Crave Kitchen Bar offers great food options, and the dishes are really good. However, the service can be slow, especially during peak hours. If you choose to sit outside, be aware of the many birds around. Despite this, it’s a lovely spot for couples, families, and friends. Recommended overall!

The food was excellent and I love that they're dog-friendly. The young servers were amazing and obviously love dogs. I sat outside of course, and must be getting used to the heat as I enjoyed my meal immensely. I strongly recommend this place if you're visiting the area.

The smash burger was full of flavor!! A perfect burger in every way. Hot, juicy hand formed meat patties, toasted bun secret sauce and crunchy pickles. Perfect squish-to-crunch ratio. I am in disbelief that this place was so empty at 5:00 PM on a weekday. I'm just visiting El Paso, but if I lived here I would come back to try everything on the menu.

Carla was our server, as a manager in the establishment not only was she exceptional in her service but the food was unbelievably delicious! Beyond what I was expecting. The employees were friendly and attentive!! Must give beyond the five stars! An absolute 10 stars! Highly recommend Crave off of Rojas!! Deliciously delicious! Exceptional customer service!

This place has changed. They no longer sell a pitcher for mimosas. They now use the containers that they use for water which is WAY smaller but guess what the price STAYED THE SAME (probably even increased). On Sunday Craves Instagram page always advertises $1 mimosas but never specifies that it’s after 12 pm. Great FALSE ADVERTISEMENT there. Had issues with our food but our waitress was awesome in handling that. These serving of food are smaller though…We hadn’t been here in a while and wanted to get back to it but not after this. They are going cheap on the food and that’s just sad. We give up on restaurants like that. Another one on the list :(

Churro waffles are awesome if you are into very sweet things and the sweet potato fries are quite good and crispy somehow. I've had a good number of burgers and they're all mostly solid. The regular fries are quite thin but addicting in a way and seasoned well.

First time visit and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, fortunately there was not a waiting time so we were seated immediately. We asked for the patio and right away we had iced water while we looked at the menu. Reggie was so attentive and made sure we were taken cared of. The rest of the servers were also so nice. As far as the food… Simply delicious!!! Will be coming back for sure !

The service is exceptional, the food is exceptional, and the manager Carla is exceptional. I travel 300 plus days a year, so I eat out most days, and Crave Kitchen and Bar is my favorite go-to when in El Paso. No matter what time or what day the food and service have been exceptional. If you're a desert eater, then Crave is your spot. Carla will definitely fix you up. Jeff

Wow my first time visiting crave Cafe I was so excited to try it out ginger lemonade and chicken lettuce wrap heavenly delicious I will come back again I visiting from la I recommended it the food the bomb

Been craving a Bloody Mary for weeks & when on vacation there isn't a better time! I checked yelp for breakfast / brunch spots & saw this place had a full bar and was like that's where we're going! The Bloody Mary did not disappoint, hit the spot with just the right amount of kick. Me & hubby both got the No Brainer breakfast sandwich and were surprised when I came out not exactly a sandwich more like toast with toppings. BUT don't let that deter you, it was decadent in flavor and absolutely satisfying. The fruit was ok we think they might not be in season with them being as hard as they were but what can you do! The space was clean and well kept as well as a good ambiance, and the staff were very attentive. Next time we're in the area would definitely visit again!

I was seated right away; that apart of the good. It took almost 15 minutes to be greeted; that's apart of the bad. They didn't appear to be very busy. When I was greeted, it was "What are you having to drink?" Not very welcoming. The food was good and presented well.

Our server was horrible, did not look like she enjoyed her job. She had no pleasure in serving us. Our food took 45 minutes to come out and overheard them saying they forgot about our food. I love crave but this is the worst location.

Big fan of the breakfast bowl and always like to order a churro waffle on the side. Parking can become an issue here, especially on the weekends and place is a bit crowded.

I had been to their location near UTEP years ago and happened upon their other location during a recent business trip to El Paso. The restaurant is clean, spacious and has a great vibe for lunch or dinner. Full bar and craft beers add to the nice touch too. The menu is how I remember. Eclectic and able to satisfy a variety of tastes. I had their Ancient Grains bowl with chicken. Just like I remember, it was hearty, earthy, and overall very satisfying. Very glad I added the chicken, but did think it was slightly overpriced ($6.50 for one chicken breast.) Nevertheless, it is a great spot and great option when trying to find something outside the steak and potatoes and Mexican food options in El Paso.

Worst service! One kind person in entire staff team. Everyone else had poor attitude.

Server Teresa was giving us attitude and weird looks. Not a charismatic person, she was straight up mean, terrible service. We would even hesitate to ask for napkins or more coffee. Food was very good tho, but I would prefer another server in a future:)

Excellent brunch to end our trip with. Delicious bloody Marys! Jeylin was a wonderful server. Great decorations too. Absolutely recommend.

In years past I have always thought Crave was a great place for breakfast or lunch, but recently the service has been such a disappointment. We recently went for breakfast at around 10:30 am and were told there was only one cup of coffee left because they had run out of coffee beans! Really? No one can go to a grocery store and buy some coffee beans? I have never heard that one before. Also, the toilet in the bathroom was leaking into a floor drain. This appears to be poor management. So sad!!!

Food was really great - several options for a twist on the American burger. Loved the sweet potato waffle fries. Really cute decor with good service, many drink options (including draft). I was with colleagues - we all got something different and each of us loved the meal.

Went in middle of the afternoon when real quiet. Service was great. We even had a visit from management to check. Ahi sandwich and Harvest salad both impressed.

I'd give this place a 5/5 strictly for the food, but service time could be better. Servers taking too long to take orders or to drop off the check (which correlates with them not checking on us after dropping off the food) has been a common occurrence the past 3 times I've eaten here. Other than that, the food is amazing. The chilaquiles are worth the wait, especially if you add carnitas to it. The pancakes were stale and left me disappointed, so I don't recommend those.

Service is good, servers are very attentive. The ambiance is pretty relaxed on a slow night, which is when it's quiet. On busy nights they still meet the mark, although it gets much noise. The food is ridiculously good; El Paso is blessed to have this variety added to their culinary repertoire. They have some really interesting drinks and alcoholic drinks as well. Keep in mind that service can crawl very slowly on busy nights. Normally that would bring it down by 1 star, but I think the food quality and other offerings make up the difference. Great Brunch spot. Portion size is filling. Each dish is seasoned well. The waffles should be cooked longer. The cinnamon brown butter should accompany pancakes and waffles. The mojito was amazingly delicious! The cucumber mint water is refreshing. Plenty of outdoor eating space. Service was impeccable.

This wasn't a great experience. Our waiter started off great but as the night went on it got pretty bad. Our food took an hour to come out, after thirty minutes our waiter came back to let us know that one or the dishes we ordered wasn't available. Once the food started coming out, most of it was cold. Mac n cheese, waffles, chicken, tacos, pretty cold. One of our Mac n cheese came out hot, it was really good. I loved the fries as well. When our waiter asked us if everything was alright, we mentioned it was cold and our waiter seemed like a deer in the headlights. After a second he offered to send his manager over, but she didn't come out. The waiter came back 15 minutes later and asked if we needed boxes since we were done, we didn't want to bring anything home. After 30 minutes the check stil hadn't come out. The waiter was at the bar talking with some other people, and when we went up to ask for the check he didn't seem to know that we needed one. We then asked to speak to the manager, and she came out shortly. She asked what was going on, we explained that we had cold food and before we could continue any constructive criticism she jumped in saying that they would've heated the food up had we asked but they didn't know we wanted that, and she was already planning on giving us a discount for our bad experience. The bill came out shortly, with a small discount, and added gratuity of 18 percent. I don't like not tipping, so even though I had a poor experience I was planning on tipping 10 percent. Added gratuity without making it clear from the beginning is theft.

Our of all locations I think I like this the most and it somehow has the most selection on the menu. Generally all Craves are a bit overpriced and menu could use a bit of a fresher taste but for what El Paso has to offer it is one of the "spots" and too will get a good quality meal out of the experience.

The waitress was nice, but not as attentive as I hoped for considering they weren't busy at all this particular day. The outside seating area was very bare and vanilla, but the back seating area seemed to be nicest. They should definitely switch that around. The food was below average. Waffle was flavorless and stale. The chicken was served as a very large portion, which was okay, but it would have been better if they cooked it with some seasons. It tasted like they only flavored the flour that it was battered in. They didn't have many condiment options to give it a better taste. They had hot sauce, but they only had tobasco which has an overpowering spiciness. Overall, I think they have potential which is why I give the extra star related to my experience.

Very bad service. Bad food like steak and chilaquiles. Took a very long time to get my food. Would never come back again.

Really great food, and the patio was so cute. Their drinks are amazing as well. There were only 2 waiters when we went, but they did a phenomenal job at managing all of the tables in a timely manner.

The food was so good, but for some reason I forgot to ask for Nutella waffles instead of pancakes which is why I'm giving a 4 star review.

Where's the place that has food that fuses The El Paso essence with the diverse popular recipes of the Southwest? Crave, duh!! The hardest decision of your morning, when visiting Crave for Breakfast or Brunch, is which amazing entree to choose. Everything, ( and I Do mean everything) is a great choice. So if you have trouble making choices you'll be staring at your menu for a while. Lunch has a variety of quick, yet, "made with love" plates that are a great choice for timely lunch breaks. And then, of course, their infamous Burgers never fall short of Crave's Gold Standard of Excellence. Dinner here is an experience in its own. The room lighting and ambiance mellows into a candlelit bar backdrop and creates an atmosphere of warmth, excitement, and a relaxing feeling of comfort. If you're in the mood for great food, quality service, some of the best cooks in town, a place to to visit regularly, or the best place bring someone from out of town, crave is a smart move.

Really bummed on the service here. Our server forgot a lot of stuff, food came out cold, which is a bummer because my sandwhich was actually good. It took an insanely long time to get our check and when we tried to talk to the manager she barely let me finish explaining what was wrong. Has potential, so pretty unfortunate

Waitress and setting was cool their lunch is on point also speaking from experience because I've been here before but this waffles is not cooked thoroughly. I thought I was trippin. I asked the waitress for another one (thank you) but the other came and it's the same texture. The country potatoes are great the egg is so so. The chicken breast was not seasoned and the batter tasted of pure flour. There was no seasoning at all to the chicken. My two stars is for the waitress. She was very busy but made sure I was good. Also one of my potatoes had a hair follicle on it. I don't think I'll ever be back. However thank you for your hospitality. My advice... please stop making your waffles with water.

We were driving through Texas and stumbled across these cool place called Crave kitchen and bar. The ambiance is very nice not very bright but there's plenty of light to see your food. The food was great. The portions are more than plenty for one person. You should definitely try it if you are in Texas.

The staff was extremely undertrained & lacked bare minimum customer service. I asked about dairy in several dishes and the server quite literally said "we aren't too sure". Do not visit if you have allergies. This is very dangerous & really basic knowledge for a restaurant to have. They were out of at LEAST three dishes & one beverage. It took nearly an hour to receive food & it was all completely cold to touch. When we spoke with the manager she cut us off & would not let us finish our constructive criticism. With built in gratuity? Would not revisit

This place is amazing!!!! I can't understand why it doesn't have a much higher star rating average. It makes no sense. 7 stars from the pickiest foodie ever!!!! I almost didn't come because the star rating wasn't too high. I'm glad I trusted my gut. I'm in bliss.

First time here and will definitely be my last. Hash browns came out still crunchy and white as can be. The pancakes and sausage were cold. It took forever to get out food for it to be ice cold. Honestly only thing good was the strawberry basil lemonade.

Great waitress! Greasiest chicken and soggiest not well cooked pale waffles ever and a side of burnt asparagus. The waitress was nice enough to ask to have them recooked. But one I don't send food back and two I couldn't eat anything with burnt flavor stuck in my mouth. My best part I said no thank you and we I got my bill I paid the whole meal. Never ask to com or charge the half. Instead I got charged 23$ for a basket fri3s and chicken breast! Sad but being stationed here I would know never here again. I give 5 stars to our waitress. I gave 3 stars to the restaurant only because my son liked their salmon!

Not very good, staff not very friendly. The food taste is too overpowering. Everything is either too salty or too sweet! Not going there again. Sorry not sorry!

The food is always so delicious! Their service is pretty great and quick about everything. I enjoy the ambiance and love bringing my visitors.

I love the ambiance of this place. Delicious drinks. The burger with the pineapple is remarkable with Sweet potato waffle fries. Excellent meal. Left me satisfied and happy. The people are great and service is fast.

Since moving back home to El Paso l've been wanting to try this locale. I enjoyed the modern decor as well as the food and pleasant staff! I'll definitely be back to support this locally owned establishment. Try the Pesto Chicken Sandwich!

I visited this restaurant while visiting El Paso and I have to say that the food here is really good. The group I went with tried various dishes so that we could all sample each other's . Some dishes that we ordered were the Chicken and waffles, Chorizo and cheese rolled flautas, 808 Burger, Grilled Mahi Tacos and more. Each of us were pleasantly surprised at how great all the food was. What gave this restaurant 4 of out 5 instead of 5 out of 5 was the customer service. We had to wait for 45 ministers (which was not a big deal as we were all talking and such) but then when we sat down our waiter had a very "don't ask me to do more then the bare minimum attitude". He served us and was not rude but he did not like to be asked for additional things. The food took forever to come out as well but it was at least still warm. Overall the food made up for the lack of customer service and I honestly think we would visit again to give their customer service another chance.

My husband and I ate here for dinner last night with two other couples. We ordered the lettuce wraps and bacon wrapped shrimp for appetizers, my husband ordered the smash burger, and I ordered the "best ever fish tacos". The bacon wrapped shrimp was ok, a little over cooked, I've had better. The chicken served with the lettuce wraps definitely DO NOT go together. The chicken is fried and the seasoning is good but it would be better served with some white rice rather than with lettuce. My husband said his smash burger was good....Now, for the huge disappointment. The "best ever fish tacos" are made with cod and topped with chipotle mayo and cabbage. These are NOT the best ever fish tacos as it's described on the menu. The corn tortillas tasted like they just came straight out of the package without being heated up, pretty much just tasted like cardboard. The fish had absolutely zero flavor at all even with the chipotle mayo, it still had no flavor whatsoever. And the cabbage! They literally threw a whole pile of cabbage on top of all of the tacos to the point that you couldn't even see the tacos underneath. At first I thought, maybe this is just MY tacos that don't have flavor, but NO. The two other ladies we were with also ordered fish tacos and they both said the same thing, it had no flavor. I was so excited to try these tacos, I'm mean come on, when you're advertising it on your menu as the "best ever fish tacos", one has to assume that they're going to be really good. But, it was the most disappointing fish tacos, I couldn't even finish one because it was so terrible. Oh, and the cherry on top of this whole disappointment was that our waitress was high as a kite (idgaf if you want to get high, but come on, at least do it on your own time and not while you're working). Each time she would disappear and come back to our table, her eyes would be smaller and smaller and she kept talking slower and slower. She served us the appetizers and disappeared for a good ten minutes and never gave us utensils to eat the apps with, no napkins, nothing. Anyway, I really hope she got home safely with being as high as she was. I do not recommend this place to eat. It was not worth the price we paid for the meal and the 18% gratuity that was automatically added to our bills. The ambiance and decor aren't great either. I wanted to like this place but, this is the second time we've been here. The first time we went for lunch, a whole year ago, and I remember not liking my food then which explains why I never went back but the couples we were with wanted to go this time so I figured I'd give it another try. Still the same disappointing food, I will never go back to this place again.

Food is not bad, but ain't very good either, though for the price you expect more. Waiter was friendly but not very efficient. The place did look good though. I might give it another chance, but not in the near future.

I'm surprised I haven't written anything on Crave! I've been a few times. My last visit there wasn't my favorite. To be honest, it was pretty forgettable...unfortunately. :( I came with a friend and her son for breakfast. Actually they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. We got there at around 10:45. I was kind of disappointed about that but oh well. Me and my friend still ordered a churro waffle. It's offered under the dessert section. It was just ok. The thing I liked most about it were the two scoops of cinnamon gelato. It was delish! The waffle sort of tasted stale and wasn't warm. The waffle was $9. I think that's kind of pricey. I expected a bit more. The waitress took a long time to take our order and even longer to bring the food. The other times I've gone for dinner were much better. The food and service were better. I'll think about going back in time.

Stopped here as I was shopping close. Sat outside and enjoyed the fish tacos with mac and cheese and asparagus. What an amazing meal. Danny was my server and was phenomenal. Actually, so good, I came back to sit outside later and enjoy a beer. Amazing food and better service.

I'm sitting in Crave at 8:56 in the morning. I ordered the chicken and waffles, the server said the chicken batter is not ready. There is no excuse not to be prepared to serve everything on your menu. The coffee is served from carafes and the coffee is NEVER hot. On top of everything else, they served us burnt bacon.

Great atmosphere and great old music to get you ready for your day. Volunteering at a food bank and wanted to get some real breakfast, and found this place in route. I have the scrambled chorizo, tried to get something I know my wife would push me to hav, something different lol.

Food is always so delicious! Never disappointed with anything we order. Will definitely go back when we are in town

Is been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now and am glad I finally got to have a take out meal from here recently. The only downside was a friend brought me the carryout meal and Crave didn't include plastic ware for the two meals he ordered. I didn't get a chance to eat the salad until hours after it was delivered so I was worried it wouldn't be very good. To my surprise the 5 pieces of jumbo shrimp were still moist and fresh tasting atop a still crisp and fresh Bibb salad. The feta and dried cranberries paired well with the lemon vinaigrette dressing. I look forward to coming here in person to try other menu items.

Disclosure: Crave has been one of my favorite local spots for years (Cincinnati, Resler, the Fountain, Rojas - no difference), but for some reason I've never written a review. After work this past Friday, we dropped by the Rojas location for dinner. The place was packed & busy as usual but you come to expect that... I wanted to try something new so I ordered the "New" Roasted Red Chile Chicken with a side salad and the roasted Borunda corn. The chicken appearance looked great (as you can see in the accompanying photo) & I really liked how crispy the skin was. The red chile sauce had good flavor. The sides were great as always, and my multiple refills of coconut iced tea helped to wash it all down. Service was on point too - it remains one of my favs in town...

Had the Carnita Hash this morning. Stopped here for breakfast after dropping vehicle off for service. The Carnita Hash is outstanding, pork was tender and flavourful, included hominy, shredded cabbage and topped with sliced avocado. Add a flour tortilla, great meal. And of course, BEER!

Nice Place. Very busy most of the time but the food is good. We eat there for breakfast.

Great local brunch, was in town for three days and ate brunch here every day. When I go back to El Paso will definitely stop back by.
