Walked in and was immediately able to sit. Place is cute! The lady immediately took my order since I knew what I wanted. Waited for my water… and waited longer…meal came out about 10 minutes after order taken. It was served by another waitress and I had to ask for my water in which she did (not my waitress). Ate, sat there about 5 minutes after I was done eating waiting for my waitress again that was just standing at the podium taking and looking at her phone or something on the podium. I finally just got up and asked for a box for the Mac and cheese and my check so I could pay. Service was lacking by the girl I had. Now for the food..Had the Eggs Blackstone (their version of egg Benedict) with the Mac and cheese side. The dish was ok. Not my favorite. The bread tasted weird so I took that part out. The ham was very thinly sliced. I think it’s the Black Forest ham but the sandwich meat and it was not a lot of it. Like one MAYBE 2 slices. I was so excited to come and try this place out but I will most likely not be back.

I am usually a big fan of Crave, and used to love stopping by the one near home with my mother. But this particular branch is not really my vibe. I usually have meetings right after lunch, and am usually not too bothered by wait times but when a place is so small, you'd think things would be more organized. We visited twice, with one visit ending before we got to order because it took an hour to even order food. The second visit, we actually got to have some food, but the wait was quite annoying yet again. I had assumed two hours would be enough for a lunch break given other restaurant wait times, but once more, it took an hour for someone to come take our order after they had seated us. The food arrived much faster than the table service, but at this point I was going to be late for my meeting and had to eat in a rush. I will say that the food is not bad, but it isn't absolutely wonderful either. They are average tier soups and sandwiches at best, and definitely not worth waiting an hour and a half for. Overall, I don't recommend this restaurant unless you have a lot of time to kill. The food will be tasty, but you'll definitely be wondering why you didn't just go home and make the same thing for less trouble.

I have always heard great things from coworkers about this restaurant, so I finally decided to give it a try for a weekday brunch and I am so happy I did!!! The food was amazing, large portions, perfectly prepared. The Churro waffle was simply amazing, and the Club sandwich I got to go for dinner later was Great as well, the garlic aioli was delicious, the sweet potato waffle fries are crisp and delicious and the marshmallow dipping sauce that comes with them is incredible. The highlight of the whole experience however was the server Sarah. She was attentive, had great recommendations and her service was so personal and professional. My drink never even got close to being empty and everything I could have possibly needed she had already thought of and had ready!! I will be back again for the cuisine and service. If you do go you won’t be disappointed and ask for Sarah !!!

Great customer service, good and atmosphere. I love that the music wasn’t being blasted and we could have a conversation. Our waitress was fantastic! Definitely will be visiting again.

I ordered the green chile chicken n waffles. One of the chicken breasts was still pink so my server said she would have it remade. They literally threw the same breast back in the fryer and brought it out. Just think its gross, my fork had already been in the chicken and I imagine the fryer is used to make multiple things.

Hella portions. Super delicious, great price for the portion sizes, and welcoming environment thanks to our server, Robert! Might move to El Paso for this place.

I came back to edit my review previously overall 5 stars, food, service and atmosphere. This time I had a to go order and ordered the harvest bowl, one of my favorites for lunch. I was highly disappointed! The salad didn’t have kale, mint, and the sweet potatoes where not thoroughly cooked. You can see in the picture below. The pork hash never fails! Had just the rite amount of spice! Definitely my favorite if I’m craving a bulky breakfast because it comes with a side, I had the blueberry pancakes which also never fail! They are fluffy with a vainilla flavor and the lemon curd with the blueberries give it a special taste! My favorite place for breakfast if i am feeling like something heavy.

The entire experience was wonderful, from the delicious food to the attentive service to the charming ambiance. We really loved dining at Crave. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service and food was great. We sat at the bar to sit and watch the game and the bartender was very attentive and easy to talk to.

On our way back from DTEP, we stopped at Crave for a bite. We were seated pretty quickly. They do have Kids' menus. Though it was later in the day, Crave gives off brunch vibes and has all day breakfast if that's what you're in the mood for. This location, on Sunday did not have alcohol to make mixed drinks. They did have beer and wine and so I tried a wheat beer from an EP brewery, Aurellias Bottle Shop and Brew house on Resler. It was fine, maybe it was not cold enough. There was a subtle hint of pineapple orange in my Cactus Squeeze. On this visit, I ordered a Chile Bomber Burger, which is a bacon cheeseburger with roasted hatch chiles, jalapeno, grilled onions, , garlic aioli and habanero cream cheese. I had them with waffle sweet potatoes. Note: the sweet potatoes came with amazing cinnamon marshmallow sauce that just made everything taste awesome. It was really rich, you only needed a little dip to wake up your taste buds. The sashimi style Tuna ceviche looks really lite. That's why it's on the shareable, but the sauce makes it. The Roasted Crispy Brussels were good. The right amount of roast blended with the right amount of almond slivers and bacon and balsamic. Josh was an awesome server he treated my family very caringly. He answered our questions. He offered to change food if we didn't like it, and made smart suggestions that helped with our kids' palates. They have parking spaces out front. It was a success.

We arrived after my night shift around 8 o'clock in the morning, and there was only one other person in the restaurant. We thought it was closed. But I think it was just very early because as we left, people started arriving. We were going to go to the gym, but I decided I wanted a little bit better food. Was very attentive, service was very good, the food was very good and hot. Very tasty. It's a very small place, I'm not sure if they have seating in the back but it's our first time there. you have to pay the meter to park.

Good food fresh new takes of old fashion dishes. Service friendly and quick. Great burgers

We waited for 20 min just for the waitress to take out order , it took 55 min for us to get any food the place was empty 2 tables outside and us 3 inside . The waitress said that they had a very large order and i asked who order that there is only 3 tables , she said online order ... wow how are you going to care about the online order before your clients that are in the restaurant . We wont be coming back .

Everything was pretty solid about this spot! It's a lot smaller than expected - about 8 tables. But we had great service from our waitress. The white wine sangria wasn't our favorite, we prefer it sweeter but it was worth trying for the family. All of our food rocked and the portions were perfect.

Food was great. Service was great. Ambiance was inviting. I think I'm willing to return.

Not family friendly, showed up as a group of 4 with two infants. There was absolutely no room for the babies so we were turned away.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a week and ate here almost every day. The food was good but the service was even better. We had bottomless coffee, which was actually good coffee, and refreshing mint or watermelon waters every time we went. Everyone was nice and if you're lucky you'll get Thomas as your server. He was very friendly and didn't miss a beat. Always refilled our coffees and waters. Thank you Thomas! Xavier was also very nice and awesome. They took great care of us. If they serve you, be sure to tip them well!

Their breakfast/brunch, one of the best! Hamburgers, pancakes, Mac and cheese are delicious, 100% recommend

Waiter was wonderful and quick. We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp starter and entrees. Shrimp arrived looking and smelling delish! Hot to the touch. One bite and could tell immediately the shrimp was frozen and at first glance they were grey and uncooked. We left immediately. I don't want rushed raw food. Have had several great experiences here. Not sure why it was rushed out tonight.

Crave Kitchen and Bar In El Paso, TX, a nice restaurant with exceptional food. We got in late and did takeout. Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffles was good, solid meal. Chili Burger Bomber roasted Hatch Chili, Grilled Onions, Peppered Bacon and Garlic Aioli. Burger was great with the batch chili's, bacon and garlic aioli. Highly recommend this burger. Not a knowledgeable person of El Paso, but the food was a winner.

I recently went to Crave. It was amazing! Definitely a great spot to relax outside and have great food and drinks. The service was fast and friendly as well!

It was very busy yesterday afternoon when my partner and I came in. We got sat outside, I would not recommend sitting outside because there was constant mist on us. Order the chicken lettuce wraps and for them to vegan they were delicious. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken was a tad bit dry. The macaroni and cheese were very good! My partner ordered the blackstone eggs and he enjoyed it. The pina colada mimosa was also very delicious.

What a fun trendy restaurant! It was so crowded that we ended up in the outdoor dining area in the heat of summer, but totally worth it! The food took a while to come out but was so yummy!! I had a refreshing watermelon margarita that was perfect for beating the heat! I'll definitely come again!

Food was absolutely delicious. I had the turkey and egg white sandwich. The mimosas could be doing with more champagne and less of the OJ though. I will definitely be back.

Best shrimp and ribeye steak tacos we have ever had. They were beyond delicious. Waiter was very polite and attentive. This is a must visit restaurant when visiting El Paso. Ambiance was quaint.

A little crowded and difficult to maneuver when filled with customers but what a great place. We had the chile bomber burger and the ancient grains salad along with their phenomenal French fries! Our server was outstanding and the service was pretty quick. Did I mention that this was REALLY GOOD FOOD?! It really was. I know nothing of other locations but, this location in El Paso was absolutely delicious. I'll be heading back next time I'm in El Paso.

This is my go to spot ANYTIME I'm visiting El Paso. Love the food and the variance between the different locations.

Took my brother from Wisconsin to Crave on Resler. He asked for a vegan burger, I asked for a medium rare beef burger, which was over cooked. An hour later they still couldn't prepare a medium rare burger for me so a We left and my brother just left his cold vegan burger after we had to pay entire tab. Won't go there again

Matt and I enjoyed the food. Even though it was 100° on the patio it was strangely cool. Unfortunately, the girls were not with us.

Food is great in my opinion! Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait so I would call ahead or get there earlier but overall, I would totally go back here and love the food!

Food was amazing. Was skeptical since I saw it was a chain, but the food was absolutely great. Best shrimp tacos I think I have ever had. Ahi Tuna ceviche was delicious, buddy loved his burger, and the sweet potato waffle fries were a great surprise. This venue was pretty small. Service was great, take their recommendations!

The food and service were amazing, went with my family and we all ordered different dishes, all of them were incredible. I ordered the Tuna Poke Salad and it was so good that I didn't want to finish it.

Crave was amazing! Sat outside on their patio and had a great brunch! Monte Cristo was was delicious especially with the powdered sugar. The potatoes were perfectly crispy and the ketchup had a nice kick. Jam on the side was also tasty. This was our first time at Crave but we kept having passerby's ask what our churro waffles were. Thought that was funny but also heavily recommended it as it was very satisfying. You really can't miss with any of the items on the Crave menu!

Pretty good for a casual quick bite. We went around 1pm on a Saturday and were serving off the brunch menu. They weren't too busy and were able to seat us immediately. The restaurant itself was a little tight, but had seating inside and outside. I got the cubano and fries, which were yummy! The cubano was delicious and had a delicious chipotle mustard mayo that made the sandwich that much better. The shoestring-style fries had a seasoning similar to tajin. Side notes: - Their breakfast items looked really appetizing as well and we'll likely go back to check them out! - Parking was a little tricky and we ended up parking in a deck nearby. - There are a couple locations around EP, so there may be one closer to you than this location. Although this location has plenty of other businesses nearby to check out, especially if you want a drink.

I usually go often for breakfast, which is awesome. They have a well thought out menu that is delicious. On the healthy side, I recommend the Protein Oatmeal, and on the not so healthy side, the No Brainer, which is a decadently savory breakfast sandwich, it is amazing. The decor is trendy yet cozy. This is truly a neighborhood bistro that you will love. The morning staff are the best! They make you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Robert, Liz, and Melanie are wonderful. The service manager has really created an atmosphere of customer service that can not be said for most other restaurants. The service is why I keep going back.

First of all the waitress spilled hot water on my brother in law and said, thats normally not like me. However didn't bother to say I''m sorry. Second when we were ordering we wanted a side of Hatch Chile (as mentioned in the menu - Green Chile Macaroni and cheese; Chile Bomber Burger with roasted Hatch Green Chiles) The waitress (kept saying "for sure" said all they had was Toreados. Not Hatch Chile. She said the menu had funny stuff in it. The food had good flavor, however burgers were undercooked even though we asked for medium well. After we ordered we never saw the waitress again. Apparently she left. The new waitress was nice. But I must say that Thomas went above and beyond by checking in on us several times and clearing our plates. Thomas would make a great waiter! He has a nice smile, is attentive and polite. I would be willing to try other locations to see if the service is better. Heres hoping they have several "Thomas'" waiting on us.

The food has gone downhill for a couple of years now. The protein portions on salads is very small and the prices are really high. They add a bunch of fees at the end of the tab and it's worse with pickup orders. It starts of with a takeout fee that runs in the $10+ range with a takeout packaging fee as well and then they add an included 18% gratuity when you have a 6 or more item order which I understand when being waited on but on TAKEOUT?!?!? I get that it's a business and you have to make margins but robbing your customers with fees when you charge almost 40 DOLLARS FOR RIBEYE TACOS is just ASININE!!!!!!

My family and I have a constant love/hate relationship with this place and despite their new location, it doesn't seem like anything has changed. It is consistently a hit or miss: for example, I had a great breakfast (green chilaquiles) one month and the next time I went, dinner was atrocious. I'm talking about COLD but burnt food and terrible service, all while paying way too much money. Maybe it should just stick to being a breakfast/lunch place because it seems the entire staff is done by dinner time. Husband and I finally decided we're done giving this place chance after chance.

If you like tofu and things like that, then it is perfect. But if you are more down to earth like me and all you want is tacos or meat...than you will find it but you will be dissapointed, This place is to young people. There are better places in the city and with better food.

Yummy food. Their chicken lettuce wraps are super tasty. I will definitely go again. Their drinks are super generous. The restaurant is more new American if anything nice ambience. Good place to catch up with a friend.

I ordered the tuna ceviche it was very different but it was delicious I will go back if I ever in El Paso again. The waitress were very nice but she got me the wrong dish, she didn't confirmed. Over all was good

I couldn't stop myself!!! Fun, energetic and relaxing vibe set for both indoor and outdoor. Food was excellent, music in the background set a great tone and ambience. The service was on point. A must stop while in El Paso. The UTEP view set it off as well.

I saw others evidently enjoying plentiful portions of food. But I cannot say anything about the food that we ordered, because the staff failed to communicate the order to the kitchen, so the food never arrived. Another issue is that the menu is not particularly inclusive. Customers who eat no meat or dairy foods will find a few almost-vegan dishes on the menu but very little to choose from without asking for alterations. Our waiter said dairy ingredients could be removed, but did not say that any plant-based substitutions would be made. Finally, there are 2 single-occupancy lavatories, so there is no obstacle to allowing anybody to use either of them, but instead they are labeled "men" and "women", with the result that people who need to use a toilet are waiting in line when one of the toilets is available.

Photos look good but the food is just meh. Was expecting something more with the chilaquiles, but it wasn't much other than fried tortilla strips with salsa and some eggs. Like a breakfast nacho skillet. Was hoping for a protein or a heavier carb or something to provide a bit more bite to the dish. The churro waffle definitely is more dessert than a breakfast and looks good but there should be something salty or something that offsets how sweet it is. They were busy but not so much so that the order should have come out correctly or at least asked how everything was tasting. Asked for a side of hash browns and no onions; but the chilaquiles came with onions and no side. Can't bat a 1.000 everyday, hopefully I'll be back to try something else.

The food was delicious The service from beginning to end was amazing The ambiance aside the smell of good food was eye opening. Thank for your service when I brought out of town family members. The bar drinks were delicious and mouth watering.

Crave is a brunch staple here in EP. Nothing too fancy or crazy, but I do love the green chili that they added to their gravy and Mac and cheese which makes it unique and something different than anywhere else. It's definitely a place to get your mimosa fix too!

The first time we went we liked it so we returned. This time when we walked in there was a 4 top table open. There are only about 15 tables in the place. The hostess told us there is a 10 minute wait, we asked about the empty table and she explained the cooks were understaffed and there was a 10 minute wait. We said we understand and don't mind the 10 minute but can we just sit at that table during the wait. She smiled real big and sarcastically stated no you can not there is now a 15 minute wait. ...Too many places with better service to chose from so we spent our money elsewhere. Because our first visit was great but the second was a waist of our time I rate it in the middle. We won't be returning.

Came into town for football (Go Irish!) and chose to eat at Crave. We were not let down! They were busy, and we waited about 20 minutes but our waitress was amazing. The seating is a little cramped, but the whole place is a vibe. We ordered, bacon wrapped shrimp, shrimp ceviche tostadas, sweet potato waffle fries and a country club sandwich. The bacon wrapped shrimp was a little too crunchy, but the chipotle aioli was so delicious! Shrimp ceviche tostadas, I have no other words, but epic; the citrus aioli was nothing more than amazing! Lastly, the sweet potato waffle fries, with the cinnamon yogurt dip was just the perfect ending to a great night.

Great fresh food. Was a bit tired of Mexican and BBQ. Good service and nice ambiance as well!

Ordered strawberry and banana crepes; both blah. Wife ordered avocado and hummus toast; not chunky avocado, rather just a thin spread (maybe 1/2 tsp). Positives, excellent customer service and coffee was great. Food - 1 star Service and coffee - 4 stars

The menu looks great. Wish we could have eaten there. We put our name down and was told 30 minutes. They got backed up because they were serving call in orders over in person customers. They may have been having a bad day and perhaps short staffed. But we never even received a call to say a table was ready or not. Boo!
