I cannot say enough wonderful things about Creme de la Creme — Janet is truly the best nail tech I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and every visit is such a treat. My gel and SNS manicures never chip — the quality of her work and the products she uses are outstanding. Janet is not only meticulous and skilled, but also incredibly kind and caring. She remembers the little details about my life and always helps me choose the perfect color when I can't decide (which is often!). I also have to shout out Nina — she’s amazing! So talented, warm, and equally detail-oriented. I always feel so well taken care of when I’m here, and Nina’s work is just as flawless. Honestly, I’ve never been disappointed by anyone here. Whether it’s a walk-in or an appointment, I always leave thrilled with the results. The entire staff is consistently welcoming, professional, and just lovely to be around. There’s such a calming, positive energy in the studio — it really sets them apart. I love being able to schedule via text (so convenient!), and I recommend this place to all of my friends. I have come here exclusively for nearly five years and truly won’t go anywhere else — Janet, Nina, and the whole team are unmatched!

Stumbled upon this nail salon when in search of a place to get my birthday nails done! Thank god I found Janet! Seriously, one of my favorite nail sets I have ever had. She was so helpful in picking what designs to do and even offered multiple color combinations based off of the inspo that I showed her. After we confirmed what I wanted, Janet was very transparent with the price breakdown and was helpful figuring out the options. The picture speaks for itself--she did such a great job and is so careful/talented! The nails lasted 3-4 weeks without any lifting (and that's with me going to the gym/lifting weights 3x a week). Will definitely be coming back for Janet!

I think they only literally have 1 person that knows how to do nails there and every time she does it, it looks great but all other times its nothing more but below basic. Today I left $100 there, my nails look horrendous tbh. I asked for an almond shape. They look super short, improperly shaped while sticking up. So ugly! Like what is this?! it was done by a guy that was trying to work on 2 clients at the same time. I see you’re trying to get more work done faster but This will leave at least one of your clients with low quality service and I hate being one of them - Hence the bad reviews.

I’m so sad because these nails look pretty good from the top. But the application is not great so I think I’m going to have to tear them off and let the $70 go down the drain. 🥲🥲 The nail tech said the gap was due to my nails being too long, but this has never happened to me anywhere else.

I was out running errands, needed a pedicure, and noticed this nail salon in the same shopping plaza as another business I was going to. As soon as I walked into the salon, I was greeted by two employees. One asked how she could help me and I told her I was interested in getting a gel pedicure. She said ok, showed me where I could pick out my color, and I was seated in a service chair almost immediately. Janet did my pedicure and she took her time to remove the previous gel polish from my nails, clean up my cuticles, and massage my legs and feet. She was super friendly and did a great job. I would come back here just based on the stellar service she provided alone, but I was also very satisfied with how my gel pedicure came out. I also appreciate how clean the service space looked as a whole.

Always the best most perfect SNS manicure & beautiful gel spa pedicures. My nails last 3+ wks & look amazing. So clean & every one who works there is so kind. So many color choices I can never decide. Beverages upon request, kid friendly & so conveniently located.

I don't know what happened to this place. I used to receive great service and loved coming here. Now it's just expensive and mediocre. Not coming back.

I've been going here for five years and they are always very nice. They do a great job, it's very clean, and they remember my name.

Went for the first time this week & did not have a good experience. The technician was pushing me to get acrylic nails & would not listen to me. He ended up doing SNS with tips & 2 days later the tips are already separating from my nails. The shape is not even & the SNS powder did not fully cover my nails. It's uneven in the top & not clean around my cuticle.

This place made me feel uncomfortable and invisible. Maybe they do a good job, but I wouldn't know because they basically ignored me and I left before I received service. I walked in to find the place clean (hence the 2 stars) and moderately busy, but saw some NOT working on anyone. They asked me what I wanted and told me to choose a color. Then... nothing. I was about to leave then they sat me in a chair to soak. And then... nothing again. When the water was cold and I still hadn't been acknowledged, I left. Why don't places let you know when they intend to make you wait 30 min??? What a waste of time.

I thought this nail place was just okay. I came in to have my gel manicure taken off and a basic one done, which cost $20. The nail job was just okay and nothing special happened. I usually go to a place around the corner, but thought I would try this place out. I will probably go back to my old place, this didn't live up to what all the other reviews said. I walked in on a Tuesday night around 5 and did not have to wait. Maybe if you schedule an appointment and have someone specific, it might be worth it, but the person I had was not anything special and didn't do a great job.

What can I say? If you can get past paying $80 for a gel mani and pedi then the rest is up from there! I was a little apprehensive because of the price but I was headed to Miami just a few hours before and I wouldn't dare head out of town without 'new hands and feet' VY cleaned my cuticles and she trimmed my nails just the way I like! Kelly did a great job on my pedicure she plucked all of the dead/dry skin and when I say all of it, I mean ALL of it! Both ladies polish well and they were very pleasant they made conversation with me rather than amongst themselves. I'm giving this review 3 stars mainly because of the price however, the service was good.

Pedicure was great, gel manicure was not. The nail tech was really tough on my nails during gel removal. He removed an unnecessary amount of skin from my fingertips and cuticles. When replacing the gel he did a poor job. The gel was very thick near my cuticle and it lifted and chipped in days. Application was poor as well. There were several bubbles and rough spots in the finish. I wish I went somewhere different for this. However, the lady who did my pedicure was fantastic! It was incredibly relaxing and her impeccable polish job is holding up much better than the gels. I'd go here for a pedicure again.

Diana did the BEST manicure I've ever had in Atlanta (and this is coming from someone who gets her nails done every week for the past 10 years, so yes I'm picky). She took her time and made sure everything was done perfectly - plus, the massage was great! This is my second time in Creme de la Creme and I will absolutely be coming back. Thanks again, Diana!!

Great color selection and the service was excellent. My nail technician took the time to ask my how I normally like my pedicure and manicure since this was my 1st visit to this salon. Definitely will be my go to nail salon since I've moved to this area from Brookhaven.

I've been a client of this salon for many years, I send all my friends to Amy! She is the best eyebrow goddess around! Today, I had my first pedicure with Amy, it was spectacular! I didn't expect anything less honestly, every time my fiancé and I go it's great. I just can't say enough about how great they are at Creme De La Creme! Thank you again ladies. I have been a patron at Creme de la Creme for over 5 years. I must say that it's still the best mani/pedi I've ever received. Tammy, Katie, Amy and the entire staff do an impeccable job, so much so that my pedis are the longest lasting I've ever had. I've been to other nail salons in a pinch and I always regret it. They are top notch and the service is always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality nail service.

I live right around the corner from here and decided to try it. I get gel manicures and pedicures, and I was surprised at how little they soaked my nails before scraping the remaining gel polish off. My nails have never been weaker after visiting here the first time and broke almost immediately. I tried them again since they're so close, but again was not impressed. 5 days later, my nails are already starting to peel off on the side. Even though it's the closest option, I won't go back.

Best pedicure I've ever received. And they stayed after closing time to finish without rushing. (Not that I'm recommending going right before closing, I felt bad once I realized). 5 stars, only place I'll go to from now on!

Fabulous nail salon! I've been a customer for over 10 years. Great atmosphere and the service is outstanding. And yes, they just reopened!

High quality service, very attentive and polite. Quality takes time, so make sure you allocate enough time as this is not a speedy as some other nail places. I do prefer this quiet no rush type of atmosphere, but for someone who wants a quick service this place may seem a little too slow. Budget for time.

I had a very relaxing pedicure here. The shop is newly remodeled and very clean. The spa chairs are great; they even have an area where you can charge your phone! My technician took her time and was very attentive as she was doing my pedicure.The price was reasonable at $23 (they were running a reopening special). I will definitely return.

I have been going to this salon for the past 18 months, and they never disappoint. In fact, I doubt the veracity of the folks posting negative experiences on yelp: that's how consistent these ladies are. Great pedicure, long foot massage, brand new chairs that they got in the last couple of months. This place is tops, and that's why I drive all the way from Decatur, passing many other nail places on my way, to go here!

This place is definitely worth visiting. I came for the first time today and the service was impeccable. Lynn gave me the most amazing foot massage with my spa pedicure and Henry was very detailed with my gel powder fill. I will definitely be returning. They are definitely the Creme of the Crop here in Midtown.

I'm crazy about this place. It is nicely furnished with comfortable chairs, very clean, friendly and professional. Tammy has been doing my nails and wax for many years and is superb. The other ladies are talented nail techs as well.

I'm kind of surprised to read the negative reviews and wonder if they are isolated incidents. I have been going to this place for nearly 2 years now every few weeks. At first I was getting gels...then I decided to stick with my natural nails (not because of them--just too much to maintain with my schedule). Both the gels and the regular mani/pedi were/are consistently well done. I too, see Amy regularly and she is fantastic. I find the pricing just right but I moved here from Wash DC where everything is uber expensive and over-priced so maybe it's high for the area but I find it very reasonable considering the treatment, massage, etc. I completely recommend this place. Their massage chairs could use some updating but everything else is great.

Be prepared to wait a long time whether that be waiting a long time to get your nails done or waiting a long time while you're in the chair they definitely take their time and are in no rush to do anything. If you're in a hurry or want to be attended to quickly this is not the place to go. Also the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes I'll go and I get mani/pedi is perfect and other times it will be terrible. So this is not the place for consistency. I'd rather drive across town to Buckhead. Since this place is very convenient to where I live I will go if I am desperate for service.

Just ok, the spa is a little dingy/dark and the service was a bit slow. The general client list seems to be old men/women who are regulars and get attention lavished on to them, meanwhile I waited 20 minutes for them to start on my nails. They did a fine job but it took 2 hours for a mani/pedi.... a touch too long for me!

I dropped in without an appointment for a simple manicure and was seen immediately by Michelle. What a great experience! She did everything right, had a great attitude and I could not be happier. I thought $15 was very reasonable and it included a hand and arm massage. I will definitely be back!

There is nothing at this salon that is "creme de la creme" except perhaps the overpriced services. Usually my daughter and I go to Tony's @ Toco Hills for mani/pedi's but decided to try this place as it's very convenient to our house. I instantly noticed that they were priced significantly higher than Tony's but I just figured that we were in for a special treat, I was so very wrong. The manicure my daughter received left her with several rather jagged edges which she later tried to file down herself at home. She tried to complain to the girl but the girl acted insulted. The worst experience, however, began when my girl cut straight into my toe!! I realize it was an accident but my toe continued to bleed for quite a while. When the bleeding finally stopped, she did at least finish up painting my other toes. I honestly felt that after all this, they would offer us a discount if charging us at all but no, no discounts were offered. As it turns out, I have to see the doctor on Monday because my toe is now infected. If you want a decent mani/pedi, go elsewhere!

Was looking for a nail salon opened on Easter Sunday and found this place online. Although I'm familiar with the Ansley Mall area, and the neighborhoods around, it isn't very noticeable as you drive by. I'd never realized it was a nail salon, and I'm really glad I found it! They did an excellent job, and didn't skimp on anything. It's probably the most attention my cuticles have ever received. A pretty good hand/arm and leg/foot massage, too. The place appears clean, and slightly nicer than your typical strip mall nail salon. Not the cheapest mani pedi, but very reasonably priced and definitely worth it.

Recently switched to this conveniently located nail salon from another...they are great! The pedicure included a great massage, scrub, and hot towel wrap. Their prices are comparable to other salons that do not provide as much.

I have been traveling for work the last two years and probably had a gel manicure in at least 10 states. These ladies are the best. It's not overly expensive, the color stays on my nails longer than it does from any other salon, and my nails feel healthier afterwards. Always had an excellent experience.

This has been my nail salon since the day they opened. Services are consistently excellent, provided by a talented and experienced staff. The MAIN feature that distinguishes this nail salon is the attention to sanitary conditions, something that cannot be counted on at many nail salons.

just tried this salon for the first time. the staff was pleasant and the place was very clean. i got the best manicure of my life from amy, who i will ask for when i return. i don't get artificial nails, so i can't comment on that aspect but if you want a simple manicure at a reasonable ($15) price, i can definetly recommend this spot.
