My son was very excited to eat their food. We didn't like their food at all. Their food was useless. Then I told the waiter that we didn't like this food and should we get more food? She told us that if you want more food, you will have to pay for it. I wasted my money and came there. I will never go there again. I don't recommend anyone to go there. It's useless.

1st of all our waitress, Heather is amazing! Now for the rest...all I got to say is while I'm eating I prefer not to deal with a roach running across the table trying to enjoy dinner with me. Tried to get a picture, but it was moving fast. Needless to say, we did not get all we could eat. We quietly informed management. The hostess stood with her mouth open. The manager stated that she had to contact the owner. According to her the owner asked what should they do. The manager responded to charge 50% off. I'm writing this review because we could have made an ugly scene in the restaurant but we didn't. If we could have enjoyed it, then fine but they were bringing our next batch of food that we did not get to eat because the roach wanted his portion. But we still had to pay.

Love. Love. Love it here. Favorite seafood place. Only come here for the all you can eat. Expect to spend $70 but it’s worth it. The boils are so good and their crab balls are one of my favorite things. I try to go here every couple of months. I highly recommend. Pictures are different times I’ve been here.

I love it here….the atmosphere is nice, they have great taste in music and it’s not too loud the staff are very nice especially my girl Mary I love her!!!! She is on point with everything….i come here to get the all you can eat I get the crazy sauce medium and they never disappoint at all…

I'd planned on going somewhere else, but decided to give the Crazy Crab a try. The service was great. The homey atmosphere was welcoming and refreshing. There's nothing like a good neighborhood saloon with great food. The food was hot and fresh.. The beer was cold... What more do you want??? The raw oysters were fresh and delicious. The fried shrimp were plump and succulent. Our bartender Mary was attentive and engaging. I would definitely recommend as a place to go for a reasonably priced meal and great atmosphere. 👍

I visited Crazy Crab for lunch on Sunday with a small group, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing due to how an incident was handled. The manager was serving our table and accidentally spilled oil on the jackets of two people in our party. Accidents happen — we understand that. However, what was most upsetting was the lack of effort to resolve the situation. No apology that felt sincere, no offer to assist with cleaning costs, no attempt to make things right. We were simply told to “take it to the dry cleaners.” As paying customers, we expected basic accountability and customer service, especially from a manager. A gesture as simple as offering to cover cleaning expenses, providing a discount, or even showing genuine concern would have gone a long way. The food was fine, but the service recovery was not. Customer experience isn’t just about avoiding mistakes — it’s about how issues are handled when they occur. Unfortunately, that fell very short during our visit.

Okay so today we went to Crazy Crab. It’s 3 grown adults. What I don’t like is everyone at the table has to order of the all you can eat menu. Only 1 of us didn’t. So we all ordered. Now the problem I have is it’s 59.95 per person and we have to order family style. The most disappointing thing is the lack of knowledge. If you’re selling raw oysters please make sure your staff is aware of where the oysters are from. We had the raw oysters they had no taste to them at all. They weren’t salty nor were they sweet just flavorless. The crawfish had no taste to them at all. The corn was dried and hard as you can see in the photos.Okay you bring us crab balls with 6 then 6 oysters that 3 grown adults have to share now I wouldn’t have an issue if it was really enough to feed 3 grown adults. Listen I been here before and had better food service. Now if you want more bang for your buck this is not it. This is the tray for 3 adults family style I know you lying. Maybe it was the cook that was here today I don’t know but this was not as good as I have had in the past and I was just here 2 weeks ago and the food was spectacular I’m so disappointed

I hated I did not get our waitress name she was so nice we crawled in at 9 24 and she got order in in 3 minutes to beat the clock... The food was outstanding... Def recommend the crazy crab sauce with the boil... The bartender was cool too... Steelers fan hilarious we enjoy crabs shrimp sausage and out time

Completely underwhelming experience, upon walking in it was silent only the sounds of people talking echoing through the restaurant . The bartender was a sweetheart which is the only reason I put two stars instead of one . Now as far as the food I ordered a seafood boil lobster tail, headless shrimp and snow crabs . Lobster over cooked and curled up in a ball , the sauce I ordered hot tasted like minced garlic and butter only . No old bay , no seasoning , no salt and pepper NOTHING . Very disappointing won't be returning and I advise you to go elsewhere where .

Crazy Crab Review When we first arrived at Crazy Crab, the atmosphere was anything but welcoming. The hostess and our waitress seemed visibly annoyed when I asked if we could be seated near our friends, who had already arrived. It was a Saturday midday, the restaurant was far from crowded, so the resistance felt unnecessary and honestly, rude . Trying to stay optimistic, I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down cocktail --and WOW, it was delicious! Tasted just like the cake and gave me a little hope that the service might turn around . For my meal, I got the fried shrimp and wings--both were solid, no complaints. Other folks in my party went for the unlimited seafood option and enjoyed it . So food-wise, it was a decent experience. Things went left again when it came time to settle the check . I noticed there was no gratuity included, so I drew a clear zero with a slash through the tip line and gave our waitress a cash tip directly into her hand . She took it and walked off quickly, only to return with my final receipt showing a gratuity charge added anyway. I said, "Hey, this wasn't on the original bill I paid," and her response was, "Oh, it's just a little 15%." At that point, I knew I wouldn't be returning. That kind of sneaky behavior counts on customers not double-checking their receipts--and that's a major red flag . Food: Decent Drinks: Delicious Service: 2 Honesty: 0 I wanted to like Crazy Crab, but shady billing practices and unfriendly service made it a one-and-done for me.

I order from here quite frequently. Today I did a DoorDash order and it came looking like they had scraped the bottom of the pot. I always ordered Garlic Butter and Fire and it came with so much stuff on the food that it looked liked mud and tasted terribly and disgusting. I couldn't even eat anything and ended of throwing out my $65 order. DoorDash refused to even give me a partial refund. The corn even looked liked mud and could hardly identify anything in the bag. Never again.

Location is great!! Lots of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and a nice atmosphere. There was only one server at the time of service, but she did great job with giving information as well as putting orders in a timer manner. Food was great we did the all you can eat. It's very much worth it and a great price. I don't recommend the garlic season, as it over powering!!

I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday and was absolutely disgusted to find two cockroaches wedged between the lemon slices served with our drinks. I immediately and politely let our server know, who was kind and professional. She got the manager (I believe her name was Michelle or Lachelle), and that's where things went downhill fast. The manager approached our table with a rude, dismissive attitude and didn't even pretend to care about the health and safety concern we raised. She didn't apologize--not once. Instead, she offered a measly 10% discount on our $300 bill like we were bothering her with the situation. It was clear this wasn't the first time they've dealt with something like this, which is even more disturbing. The rest of the staff was pleasant, but the way management handled this ruined what should have been a special evening. It's unacceptable to be served food with cockroaches and then be treated like the problem. I'm writing this so others are aware--because food safety, cleanliness, and basic respect matter.

Great place good food very clean nice vibe and very friendly staff AYCE for $60 it's a must do try it out

This was my second time here and it was so, so good. It was Mother's Day and very, very busy however, we still had great fast service. The food was perfect, not dry or cold. We were seated in the dinning room side and it was perfect atmosphere for my small child.

This place is definitely deserving of 5 stars. Great service, ambience and food quality. All of the seafood options were fresh. My friend and I loved the crab balls, snow crab, sea scallops, black mussels and head on shrimp. The medium Cajun sauce was a lil too hot for me. I loved the garlic butter and lemon pepper mild seasoning. The lady who served us it was actually her first day working and she was perfect. You get great value for what you pay. We probably had a least 6 snow crab legs to get our $$s worth. The restaurant can get loud on the weekends considering theres a DJ. Location itself is fairly safe with security at the door. I didn't see my families here either. Considering the restaurant was busy all of the servers and runners were great at taking care of us. I would definitely return to try some of their other menu and drink items.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the service was shockingly poor, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Our waitress was rude, inattentive, and clearly not interested in doing her job. She kept bringing out food we never ordered, then insisted we had to pay for it. When I tried to explain that there was a mistake, she got defensive and dismissive instead of listening. She continued to argue, and ultimately, we were overcharged for items we never asked for. To make matters worse, when I refused to pay for the waitress's errors, they called the police on me. Yes -- the police -- because I didn't want to pay for food I never ordered. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but the situation was handled in the most unprofessional and hostile way possible. When I asked to speak to a manager, the same rude waitress claimed she was the general manager and that there was no one else to escalate the issue to. That's either a blatant lie or a serious red flag about how this place is run. I left feeling humiliated, frustrated, and robbed -- literally and figuratively. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you value respectful service, honest billing, and a safe environment, STAY AWAY.

Had a great time! Ordered crab balls which were delicious, cooked perfectly and came with a really flavorful sauce dip that I couldn't get enough of! Also ordered a dozen of crabs which although small were heavy and seasoned well. The service was good, Breonna was our waitress. She was attentive, friendly and made recommendations for us as we viewed the menu. Environment was very lively but not too loud. Music was playing they have TVs and a very large attractive bar area. Parking is a breeze as there is large parking lot so very convenient. Drinks not so great. We ordered the Can't Get Right and the Long Island. Can't Get Right tasted like all Sour Mix. Long Island was a cup of Tequila basically. I like strong drinks but they shouldn't taste horrible or else I would have ordered just shots. Otherwise pretty good. 4 Stars makes sense!

My waitress a female was terrible. Kept messing up the order. I got the all you can eat. Kept forgetting food. Bring me butter once the food was cold. Running her mouth to other people. I defintly think she was slow. The gentlemen that worked there was even tired of her. Never really served us yet they make you pay gratuity. Definitely give it to the gentlemen he deserves way more. All her tables was dirty. She was dirty. Its the one with the long weave dont get her if u go there ask for the gentlemen. The girl is dirty slow and gives bad service she dont care about her job on the phone sitting down not doing nothing. I had to go find her twice. Asked the ho3 3x for butter, 4th was a charm. She defintely screwing someone there to keep a job cuz she is a horrible employee. If I see her in the street I need that. Now im going to call corporate good luck to yall.

Crazy crab is a good time! I reviewed their website prior to making the 50 minute drive. It clearly explains the "all you can eat" option so there weren't any surprises. We arrived on Saturday evening around 7 pm. The parking lot was full but there was plenty of available seating. We were advised if we sat at the bar it would be a little cheaper than sitting at a table. We chose to sit at the table. I didn't get our waitress name. I believe she may have been Vietnamese. Her service was on point. She was at the table a minute after we were seated. She was quick to get our drinks. She was patient with us as we discussed our options and quick to put in our order. We ordered crab balls, hush puppies, and cocktail shrimp for our appetizers. The shrimp was fresh, the crab balls, and hush puppies were delicious. Our main options were the blue crabs (male and female) and headless shrimp. The crabs were coming out freshly cooked. They were small but it's all you can eat so there's no need to complain. We did receive one bad batch of females during our visit but they were quickly replaced. They have karaoke on Saturday 's from 6-10 with a live DJ. After dinner, we decided to sit at the bar to finish watching the Ravens game and listen to the music. It was a vibe. I would recommend.

This place is good for the buffet. I don't get why every time we go there, the first pan was always excellent and the rest are just ok. The crabs were not even cooked the one time we ordered it so we didn't get it again.

Have not even gotten my food yet and I'm happy with my order it's not super busy at 3pm and the waitress/bartender is very friendly! I'm coming back with family and friends. It's very clean in here! Decor is cute for a crab restaurant

Crazy Crab recently opened a location in Glen Bernie, and a friend and myself decided to come check it out, as they have an AYCE seafood boil option. The restaurant itself is new, and you can tell. It's large and spacious, with plenty of seating for large groups, a huge bar area, and lots of TVs perfect for watching sports. The music is good, although weirdly they don't feel compelled to pay for the premium subscription, so be prepared to listen to commercials. The drinks are reasonably priced, and they have HH every day except Saturdays. Go ahead and get the Too Shelf LIT. One is enough to get you there. As mentioned before, we decided to do the all you can eat seafood boil option. Everyone in your party must pick this option. For the starters, we got the crab balls, catfish, and lemon pepper wings. Each of the items were good and tasty. We got the crabs, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and snow crab for our seafood boils. For 2 people, they provided quite a bit of food on each round. 4 clusters of crab, a number of shrimp/scallops, 2 corns, 3 potatoes, and 3 sausages came along with each boil. We tried both the Crazy special sauce, and Cajun/garlic butter mix, as well as the Fire for the spice level. The "sauce" is WAY too oily. All of the oil overpowers whatever flavor may be in the oil. We didn't like it at all. The fire spice level was good - not too hot and tolerable. If you're not a fan of heat, but still want a little kick, I would stick with the medium or hot. Unless they reformulate the sauce, I will not be back to Crazy crab. The 3 stars are for the stellar service, AYCE deal, good drinks, and nice atmosphere. Not sure I would recommend this spot to friends, but again, I'll definitely come back if they change their sauce.

I found out about Crazy Crab through TikTok. I just knew I needed to go visit since it was a new establishment near where I live. I really had high hopes for Crazy Crab. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball from the beginning. Two words: EXTREMELY SLOW! So let's get into it... We visited on Sunday and we arrived at 2:30pm. Parking is available in the lot. If you can't find parking in the immediate lot in front of the building, there is another section right next to it. Upon checking in at the hostess station, we were told our wait was an hour and 15 minutes. They will take your phone number and tell you they will send a text message when your table is ready. While we waited to be seated, we went to the bar. It was pretty full except for the few seats that were open but the food/trash was not cleared from the previous patrons. The bartenders seemed very overwhelmed. It was only two of them. It took over 45 minutes to ORDER and receive our drinks and appetizers. We had to ask the bartenders separately (one would take the order and ghost us) TWO TIMES to re-take our order. The drinks...mediocre at best. We had an old-fashioned and a margarita. There was nothing to write home about either one. Now the food, the food was actually good. We ordered the fried shrimp, which were good however it was only three pieces of shrimp. Odd number to say the least. We also ordered the black mussels and they were surprisingly good. Right at the one hour and 15 minute mark, we went to the hostess desk to see where our place in line was. We were very thankful that we were up next to be seated. They ended up sending me a text message within minutes, we closed our bar tab, and went to greet the hostess who took us to our table. Now this is where the experience gets better. Our waitress was amazing. She was attentive, she explained how that all you can eat works, and she brought everything exactly how we ordered it. What was interesting, is that our drinks came out faster than they did by being at the bar. The shrimp, muscles, scallops, snow crabs, and the flavored sauces were all on point. I cannot take away from how good the seafood actually was. One thing to note about the all you can eat, if you do not finish the pan of seafood, they will charge you $15 per pound for the seafood that has not been eaten. So it is extremely important that you eat everything that you order. The all you can eat allows you to choose three appetizers and then your seafood and sauces. Because most of the appetizers are fried, we opted to only do that one time. The seafood will come out in a pan and it's family style. They do provide you a bucket to store all the shells. Overall, the establishment was actually pretty clean. The tables were covered with paper to support a quick and easy cleanup. I just wished they would fix the customer service at the bar and get more bartenders behind the bar on dates where it could be a huge number of people. I will probably go again to see if things have ironed out.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon around noon. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. Nice and open and the tables weren't sitting right on top of each other. I would rate the food about 3.5 stars. I ordered the fish and fried shrimp baskets. They were about $12 a piece. The fries were really good. The friend shrimp reminded me of buffet style shrimp. Like long John silvers. The catfish tasted dirty to me lol! I ate it though. The best thing I had was the Strawberry Henny. Sooooo good! I will definitely be back for the drinks and try the happy hour out. Our waiter Sean was so patient and nice! Great customer service!! He's the reason for the 4 stars! He deserves 5 stars actually!

This place is still bussin like it was 2 years ago, just came back again for my birthday dinner and oh man was that food BUSSIN! Good service and nice waiters, pretty fast too. Clean place.

Went last Saturday with family.. was initially told there would be a 2 hour wait however we were seated within 30 mins which was fair considering the amount of ppl that were already dining. Our server was friend and made sure we were well Taken care of. The crazy crab sangria was tasty, I recommend! The appetizers were all fresh we had hush puppies, old bay wings, mozzarella sticks and shrimp cocktail. We will definitely come back again very soon!

RUN AWAY, go to Avery's in Fredrick. My second terrible experience at this AYCE. The wait staff takes forever to refill your orders and when you ask to speak to the manager, a very rude, large lady comes over and tries to tell you that it takes time to fill orders. Waited 25 minutes for a refill and still did not get it, when I pointed out that others, obviously regulars had gotten their food, the lady ( using that loosely) said that she is tired of hearing complaints and if I did not like it, pay my bill and leave. I asked for the owner's number and she gave me a fictitious gmail account and said it would come right back to her cause the owner does not answer emails. WTF. Guess I will have my CC provider to recover my loss as she added 20% tip without that even being posted. Food has a pound of butter on it and tastes like freezer burn. Good riddance.

Although the last time I dined at this establishment was 2023, the food was always delicious; Service was always on point; and the ambiance also satisfactory. Because I have not gone in a while, I'm not sure if they still celebrate birthdays with the staff dancing, singing, and bringing out sparklers -- cute, nonetheless. I would dine here again.

If seafood is what you're craving, Crazy Crab is where you should have been, like yesterday. Spacious interior. Murals and decorative items of, you guessed it, all things seafood. There's also an outdoor seating area. Ms. Alejandra was our server and she was on point with everything! Our glasses and food selections containers/trays were never empty. Lemon pepper wings were our favorite, so we stuck with those. AYCE crabs legs, shrimp and scallops in mild garlic butter sauce was finger licking D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! Without a doubt, I see future visits in my crystal ball (wink & smile)!

The food was good but the service sucked, was there for maybe two hours and the first 30 minutes was good but I couldn't even get a refill on my water or see my waitress for over a hour at one point , had to go to front and ask for the bill, you'd think it'd be better if you were spending over 100 bucks on dinner for 2. Good vibes but the service sucked

New restaurant opened for 5 months. Please be patient as the staff is very attentive, friendly and simply looking to get the order / service Right! Special shout-out to the manager Charles for catering to my spoiled daughter request (lol). He was probably one of the best service managers I've met in awhile. The boil bag was delicious, very well seasoned. I must admit I prefer the bag due to the seasoning/ flavor all through the food. The pan doesn't give me the same burst of flavor. The fried shrimp I wasn't a fan I think theres room for improvement with the batter. The birthday singing was pretty cool I found myself clapping and dancing only to realize I wasn't part of the celebration lol Now to the bar: strawberry henny?? Gimme gimme. So good and mixed right. I will definitely be back as with anything new it will get better with time.

My son recently turned 12 and want a seafood boil to celebrate becoming a preteen. I've seen many advertisements for Crazy Crab on Facebook, so we decided to give them a try. All and all, we had a great experience. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option. In choosing this option, everyone at your table must participate. You are allowed two hours to eat all the seafood you can and there is a charge for excessively wasted seafood. The all-you-can-eat option comes with three appetizers, three seafood choices with your preferred spices, along with potatoes, corn and sausage. Unfortunately, we didn't receive sausage in our first order, but we informed our waiter and he ensured us he'd make sure it was included on the next rounds. The Cajun spices the seafood was cooked in were excellent. It was not overly salty or greasy. The seafood we ordered, crawfish, shrimp, snow crab legs and black mussels were cooked perfectly. The appetizers were equally tasty, especially the chicken wings which were fried to perfection! My one complaint, the inadequate napkins they provide. Eating seafood boil gets rather messy, but instead of providing a roll of paper towels at your table, Crazy Crab has a small dispenser filled with napkins. Not sure why they would get cheap with the napkins/paper towels, but they should really considered an upgrade. Other than that, my visit was pleasant and I definitely plan on returning soon.

Let's start by our server, I can't remember her name but she was a shorter lady with straight black hair, amazing service, very sweet and communicative. me and my mother same there for the first time for the buffet, everything BUT the crabs were bland, no seasoning, the spice was there but I tasted no cajun seasoning. I'm not sure why but it had both me and my mother in the bathroom, coming out both ends and just having terrible stomach pains, we were given a little insight that it was a different cook from their weekend cook, other than that, we loved the setting and theme, everyone was so kind and just helpful.

Worst service ever. Waitress only came to our table once for all you can eat seafood. Seafood was bad & Tasted like frozen reheated. Way over priced for the food and service. Only 2 hours to eat and they dont gove you the proper utensils. They want you to struggle. The tip was already added in the bill so the waitress didnt care. Don't recommend going here. 60$ meal was not worth it. I can say the bar are was nice. And to top it all off our waitress sat on her but in a booth on the other side of us and only had this one table.

The food is delicious. As someone who lived in New Orleans, I know good food when I taste it. Crazy Crab is the best. The service is impeccable. The staff are all outstanding. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. This is definitely my only go to place to eat. One more thing, the manager at this location is just down right wonderful. She actually comes out to chat with her customers. Good food along with excellent customer service, that's enough to make you want to make Crazy Crab your idea restaurant. Pam S.

First off the music selection is great , came around 3pm ( start of happy order ) ordered a 1/2 pound of shrimp and a pound of crab legs . The crab legs were small and cold , the shrimps were over cooked and not seasoned . Our second order of crab legs came out lot and well cooked with limited seasoning . The drinks 2 thumbs up . The bartender / waiter was good .

This place is a total disaster. The way they have the all you can eat seafood is such a disgrace. You have three people at a table each pay 54.00 etc for the all you can eat however you pick three appetizer/ meal together but they only bring out enough for one person in which three people are paying individually. The seafood taste and look old as well as dry. Crab legs was meatless, shrimp was filled with veins and sand, seem as if I was chewing on dirt. No flavor at all and the blue crabs were sooooooo small and meatless. I will NEVER recommend this place nor go back again. If I could give a half star I would. They have the nerve to force you to leave a tip by applying it to the bill. Just dumb. I

Happy hour extravaganza. FANTASTIC DEALS on wings, seafood and drinks but that was of course before the flies frozen in my ice in my drink and then the giant roach that came over to help stir my drink. Yuck. The bartender was polite enough to remake my drink 2x and then the manager offered a 20%discount. I think she should have made it a zero of she didn't THINK I would be posting about it. YUCK again. Clean up and then do better. Roaches on the bar ARE A HUGE NONO. Oh and little crab legs. And that's what she said lol

This place was surprisingly very nice, laid back environment. I went with two of my girlfriends and my 21 year old daughter. We ordered the ayce seafood boil. We were able to select three food items to be in the boil. The seafood was great. Our waitress was on point. I wasn't too crazy about the $15/pound waste policy. So we were very careful about ordering more trays of seafood than we could eat at one sitting. Drinks were kind of watered down for the price. But all in all we had a great time. And have planned to return before summer is out. This time on a Saturday when they have karaoke. My one freind loves to showcase or singing talent‍. Or there lack of.

Everything, the service is horrible, the manager is unprofessional and has no clue how to even be a manager, the staff is very unprofessional and the food is over priced and very underrated and gross.

If the chef spent less time flirting at the bar with patrons and more time cooking then we wouldn't had to send our food back TWICE . The first time it was sent back because there was no flavor. None . We ordered the jumbo combo with the crazy sauce and it came out drier than the Sahara (see picture) . The waitress stated she made a comment about it before it came out but was ignored. So we asked for it to be tossed again. It came back out COLD . We had to send it back AGAIN . At the end of night we got our bill and it had a 20% tip automatically added. The issue was the sign stated 18% added for parties of 4 or more . When I asked about this I was told the system automatically adds that after a certain subtotal . Didn't make sense especially with the *suggested tips* at the bottom of the receipt . This was my last time coming here but I hope management actually manages because the way these workers were operating, you can tell there is no structure .

The drinks were full of syrup. The food order (seafood boil combo) arrived late. The server explained that the cook did not receive the order (their fault). Although the food was hot when it finally came out, the seasoning and food itself lacked luster. We requested the meal to be complimentary and were told a discount would be applied. Went to Baltimore for the weekend to celebrate my friends 30th birthday. First thing we did when I got there was head to crazy crab for their unlimited seafood deal. We came across the restaurant on tiktok and decided to try it out for ourselves. Service: our waitress was amazing. When we first got there it was on the empty side and we were able to be seated right away, they do not take reservations it's FCFS based on your party size and what tables are available. As the evening progressed it definitely picked up and even still, our waitress came over several times throughout the evening asking if we were okay. Shout out to you, Nicki! Food: We got one round of appetizers and two rounds of food because, it's a lot and you can easily get full. The appetizers were actually really good. The crab balls were my favorite. I didn't have high expectations for them but they were so flavorful!! The fried calamari and fried oysters were also good and worth trying. First round for the main course was snow crab legs, blue crab and headless shrimp. We loved it!! The sauce, especially when you crab some of the minced garlic up with it was delicioussssss!! Second round we got scallops, mussels and crawfish. All three were delicious but the shining star for me were the scallops. So tender!! Drinks: the drinks were good. Not amazing but good. Definitely strong if that's what you're looking for. Overall this was the perfect start to our weekend and we'll certainly be back next time I'm in town.

The food was really yummy and came out rather quickly. I had a seafood boil, Cajun fries, and crab cakes. They also had a DJ playing on the weekends. A good mix of hip hop and some older Caribbean songs.

The seafood we got was great. Except the shrimp they were whole in the shell and not deveined, we didn't eat them and a lot of what we got was shrimp as it is probably cheap for them to stock. We had one of the seafood boils that fed 2-3 people and it was cooked and seasoned well, besides the shrimp. The portion and price were good. We came with a small group and everyone was happy with their food, but the offerings besides seafood are just basic fried foods inside of a cardboard holder that you would get at a roadside stand. The service was friendly but totally unprofessional for a server. They seem to play loud music like a nightclub sometimes, it was turned down about 10 minutes after we got there because our server asked if it was loud and said she would have it turned down. There were other groups and 2 with younger kids. During our dinner a birthday rap song that shouldn't be played at a dinner restaurant was played loudly over the speakers as all of the staff proceeded to ignore their customers and partied for a few minutes together. The song was not for a customer but our server... The food was good and so were the prices but I couldn't figure out if they are a restaurant that has a bar or a nightclub that offers seafood. I wouldn't come back because I don't want to eat from a nightclub pretending to be a restaurant with staff that acts like this.

The food from the Crazy Crab was disgusting... It was $53.00 per person for all you can eat during a two hour seating period. The all you can eat menu was pretty diverse and included food choices for everyone. You get three appetizers, in which we had the mozzarella sticks, fried shrimp, and fried catfish (not pictured). Every appetizer was trash and we sent it back. The appetizer were all frozen and tasted like it. Everything was gummy. My son ordered son crab legs in cajun sauce with corn, potatoes, and sausage. The potatoes were raw and the crab legs were skimpy. My friend had snow crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage in a lemon pepper sauce. I had snow crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage in a garlic & herb sauce. It was all nasty, skimpy, and overcooked. I personally believe the food is being reheated based on the texture of the shrimp and crab legs. The restaurant was large, parking is a hit or miss if the restaurant is packed. The restaurant was clean and the service was not bad. The birthday celebrations made me feel like I was in a club. I cannot speak about the alcoholic menu because I do not consume alcohol. The establishment charges $15.00 per pound for wasted seafood, so please keep that in mind before going and expecting to receive good food. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I do not recommend the Crazy Crab to anyone looking for some good seafood.

My goal is to be kind, so I'll be short. The location is new , the staff is very young. The crowd was light and the food was just ok. The service was very slow. I have no need to return to this location. The Virginia location , will get my business in the future.

The food was amazing and rate it five stars. The customer service was horrible. The way our server explained how it works...we didn't understand her. We ordered 3 alcoholic beverages which we did not like so our server had to get the manager. The manager, Jennifer, came to our table and asked what was wrong. We told her that we didn't like our alcoholic beverages. She asked us, "Did you read the ingredients before you ordered them?" We said "Yes. They're too strong." Then she continues to state, "Well, I personally like them. I can't resell them." (As if we are supposed to like them too because she does..obviously you cannot resell our drinks.) She did not even give us options to make the drinks better, switch them or remove the charges from the bill etc. NOTHING! On top of that, if you know we're already having these issues...as they're closing and cleaning..she puts a menu on the ledge above us and the menu falls on one of our heads. It just made the experience terrible especially visiting from out of state. We should've read the reviews before coming because it seems like a lot of the review complaints are about customer service. If you don't care about customer service, you will love it but if you want the full experience...we wouldn't recommend it.

We went here today Sunday afternoon. For a little bff girls day out! We both got the all you can eat seafood option. The appetizers were good we ordered mozzarella sticks, wings and calamari. It was okay. Then we ordered snow crab legs, manila clams and shrimp for our first feast. It was goo especially the snow crab legs. Really delicious with the all in one sauce that they have. Then the second set was the scallops, blue crabs and mussels. The scallops were HUGE it was too filling and mussels were gigantic. And only 2 pieces of blue crab which was kinda disappointing. Since its call the crazy crab but they give you 2 pieces of crab but a buttload of the scallops which was too overpowering. Our waitress was nice but she keeps getting called to the big table and we felt bad for her cause she's the only one with multiple tables and there's one big table with so many people that kept our server occupied but she did come by every now and then to check up on us. We had to wait a bit for things but again we understand

I love this establishment. October 20th, 2023 - Seniah was our waitress; she was excellent. Historically speaking service is hit or miss, but the price and food keeps us coming back. The $11 strawberry Hennessy is strong and tasty, a combination worthy of challenging P,B&J. 14% gratuity is automatically applied. Absolutely reasonable. The crazy crab mini combo weighing in at $35 is perfect for two (2) people. Comfortably full. We normally get the medium crazy crab special sauce with a cup of hot on the side for dipping. Gloves and bibs provides, along with plenty of napkins, plastic wear and a metal sea food cracker. Highly recommend. As long as you can tolerate a risk of disruptive, sometimes loud music and fellow customers.

If you just have to have all you can eat crab legs and other assorted items then this is your spot. Now the door is average and the service is very slow if they have a moderate crowd. Our waitress was adequate and that is to say she tried. She did keep the beer flowing but the kitchen could not keep up. There were long gaps between refills. If you have the craving then this is your place. There are better.

First time and last time here. The food was average. Service started good and progressively got worse as we ate. Took awhile for drink refills and to get the bill. The music was absolutely awful. So loud! We asked if it could be turned down and it was but later increased. We had two small kids with us and they were playing explicit rap. The restrooms are disgusting. As I am typing this, I have been waiting for 20 minutes to pay our $460 bill.
