What a wonderful mountain resort. It's like you have a winter park with everything to have the best time in the snow. The snow tubing was super fun, and I can't get enough from it.

I had an amazing experience learning to snowboard for the first time with Cowboy Ben! This was not only my first time snowboarding but also my first time in a snowy environment, so it felt pretty intimidating. Ben made everything easy to understand and gave me the confidence to try it out. I always felt safe with him and would highly recommend taking a lesson! He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me get comfortable on the board. I could do a few toe and heel turns on my second day thanks to Ben (will definitely need a bit more practice, but for my first time I definitely couldn’t have done it without Ben’s help!). Plus, he was super attentive—not just to me, but also to other snowboarders, skiers, and kids around us during the lesson.

I went last week with a group. We enjoyed the snow tubing and the rides. It was beautiful scenery. Also enjoyed the cafe.

We had amazing time tubing at Cranmore, the view was breathtaking. Although $49 per person for 2 hours was a bit pricey, it was a great experience.

This place is perfect for a visit any season. We went there in the summer and returned in the winter, enjoying both visits a lot. In winter, there's more than just skiing: you can go snow tubing, ride the mountain coaster, try the eagle zip line, or even take a turn on the giant swing. For skiing, they've got three lifts and two magic carpets, making it great for any level of skier. They offer a variety of lessons, including private ones, group classes, and a kids' ski camp. The camp for kids is especially good. It runs from 10 am to 3 pm and includes lunch and snacks. For our kids, the student-to-instructor ratio was 1:1, which was fantastic for learning and fun. We also tried private lessons, which were excellent. The instructors are friendly and make the experience very enjoyable. Just remember, you need to book the camp and group classes at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you're interested in private lessons, you can sign up for those just 24 hours ahead.

1st ski trip for our family. Kid lessons were good. Bill did a fantastic job teaching the 1st time adult lessons. We really enjoyed our time here skiing and tubing.

Google
I wish they still had Summer tubing. They could use another ride there. Overall it’s a pretty good time.

Abigail Sullivan

Google
Our lesson with Bill was fantastic and it was nice to be able to ski around after the lesson wrapped up. The rental boots and skis were comfortable Only thing is it was a bit chaotic to pick up the rental, but made sense with it being a Saturday over a long weekend. They advise you to arrive an hour early, but maybe just make it an hour and a half

Yelp
This is an amazing beginner's ski area with mostly blue and green runs. The ski school was wonderful. I sent 2 first time skiers to a full day and they loved it and were doing great by the end. I thought my kids would have bailed for sure, but they stuck it out, learned a lot, and loved it. The instructors were nothing short of amazing- thank you to Nathan and another instructor whose name I missed but repeatedly helped my kid up and kept him motivated. It was their "best day ever!" We spent another day tubing which was a blast and not too crazy busy, even for a holiday weekend. We also did the snow coaster and zip line which was an absolute blast. The whole family loved the coaster! I think the tubing, adventure park, and ski school were all at a reasonable price point. Lift tickets are crazy everywhere but a late day ticket discount would have been nice just to get a few runs in. Overall, it was a great weekend with their super fun, well organized ski school being the highlight. Loved it- thank you!

Bre B.

Yelp
Who doesn't want a day acting like a little kid or reliving their winter childhood dream of playing and sledding (in this case tubing) in powdery snow? Add in adult beverages (for sale nearby). What a blast!! This was a perfect way to celebrate my 60th! We had a blast!

Melissa M.

Yelp
Went last weekend for the outdoor activity and man you get so much for only $34! The alpine coaster was amazing and I could have spent my whole two hours there! The swing was a little too much and the zip line was good! The scenic chair lift up had great views. Would definitely do this again!

Yelp
Been to Cranmore a handful of times over the last few years. Skiing is always great! today-my sons binding came loose, he just needed a multi-tool or screw driver (usually carry one with us and forgot) went to the ski rental to ask for one, refused as "it would be a liability" said go to the office they should have something there. Went to the office and I wish I remembered the guys name working, but SO rude, said no we don't have that here go to the rental place, told him what they told me, he then said well you want my pocket knife? you asking me for that? Wow. well if you'll tighten the screw sure. He told me to go to the hardware store. I was baffled. Have never been spoken to so rudely before. Honestly makes me never want to go there again.

Isaac S.

Yelp
The tubing was really good. But for the adventure park it's a little unclear are tickets didn't print out from the machine so we had to wait in a 30 min line and I couldn't get more time even though that went into our time. So make so you get there early

Tina D.

Yelp
Such a fun place to visit year-round. My latest visit was in the summer. The summer mountain coaster is a blast, along with the other rides. They also have a summer concert series and amazing views!

Brenden S.

Yelp
They don't offer refunds when they falsely advertise that the one trail they have open is not for beginners. Anything to make a buck. They're stupidly expensive and don't deserve the money. Go to Pats Peak with your family instead.

Rebecca K.

Yelp
Went sledding with my family. 2 hr time blocks amounted to 6 rides down the mountain with no breaks. There was not enough staff at the top of the mountain, maybe 3 at best for 7 lanes, one lane closed and two lanes were for photos. Too expensive for only 6 runs.

G B.

Yelp
A lot to do here. We have been twice or maybe even 3 times now and it's a place you don't get tired of seeing.. We went in summer everytime but have heard equally good things about winter fun. Check it out.

Amanda H.

Yelp
We have stayed here a few times in the last 2 years and enjoyed tubing and skiing and in the summer we had a blast at the roller coaster and other activities

Ariana H.

Yelp
Hair on pillows, room door extremely hard to open, stain on towels, food and soap left in fridge, no lobby or customer service I could go to if I had a problem. brakes wouldn't work on alpine slide, then I got banned when I didn't stop it at the right time. staff on phones 24/7, freezing cold pool, chargers didn't work, you only get two keys which makes it hard when you have a huge group, and if you loose it it's $250 fine. would rather stay at hotel right next to it. 1 star

Albert S.

Yelp
Wonderful family fun. Only wish it had some more attractions. Line for zip line and swing were too long.

Bonnie J.

Yelp
Jan 2020 There were 22 of us that went tubing and skiing. It was a great time. The staff was great. The hills were awesome and the snow was great. I would definitely recommend it. They have one lane that has a camera, you scan your jacket tag and then when you get to the bottom you can see the photo. You can purchase it or you can purchase a key chain or magnet with the photo too.

Matthew B.

Yelp
My buddies and I had a great time at Cranmore recently. We ski'd at night, and while there were only five runs open, that was enough for our 4-hour window. The staff was super helpful when we arrived (it was my first time skiing there) and the views of the sunset over the mountains were amazing. I'll definitely return!

Nora S.

Yelp
My kids had a great time at the Cranmore! They enjoyed the alpine mountain coaster the most. The park is a little pricey but it's a good activity for the kids while you are in the area.

Alicia E.

Yelp
I've only been to one place to go tubing and this was the place. You go up like a dirt mountain which kind of isn't that great however it is nice because you go up the conveyor belt basically but you have to stand. However when you get up there I feel like it's very safe. Everyone was wearing mask and they were all making sure that everybody was doing what they're supposed to be doing. You go really really fast in my opinion then you have a hard time kinda stopping but they put down more mats for us to be able to stop

Andrew O.

Yelp
Came New Year's Eve. Bought tickets online in advance. Getting lift tickets was a breeze and snagged myself some free stickers at the desk. We purchased twilight passes to board from 2-8. After 4, only two trails were open, but as a beginner, it was perfect. The conditions were great and the fireworks were even better. Would love to come back and board a full day sooner than later!

Marty M.

Yelp
My son and I went skiing at Cranmore this past weekend during COVId. We ordered tickets and rentals online. I booked the rental for 10am and showed up at 9:30am. It was quick and painless. We went into one door, grabbed the ski boots and our tickets, grabbed our skis and left out another door. It look 5-10 minutes and that was only because of putting on the ski boots. Everyone at the resort was super nice and friendly. We ate lunch at Meister Hut at the top of the mountain. It has great views and the chicken finger and fries were cooked perfectly. We skied 10-4pm and had a blast. Looking forward to coming back again!

John S.

Yelp
The more I snowboard this mountain the more I like it. No it's not like some of the bigger mountains in the area with endless amounts of trails. No it doesn't get the amount of snow as the mountains north of North Conway do. But for the price of a lift ticket and what they have to offer you can't go wrong. Cranmore has so much to offer with the ski trails, snow tubing park, mountain adventure park, couple of restaurants one on top of the mountain ski and board pro shop, rentals on site. And so much more. And if it is a mild winter Cranmore has snow guns and lots of them and a team of people that know how to use them. This is a perfect mountain for beginners with plenty of beginner trails. From what I hear they have the best ski and snowboard school in NH.

Yelp
We're from Florida. Doing some local adventures. This place was such a disappointment. It's expensive as hell. Took my kids to go on the mountain coaster, tubing, swing, etc. package. Was told on the phone that the coaster was all that was available (besides skiing) due to staffing issues. Went on the coaster, ended up seeing people tubing So we went to go tubing and they closed at 6! Our passes were good from 5-6:30. The price WAS NOT WORTH just to ride the coaster. This place was so disorganized and seemed to mostly be run by teenagers who could care less about doing their job! Don't waste your time!!

Chris M.

Yelp
Our ski lessons today with John were outstanding ! We have taken lessons at other locations and they don't compare to the lesson we received here. We highly recommend anyone looking to learn to ski to come to Cranmore ask for John. John took his time teaching us more in 2 hours then we received with a half day lesson. He was able to teach us technique's to make skiing much more enjoyable!

Yelp
-----------------------------------COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE---------------------------------- Been here twice within the past month and so far I am shocked at how poor their customer service skills are; every single interaction I had with a worker there has been dispicable. If you are 16-25 years of age they treat you like worthless trash and will not give you an ounce of respect. Each person I had to speak to was unprofessional and rude. I have the NH college pass and my friend does as well. Although I have my pass, my friend has not recieved his yet (Waterville Valleys fault). He was promised by both Waterville Valley and Cranmore that if he showed the confimration email for his season pass, then he would be able to come to Cranmore. When we got to the ticket desk (after already calling Cranmore ahead of time and being told it was okay to come and show the email), we were told that we were most likely "scamming" these people and probably cancelled our season pass... You really think I would drive 3 & 1/2 hours out of the way to pull some diabolical scheme?! Couple of conspiracy theorists if you ask me. Do you really think they would say this to an older person? NO. Secondly, another friend of mine who is on winter break bought a ski pass for the day. When he went to the rental shop, he was told he had to make a resevation for skis 48 hours in advance. Seems pretty unfair that he could buy a ticket ON THAT DAY, but then not be ALLOWED to rent (ticket link never menitoned anyhting about not being able to rent). When asking polietly if he could rent, he was told no because they had to prepare for the next day...We went night skiing there was a plethora of skis available. Very dissapointed. If you have the College Season Pass, make sure you skip Cranmore. Clearly they do not mind selling it, but when it comes to honoring their season pass they do not honor their word.

Yelp
Please go check out their mountainbike courses and trails! Super fun, thoughtfully designed and really, really fun. instructors are patient, go at the course the student needs, and are encouraging yet not pushy. Everyone is super nice!

Brittany C.

Yelp
I have been coming to Cranmore for their snow tubing for many years now however, I am very disappointed in the changes made here. It's much more expensive compared to what they use to be, tubing is now up to $30 each (for adults). Cranmore also installed a new conveyor belt type system which brings you up to the top of the slopes where before, their old system had you sit in your tube and dragged you up the mountain. This old system was much safer. My friend fell hard getting onto the conveyor belt since it moves quickly and obviously our snow boots are wet from the melted snow. The worker didn't even stop the machine for a while since she was too busy talking to her co-worker! Luckily my friend was alright despite hitting her head. Lastly, there is no more going up to the 'higher' snow tubing slopes. Now, the only slopes available are the smaller 'children's ' type slopes which aren't nearly as steep and only have about 6 lanes open. Not to mention, in the past, you use to be able to slide down the slope with your whole family together. Now, they only allow 2 at a time! For the money you're spending it feels like a rip off. Especially for people like myself who remember the 'old' Cranmore. These new changes are definitely not for the better.

Darren S.

Yelp
Current process is to get a 2 hour pass good on 3 rides: the alpine coaster, the zip line (chair), and the giant swing. After reserving/purchasing a 2 hour block online-- upon arrival -- I was disappointed to find out the zip chair was not operating. To compensate, we were given lift passes to the top. The 2 hour block only allowed for 2 rides down the alpine coaster and 1 giant swing ride, so I am not sure of the value for the money. The lift was a disappointment as there wasn't really anything to do there but sit down and get a very limited snack menu (although the ice cream was good!). It was fun, just not a lot of fun...

Hunter S.

Yelp
Poor communication by the staff and half the attractions have been closed each of the three times I've came up. I would skip this if you're in the area.

Jim G.

Yelp
Staff is way too slow when loading the rides. Other mountains with Alpine Coasters kept things moving much more quickly. No souvenirs in the gift shop, only ski stuff (in August?) so my friend who collects magnets from everywhere she travels couldn't get one. Worst of all, staff was violating the posted safety rules, letting children who were WAY under the height limit (think 2 and 3 year olds) go on the rides. Cranmore needs to bring back the old Skimobile, Much more fun.

Katie W.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience! Super friendly staff, EJ in rentals was top of the line as well as his staff. The trails had 4 fresh inches of snow so the conditions were amazing! Highly recommend! Staff at the summit was super helpful when we couldn't find the trail we wanted. Overall a great experience and glad I chose Cranmore!

Dana T.

Yelp
Way too complicated to get lift tickets for a "scenic" lift ride during the summer. Need names, date of birth, attestation of terms and conditions by each party by clicking "I accept". Then typing "I agree" then typing your name. Time to update your protocol. Then after all that you get 2 hrs at the top. Bretton woods much easier and you can stay as long as you want at the top with nice hiking and a new lodge. Consider this option first if you have the time for the ride.

Nina R.

Yelp
Visited back on 2/27/2021 with my two small children for tubing and spent over 110$ for the 4 tickets. Got to the mountain and the kids were excited (we've gone before and had a decent experience)... Well there was so many people there, and the Magic carpet was BROKEN! We kept waiting and was told would be fixed any minute but free to walk up the hill. We walked in a crowd of a ton of people carrying small children and dragging the tubes (all 3, small one sat with us, other child too small to drag tube and climb up mountain)... up this giant hill to wait in line for 20minutes to go down and then catch our breath for 10minutes before hiking up the mountain again. We kept being told they were working on breaking up the ice off the magic carpet and it would be open soon, needless to say it never opened and after two trips up carrying tubes and children we were all exhausted and grouchy and left because it was way too much. I ran in at the end and waited in line with about 70 other people asking about reimbursement, i was told they could not reimburse but would tie a voucher to my itinerary number. Called just now to use the voucher and they have no record of it and all of the staff that were here last year are gone so there is nothing they can do. Will NOT be going back.

Yelp
1-Star review for the Mountain Adventure Park & Tubing & the Sliders Cafe in the Artist Falls Lodge. If we ever go back we'll call ahead to check what features are open and eat elsewhere. $50 per person for 2 hours of Tubing and unlimited Adventure rides. We only got 6 runs during our two hours and only 1 Adventure ride was open. School vacation week only 3 tubing lanes open so you couldn't get in a lot of runs. The coaster wasn't open because they had to shovel snow off the track - shoveling started at 1pm same time it was supposed to open. They should have had staff start shoveling at 12pm (it didn't even snow that morning). Soaring Eagle wasn't opened at all. The cafe at 2pm didn't have their basic advertised food ready (pizza, corn dogs, nachos). Again it's vacation week AND tubing opened at 1pm , they should have had food prepped and ready for opening.

Matthew C.

Yelp
Mountain is too small to handle weekend volume. My kids are learning and still on the bunny slopes. You can literally walk to the top of the bunny slope faster than if you wait in line to ride the "flying carpet" to the top. Kind of defeats the purpose....

Rachel W.

Yelp
Somehow I mixed up Cranmore and Attitash in my mind and we ended up here. I just about left but my family said it looked fine so why should we drive another half hour north without really knowing the difference. The best review would be if somebody has gone to both places - to offer a comparison. The desk staffer at the ticket counter was a nice girl who said we'd have fun. We got the wrist band day passes even though we really had only planned on riding a few things; because she said if we each rode three things, we'd pay for the pass. So we forked over the $$$ and headed outside. Maybe this is the kind of place where you could have a super day or a less than stellar day, depending on various factors including the weather, your expectations, the crowd, etc. Luckily for us, we got beautiful fall weather and low crowds. Matching this with my medium-low expectations, it turned out to be an enjoyable family day. Although I planned for us to stay two hours and then go to lunch, we ended up staying from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Although we planned to ride a few things, we ended up doing multiple rides on various options. The alpine slide is a fun ride for everyone in our family. This type of ride has improved greatly over the decades. The new model here has a nifty car with safety features and higher speed capability. We all rode it 6 times. This alone, made the day a success. My daughter and I tried the eagle zip chair --- it was too much for us. I guess I am not a zip line person, even in this chair format. Certainly, everybody else looked to be enjoying the thrill. It was fun to see people riding on this, and the mountain swing, and the ropes course zip lines. Just not for me. The summer tubing was simplistic but fun. It seems very low key after the thrill of the other options. It was fun to see the kids sliding down the track multiple times. They were all smiles. The chair lift was a good ride up the mountain. We saw several hikers. The leaves were beautiful. The weather was perfect. The little hut restaurant on top of the mountain had a nice deck. We didn't plan to eat here ---but the idea of french fries at that point was too tempting. The food tasted good. My photos of the food do not look nearly as appealing in retrospect as that food tasted at the moment. I guess you might not seek this as a destination lunch highlight. But it was enjoyable and gave us energy for more alpine slide rides after lunch. There were a few other things for the kids, like bouncy houses and trampolines. We grew tired from the overall environment, which is youthful and high energy. By 2 pm, we felt satisfied and ready to head out. Overall, we all felt happy with the day. Next summer we might try Attitash for the sake of comparison. I guess we'd be happy enough going to this type of place once per year. We don't usually go to "ride" places like amusement parks or water parks. For us, this was a good mix of a few thrills with the backdrop of the calmer, natural, mountain setting. If not for the alpine slide, (which was excellent), I'd probably not have invested in this experience. That was a key ingredient to my feeling that the day and money were well spent.

Yelp
My thoughts on Cranmore: 1) This was a perfect place to begin learning how to ski. Lift tickets, rentals, and even lessons are "relatively" inexpensive, the instructors are very nice and helpful (especially Rick, ask for him!), and the "green" slopes are manageable. 2) My friends who are good skiers thought Cranmore was too "easy." I don't know why I keep quoting like that. I'll stop. 3) The pub has a good atmosphere. They even had live music during the day. 4) This is a very family-oriented place. So try not to swear too much. 5) They play music on the slopes. Lots of cheesy 90s music, but that's fine with me. It's kind of fun to hear Mr. Jones while you're trying to alternate between french fries and pizza wedges. 6) Everything is close together (lifts, rentals, cafeteria, pub, etc.), which limits the amount of time you have to walk around uncomfortably like a guy in Shawshank. 7) And Cranmore has an interesting history. From Wikipedia: "Cranmore probably would have faded into obscurity if it weren't for Hitler and the German annexation of Austria, where Hannes Schneider had created his ski school. Schneider was an outspoken critic of the Nazis and they stripped him of his title in 1938... Harvey Dow Gibson arranged for Schneider's release to the U.S.... Schneider and Gibson then worked to build Cranmore into a premier ski resort destination."

Yelp
Considering I have an ugly purplish bruise under my left big toenail that's going to take roughly a year to go away (according to the medical advice on the interwebz), I still had a thoroughly enjoyable time learning how to snowboard here two weekends ago. Cranmore is bit of a megaplex with quite literally anything you could possibly need in a skiing/snowboarding resort: a large variety of slopes, short and long, beginner and difficult; a pub that serves respectable food and drink; a ski shop for purchasing equipment and odds-and-ends; lessons; and the typical rental station. It's such a sprawling affair that they have the snowmobile equivalent of hayrides to shuttle you from one end of the park to the other, too. Our two lessons with John were informative enough, and by the end of the second day, I could at least identify the errors I was making on my stance and/or balance. Not that it better enabled me to remain upright while skidding down the slopes, but I felt that I got enough out of the instruction that it was worth the cost for our discounted GET (Guaranteed Easy Turns) courses. Plus, the residual discounts from attending the classes are generous for future rentals/lift passes. And it turns out we went on arguably the slowest weekend of the year and were fortunate enough to never have to wait in a queue for ski lifts. The trails themselves were pretty light on traffic, which was a good thing for me, given I spent roughly an equivalent amount of time on my ass as I did trying to board without slamming into some pitiable unwary skier sharing my track of powder. Speaking of powder, I learned from one of the lift operators that the reason the green slope we tried was so icy and hard-packed was because a number of other trails had been closed due to strong winds, so an unusually heavy number of snow sports enthusiasts had compacted the manufactured snow into the equivalent of water-based concrete. My head definitely got well-acquainted with the slick stuff; good thing the helmet rental was included with the rest of the gear! I could see how this charming getaway could be a regular haunt for many. If I didn't have to deal with the unreliable service, I'd probably be more inclined to come back. As it was, we interacted with some super efficient and friendly folks, while other employees clearly felt they had better places to be. Maybe they just need to work out their frustrations with some crisp wintry air and a heart-thumping trip down the mountain...

Yelp
I truly enjoy Skiing Cranmore. This was my 2nd visit here, this time it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pros: the price is great for Active Duty Military, which is GREATLY appreciated! The trails are well kept and easy to get down. The Blue trails keep you guessing at every turn. The crowds are lighter than other resorts, which makes it feel like you have the entire mountain to yourself. The parking is close, no need for shuttles! The lodge at the peak of the mountain is relatively calm, making it a great retreat to grab a drink and some munchies. Cons: rental equipment cost. We had our own boots, just needed skis and poles. A full (ski, boot, pole) package is $38. If you want to just rent skis and poles, it's $38. No savings there, which is rather confusing. The skis were OK, nothing to drool over. One of the chairs shut down mid-day, so everyone crammed onto the quad. But like I said, it wasn't that busy, therefore it wasn't that bad. I will return to Cranmore several more times while I'm in the area. It's very family and beginner friendly!!!!

Stephanie Q.

Yelp
Cranmore is a great mountain for beginner skiers- lots of blues and greens. You can go to the top of the mountain and make it down using only greens, or only blues too! Let's cut to the chase: Parking: Free. There is VIP parking that is closer to the rental area, but you have to pay. The free parking isn't even far, its quite close to the rental areas. Renting gear: You can buy your tickets online in advance. I really like the way they fit you with boots. Unlike most places that just ask you for your size and throw you a pair of boots, you get to sit down here. Someone will measure both your feet, then grab boots for you. They will help you put it on!! I love this service because putting on ski boots is difficult! After that, you have to wait a few minutes for your skis to come out. They will shout out your name when it is ready. As for helmets, the guy will even help you put it on, and fasten your goggles to the helmet. What great service! For ski poles, they have many poles lengths for different heights. Overall, excellent customer service when it comes to renting gear!! There are cubby holes along the walls for you to store your shoes. Lessons: I took a lesson here. There are 3 levels, level 3 is for people who can do blues and greens. There were 6 of us in the group, so they assigned us 2 instructors. Unfortunately one person in my team could not keep up with the rest of us, and got to keep the instructor to himself. Ski Lifts: The main lift in the middle that goes straight to the top is pretty fast! The rest are slow/ average in speed. The lifts don't get too crowded, so the lines are never horribly long. Food: Its ok. I ate in the main cafeteria. I had the chilli- there are 2 sizes. Even the larger size was still too small for me. I wish I had gotten a burger or wings. The eating area also gets really crowded. I would try to go at less popular times. There is a small bar too, its not a separate bar area. Its juts a tiny bar for you to buy your beer, which you can then bring back to your table. There are 2 levels of seating area, but it was still small. Later, I noticed there were other restaurants, I might try those next time. The snow: Icy, just like all East Coast mountains. The top of the mountain was extra icy. There are places for you to do jumps as well. Returning Equipment: A breeze. I sat down to remove my ski boots, and somebody actually came over to collect those boots! It was nice to not have to carry the boots to the counter. Overall, a great mountain for beginners/ intermediate skiers/ snowboarders.

Yelp
Nice mountain, cheaper than some of the other big mountains in the area. Lots of blue and black slopes - good place to keep the intermediate-advance skier occupied. Greens for the novice/kids as well. Love the new fast chair lift, it goes up super fast and saves you lots of time. We didn't do tubing this time but I have done it there in the past and have enjoyed it. I like the alternative to skiing in case you want a variety of winter activities. Staff is nice. Thank you for having veggie burgers and salads on the menu in the lodge. Always nice to have vegetarian options, hopefully more can be added like soup and chili. Surprised the bar couldn't make me hot toddy though! This is after all winter in New England. I only wish you would have a NH college student ID discounted pass.

Yelp
Unfortunately we had a poor experience trying to go tubing with our kids on New Years Eve. We completely understand it is busy and there was a wait but they couldn't hold true to the wait time and they were not keeping track of people who were past their expired time so we were waiting due to staff negligence. After waiting for 3 hours and no end in sight we decided to leave. The two stars are for the bar tender in the Artist Falls Lodge who makes banging Bloody Mary's. We won't be back next year though due to the fact that we couldn't go tubing.

Yelp
We did the mountain Coaster, the swing and zipline. The mountain coaster was fun and can be ridden by one or two people. The swing fits 4 people. The zipline goes faster backwards than forward and 2 can go at a time. They do have snow tubing, but we did not try it. They also have sking. It is pricey for everything. They also have a concession inside which was pricey as well.

Yelp
Don't go to Cranmore during COVID. They have implemented extreme safety measures, and it makes it no fun. They yell at your kids to not enter buildings and they even make you wear a mask while trying to use the mountain biking park! They are absurd for requiring a mask when exercising.

Yelp
This review is for the summer adventure park ONLY ( we DID NOT do the Ariel park although it did look fun).... My husband humored me and accompanied me to celebrate my 34th birthday. I bought the tickets online because they were supposedly cheaper and they were still not cheap at all. I paid over $60 for two tickets valid for one day only rain or shine. I had a blast on the coaster, eagle ride and tubing!!!! I absolutely loved it and everyone working there was super friendly and pleasant! I am only rating this 3 stars because of the crazy expensive price. I would say MAYBE $15-$20 per person TOPS, definitely not the "discounted" price we paid online. I got my fill, had a blast but we won't be going back because of the price alone. If reasonably priced I could see us making additional trips there during our yearly trips to North Conway.

Yelp
We just stayed here for the weekend in the new condos they just added. The condo we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, comfy beds and nicely decorated. The staff that worked in the ticket office were not very friendly at all. Which is why I am giving this place only three stars.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came here for a valentines weekend getaway, we got two day passes for the mountain, we arrived bright and early on Saturday and spent the entire day! He is a beginner skier, it was his second time on skis! This mountain truly is a Great place for those who are just learning, they easy trails vary in size which make it easier for a person to progress comfortably. I loved the fire pits outside to warm up to! The adventure parks were a complete surprise we didn't know about and had a blast! Every single saff member we asked a question to was super knowledgable and overlay accommodating and friendly ! It was an overall great experience and can't wait to go back ! - the one somewhat negative, was there was no ski watch and they do not rent the locks, only purchase. So be prepared to ether have a ski lock or walk back to you're car if you were nervous to skit leave them outside, like i was !

Yelp
What a great experience here! First time at Cranmore and we have skied all over New England. The rental place is so proficient...they help you one on one until your done and you have everything plus very friendly. Much better than Mount Sunapee...the rental area was so disorganized and the people were pushy. Mount Cranmore is easy to navigate and great for learners. I'd come back here any day.

Yelp
Our first snowboard sesh of 2016. Cranmore staff made snow with a bit of the real deal on top. Conditions were very good. Some areas were a bit icy but overall, a great first day. Lift lines were moving, with only two, 20 minute waits. Black trails weren't open so we had some nice runs on the blues. Many of the trails are pretty narrow but some nice open runs to be found. My boyfriend had some great runs in the glades. Free basket check, fire pits and S'Mores are nice touches. EASY close parking to be found at 10 AM. Small intimate mountain, perfect for a first day of the season. Experts will likely get bored here..more skiers than boarders.

Yelp
Called to cancel reservation 3 days prior due to change in plans as a covid positive test for one of the members in party. Left 2 messages, no return phone call. On 3rd call was able to get a person. Was very shocked that there was no refund or partial refund even though the day being cancelled had plenty of snow and good weather conditions to resell the tickets. Airlines, hotels and most other businesses have been very accommodating during these times, not Cranmore.

Yelp
Great ski mountain. Very friendly. Pricing is fair. We went for the new years eve celebration and had a great time. They have constant activities for children. There is also night skiing and tubing till 8pm. Fireworks at 6pm. Smores ect..... food in zips bar and grill was very good. Id recommend their poutine.

Yelp
We went to Cranmore to enjoy some snow tubing with the family. We purchased the two hour tubing pass. They had 6 lanes open out of 11. We were only able to have 3 runs in an hour and a half. Thia is clrearly a cash cow fornthe park and there is no effort on the clinetelle and their enjoyment. They pack in the poeple and dont have adequte staff to man the rides. There were only 3 people working the 6 lanes and they had to push you to start. At times the slides were completely empty with the staff talking amongst themselves as we all waited in the cold.
