We've been to a lot of concerts recently, at a range of venues. Credit One, where we recently saw Elton John, was ABSOLUTELY the least successful.
I've never seen worse patron management. Stations for food, drinks, and merch, are all shoehorned tightly together such that lines become a tangled mess. The lines aren't managed in any way at all, so foot traffic passing by has to weave through them!
Outside the stadium, where merch and beers were for sale, there was no drinkable beer - no craft beer at all, just light American lager-type stuff. And NONE of the beer stations took cash! I'd lost my wallet on the trip, so was temporarily without a credit card ... I'd brought cash, especially so that my husband could get in line for, say, merch, and I could get us beers at the same time. You can't even buy BOTTLED WATER on a scorching day, without a credit card. One vendor did tell me that there were reverse ATMs available ... somewhere. I never saw one.
They are missing so much of an opportunity to make more money. I'd have GLADLY spent more if I could have found decent beer, or had time to buy a second round. Or even a round of water. Or if they'd taken cash, so that we could be efficient in our purchases ... as it was, we got to the stadium 90 minutes before, and it took the entire 90 minutes to buy T-shirts, get one round of beer, and get to our seats.
The remote parking/ shuttle system is ... not disastrous. It was reasonably efficient and only suffered a little from poor signage.
The sound wasn't great, but was honestly better than I expected in a stadium. So that's a point in its favor. Overall, Sir Elton did a great show, and our seats were terrific, but I will never return to Credit One.
