Crazy House Hostel

After checking out I came back to take my bag, I asked the lady if I could wait there until the time of my bus (around 30 minutes), To my surprise she said no. The reception was empty and all I wanted was to sit there a bit since it was very hot outside. She proceeded saying that: 'I was not a guest anymore so I should wait somewhere else.' There were plenty of seats and even a backyard where I could stay for a bit without bothering anyone, there was no one checking in either so there was no reason for not letting me sit there and wait. I was a guest but apparently once you check out they don't want to help or be kind to you anymore. Very dissatisfied with this hostel.

I really enjoyed my stay there! The staff was friendly, the 4 beds room was nice. You also have nice shared spaces to meet with other people, with a nice yard. You are close to the city center and the port, but it's still very quiet! I definitely recommend it!

Perfectly located hostel within walking distance to all the major sites in Pula, friendly staff.

The hostel is a convenient short walk from bus station and centre town. All the staff are fantastic and my stay was very comfortable. The rooms and areas are cleaned very well. I had a relaxing few days pre-season chilling out in the sun on the large roof terrace. Thank you to everyone, especially Goga, Jimmy and Ruby.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Owner couple and lady in charge of housekeeping is really nice people. It's very clean and it was a good touch to have curtain for lower bed for some privacy. Out of 4 nights, I was alone in the room for 3 nights! Thank you for your consideration! Kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook. I love terrace. It's so cozy place to read, work or just to chill. Close to bus terminal as well as Old Town. Pula city is walkable. Recommend to go to Rovinj if you have time, it's such a lovely place.

I stayed in Crazy House Hostel for 3 nights this June, and I’m really happy with it. Everything was great: cleanliness, facilities, atmosphere, professionalism and attitude of the staff. Also, it’s not noisy which is very important to me when staying in hostels. Special thanks to the lady who runs the hostel - her management of the place is on a high level, she’s very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent - walking distance from the city center (Pula Arena is 5 min away by walk), and just a few minutes walk from the main bus station where you can catch a bus and easily access any beach and the airport. Overall, the hostel feels neat, cosy and homey. I will definitely come back when I visit Pula again.
