I received the best customer service from Mads today! She was so helpful. I was on the hunt to get my fav sunscreen Minu, and her store was one of the last stores in Boston to have them. She was so helpful, and even recommended a similar product (Iris&Romeo’s Weekend Glow) for the future. She also called another Boston store for me to check on their stock. She went above & beyond to help me and was so friendly and personable. I so appreciate her help. I have always loved the city of Boston and Mads is a true representation of caring the people there are. The best customer service I have ever received. And it goes without saying I am a huge fan of Credos products. Now more than ever I want my actions to have a positive impact, and the products here share my values. The ingredients are good for my skin and the brands work to use minimal plastic and no excess packaging. I also love their Pact recycle program. Thank you Credo!

I had such a great experience here today. I needed a refresh for my makeup routine and what worked for me going back to work with a new baby. As much as I tried with colors I never got it right, but also since I did have some products that would work for me at home didn't feel " sold to" just helped and educated, questions answered. The staff here is so appallingly rude. Zero interest in helping, advising, or even saying "hello" unless you're a very specific type of Beacon Hill woman. (cough white) I really wanted to like this store, but have experienced this firsthand when (not once but twice) I've been waiting at checkout for several minutes when the sales staff wistfully swept in with a customer they were "serving" to check out first. Once, the said customer physically bumped me out of the way and neither party acknowledged the exchange. I get it - close that sale, girl - but acting as though customers who aren't immediately tied to your commission don't exist is pathetic.

Always a pleasant experience. The ambiance of the shop always makes me feel relaxed. I stopped by to refill my soap bottles yesterday and didn't realize how sticky/dirty my bottles were. The staff member assisting me didn't mind at all and pleasantly cleaned + refilled. Thank you!

This place is such a gem--I love the women who work here, the awesome products, and the classes they have. Sarah, the make up artist in residence, does monthly classes and they're so much fun. I've really learned some great tricks and tips! And I'm not super adventurous about my make up, but I love testing things out and seeing what sticks. I've been to some meet the maker events and really enjoy getting to know the people behind the lovely products that Follain sells. The selection of beauty products is so thoughtful. I always feel great about my purchases. I love the Indie Lee line, the Ursa Minor, the RMS beauty and make up selection, the Herbivore bath products, the W3ll People and Ilia make up. They have a nice range of prices, too, which is nice because beauty products can get crazy. The women who work here are all so kind and helpful, you ask them a question or for a recommendation and they're more than willing to help you out and let you test things (and even send you home with testers!). I highly recommend this oasis of a shop!!

Long story short, I'm very impressed by Follain's customer service and am so glad I decided to order from them! I ordered a few gifts online for delivery and figured it wouldn't be too much of a hassle since I'm a local customer. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with USPS and my package ended up getting forwarded to a different address. I reached out to Follain to make sure the address was correct, and Felicia confirmed that it was, so I figured I'd wait a few days and see if it'd get rerouted. After a few days of not hearing back from USPS, Felicia took the initiative to reach out to me and offer to send a replacement package, which arrived two days later! :)

This is my favorite store on the planet! The staff is so well trained and knowledgeable! I have always felt so incredibly welcomed here and have had MANY questions and everyone has taken as much time as needed to be sure all of my questions were answered and I understood the products. I'm so careful with all the food we eat being organic and then one day it dawned on me that our skin is our biggest organ!!! Doesn't make sense to spend all that money buying organic food and then be slathering a bunch of chemicals on our skin....
