happy or help.

An almost luxurious vacation A few significant hiccups that left us wanting more. The hotel location is fantastic and offers a stunning view. However the parking is a bit tricky with a narrow excess road that allows only one car to go up or down at a time. Our room was generally good, but the bathroom was disappointing. One of the walls was falling apart there were dampness on the ceiling, the mirror was crack in a lot of places, and one of the light switches was installed upside down which seems a bit out of place for an hotel as “fancy” as this one. We continued to a small lunch at the lounge bar. While my pasta dish was kind of dull my wife choice was fantastic. The service was good, and the price was more than reasonable. Our weather was a bit cold so we used only the indoor heated pool, which was very pleasant, but there is a very big amount of tiles that fell off and are wandering freely on the pools floor. The spa treatment was the highlight of our vacation a real 10/10, truly relaxing. The food is better than you would get in a standard hotel, yet it didn’t quite met my standard for a luxurious hotel. We also encountered a service issue during our dinner, we asked the head waiter about the desserts (due to some conditions that we have) he asked us to wait next to the desserts table and the chef will be right out to answer our questions, which unfortunately made us just stand there and wait and after asking for a few times if the chef is coming we gave up and went back to our seats (where no one came to tell us that the chef has arrived) and gave up on our dessert. The imperial bar was amazing, very professional and attentive staff with great prices. On a positive note the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. In conclusion, it’s often the small things that elevate a vacation from good to exceptional, and unfortunately this hotel missed a few of them, along side a few not so small things. Overall we had a nice time but it doesn’t justify the high prices that they charge

Cramim hotel was a great experience. It features cozy and spacious rooms, highly quiet and relaxing atmosphere and great outdoors. Furthermore, it spans an excellent spa with pools, jacuzzi, and sauna.
