Nothing is a problem , and the Crans Montana team blend respecting your privacy to catering for your every need. Truly an unforgettable experience now on our second year visiting the chalets. Having tried 5* hotels , top catered chalets this is by far our favourite. The accommodation is of the highest standard. The incredible team ensure it is a complete personalised experience.

I was part of a group that stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration. The accommodation is fantastic. The design is traditional and stunning, the decor is very tasteful and the views are knockout. |We chose these lodges as we were playing golf at Crans-Sur-Sierre and the drive was only 10 minutes from the course.||I imagine during the skiing season this would be a wonderful location so thoroughly recommend you consider these lodges as an option.||The staff were attentive, punctual with breakfast and answered all our questions.||Already planning a return but maybe during the skiing season!

We took the Torrent chalet for a week with our young children and another family. Absolutely loved every minute of it. The place is fully furnished, clean and extremely comfortable, everything from the 5 en suite bedrooms, cost living room, great kitchen, ski room, washer/dryer, huge wine cellar, Jacuzzi, sunny garden, terraces etc...we just loved to come back to it after our day activities. Walking distance to ski facilities, ski in on your way down, this is the place to spend a luxurious time in Crans-Montana.

Our stay in the chalet was outstanding and the people are awesome and always ready to help. Mr. Michel barbato and Mr Guillanaume were very helpful and our man on Friday was Mr Leo who helped in all the things which we told him to do. Our chalet was equipped with all the amenities and the view from jacuzzi was amazing, worth going and we are waiting to have holiday again here. Keep it up 👍paresh mehta

We were a group of 8 adults and all of them liked the lodge. It has all you need, you can also order breakfast. Furniture is very stylish and modern. Location is spacious enough to host 8 pax. They also have a sauna and a whirlpool. All will be explained in details. Staff are very friendly. Every appartment also has a parking space. Can really recommend.

Really nice chalet. It's spacious, modern, very clean, well decorated. The SPA was a big plus. The situation is also great for skiers and the view is amazing. The breakfast is a bit light and the check out was pretty earlier.

This is one of the best places to stay on during your vacation in Crans-Montana. The facilities is exceptional and the view is breathtaking. Services is a 6 stars and the staff are courteous specially the General Manager Michel Barbato. This is my second time here and now planning to stay here next year.

This is really a relaxing paradise away from hectic life. One of the best hotel In the area. The service is exceptional and staff are friendly. The view out of the balcony is breathtaking. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, even with barbecue grill, jacuzzi, and sauna.
