I’ve been going to Brooke for over a year now, and she is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail is unmatched—she takes her time and always makes sure every nail looks perfect. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. She’s the best. Highly recommend!

This is how my nails look two days after I got them done and it took two hours to get my hands done alone. I called the salon to let them know and they were rude and said “okay we will keep that in mind” and didn’t offer to try to correct it or anything. Also got an express pedicure and they didn’t not complete the full service. Would not recommend, staff spent more time gossiping between each other than assisting.

I absolutely love Crave! They are the nicest and do very high quality services. I go there for all of my needs. I’ve tried a number of people, and Brooke is the absolute best nail tech and kindest person!

Brooke did an amazing job on my nails! I’ve tried many different types of nail extensions but acrylic seems to work best for me. Brooke listened to my needs and executed perfectly. Her expertise and attention-to-detail exceeded my expectations!

I brought my wife here as a little surprise treat after a long week, and I have to say—we were both blown away by how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The space was clean, calming, and had a really relaxing vibe. My wife was a little indecisive about what style she wanted, but the nail tech was super patient, gave great suggestions, and absolutely nailed (no pun intended) the design she chose. She walked out with the biggest smile on her face—and let me tell you, I got some major bonus points for bringing her here. Her nails looked flawless and she couldn’t stop showing them off the whole weekend. It’s not every day you find a place that combines skill, service, and atmosphere so perfectly. We’ll definitely be coming back (and maybe next time, I’ll even get a pedicure too 😄). Highly recommend!

First the staff was very kind and made you feel very welcomed! Everything was clean and very luxurious! However i left with my foot cut up/bleeding and about 5 cuts in my hands. It was my first Russian manicure so maybe it isn’t for me - very painful and again left bleeding in multiple places. But also the gel 4 days later is already peeling off… I’m not sure what happened with the pedicure but the lady kept using the stone on my foot to the point that I have a huge cut that is now a blister. Then right after my appointment I got an email that my appointment was canceled and my deposit of $0 wouldn’t be refunded…even though I didn’t cancel and I paid a $19 deposit. I would maybe try this spa again because again the staff was so lovely and the spa itself was beautiful!! UPDATE: the customer service here is amazing!! I was contacted immediately about my deposit not being credited and was given a gift card to come back! Communication was great and I’m excited to go back and give it another try! :)

HORRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after what happened here. I booked a head spa treatment and recieved the worst service ever. What made things worse was the way management responded afterward: dismissive, unprofessional, and, once they realized they had no defense, downright mocking and extremely rude and belittling. I’ve attached screenshots to show exactly what I mean. As soon as the session began, the provider told me she wasn’t feeling well because she was hungry. I offered to wait or even come back later so she could take a break, but she replied, “My manager will kill me if I do that.” I genuinely felt bad for her, but that’s not something a client should be told right before a treatment. As the session continued, it became clear that the issue wasn’t just her being unwell, it was that she simply didn’t care. She was completely disengaged and showed no professionalism. That’s what pushed me to contact management afterward. During the treatment, she admitted she didn’t remember the routine because it had been a while, and then pulled out her phone to read instructions from the spa’s website while performing the service. The package I booked the “Awakening Head Spa” was supposed to include a head, neck, and shoulder massage. That massage lasted maybe a minute, and she was also incredibly rough with my hair, yanking and pulling hard enough to cause discomfort. And although I declined a blow dry, I wasn’t even offered a towel. I had to get dressed with water dripping down my back and legs. Right as I was about to leave the room, she rushed back in, apparently after the manager reminded her to brush my hair. While doing it, she made a very unprofessional comment saying that “They ask us to do this, but I don’t understand it. Clients have hands; they can literally brush their own hair”. That was extremely rude especially for a treatment centered around scalp and hair care. But what truly shocked me came afterward. When I contacted management to explain everything that had happened, they told me they had reviewed video and audio recordings of my session and found “no evidence” to support my concerns. The problem is, this session took place entirely in a private treatment room, one where I undressed and where other private services such as waxing are offered. So either they were bluffing about having recordings (which is manipulative and emotionally upsetting), or they do record inside treatment rooms, which would raise extremely serious, and possibly criminal, legal issues. When I brought this up in a follow-up message and referenced relevant Florida laws protecting client privacy, they changed their story; claiming the rooms were not under surveillance which contradicts their previous claim of reviewing the recordings of the session. These two statements cannot be both true. And when they ran out of excuses, they resorted to mockery. That level of petty, condescending behavior is completely unprofessional and only reflects the same lack of care and respect I experienced in person. Again, I’ve attached the screenshots.

The staff is knowledgeable and super attentive! I got the best facial, enjoyed a glass of wine while having my feet loved on! Thank you crave I will be back soon and often

The place is really cute, but the music they were playing... I heard every swearword under the sun. Definitely would not bring kids here. The staff also talked negatively to each other about other staff members and customers. It took two hours for a manicure and the polish chipped off by the next day. Lots of potential.

Brooke is absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, the heart of the business! She always provides top-tier service and makes every visit enjoyable. The pricing for Gel X is great, but if you're considering the Hybrid Gel, be aware that adding a gel color comes with an additional fee--which isn't always made clear upfront. It would be helpful if this pricing was more transparent. While my experience with Brooke has been fantastic, I did have my nails done by the owner once and wasn't a fan of how she spoke to her staff. She may have a naturally sarcastic personality, but to customers, it can come off as rude. Overall, the quality of work here is excellent, and if you book with Brooke, you're in great hands!

I walked in when they opened and was able to get a nail tech right away. The facility is clean and well kept and Aileen made sure I was comfortable. My pedi was great, and two weeks later still looks new. I will say I was a little surprised when there were several color choices I made that were not available, but was able to find another color.

Super clean, spacious relaxing spa. Love it here. They have sooooo many colors and top brand names polishes to choose from. Facials are amazing too

Love love love this salon!!! Jennie and her techs are fabulous. There are so many services and reasonably priced. The membership options are absolutely worth it and they are always looking for new services to offer! Just go, you will love it!

First visit was good. Hard to reach, cancellation policy is super uptight. They need a better desk lady to properly communicate information so there's no confusion.

I always enjoy seeing my crave techs. I come in every other week for a manicure and pedicure. They make sure all my needs are met . Love the atmosphere...

I received a gift certificate for $50 off a head spa so I thought I'd try one for the first time. When I arrived, my technician (nice enough young man) checked my scalp with a camera scope in the bathroom and showed me how dirty and flaky my scalp was. Perfect, I was excited to get it clean. The bed was comfy and had a massage feature which was a nice touch. The next 15 minutes was spent trying to get the water the right temperature. Not his fault, the plumbing needs some work. He applied a series of serums(?) which was fine, did a brief neck and shoulder massage (lovely), and tried to use some device that was too rough so he stopped when I asked. I suppose this is the point of a head spa but since I declined, the rest of the service felt like getting my hair washed. If you can handle tough love for your scalp, I'm sure this is an effective treatment but I couldn't tell much of a difference when all was said and done. I do wish the massage could have been extended due to the delay with the water temperature but maybe he was on a strict schedule, IDK. The salon itself is pretty, it has trendy decor inside. The vibe is nice and I'd consider a girls day for pampering here. Just need reassurance the plumbing is fixed before another head spa.

Make sure to ask to see the receipt before checking out! I was overcharged by $25 and the salon is unresponsive.

Wow!!! 1st time at this location. Came in town needed everything done LOL! A friend recommended me to try this spa , so I did . This is a one stop spa , I had my full-set, lash extension and pedi done couldn't agreed more it was a fantastic experience, great atmosphere and the staff was very competent. The next time I'm intown I'll definitely return here .

I got dip nails done here and they look great! The vibe was calming and upscale for a nail salon. My nail artist was professional, competent and warm. Id definitely go back. My sister got gel nails done and she had a good experience as well. We called ahead and were able to get same day appointments.

I was a walk-in so I'm assuming you get the nail tech that doesn't have any clients booked and isn't that great of a tech... The women I got was super nice. She did not, however, know how to do an ombré color. The salon was out of two colors that I wanted; their selection of colors is very limited. I had a gel mani and USUALLY I can get AT LEAST 2-3 weeks. I didn't even get to a week before they started peeling, actually 6 days! There are WAY TOO MANY nail salons in Tampa to go to that do a much better job! I will not return!

If you have a lot of time to waste then this is the place for you. Service is horrible. be prepared for multiple visits for "repairs". Complete joke of an establishment.

I will not be returning to this nail salon. I have been here twice for a pedicure and both times I have received a cut. The first time, the nail tech filed down the nail and the skin beneath the file got cut from the friction. The nails turned out beautiful and even though. So it wasn't a big deal and I decided to come back. Today I came for an express pedicure and to soak off the gel from the previous visit and to put gel polish back on. Different nail tech this time, she uses the drill to take off the gel instead of soaking them off. She also cut me twice with the cuticle clippers (pics inserted below). They came out overall uneven and too short to be fixed. I pointed out her mistakes but there was nothing that could be done and she still charged me for the full service.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money and go somewhere else. I was going to get a gift card for my sister in law and wanted to try it out first. When I tried to make an appointment online they make you pay beforehand but I didn't want to do that so I called. I made an appointment with the lady on the phone for the upcoming week. She even verified with me that she wrote down the correct information. When the time and date of my appointment comes around I arrive early and state my name and that I am here for my appointment. She states that I don't have an appointment and I state yes I do I made it and showed her confirmation. She looks through her system and states oh yeah it shows that it was cancelled. I stated that I had not cancelled and that I made the appointment. Basically Crave got the information wrong and they called the wrong number to confirm and the person they called didn't know what they were talking about so Crave cancelled my appt. They acted like it was my fault and got frustrated and said we don't have time for you. I got upset because this was not my fault and that they made the error not me so I should not be punished this is not my fault. The staff talk amongst themselves and say that someone would be able to do a quick appointment for me. I sit down and get my nails done and the lady I work with is nice and I think trying to make my experience better but the big issue is when I had to pay. They immediately ask me to use Venmo and it would save me money. I told them I didn't want to but they kept saying it would save me money and it was preferred I felt a bit uncomfortable but said fine I would. I enter the name they want me to put in but then it asks me to verify the last four digit of the phone number. I ask them what is the last four digits of the stores phone number. The sales person didn't know and said it should be written down which it was not. I kept asking and the sales lady didn't know and she gave me four digits. I tried them and they didn't work. She said to pay without verifying which I did not feel comfortable doing. I felt like she was pushing me to pay without verifying. I said fine I will look up the numbers myself. I showed her that the numbers were not correct from the ones she gave me. SHE PROCEEDED TO TOUCH MY PHONE AND CLICK PAY WITHOUT VERIFYING. I got upset and stated I did not want to pay without verifying and I didn't want her to click that or even touch my phone. All she said was sorry all our customers pay without verifying. They treated me like I was the problem and I was the issue. I thought about asking for the manager but I felt so uncomfortable I left. I hope they fix these customer service and technology issues for future patrons.

Best salon in Tampa bay ! Very clean , luxurious and amazing staff !! If your looking to be pampered this is definitely the place to be come check out crave spa you will not regret it

Had a nice experience. Came in for a deep tissue massage due to some prolonged shoulder pain. The masseuse was very tentative to my needs and catered the session around my trouble areas. I do have to say the spa is connected to the nail salon so the session was a little tainted by the top 100 music coming in through the door and drowning out the relaxing spa meditation music playing in the background. Also the masseuse's nails were a bit long and scratched me a couple of times which interrupted the experience. Overall would return though! ($90 for 50min deep tissue massage)

Love coming here! Great customer service! It is very clean and elegant. I will definitely be coming back to check out the other services they offer.

Found my new eyelash girl! Go to Jennie! She is extremely knowledgeable and fast! I got the classic volume extensions and love it!

I'm so embarrassed that I chose this place for my daughter's wedding mani/pedi outing. I booked for eight people and six had real issues with the services. They even managed to leave a gash on my daughter's finger to the point we had to cover it with makeup for photos. I was late arriving and they didn't offer the guests tea, wine or even water prior to my arrival. Completely rude and unprofessional. The guests also overheard the technicians stating they hated working at this location (Bridge Street). Avoid at all costs!

I am very happy with my first visit at this location. I've gone to their location on Howard many times before for my nails and eyebrow waxing but wanted to check out their new space at the Westshore Marina District. It's a beautiful space and everyone was friendly. I got dermaplaning and a lash lift and love my results. The reclining chair I was in for both services was so comfortable, I was basically asleep by the time my lash lift was done.
