I loved our experience at the Cramim Resort.
I was especially pleased with the high level of service and friendliness of the staff, through all teams. They all seemed proud to work there. I've never experienced such level of service in Israel. I was greeted everywhere, and everything I asked for was sent immediately to my room. This level of service is rare in Israel (unfortunately). It was also very quiet and peaceful, as children are not allowed and there were only adults (again, very rare in Israel).
The design was very beautiful and dialogued with the surrounding vineyards, and there are vineyards within the hotel grounds. There is twice daily a free wine tasting workshop with an excellent maitre sommelier, which we particiated in and was very interesting. We had an early morning brisk walking tour with a sports guide at the vineyards on the hills around the hotel.
The food is carefully curated with respect for the local, Arab cuisine, and with a wink to the hotel's theme - wine and vineyards.
The inside pool as well the outside pool are very beautiful and tasteful, with beautiful grounds.
I participated in an open yoga class with a great teacher - there are free classes throughout the day.
The only thing that bothered was the room design. Although we had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills on our balcony which we enjoyed immensely, the bathroom, including the toilet, has an glass see-through wall connecting to the room, so that you have very little privacy. There was a plastic curtain you could draw, but that gave only minimal privacy and was not very hygiene in my taste.
