Creation Wines

We had the pleasure of visiting Creation Wines today. We arrived late so we didn't get the full experience. The staff were wonderful.They made sure we were able to try their wonderful wines. Even with brief time we had to stay it was a great experience. It's a beautiful winery. You should add this property to your must see and visit if you are in Hermanus, South Africa.

We love it here - the wines are award winning and all divine. We enjoyed a fabulous sunny afternoon here eating delicious food and paired wines on the creation wine experience menu - didn’t want to leave! Really good value for money too.

Stunning views from the winery's restaurant. We took the tasting set. The food was great, but the wine was too young and even the food that went up against the wine it couldn't bring it out further :(

Wow, absolutely stunned at the amazing experience Creation offers. The out of this world wines are accompanied by stellar service. The flavours of the food pairings with the wines are a match made in heaven and both Jeane and her trainee went out of their way to make this the best cellar door experience I've had in South Africa.

Come on folks, this is as good as it gets in SA... Wines rated by Parker and food rated by myself 😁😁 The pairing is quite thoughtfully developed.... Feels lots of thoughts have gone by before this menue came along. All in all - - Impressive! Ps The art u exhibit is a bit on the clonky cheap and ugly side. Sorry, the figurines are strange.

Visited Creation Wines nestled in the breathtaking Hemel and Aarde valley and it was an enchanting experience. The vineyard’s location is simply stunning, offering panoramic views that add to the charm of the place. What stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home despite the bustling atmosphere. It’s advisable to book in advance as it gets quite busy. We opted for the tasting menu with some of our own selections. Each dish, paired expertly with suggested wines, was a delight. The standout recommendation is their Pinot Noir – a true embodiment of the vineyard’s essence. Although the portions were on the smaller side, especially considering the prices (like the R65 mini lettuce with hummus), the quality of the food was undeniable. Attached photos of our mains.

Wonderful service coupled with exceptional views and countless beautiful statues. The restaurant is picturesque and we loved every minute. Certainly our best experience in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Our breakfast was excellent as well (would recommend the poached eggs!). 10/10

Was an amazing experience to visit what is known as 1 of the best wine estates in the world, also no1 in Africa. Tasted and bought some amazing wines too. This vineyard and the hemel en arde valley needs to be a must visit within Cape Town.
